Fun, Energetic, non stop dancing and singing !
Business Time was absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding! From our very first call, their communication was easy, quick, and personable. They really took the time to understand our vision and preferences. On the day of, they fed off the energy of the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night with their fun, musically talented performance that spanned all generations. One of the highlights was when they split my father-daughter dance, playing a sweet song for the first half and then transitioning into our favorite upbeat song "All Star" by Smashmouth, which got the whole wedding up and dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better band to make our special day so memorable.The morning after so many guests came up to us raving about how fun they had dancing and singing. From the B52’s Love Shack, Zombie by Cranberries, to Chapelle Roan Pink Pony club- Business Time absolutely rocked it. Not to mention the acoustics for the ceremony made my husband cry. They truly have such talent on all ends. Cannot not recommend them enough, they made our wedding so memorable.

Simply The Best!!
We got married 9/21/24 and Business Time really made our special day even more special. From the first inquiry, we knew choosing Business Time to provide the soundtrack for our reception was the right choice. Mark worked with us, getting to know us personally, and really catered to our vision. All of the guys are not only great musicians but great people. Business Time kept our guests out on the dance floor all night! Two highlights of the night I’ll never forget - 1. Them playing a song dedicated to my Dad who celebrated us from Heaven 2. Not only allowing but encouraging my husband to get up and play a song with them. I would 1000% recommend them for your wedding or event - our guests still rave about the band! Thank you guys for being such a great part of our day and we can’t wait to see you play in Boston the first chance we get to visit!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Business Time as the band for our wedding in September, and they exceeded every expectation! From the first note to the last encore, they created an incredible energy that kept everyone on the dance floor all night—we didn’t even leave to try the desserts!
What really set them apart was their professionalism and genuine effort to make our day extra special. Mark was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish, making the whole process seamless. On top of that, the band learned a couple of new songs just for us, and their performances were brilliant.

Business Time is Worth an Encore
If you are lookin for a band that will rock the socks of your wedding guests, look no further than Business Time. This band exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding day unforgettable! The band was wonderful to work with, being incredibly responsive and professional from the very beginning. We always felt like we were in good hands and their years of experience in the business really showed. They have their process down to a science. With close to 200 songs in their songbook, you definitely will not be getting the same cookie cutter playlist you typically hear at receptions. They spent time getting to know our musical likes (and dislikes) and made sure to customize a setlist that would keep our guests on the dance floor. For example, my husband and I are big fans of 90’s/ 00’s music, especially alternative rock, and when we shared this detail with Mark, (drummer/ manager), he was delighted to curate songs that would hit the brief and boy did they hit the brief! Did we mention that this is a legit rock band?!? They sounded absolutely incredible, their performances were energetic and they made it a point to engage with the guests throughout. It felt like a rock show! They even provided lighting to complement their performance. Our guests were over the moon, dancing up a storm, and are still raving about their performance today.
We also decided to have them play music during the ceremony and cocktail hour, which we highly recommend. They created the perfect romantic ambiance walking down the aisle to Ed Sheeran and made my millennial girl dreams come true by playing “Kiss Me” as we exchanged our first kiss. It felt absolutely cinematic and dreamy. During cocktail hour they played classic upbeat love songs which was the perfect segue into dinner. Another highlight for us had to be when they played our first dance song “If You Love Her Like That” by Forest Blakk. They learned this specifically for our wedding (could learn up to 2 new songs) and actually performed it along side my best friend who sang the female vocals. This combination brought tears to my eyes and this performance will forever be so special for us. Overall, we cannot thank them enough for performing on our special day. We may just have to get the band back together for our 10 year wedding renewal. This group deserves an encore!

ELECTRIC Dancefloor for our wedding
We had an incredible experience with Business Time as our wedding band. The dancefloor was packed all night long, and they even let the father of the bride and father of the groom sing a song together, which they were very (ahem) graceful and patient with. The band was quite accommodating with setlist requests, and their range is fantastic -- exactly what we were looking for throughout the reception, with some classics early in the evening and full on nostalgia angst for us and our peers to close out the night. Their performance of Holiday by Green Day was particularly electric, plus they learned a song for us to complete a Shrek set :). We've seen them at two other weddings prior, and they have consistently delivered. Mark was responsive from start to finish. Overall, they are a great group of guys that just radiated positive energy. Just book them, NOW -- you will not regret it!!!

Best Band Ever
Hiring Business Time was one of the BEST choices we made for our wedding. They are great guys - super humble, fun to be around, and incredibly talented. We gave them the vision we were hoping for (a good party) and they really made it happen. Mark is extremely responsive and organized and made the entire planning process with them a breeze. Our guests told us they couldn't get off the dance floor because song after song was a hit - they really made the night an awesome time. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Better than we could have imagined!!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Business Time! Our friends and family cannot stop talking about how much fun our wedding was. We even had a few guests ask for their contact info on the spot to hire them for future events. We wanted to stray away from the traditional selection of pop wedding songs, and Business Time truly delivered. My husband and I were on the dance floor all night long, I even lost my voice from singing so much. Mark was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Don't overthink it, just book them!

