Mr. Scott was amazing. He responded so quickly whenever I had a question about the venue. He was very flexible. My wedding was a success because of how helpful he was at the beginning and the end. Thank you Mr. Scott for everything! If you are looking for a venue, Bull Mountain Lodge is the way to go!

Bryan was great, he allowed us access to the facilities to take more pictures, he had great suggestions For us as well. He was very professional in his response time, the venue was spotless and ready to go for us. His crew was great. We had no worries after the wedding. They made the cleanup process easy.

Ryan made us feel like family from day one. He was there early to set up and came late to help tear down after our wedding. He allowed flexibility with vendors and plans. The price was unbeatable for the amount of space which included the reception site, ceremony site, and bridal suite. The location was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have recommended a better location fur our wedding.

Our wedding was EVERYTHING we had ever dreamed of! The owner was very responsive and always let us come out to the venue if we had any questions or needed to plan before the wedding. He was there at the end of the night to help clean up. Everything was amazing! If you are wanting a rustic themed wedding this is the place to do it. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous and the photo opportunities and views are amazing! The barn is lit up and we had 150 guests attend! The perfect place for a DIY wedding!!

This venue and the owner were absolutely amazing. Ryan was available for the 900 questions we had leading up to our day, and was super flexible with us coming by for walkthroughs with our vendors. The price couldnt be beat, and the location was exactly what we wanted. This place has it all, and doesnt need much added. Tables, chairs, and tons of decor accents included- they even set it up for you! Our guests loved the rocking chairs and open air. Cannot recommend enough! So many beautiful places for golden hour pics!

I got married here in May and it was an absolutely beautiful venue. Beautiful mountain views, private, and tons of serene spots for pictures. Scott, the owner, is very laid back and easy to work with. Definitely worth checking out!!

Ryan helped our first family wedding run smoothly. I particularly enjoyed the air-conditioned new bridal suite and the sound system that made me sound like a pro!! The beautiful venue, caring host, and a fabulous, memorable time made our weekend wedding a dream!

We love this place. We are glad to find this place and in love with it. The venue looks really nice both in the pictures and in real life. Ryan was really responsive and supportive. We postponed the wedding so many times because of covid but finally made it. Thanks Ryan so much for your patient and supporting us/

This place is absolutely beautiful! The cabin is wonderful for the bride to be and her bridesmaids to get ready in. The barn is absolutely gorgeous for the ceremony or the reception. The view for the wedding is just breathtaking. Ryan the owner is wonderful. He is so kind, and he makes sure that everything is perfect for your day.

I don't even know where to begin! My husband and I toured Bull Mountain Lodge in February of 2020 and booked it on the spot. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's absolutely stunning. My husband and I are very outdoorsy people (we live in Asheville) so we knew we wanted a rustic type wedding. We camp a lot so to have our wedding at a venue down a forest service road just fit us to a T. Our wedding was March 27th, 2021 and over the past year each and every time I reached out to the owner, Ryan, with my many questions, he responded quickly. He gave us his cell phone and made us aware that we could reach out at any point at all. I had lots of family and friends that wanted to check out the venue prior to the wedding and each time I emailed him asking about certain dates, he was more than willing to let people go and view the venue when there were no other events going on. He called me 2 weeks before the wedding to confirm the guest count and ask how we wanted it set up. Two days before the wedding the road completely washed out leading to the venue and Ryan worked tirelessly to make sure that it was fixed for our wedding so that people did not have to come in a back way which would have added a good bit more time to everyone's journey. Ryan showed up at about 8:30 the evening of our wedding to make sure everything was going okay and to help us get everything cleaned up. Ryan will go above and beyond to make sure your event runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. He truly made our experience stress free and everyone absolutely raved about how beautiful the place was. I honestly cannot speak enough great things about Bull Mountain Lodge and the owner. We are extremely pleased with our experience and I will be recommending this venue to anyone I know searching for a beautiful venue that is extremely cost-efficient. Thank you Ryan and Bull Mountain Lodge for giving us the best day of our lives!

Everyone at the wedding absolutely loved the location. It is gorgeous. We had the ceremony in the field outside and the reception in the lodge. Ryan was wonderful to work with. He was prompt with responses and made the whole process very easy.

Bull Mountain Lodge was such an amazing venue! The owner was great about making sure that we had access to the venue anytime we needed to see it again during the planning process- the bridal cabin is too cute and this is such an incredibly beautiful place!

My husband & I just got married on October 1, 2016 & we absolutely loved everything about this venue! Ryan Scott was so easy to work with. He responded to all of my questions quickly & was so professional & polite in his responses. My bridesmaids & I also loved getting ready in the cabin. Bull Mountain Lodge is definitely the way to go for a rustic themed wedding for every season. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

My wedding will be in November, but I am already so impressed with the service at Bull Mountain Lodge. The owner is so responsive and friendly; he is easily reached through email and always gets back to your within just a few hours. He told my fiancé and I that we are welcome to visit the venue as much as needed leading up to the wedding, just to visualize how we want things set up, and all we have to do is contact him beforehand to make sure that it isn't in use that day. We also had our engagement pictures taken there, and they turned out beautifully. If you are looking for an excellent, rustic venue with a great view, Bull Mountain Lodge is exactly what you have been searching for.

Bull Mountain Lodge is top notch, and Ryan is so great to have done business with. My daughter got married at his place last weekend and it was great. Ryan was helpful, easy going, and checked in on us multiple times. The venue was fantastic too. Nothing is perfect, but this was close. Don’t hesitate to book at Bull Mountain Lodge.

I got married here in September of 2023 and it was more than I could have ever dreamed. The property is beautiful, the additional bridal suite they added on was perfect, the owners were great to work with and I would not change a thing.

This venue was the most amazing place to get married! Definitely a place for everyone to have a good time! The owner was so easy to coordinate with and had great communication! My husband and I Would get married again everyday just to do it here!!!

Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty in helping our wedding be such a success. Communication was great. I feel like everything was taken care of that should have been taken care of.

Ryan is probably the most down to earth person we met during our whole wedding process.

We found him after we looked at a dozen venues that were $10,000-$20,000 for totally ridiculous/terrible spaces and were at our wits end. He met us 16 hours after we called him on his personal cell phone! The day after Thanksgiving at 10AM we totally fell in love with this place from the second we drove up. The price was 1/3 of what we thought he would ask...this is not a joke or exaggeration. He did not require us to work with only HIS vendors- he spoke plainly to us - and gave us all the information and he signed that very day. It is his place - he does not work for a massive faceless company that does not care about you!! He actually wants to make it work.

Throughout our buildup to the wedding Ryan answered every single question and email within 24 hours and was even working with us about problems that popped up and he took care of them for free. He is so ridiculously easy to work with and his place is just stunning. We were there in October and the venue and condition of the venue could not have been more breathtaking. While you do drive in on a dirt road it is level enough for us to us a 14 person limo! So, while rustic you can still make it work.
In two years, this place will have a 9-12 month wait list.

BML was the perfect place for our fall wedding! We had a couple of friends that got married at this location, we knew it was beautiful before. However, Ryan was such a pleasure to work with, he was quick to answer the ton of questions we had and did everything he could to assist when needed. I will recomend this location to anyone! Ryan was truly amazing and the view is unbeatable!

Bull Mountain Lodge had everything prepared for us perfectly! The area had received several really bad thunderstorms in the two weeks before our wedding date, and Ryan and his staff had everything fixed and repaired perfectly. It looked as good on our wedding day as anyone could ask for.
