  We worked directly with Marc Burland. He helped us stay within our budget. Helped find the perfect diamond. Listened to all our concerns and requests. He put together the perfect ring for the perfect relationship. We have since recommended Burland's to other couples and they have had the same stellar experience we had. We are now customers for life.

  We got our wedding bands here! Jan was wonderful to work with - my husband changed his mind 3 times about his band (and one of them was a custom order) and they didn't even blink an eye. I was worried about my ring size since the temperatures can be extreme here in Phoenix and they said they could resize my ring anytime I needed free of charge, which is awesome. It was so great to find a local, family-operated jewelry shop with great service. I highly recommend Burland! P.S. Nothing to do with them, but they're next to a great little mom and pop Italian deli that puts out delicious subs!

  This is a family owned and operated company. They were super helpful and friendly. We had to special order both of our bands and they were here within two weeks. This a very customer service orriented company and I am so glad we did our business with them rather than just a chain store in the mall.

  Burland is top notch! I used to think purchasing jewelry would be a scary thing, but not at all at Burland. They are so nice and a smaller locally owned business. I like my hard earned money going to a mom and pop shop that have high quality service without the high prices. Thanks, Burland!

  Excellent family run company in Phoenix. I went several big name places before this store and hated my experience and found nothing I wanted. I went into Burland and they were super kind and not trying to sell me stuff. Though they have a small section of engagement rings (they can order most things), I found the most perfect ring and I love it!

  I have a very simple style ring--a bezel set stone on a thin band. I took my ring to Burland to get sized down. After reading through the reviews on Yelp, I decided on this jewelry center. I first spoke to Jay; he was very knowledgeable & polite. Two days later, I picked up the ring. Later that night I was showing my fiancé. We noticed that the band was not circular, but squished one side. At this point, I wasn't upset--mistakes happen. The salesperson also mentioned how busy they were; though, that is not an excuse for sloppy work. The following morning, I went back & saw the same salesperson. He was very apologetic & said they would fix the issue right away, they'd give me a call at 5 & I could pick it up that night or the next morning. He filled out another work order at no charge. The day passes & I don't get a call. They opened at 10am on Sat. At 11:45am I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. The woman who answered the phone took my name & went to check. She said the work hadn't been completed & went on to tell me she didn't see a note that it was same day turnaround; the jeweler could work on it Tuesday. At this point I was contemplating picking it up & taking it somewhere else. I decide to give them another chance. Tuesday, I receive a call to go pick it up. In this instance I am dealing with Amanda. The band is now round, but if you turn the ring sideways & look at the band, it was crooked. I pointed this out & she took the ring in While she was in the back I saw their work order that was in the pouch with my ring. Hand written on the form was "Need today, Friday 10/28." The jeweler hammered flat the tapered edges of my ring to straighten out the band. I also notice the band is no longer a uniform thickness all the way around. She then proceeds to tell me most rings are tapered in thickness for comfort. The tapered part is off center and the band was created by a UNIFORM piece of 14K half round wire. At least my setting isn't ruined...