First off, I want to start by saying Mark, (who will be your main contact) is amazing with staying in contact with you and keeping you updated along the way of the planning process.
On the day of, they presented such skill, professionalism and excitement and were the perfect MCs for the night! They all treat you like you’ve been friends for years! If you are a singer or musician I suggest you perform a song with them too!

Dream Wedding Band!!!
Business Time were absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations!! The most important thing to me as a bride was the music and I never left the dance floor! It was literally like having a concert of all our favorite music. They even were gracious enough to let my husband get up and sing and stepped in when he didn’t know the words they were so communicative, accommodating, and kind. We had the pleasure of getting to see business time play at our relatives wedding a year before our own, before the night was over we already knew we had found our band.
The hardest decision you will have is not who will play your wedding but what Business Time will be playing from their song list. Mark and the team have incredible range and keep every rendition matching the energy and pace of the room. The set list they helped us create was back to back crowd pleasing bangers to the point where no one could leave the dance floor.
To this day 6 months after the wedding, all of our friends, relatives (and yes even our parents friends), still can't stop talking about the band and the dance floor and unashamedly admit that this performance was better than their own band or anyone else's wedding they had been to. If you and your party love music, this is the most important decision you will make to create an unforgettable night.
Getting Business Time booked and communicating with the crew, whether you are organizing from halfway across the country like us, or nearby, should be a breeze. From your first video call all the way to the day of, they left an open line of communication via email and phone if need be, and will provide all the forms for helping create your song list and special requests which they will learn to play for you.
I would do it all again without even a second thought.

Best Wedding Band in the Galaxy!
I've seen Business Time play multiple weddings (including my own) and every time they knock it out of the park. Their Knot page says they're Boston's Greatest Wedding Band but they're easily one of the best in the country. Mark was a superstar with his knowledge of how weddings best work and his advice was invaluable in planning our wedding. Every member of the band is beyond talented and just awesome to be around. Even Liam on the soundboard is a total sweetheart. They learned songs we wanted to hear and even let our family up to play with them unrehearsed. Not everyone can handle that kind of show but it's second nature to these guys. If you're looking for your wedding band and you're reading this, look no further. Where to even begin? Mark and team are AWESOME. We first heard them at a friend's wedding and knew immediately we needed to book them for our own. Best wedding band ever!
Hire Business Time!! They are so incredibly talented and fun to work with, and so many of our guests all said it was the best wedding band they had ever heard. We have been to a lot of weddings that play the exact same music, and wanted our wedding band to be unique to our style and something different for our guests. Business Time exceeded all expectations for the most epic dance party of all time. They truly listened to our preferences, brought on horn players at our request, learned new music, and even let some musical members of our wedding party get up on stage to perform with them. Their setlist was extremely versatile, absolutely nailing everything from Sinatra and Van Morrison to Third Eye Blind and the Cranberries. They were also extremely professional and easy to work with. We had the best time celebrating with them!

The Best in the Business
What an absolute blast it was to work with Business Time! A band was always a must have for our January 2022 wedding. I wanted the dance floor to be packed, and for everyone to be singing songs they know and love at the top of their lungs. Wow, Business Time delivered. Everyone (and I mean everyone) commented on how fantastic they were. High energy, extremely talented, and so, so wonderful to work with. Business Time gave us so much more than a great party, though. They gave us such incredible moments and memories that we'll cherish forever. Moments like entering the State Room with our wedding party with a ridiculous coordinated dance to "Hooked on a Feeling" that Business Time helped us coordinate, amazing dinner music, perfectly timed first dances, and making sure the night flowed smoothly. When we were watching our wedding video, we realized they performed the most amazing version of "Copperline" by James Taylor. We had no idea at the time, but today it's a song we listen to often that brings us back to that really special moment. Their performance of Mr. Brightside brings me back to the end of the night, surrounded by so many people we love, my heart filled with so much joy and gratitude, having the time of my life. I am so grateful that Business Time gave us these moments. They are hands down a 10/10 - fun, organized, detail-oriented, supportive, kind, and SO talented. Business Time always kills it! They make any great party an epic experience that all attendees will always remember. My wife and I love live music and knew we wanted to have a live band at our wedding. We were first introduced to the band in the summer of 2017 when they played at my sister and brother in law's wedding. The band was amazing and had all of the guests on the dance floor all night long. Our family was so blown away by both the band's performance, and also the way they heightened the energy of the entire night. We had so much fun that night that two years later, when my sister and I decided to throw our parents a surprise 60th birthday party, we reached out to the band to see if they were available and willing to play at the party. The band once again made the evening a huge success. We joked that night that they should play at our wedding the following spring, and without skipping a beat, the guys said yes and it was a done deal! What they didn't realize at the time was that my wife and I had moved to California and we were planning to get hitched in San Diego. A few weeks after the surprise 60th birthday party, we followed up with the band just to confirm that they wouldn't actually fly to California to play our wedding....right?!? They shocked us once again, when they replied saying they absolutely would fly to CA for our wedding. We planned to get married in April 2020 but due to Covid, we postponed. Mark was the first of our many vendors to reach out to let us know that they would make whatever future date we rescheduled for work on their end. We ended up rescheduling our wedding to this past April 2022 and of course, Business Time killed it. Now obviously I am biased that I feel my wedding was an unforgettable day and night, but Business Time helped to make it an unforgettable party for each and everyone of our guests. They catered a significant amount of the night's set to reflect the kind of music we love. They learned a number of songs we love (unbeknownst to us), and even let me play guitar for a song as well. To be clear, I am not saying they will ever allow that again, nor should you have the expectation that they will, but the way they always do whatever it takes to make the night the way you want it is absolutely incredible. I would (and do) recommend Business Time to absolutely everyone who wants music at their wedding. I am positive that if you hire them, they will be the highlight of your wedding and that your friends and family will want to call on them for their future events.

