We were looking for something in our budget and this venue was the perfect one, besides money wise we were looking for something flexible for catering and I like the natural look with the wood and the view was so perfect for what I was looking, we would definitely recommend this place. On our wedding day it rained couldn’t use the outside space but I still loved!! -

Ryan and family were the perfect crew to help us pull off our special day. Incredible deal for the price and an absolutely stunning venue. Grateful for their support and assistance throughout the months leading up and even the day itself. Couldn't recommend a better spot! -

Wonderful venue!
We had our wedding at Bull Mountain Lodge on 10/25/2025, and it was everything we dreamed of. The venue is completely DIY when it comes to decor, and while the planning and decorating can feel stressful in the moment, seeing it all come together made it 100% worth it.
Ryan was incredibly flexible and responsive throughout the entire process. He even offered to let us come in early if we needed extra time to set up. Any time we wanted to come by to test out decor or plan our layout, he encouraged us to just send him a message.
I would absolutely recommend Bull Mountain Lodge—10/10. It truly was my dream wedding, and I’m so grateful we chose this venue! -

We had the most amazing experience with this venue! We held our wedding here on Friday. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — it made the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Ryan, the owner, was incredible to work with. He’s so laid back yet goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. His sweet pup, Boone, even came by to say hello — she’s absolutely precious!
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The venue, the service, and the atmosphere were all top-notch — and you truly can’t beat how affordable it is. I’d recommend this venue again and again to anyone looking for the perfect place to say “I do.” -

Ryan, the owner of Bull Mountain Lodge, is one of the most respectful & responsive people I worked with throughout my whole wedding journey. The place is gorgeous especially with the price tag. The bridal suite was spacious, the views immaculate, and the vibes spectacular! I couldn’t have asked for a better venue! Definitely recommend to any couple searching! -

Amazing Wedding Venue
Bull Mountain Lodge is top notch, and Ryan is so great to have done business with. My daughter got married at his place last weekend and it was great. Ryan was helpful, easy going, and checked in on us multiple times. The venue was fantastic too. Nothing is perfect, but this was close. Don’t hesitate to book at Bull Mountain Lodge. -

Ryan made us feel like family from day one. He was there early to set up and came late to help tear down after our wedding. He allowed flexibility with vendors and plans. The price was unbeatable for the amount of space which included the reception site, ceremony site, and bridal suite. The location was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have recommended a better location fur our wedding. -

Our wedding was EVERYTHING we had ever dreamed of! The owner was very responsive and always let us come out to the venue if we had any questions or needed to plan before the wedding. He was there at the end of the night to help clean up. Everything was amazing! If you are wanting a rustic themed wedding this is the place to do it. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous and the photo opportunities and views are amazing! The barn is lit up and we had 150 guests attend! The perfect place for a DIY wedding!! -

Best Experience we had among all Vendors
Ryan is probably the most down to earth person we met during our whole wedding process.
We found him after we looked at a dozen venues that were $10,000-$20,000 for totally ridiculous/terrible spaces and were at our wits end. He met us 16 hours after we called him on his personal cell phone! The day after Thanksgiving at 10AM we totally fell in love with this place from the second we drove up. The price was 1/3 of what we thought he would ask...this is not a joke or exaggeration. He did not require us to work with only HIS vendors- he spoke plainly to us - and gave us all the information and he signed that very day. It is his place - he does not work for a massive faceless company that does not care about you!! He actually wants to make it work.
Throughout our buildup to the wedding Ryan answered every single question and email within 24 hours and was even working with us about problems that popped up and he took care of them for free. He is so ridiculously easy to work with and his place is just stunning. We were there in October and the venue and condition of the venue could not have been more breathtaking. While you do drive in on a dirt road it is level enough for us to us a 14 person limo! So, while rustic you can still make it work.
In two years, this place will have a 9-12 month wait list.

