  Amazing brooke

  Where do I start? We couldn't have imagined our day without Brooke Ward with BW Events. I call her AMAZING BROOKE! Words can’t describe how amazing Brooke is. Her strength, stability & knowledge was given to us 100% through out the 3 & half months before our special day. She knew exactly how to solve any problem that I was worried about. She helped us make decisions quickly and confidently. She truly never waivered or flustered (even when we were struggling with last minute change of venues and a DJ. March 19th will be a day we never forget thanks to her and her helper Natalie. We cannot thank them enough! Do not hesitate to book with BW Events. You’ll NEVER find anyone better than her and her team! Much love Erika & Devan

  The missing piece to our puzzle !

  Let’s start out with my bride couldn’t stop talking about Brooke! She’s amazing. She’s the best.
  When we met in person for the first time, I too felt that exact way, she took care of everything!

  Can’t wait for our Wedding with BW Events

  We hired Brooke as our Day of Coordinator. I talked to many other companies and she impressed us the most. She offers far more than most for the awesome pricing she has. She is professional, detailed oriented, and so kind. She asked so many details on our first meeting that I knew she was the one for us! Can’t wait for our wedding :)

  Wow wow wow!

  I was absolutely amazed by the quality of service I received from BW events! Brooke and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding the best day of my life. They took so much initiative and made my wedding a stress-free event. My guests even made comments about how flawlessly she handled everything. BW events is an absolute gem in the event planning industry and I highly recommend them to anyone!

  Life Saver!!

  I’m a do-it-yourself type of person and thought I would be doing most of my wedding details on my own with family and friends, but my fiancé (now husband) and I ended up choosing a small restaurant for our wedding ceremony and reception, and while the restaurant was fabulous, they could not provide extra staffing or services for setting up/breaking down our ceremony and reception or helping with day of coordination. That’s where Brooke and her team came in.
  
  Brooke is so knowledgeable, she gave us great tips and ideas. She had a layout for both the Ceremony and Reception along with a detailed timeline of events and kept the night moving along flawlessly. She and her team were Life Savers!!

  Truly Blessed

  We had the pleasure of having Brooke Ward Events for Coordination and Florals. Brooke and Pattie were on top of everything on our wedding day, they had everything controlled and on time. Patti taught us so much about the significance of small details that made some moments special during a busy day. Brooke was so great, she listened to what was important to us and even joined us for a song on the dance floor. Brooke was unbelievable during our planning time, she was organized and reminded me of things, her itinerary was thoughtfully created and made the entire planning process so smooth and stress free. Selecting the right vendors is crucial because so much time, effort and money goes to this very important day and we were so blessed to have meet Brooke and getting to know her as a person made everything she did for us even that more memorable.   Brooke is amazing! She has become a friend through this process! Worked with any changes and my budget! As well as accomplishing exactly what I had in my head!! I couldn’t have asked for a better florist or day of coordinator! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! Don’t hesitate to book her!! She even made doors for my wedding!! She can do it all!