We received compliments on the band from almost all of our wedding guests saying they were the best wedding band theyve ever seen. It was so amazing they learned a new song for our first dance and even changed the words to the father daughter dance so it was the way my dad would always sing it to me growing up! the best band!
We heard Business Time play at a wedding four years ago and knew immediately we wanted them to play at ours too. We were thrilled when they said they would travel to NJ for our wedding! They have absolutely the best mix of music and really knew when to play which songs to get people on the dance floor all night. Our parents (and friends) loved all the classic rock songs and still rave about Business Time months later! They know all the hits from middle school, which meant our friends were on the dance floor all night dancing and singing to every song. The acoustic set they played at cocktail hour was perfect as well. Mark was fantastic to communicate with throughout the whole pre-wedding planning and made sure the night went smoothly. We can't recommend Business Time enough if you want the dance floor full all night!

Truly the best wedding band of all time
Absolutely one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding was booking with Business Time. From the moment we started wedding planning, we knew that we wanted a band that didn't feel like a wedding band and we REALLY wanted a pop punk vibe. We found Business Time, went to see them play at Landsdowne, and were sold immediately. After our first meeting with Mark, we were even more sold. I felt like I had just made a best friend who completely understood my taste in music and exactly what we wanted our wedding vibe to be. Then on the day of the wedding, they absolutely delivered. We were unable to peel ourselves off the dance floor for the majority of the night because we were having the MOST fun. They played to the crowd and made sure everyone had a great time, but most importantly, they made sure that WE had a good time. They played all of the music that we love and even guests who didn't necessarily have the same taste or didn't feel like getting on the dance floor continue to tell us that it was like being at a bar just listening to music. Every single guest we've heard from had an absolute blast, and even the staff at the venue said it was the best music they'd seen at a wedding. It was an absolutely unforgettable night and we are so so grateful for you folks. Being great people is an added bonus - we love you guys thank you so much!!

A Pop Punk Dream
Absolutely the best! We cannot say enough good things about Mark and Business Time. We were on the hunt for a slightly different wedding band and really focussed on a pop punk wedding. It was also very important to us that all of our vendors felt like friends at our wedding. Business Time understood the assignment. Every meeting we had with Mark felt like we were catching up with an old friend. Their music selections were spot on. We did not leave the dance floor once the entire night. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, they were so incredibly kind, patient, professional, and creative. They met every single expectation we had.. and then some! Everyone at our wedding told us how much fun the band was, and many asked for their name so they could use them at their weddings. The talent this group has is unreal. It felt like we had our own private concert at our wedding - I didn’t leave the dance floor once! They can truly cater to all generations. Hands down the best decision we made for our whole wedding! You could not have a better band play at your wedding!! They are the nicest, most accommodating, thoughtful, and TALENTED group. There wasn’t a single moment for our entire wedding that the dance floor wasn’t absolutely packed! They made our special day, the MOST special day either of us have ever had. Still can’t stop smiling thinking of how happy all of our guests were dancing to their music! I could not recommend them more to anyone that wants a band to perform at their wedding. Mark and the gang were the absolute best decision we could have made when planning our wedding. They were SO professional yet casual to work with. They really know their stuff and were able to guide us by asking questions about logistics we wouldn't have thought of. The communication leading up to our wedding was amazing and they even stepped in to MC our dinner without even saying to me "hey lady, you forgot something" (DIY wedding, no coordinator, oops!) Nobody got off the dance floor the entire night and people are still raving about how we had the best wedding they had ever been to. We can't wait to catch Business Time again at a local venue. Greatest Wedding Band Ever
The greatest wedding band of all time. I can't tell you how many guests at our wedding told us that it was the best wedding they ever went to, and Business Time was everyone's favorite part. From the time we finished eating until the house lights went up, I don't think we stopped dancing!! Business Time was incredibly professional and so easy to work with, including being very flexible with multiple COVID reschedules. These guys are the best people and musicians and are worth every penny. Book them, you won't regret it!!

Business time was the best decision my wife and I made for our wedding. We wanted a wedding where everyone was out on the dance floor the entire night, and boy, did Business Time make that dream come true and then some! They absolutely rocked the house and we still (a month later) have friends/family telling us that was some of the best live music they've ever heard. Just a group of incredibly talented musicians and all around great guys.
Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with - and was super flexible during our Covid-delayed wedding. They provided us a setlist of songs they already knew and allowed us to pick a few for them to learn. From 70's,80's,90's, Rock, Pop, Country, Alternative, and much more.. these guys hit the mark and we couldn't be happier. Highest of recommendations for this band!

