  We were so thrilled to find out that Buz and Ned's did catering and were willing to travel to our wedding in Keswick, Virginia. We really wanted BBQ at our wedding, and they are our favorite! There are a few BBQ restaurants nearby in the Charlottesville area that we quoted prior to hiring Buz and Ned's, but they wanted to charge us outrageous prices for the same amount of food, and it wasn't nearly as good as what we had at our wedding. I emailed them randomly one night after feeling burnt out on C'ville prices and options, and I was so excited to get their quote in and to see how much of our favorite food we could get at a very, very reasonable cost. Several guests are still talking about how good our food was. We made the right call for sure!
  
  One detail that I loved so much, was that the catering director sent a to-go cooler bag full of leftovers for us. We ate it all the next day. So, so good.

  We had Buzz and Ned cater our rehearsal dinner. Highly recommend. Food was amazing. Our guests raved. They were easy to work with. Setup on time. Went very smoothly!

  Buz and Ned's catered our wedding reception in the parish hall of our church and they were fantastic! During the planning they were transitioning to a new catering manager and communication was difficult, but they worked with us to plan a menu that would feed all of our guests appetizers and dinner within our tight budget. We also had a few people with food allergies and they were very accommodating. They also accommodated our request for business casual attire for the staff to mesh with the style of our reception. They will provide picnicware in the catering service, but were also happy to use the fancier place settings we provided and even helped set up the tables and centerpieces. They also did all the clean up, including washing all of our plastic silverware without a request! All of our guests greatly enjoyed the BBQ and I highly recommend them!

The only thing I would have had them do differently would be to call and confirm with me the final number of people the week before. Since I planned my own wedding, I was fairly swamped in details at that point and didn't call to update them on my final guest count until later than they wanted. However, since I don't think they generally do weddings, I can understand why they aren't in the habit of checking in with their customers the week before. Overall, I was very pleased with them and I would recommend them to anyone.
