  Truly made our night beautiful!

  Both Brandi and her husband were truly amazing. Brandi was able to assist in making our day run smoothly when it came to set up placements being my eyes ears and even brains throughout the entire day was truly amazing. When it came to the reception space she brought to light a vision that exceeded my expectations. If you need someone to help you throughout the planning process or someone to be your eyes and ears day of with you best interest at heart this is where you need to start! Thank you so much Brandi!!!

  Fantastic coordinator!

  Brandy was excellent to work with, from our first call through the wedding itself. We hired Brandy for day-of coordination, but she had a few calls with us in the months prior and came to a venue walk through. On the day-of, we were so concerned about all the set up and clean up, but we didn't have to do a thing! She organized everything, handled all the clean up, and went above and beyond (our whole car was packed up for us, and she made sure to save a few desserts for us since we were too busy dancing!). She kept everything organized behind the scenes, worked seamlessly with our vendors, and made our day so incredibly easy. We're so lucky to have worked with her, and highly recommend!

  First time planning such a big event

  Brandy was superb! Made me and my wife feel at ease during some of the chaotic planning with multiple moving parts (guest list suddenly increasing by 20!, weather , vendors, seating arrangements) .She navigated is with ease and helped us have a memorable wedding A real professional at heart and highly recommended at an incredibly reasonable rate!! SM and SR

  We loved Brandy!

  I hired brandy only a month before our wedding as I had come to realize I needed a day of coordinator. I had done all the planning myself but had underestimated just how much goes on during the actual wedding and I didn’t want to have to worry about any of it. Thankfully Brandy was available and her and her assistant (her husband) did AMAZING. She met with me once at a Starbucks for about an hour, then again the night before the wedding to do a final walkthrough and rehearsal with us. I was honestly a bit worried because we hadn’t gone over everything in as much detail as I would have liked due to time, but somehow she understood my vision and made my wedding day absolutely perfect. She set up all the decor just as I had hoped, and didn’t come to me with any hiccups though I’m sure there were some, she must have just handled it. She ended up staying and cleaning up the venue afterwards and put all our decor away per the venue contract and it was all set aside ready for me to pick up the next morning. I am so glad I hired Brandy. I would have been a mess without her!!
  
  If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator I say do it!! I was definitely on the fence till a friend told me this: you are already spending so much money to make your wedding beautiful and memorable, you want to be able to sit back and relax on the day of and enjoy it. You won’t be able to enjoy it if your worrying about coordinating everything yourself. Just go ahead and spend a little more in order to thoroughly enjoy all those other thousands of dollars spent.

  Most wonderful coordinator!!!

  Brandy was wonderful!! I whole-heartedly thank her for hard work, calm and professional demeanor and overall awesomeness. She did day of coordination but was so much more than that. She handled moving items to the venue site, decorating, moving decorations after the ceremony, coordination during the ceremony itself, removal of items (and clean up—gosh!) after the reception. She was also a great value. I recommend her without reservation. We were lucky to have her on our special day. THANK YOU, BRANDY!!

  Brandy is just wonderful; she stepped up to the challenge of working with me long distance. We had unique requests and she came through for us with flying colors. We really couldn’t have had much of a wedding at all if it wasn’t for her. She stayed in contact with me and kept me on track with our timeline. She made our table settings just beautiful and even dealt with a last minute beverage issue. Her warm and professional demeanor was very comforting during the stressful times. If you want someone who really cares about you, will listen to your needs and execute it all with complete professionalism then Brandy is your lady.

  Brandy of Butterfly Brides was there for me 110%! Of course on any wedding days there tends to be some little mishaps here and there, I think without Brandy there as my day of coordinator, I would've stressed out more than I was already as a bride. Thank you Brandy for making my wedding day more special than it already was! I definitely recommend all brides to Brandy!

  Winter wedding

  Brandy is very warm and friendly; she was easy to communicate with (via email and phone) and to schedule meetings (in person and by phone). I really appreciate Brandy helping us at our wedding by setting up our signage, photos, guestbook, lunch for family, and Chinese tea ceremony. She and her husband (assistant) helped take things down, box it up and pack our cars. She made sure our wedding schedule was in order. Tell her your vision and she’ll replicate it.