Best wedding band out there
Cannot recommend these guys enough. In the lead up to the wedding, they were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating through our postponement of the original date due to covid. At the wedding itself, they sounded amazing and kept the party going strong the whole time. They mixed up genres and eras to play something for everyone, and if you are a fan of late 90s/ mid 2000s pop/rock in particular you found the right band. They learned Rock Lobster for us and even played it a second time on request!

Best Decision of Wedding Planning
I am not exaggerating when I say that ALL of our guests RAVED about how awesome our band was. Business Time put on an amazing show that kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night. They are not your typical wedding band in the best way, and brought the party to life with both the old standards for some of our older guests but also adding in some less typical hits (like Yellowcard) that people went absolutely nuts for. They even convinced our wedding planner to join them to sing "Party in the USA", which was amazing! Our venue was outside and our dance floor was on the slightest of inclines and had literally slid down the hill by the end of the night from all the dancing and jumping around. On top of putting on a great show, they are consummate professionals and made the process of hiring them simple and straight forward. Mark is very organized, easy to get in touch with and responds promptly. He is super easy to work with. When we were first talking with him about potentially hiring the band he took the time to sit on the phone with us and go line by line through the contract and make sure all our questions were answered. By the time we signed the contract, I felt totally comfortable. Their price was also very reasonable compared to a lot of other bands that we considered. I really cannot recommend them strongly enough. If you want a low stress, very professional, fun band who loves what they do and will truly get the party started at your wedding, hire Business Time!

Easy, enthusiastic, excellence.
If you're planning a wedding you're well aware of the struggle of dealing with vendors. You will find none of that with these guys. In person or via email they're consumate professionals. Planning the songs, order of events, and misc changes along the way couldn't have been easier. As for the performance? Unmatched. Crystal clear sound mixing. Incredibly talented musicianship. We wanted a big rock show and that's what we got. Everyone, even the people who tend to sit on the sidelines were on the dance floor the entire time. It couldn't have been more fun. We're still getting compliments from guests about the band months after the wedding. If you want a friendly, hassle free process with an amazing group of musicians, your search is over.

These guys rock! Easy to work with every step of the way, competitively priced, and (most importantly) brought an incredible energy to our wedding celebration. The absolute best band we could have had
When we heard Business Time playing in Newburyport, and they played all of our favorite songs across multiple genres, we knew we needed to have them play at our wedding. This was the absolute best decision we could have made. Mark made every step of the process so easy and fun, even with a covid-change-the-date. Business Time helped with the audio throughout our ceremony, played an incredible playlist during our cocktail hour, made our wedding party introductions (including getting everyone lined up and checking name pronunciations), and had everyone - even the reluctant dancers - on the dance floor at the reception (I personally never left the dance floor). Their attention to details, flexibility, talent, and kindness was just above and beyond what we could have hoped for. They even had their incredible sound engineer provide a guest performance of a few Paramore songs (our favorites, of course). It felt like Hayley Williams stopped by to join the wedding. Our guests are still talking about it. Thank you, Business Time, for being the absolute best part of our absolutely amazing wedding.

Incredible! Book them!
WOW...Where do we even start?! Hiring Business Time was hands down one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. We went and saw the band play a show at the Inn on the Blues in York, Maine back in 2019 and we knew within about 5 minutes that we wanted (*needed*) Business Time to play at our wedding. From the very start, Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were originally supposed to get married in October of 2020, and when we made the difficult decision to postpone to 2021, the band was super understanding, supportive, and made the switch seamless (which we appreciated so much, especially under the circumstances). Fast forward to 2021: Business Time truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. We worked with Mark to select ceremony music that was special and personal to us (piano versions of mostly Beatles songs, which were just amazing). Not only that, Business Time had worked with my dad ahead of time to pull off the BEST surprise: an acoustic / piano version of Landslide during the ceremony. There wasn't a dry eye in the church.
Then, the reception! Business Time provided the audio for the introductions, speeches, cake cutting, and first dances--all of which went flawlessly. From there, our wedding was transformed into a full blown dance party. No one left the dancefloor, even during the breaks. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding dance floor they've ever been on. From 80s, to pop-punk, to classic rock, everyone was singing along and dancing literally the entire time. It was described by our guests as "electric." My uncle said it was the best live band he's ever heard. My mom's friends said they've never seen a bride have so much fun at her own wedding (true).
All this to say, if you are like us and the music at your wedding is a top priority, book Business Time. You are guaranteed to have the perfect soundtrack to the best day of your life.

The Band was AMAZING! The dance floor was packed all the time!
Our daughter and son-in-law are both musicians/song writers and selected this band. My husband and I had no. idea what to expect but they were FABULOUS! Our daughter and son in law got up and took over vocals and drums at one point , which was a gas for the guests! The group even learned a special song in honor of our son. Overall it was TOTALLY AMAZING!

Mark and the whole Business Time band were truly amazing. Because of the pandemic, we were unable to listen to them play live, but their music that was posted online sold us. Business Time Rocks!!!!
We can not begin to count the amount of wedding guests who commented on how awesome our wedding band, Business Time, was throughout the evening. Note we selected Business Time because of their Jimmy Eat World style and immediately jiving with Mark, the band manager, from our first phone conversation. It was obvious Business Time was going to be easy to work with. Their genuine excitement for our requested must play songs which included artists such as Death Cab for Cutie, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Killers, The Beatles, and more was evident in their performance. They crushed them all, from pump up songs to slow intimate dance songs. They also have a great ability to read the crowd and adjust the set list to ensure a lively dance party. This particular gig we're referring to was at Newport Beach House in RI. Nevertheless we would highly recommend Business Time for your wedding or formal event.