This venue and the owner were absolutely amazing. Ryan was available for the 900 questions we had leading up to our day, and was super flexible with us coming by for walkthroughs with our vendors. The price couldnt be beat, and the location was exactly what we wanted. This place has it all, and doesnt need much added. Tables, chairs, and tons of decor accents included- they even set it up for you! Our guests loved the rocking chairs and open air. Cannot recommend enough! So many beautiful places for golden hour pics! -

This place is absolutely beautiful! The cabin is wonderful for the bride to be and her bridesmaids to get ready in. The barn is absolutely gorgeous for the ceremony or the reception. The view for the wedding is just breathtaking. Ryan the owner is wonderful. He is so kind, and he makes sure that everything is perfect for your day. -

I don't even know where to begin! My husband and I toured Bull Mountain Lodge in February of 2020 and booked it on the spot. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's absolutely stunning. My husband and I are very outdoorsy people (we live in Asheville) so we knew we wanted a rustic type wedding. We camp a lot so to have our wedding at a venue down a forest service road just fit us to a T. Our wedding was March 27th, 2021 and over the past year each and every time I reached out to the owner, Ryan, with my many questions, he responded quickly. He gave us his cell phone and made us aware that we could reach out at any point at all. I had lots of family and friends that wanted to check out the venue prior to the wedding and each time I emailed him asking about certain dates, he was more than willing to let people go and view the venue when there were no other events going on. He called me 2 weeks before the wedding to confirm the guest count and ask how we wanted it set up. Two days before the wedding the road completely washed out leading to the venue and Ryan worked tirelessly to make sure that it was fixed for our wedding so that people did not have to come in a back way which would have added a good bit more time to everyone's journey. Ryan showed up at about 8:30 the evening of our wedding to make sure everything was going okay and to help us get everything cleaned up. Ryan will go above and beyond to make sure your event runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. He truly made our experience stress free and everyone absolutely raved about how beautiful the place was. I honestly cannot speak enough great things about Bull Mountain Lodge and the owner. We are extremely pleased with our experience and I will be recommending this venue to anyone I know searching for a beautiful venue that is extremely cost-efficient. Thank you Ryan and Bull Mountain Lodge for giving us the best day of our lives! -

Dreamy day!
Nestled back into the mountains, you will find this gem! As you pull upon the bottom of the driveway, you will find signs pointing you where to park. At the bottom of the hill, you’ll find a quaint cabin, that is used as a bridal suite. The cabin was air conditioned, very clean, had a kitchen, restrooms, and plenty of space to take the perfect ‘getting ready’ pictures. Surrounded by greenery, a beautiful pond, a bridge, and tons of nature, this cabin was in the perfect spot! After getting ready, our wedding party photos took place all around the property. The pictures are priceless with this gorgeous backdrop! Once you walk up the hill, you come across a brightly lit romantic venue, with mason jar lights, a friendly front porch, and plenty of room for all your guests. Tables are neatly spaced out, the guests have plenty of room, and the guests are able to look out over a mountain. The lodge is clean, well-kept, and of course, comes equipped with tables, DJ booth, cake table, bar, food tables- all you need and more! No need to spend hundreds on decorations, this place speaks for itself! Aside from the breath-taking venue, was the excellent customer service. Ryan responded very promptly to all my millions of texts and calls, had trash bags prepared, cleaned up the bridal suite for us, and even stayed until midnight to help clean the venue the night of. We had an absolute dreamy day with all of our friends and family thanks to Ryan and Bull Mountain Lodge. I would 100% recommend having a wedding here!

Best DIY Venue, awesome owner!
Ryan was such a pleasure to work with! My husband and I booked the venue 2 years in advanced. Ryan responded to all of our emails and texts in a timely manner throughout the entire time. He had all of the answers to our questions. He made sure we had and knew everything that we needed to know for the rehearsal set up and for the day of. He came at the end of our reception to make sure that everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this place just for its view alone! -

Valerie Sent on 05/20/2018Bull Mountain Lodge was the perfect place for our wedding!! Not only is the barn already beautifully decorated with lights and sweet rustic details, but when you’re there it makes you feel like you’re in your own private mountain retreat!
Ryan also made the whole process simple and fun- he was so easy to get a hold of and allowed us to visit the property as much as we wanted, which was so important while planning our DIY wedding.
If you are looking for a beautiful and unique, country location for a GREAT price go with BML! -

The owner is so responsive and friendly; he is easily reached through email and always gets back to your within just a few hours. He told my fiancé and I that we are welcome to visit the venue as much as needed leading up to the wedding, just to visualize how we want things set up, and all we have to do is contact him beforehand to make sure that it isn't in use that day. We also had our engagement pictures taken there, and they turned out beautifully. If you are looking for an excellent, rustic venue with a great view, Bull Mountain Lodge is exactly what you have been searching for. -

Our boys had so much room to run around, the adults warmed themselves by the fire and it was beautifully set up with tables, chairs and food!! The owners actually donated the space and it was incredible. I've attended a wedding at the venue and it was beautifully done. This is a GREAT addition to the North Georgia area!!