The best ever.
Could not recommend a better band or group of people!!! We were looking for a band that was less about the traditional wedding songs and more about a rock vibe, but who could of course play some specific classic songs. Finding their clean website, simple contract terms, and perfect example set list made us so excited. We met Mark to chat and he made it clear how easy it was going to be to work with them. They can literally do any music and are so professional while being personable and fun. We also went to see them perform live at a bar in Boston: song after song was a banger, they were amazing, and our wedding was the same way. The videos from the wedding make you think you're at a huge concert with everyone singing along and the typical non-dancers making appearances because of the range of songs. Our first dance (Moondance, Van Morrison) and parent dances (For Once in My Life, Stevie Wonder and Classic, MKTO) were also gorgeous and fun. Again, we cannot recommend more - book them!!

If you want your guests to dance and have a fun and memorable time at your wedding then you need to hire Business Time!
I remember reading all of Business Time’s reviews/testimonials back when we first began our wedding planning, and thinking “wow how is it possible for EVERY single review to be so glowing?”. Well now we know! Obviously a 2020 wedding meant a lot of plan changes and stress, but Mark and Business Time from had our back from the get go and were ready to support whatever version of a wedding we were able to have. That turned out to be an intimate backyard tent wedding with just us, our immediate family, and the rock ‘n roll band known as Business Time (as Zach likes to say). We were hoping to make the best of things and have as much fun as possible with our family given the circumstances, and BT delivered! Our small group was up on their feet dancing all night. Several faces were melted during Zach’s amazing guitar solos. The band has a masterful ability to read the room and change the set list as needed on the fly, mix genres, and seamlessly transition between songs. They are all extremely talented musicians and we felt so lucky to have them perform for us in our own backyard. They were the best part of the best day of our lives, and I can’t speak highly enough about them.

BEST decision I made!! (besides saying yes to marrying my husband)
Business Time didn’t ask us to write a review, but we’re so excited to write one and want everyone considering booking them to know how amazing they are (understatement). They’re not a typical wedding band, and we knew their style and songs were the vibe we wanted. Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had planned a 200 person wedding but had to pivot to 25 because of COVID. Mark and the guys were the kindest humans alive, accommodating us and being flexible with every phone call and change in plans. They never badgered us about making decisions, were super responsive, and went with the flow. We looked forward to every call with Mark. They made it so easy and it was one less thing for us to stress over during an already emotional year of planning. From the cocktail music to dinner music to the main performance, they were a huge reason the wedding was so fun and memorable. In fact, my husband and I (and our guests!) begged them to stay an hour past their scheduled stopping time - we were willing to pay whatever they wanted they were so good!! We just didn’t want the night to end. (For those wondering, they so kindly did and it was the best money we ever spent!) I literally lost half my voice that night and left the dance floor *maybe* once. Even days later all our guests are still raving about how amazing Business Time was. We legit would get married again just to have them perform again. SO FUN!!! Honestly more fun than a lot of concerts we’ve been to, and not just saying that because it was our wedding. Best Band Ever!
We recently had Business Time at our wedding in Vermont and they were nothing short of AMAZING! They had all of our guests dancing the whole night. They were so great to work with leading up to the wedding and super accommodating. My dad performed with them for a couple songs which was really important to us, so them allowing him to be a part of the reception was awesome. My husband and I requested they learned two new songs for us which they also did and rocked it! Business Time was the best band we could have hired, if you have the chance they come highly recommended!!!

There honestly aren’t enough words to say what an incredible band Business Time is or how amazing they made our wedding. From our first conversation with Mark, I was impressed by the band’s communicative style, commitment to making our day unbelievable and the clear passion for what they do. We gave them full creative license to handle everything from the ceremony music, to the cocktail hour and reception and they truly understood our vision and exceeded any expectations we had! Business Time is incredible!! We saw them at a friends wedding and loved them so much that we booked them for our wedding. Mark was amazing right from the beginning. He was so easy to work with and so accommodating. They were incredibly organized and helped keep the wedding running smoothly. We also had them play an acoustic set while the guests were arriving and during the ceremony. It was beautiful and made walking down the aisle that much more special. Everyone at the wedding was blown away by Business Time. Everyone got out and danced, even people that previously wouldn’t be caught dead on the dance floor couldn’t help but get out there. We didn’t give the band any real direction on what songs to play - we trusted them completely and they didn’t let us down! They made our wedding spectacular and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our dance floor was packed the entire night and people are still telling us how “amazing our band was” even months after the wedding. BEST WEDDING BAND EVER! The music was awesome, my family and friends are still raving about the band weeks after! They had everyone out on the dance floor... even my great Aunt! No one wanted the evening to end!
And not only are they amazing musicians, but Business Time made the entire process so simple. And I'm not just saying that. This may be a 5 star review, but it should be known that Business Time turned our wedding all the way up to 11! Looking back at the videos from the wedding, its a packed dance floor, three generations of our families and friends literally jumping for joy while Business Time rocked the house down. We had high hopes, but Business Time blew them out of the water. This isn't just a great wedding band, this band rocks.
The playlist was perfect and momentum just continued to build throughout the night. I was blown away by the musicianship and completely geeked out over the guitar solos, the singer's range, the creative and seamless medleys. After every song, someone would grab me and say, "Man they nailed that, where did you find this band?" People were fired up, and for good reason.
In addition to all that, Business Time is a pleasure to work with. They skyped with us on a number of occasions to talk through the contract, talk big picture, details and whatever else we needed. They were entirely helpful, flexible, encouraging and genuine. They learned new songs, let some family members sit in on a song with them, and even came by our after party.
We have nothing but great things to say about Business Time and recommend them to anyone looking to take their party to the next level.

Our Favorite Wedding Band Out There!
We had the pleasure of having Business Time as our wedding band a few weeks ago in South Berwick, Maine. From the outset, the band was professional, extremely well organized and also flexible enough to make our wedding feel super special. We have a large extended family and friend group of musicians and the band was super accommodating to have special guests sit in and play with them. They also had our guests dancing the whole night and the energy in the room was fantastic from start to finish. We wanted a wedding band who would fit our vibe and play some tunes you don't typically hear at weddings well still playing some crowd favorites too. People were raving about BT all night. 5 stars all around. Business Time is without a doubt the ultimate wedding band. They played our ceremony reception music flawlessly and everyone was on the dance floor the entire night and had the most fun. We first saw them perform at Lansdowne in Boston and after, were counting down the days to our wedding - they were so good! Mark, and the entire band, were extremely accommodating with our requests for our ceremony music and first dances (timing, style, and a few complete changes to the songs). They are also all beyond professional musicians
- even had a dedicated sound person to be sure the sound around the reception room was perfect - and they were also fun and easygoing. We continue to receive rave reviews from our guests about Business Time. Can’t recommend them enough!!

If you're looking for the best band around (wedding or otherwise), look no further than Business Time! We first saw these guys play at Lansdowne, and after their first song, we knew that they were the band for us! From our first interaction, Mark and guys went above and beyond to make sure it was not only the best day our lives, but that everyone in attendance (young and old) had an amazing night. Most importantly, they made it stress free experience - any and all requests (songs, schedule, etc) were seamless accommodated. They were also able to put a unique twist on our first dance that perfectly fit our vision and style! Business Time also has unbelievable ability to transition from pop to rock to classics, which kept the party going and our guests on the dance floor all night. Lastly, these guys are real deal musicians and hold themselves to highest standard in terms of sound quality, unlike any other wedding band we've seen. It's been almost 3 months since our wedding, and our guests cannot stop raving about the band! We cannot thank them enough!!!!!

We knew we had made a great decision hiring Business Time from the first time we met Mark. He even drove quite a distance to meet us to go over their contractual agreements. He was so professional, patient and kind to us. They were VERY responsive and approachable for the time leading up to the wedding - making sure they understood all of our (some strange and different!) requests! The day of the wedding they didn't skip a beat - they arrived when they needed to. They were set up for the ceremony and did an amazing job! We were so intent on having good music for our reception and they DID NOT DISSAPOINT - the majority of our friends and family could NOT STOP talking about how great they were - they had everyone on the dance floor during all their sets! We were BEYOND pleased and delighted with the entire experience!! I would without a doubt recommend hiring business time for your event!!

Exactly what we wanted for our reception!
We hired Business Time after seeing them at a few venues around Boston, and without a doubt we made the best decision we could have. From the start, Mark was so professional and easy to work with. They are clearly professionals in every sense, and they make it so easy for you to get them all the information they need. At our reception, they worked seamlessly with the venue and the other vendors (without us even noticing!) to keep everything on schedule, while also delivering one of the most fun evenings we could have imagined. We were hoping for a reception where everyone would join in the party on the dance floor, and that is exactly what we got! They will prove any "I don't dance" guest wrong. We could not recommend them highly enough.

So impressed... thank you, Business Time!
We were looking for a band that was fun, professional, and would get all generations of guests on the dance floor. Business Time checked all of those boxes. We were impressed that we were corresponding with the band members themselves instead of a third party manager. We met with Mark over coffee and he took the time to tell us exactly what to expect. His passion and professionalism was very apparent. As we pulled up to our outdoor wedding reception, the band was playing a song that they had learned specifically for us. At the reception, they read the crowd perfectly... All of our guests, young kids to grandparents, were on the dance floor all night. The band even encouraged the best man to sing weezer with them...a highlight that the family is still talking about 3 months later. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Business Time is the BEST wedding band. They play the perfect assortment of music to keep all ages on the dance floor all night long. They played our wedding in July and I am still receiving compliments from all of our guests on how fun our wedding was -- all thanks to Business Time. On top of making our wedding the perfect night, they were amazing to work with. They were communicative, easygoing, and willing to travel all the way to New Jersey to help us celebrate! Hiring them was by far the best decision we made during wedding planning. We have also been to three other family weddings with Business Time, and they have been the best weddings I've attended as a guest as well. Overall, I highly recommend hiring them -- you won't regret it!

AMAZING! They did an incredible job and were so easy and FUN to work with. They were very organized and did a great job picking great songs to play all night. All of the guys & especially Mark were super nice and helpful and made our wedding the best night ever! They were super accommodating, even with very last minute changes. The BEST Wedding Band Ever
Our Wedding took place on 9/8/2018 at Riverside Farm in Pittsfield, VT.
Mark & the Business Time band have been incredible over the course of nine months leading into our Wedding and during the Wedding Day as well! They have gone above & beyond with thoughtful planning & coordination effort so that when the Wedding Day came, everything was perfect and we had nothing else left to do but to focus on FUN!!! They've made our Day by letting my husband play guitar with the band during the Reception, which was loads of fun and we will always remember that! Hands-down, Business Time was the best part of our wedding! To us, the guest experience was a top priority, and this band completely nailed it. From the very start, Mark was so easy to work with. He broke down the music selection process so that it was organized and easy. Mark and the band were able to accommodate all of our requests, such as order of events, timing, song selection, live performance or recording, evening learning a new song for us, while also relaying their professional judgment knowing "what works best" for certain parts. They truly made our wedding personal and special to us. The night of the event went so smoothly and stayed on schedule, and the MC was lively, engaging, and knew just how to keep everyone's attention during special moments. Now, the best part of all, no one left the dance floor all night! Leave it to Business Time to keep a party going!! We received so many compliments about how amazing the band was, and so many of our friends want to book them next!!

We could not be happier that we chose Business Time to play at our wedding. Throughout the entire process the band was professional and eager to make sure their performance on our wedding night was exactly what we hoped for. It was well worth the money to hire such an experienced and talented band who took all of our requests to heart and kept things running smoothly throughout the entire reception. Most of our wedding was planned for the benefit of our guests, but the most important thing to us was having a live band and we had the best time dancing the night away with each other to music we actually enjoy. Business Time is the best wedding band my (now) husband and I have seen perform. Business Time played at my cousins wedding back in 2014, and in the countless weddings we have been to since, my husband and I agreed that Business Time was still #1. Thankfully, they were available to play at our wedding last week (10-21-2017), and it was further reaffirmed that we could not have made a better choice. Business Time was there from the beginning; they were readily available to speak via phone whenever asked, answered emails promptly, and even made an off-cadence trip to our venue to ensure the sound system would work with their equipment. They were extremely hospitable, and - more importantly - played the most incredible music at our wedding. These men are truly talented, and know how to entertain a crowd that spans multiple generations. We are so lucky to have met Business Time, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Hire them, and not only will you, but your guests, have an amazing time.

We've had not just one, but two awesome experiences with Business Time. We first heard them play at a friend's wedding shortly after we were engaged, and their performance was so epic that we dropped our original plan to hire a DJ and signed a contract with Business Time instead. Throughout the planning process, they were incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly -- our meetings with Mark felt more like hanging out with a friend. The day of was impeccable; we can't imagine any way our experience could have been better. Business Time took care of microphones for our ceremony (not easy at an outdoor venue, but the sound levels were perfect and never cut out!), provided great background music for cocktail hour, and hit our first dance out of the park. We chose a song that we weren't sure was going to translate well to a slow dance, but they adapted it absolutely beautifully -- truly, we couldn't have asked for a better rendition. From the time the dance floor opened to the last song of the night, Business Time kept the floor packed with people having the time of their lives (we know, because they've been telling us for months). I can't emphasize enough how good this band is at reading the crowd and picking songs that people are going to love -- and killing it on the execution (that synth on "Africa"... perfection). Hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding -- and we made a lot of good decisions. ;) Thanks for providing an awesome soundtrack for an awesome night!

In the early stages of wedding planning, I was convinced that a DJ was the only way to go. It was not only a practical option, but an affordable one. When talking things over with my husband and my parents, my mom sold me on the idea of having a band play at our reception. But what band?
Mark, the drummer of Business Time, made our decision easy. He made my husband and I feel like old friends throughout the entire planning process; he even walked us through the entire contract over ice cream!

Having a good band that got everyone out on the dance floor was really important to my husband and I and Business Time did not disappoint!! The second dinner was finished they were on stage getting everyone up on their feet and out on the dance floor. Their excitement was infectious and made the great music even that much better. I have only the best things to say about Business Time!! From start to end, they were the easiest part of our wedding planning. Leading up to the wedding, they were flexible, friendly, and accommodating. My husband and I met with Mark a few weeks before the wedding just to go over final details. We had a really fun time talking about music, laughing, and although we got the details taken care of, it was evident that they wanted to get to know us as a couple to know what we wanted. They did just that! We were thrilled with their set-list and ecstatic that the dance floor was full ALL NIGHT LONG. I can't even count how many people came up to me during and after the wedding raving about Business Time. They were so fun, professional, and we are so glad that we chose them to play at our wedding. Holy crap, these guys were beyond awesome. They accommodated every request we had - additional equipment for the ceremony, songs we wanted / did not want them to play etc... - and just blew our guests away. When was the last time you were at a wedding and all the guests started shouting "One more song! One more song!" at the end of the reception? And these guys did it. No one wanted to stop dancing. Going with Mark and Business Time is the best decision you can make.

Choosing a wedding band was REALLY hard for me as I was planning my wedding from across the country, so when I chose Business Time, I had only heard their demos and videos online. I went with my gut though and am so glad that I did! They were PHENOMENAL! Their keyboardist played for my ceremony and cocktail hour, and then the band crushed it at the reception! They played our first dance/parent dance songs beautifully, and then kept the dance floor packed all night. They even supplied a cow bell which was a MAJOR hit with our guests! I am still receiving compliments about how awesome the band was 6 weeks later. Everyone had so much fun at my wedding and I owe so much of that to Business Time.

I seriously have no words for how AMAZING Business Time is! From our first meeting with Mark, we knew that they were the perfect choice. In fact, another couple came up to us during that initial meeting to tell us how awesome Business Time was at their wedding, they were not wrong! They played every song we wanted and crafted the best play list possible. I don't think anyone left the dance floor all night. Even our parents, aunts and uncles danced the whole time. There is no better band out there and if I ever have the need to hire a band again Business Time will be it! Your feet will hurt from dancing so much, your voice will be horse from singing along and you will have had the best time ever!

These guys. They earned their "best party band of all time" title and then some. What a BLAST. Everyone from the teens to my grandparents had a wonderful time listening and dancing to these guys. The dance floor was packed for the duration of the night. They are STELLAR. So easy to work with. So accommodating. I wish I could get married every weekend just so I could party with these guys. They also performed for my ceremony and cocktail hour. Everything was excellent. I highly HIGHLY recommend.

We got married out of town and they took the time and energy to speak to the venue and make sure they knew how to set up and take down....it was super convenient, but just as important they put on a GREAT show!
These guys know what they are doing....for a great party, get Business Time!!

BOOK BUSINESS TIME! Business Time is a must hire band for any occasion, especially a wedding. Mark Fortier is extremely experienced working with a Bride and Groom He works with you to make sure your ceremony and reception are top notch and exactly what you want to experience. Business Time will learn your first dance song so it sounds like the artist. The band works the crowd and knows how to manage energy of the event. We can't wait for Business Time's next show and keep trying to come up with an excuse to hire Business Time for another event!

My husband used to be in a band and so when it came time to research our wedding band, I left it up to him. He looked at countless bands in the New England area and wasn't happy with the options, but when he came across Business Time, he was sold. From when we first met with Mark, he made us feel so comfortable and it was evident that he really cared about our wedding and wanted to make it special. Mark was very responsive to all of my emails and was there to answer any questions we had, especially as the day got closer.
We used Business Time to play guitar during our ceremony, and play at our reception and cannot say enough positive things about them and the feedback we received from our guests about them (and still get months later). They learned a few new songs for us and overall played a great variety of music that kept everyone from my 93 year old grandmother to our friends on the dance floor the entire night (none of the cheesy typical wedding band music)! They sounded great and really knew how to read the crowd with their song choices.
The day after our wedding our wedding planner made it a point to not only tell me how great the band sounded, but from a business standpoint how professional and easy they were to work with which was nice to hear. I HIGHLY recommend using Business Time for your wedding, you will not regret it!!

It doesn't get any better than Business Time! Business Time played for both my wedding ceremony and reception and they were incredible. Not only are these guys talented musicians, but they are also great to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, Business Time was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. I probably sent out 15-20 emails to Business Time in the last few months before my wedding and they were all responded to timely and professionally, which kept me at ease during the planning process!
MOST importantly, Business Time ROCKED at my wedding reception! The dance floor was packed the entire night! This band exceeded all of our expectations. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests on this band. Even the other vendors at my wedding were praising Business Time! We were so happy with our decision to hire Business Time and we owe the band a HUGE thanks for making the night unforgettable!

Mark and the rest of the band did an amazing job at our wedding. In addition to playing during the reception, the band also played acoustic music for the ceremony and it was beautiful. Mark is so easy to work with and extremely organized. They learned to play our first dance song as well as the song my dad and I danced to. The band played an awesome set and kept the party rocking all night long. They even played an encore when all of the guests were shouting "one more song". Thank you for making our wedding day a great success! I would absolutely recommend Business Time to anyone!

Where to start?! We had an absolute blast at our wedding thanks to Business Time!!! We hired them for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Business Time was beyond professional to work with and it was so easy to bounce ideas off of them. They are so talented and everyone was dancing the entire night. We didn't want them to stop playing!! We had several people through out the night come up to us and tell us how amazing the band was! We can't say enough good things and highly recommend them to anyone getting married! Can't wait to go see them play again sometime soon!

BEST BAND EVER!!! I still have people telling me how awesome the band was at my wedding. The dance floor was a crazy party the whole night. They played the absolute best music all night and it wasnt cheesy wedding music either…it was stuff you actually wanted to dance to. They learned the song 'kiss the girl' from The Little Mermaid to surprise prank my husband and honestly it was AWESOME!!! I can't believe how talented these guys are and their range is impressive. They didn't even care when my crazy friend grabbed the mic and sang along, in fact they encouraged it. My wedding would have not been the same had I gone with another band and I can't thank them enough.

For lack of a more eloquent way to write this, Business Time was f*cking awesome!! They played our wedding reception and had the entire room (grandparents included) on the dance floor for the whole night; we couldn't have asked for a more fun or talented group of guys!!
