    Great last minute vendor, saved our wedding day!!

    So happy to find such a great rental company to work with in Buffalo. COVID-19 screwed all our plans, but Buffalo Party Rental still made our day happen!

    Wonderful Experience

    We rented chairs and a dance floor

    Affordable and professional!

    Very professional!! I used Buffalo party for tables and chairs at my wedding. I love that they have a showroom you can visit to see everything in person. They coordinated with my even venue so I would know when everything was being dropped off and picked up. I also found them to be more affordable than a lot of other local rental companies. The boys on the truck who dropped off our table and chairs (on June 29th 2019) were very nice and helpful. Shannon helped me revise my quote multiple times so I got exactly what I needed, she was also great. Thanks again!!!

    I am very happy I chose Buffalo Party Rental for our wedding this weekend! I went to their showroom when placing my order. I worked with Shannon. She was professional and knowledgeable. She answered any/all questions I had. My wedding took place at a hall so I had to rent pretty much everything.. tables, chairs, coat rack, bar, etc. Once my order was placed, I corresponded with Shannon through email. (My preferred method.) Shannon was always quick to respond. I requested a specific delivery time and they were there within the time frame and also called 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. There were a couple of pieces to the dance floor missing from the first delivery but someone came back less than an hour later to finish up. When searching for rental companies I found that Buffalo Party Rental was the most reasonably priced. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

    Buffalo Party Rental was very easy to deal with. Everything was delivered and picked up on time. Our ceremony site recommended them and so would I.

    We worked with Siobhan for my daughter's Wedding, and she went above and beyond!!!! She provided us with computer drawings of the layout of our venue and tent we were renting that showed the positioning of all the tables and chairs. When we went into the Showroom, she pulled out the tables and chairs we planned to use and helped us set up the tables with our tablecloths, runners, centerpieces, plates, napkins, etc, and offered a lot of suggestions along with using items she had purchased to give us a visual of her ideas. My daughter was concerned the tent might not be clean, so Siobhan took us in the back to show us the cleaning process. The Wedding grade tent we received was in pristine condition. The day before the Wedding, I found out our venue couldn't locate some of the tables we were told they had in their inventory. At first I panicked a little because Buffalo Party Rental's truck had already been loaded and on the road. Also, they came out earlier than expected and the tent had been expanded to a 40x80 for us, but wasn't where we wanted it. We also questioned if we should have gotten a 40x100 for more space. I called Siobhan and she said she would call me back in 15 minutes. She called me back and said the guys would come back out and move the tent and make it bigger. Also, that she was going to have them bring the extra tables we needed. Siobhan also kept in contact via text to let me know their ETA. I can't say enough about her. She is a sweetheart!!!! The delivery guys were very nice as well, and all of the items we received were clean and exactly what we ordered. It was only $15 for delivery and that included the tent setup and takedown. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!!!!

    Buffalo Party Rental was great to work with! They were very helpful and organized when I was ordering and even took a change in the order just two weeks before the wedding, without issue. The linens were in perfect shape!

    We rented 40 chairs for our outdoor ceremony. I received a call stating the black chairs I had originally rented were not available, so we were being upgraded to the more expensive white chairs at no extra cost for the inconvenience. Overall they were pleasant to deal with.

    Cheapest in Buffalo (my husband and I checked all of the places) including set-up/take-down fees. Our caterer actually put up/took down all the tables and chairs which saved us money -- and Buffalo Party Rental told us that our particular caterer would do so -- so they saved us even more money and didn't try to take advantage.

    The staff is extremely friendly and they worked with us to fit us in during a holiday weekend. The delivered to the Ellicott Square Building with no hassle or additional fees (there is no particular loading dock, etc) and had experience with the building.

    Everything was perfect and we highly recommend them!! Their show room is great too if you want to take a look at their chairs and tables (I blogged about some of their great centerpiece ideas: http://buffaloniagarabride.blogspot.com/2010/04/centerpiece-ideas-holiday-ideas.html)

    Siobhan at Buffalo Party rental was great to work with. She spent tons of time helping us pick out exactly the look that we wanted. She showed us how to put together the best package for our budget. We were so happy everything went smoothly.

    Buffalo party rental had everything I needed and the service was helpful and kind. Buffalo party rental let us make last minute changes without giving us a hassle. The pickup and delivery were worry free and the workers were extremely polite, I would reccomend this place to anyone having an outddor wedding.

    They were very helpful to us when it came to staying within a budget. We told them what we were looking for and they were able to help us stay in the range we wanted. Everything was delivered and taken care of as it needed to be. They knew that I wanted the tent liner but didn't want to spend the money. About a week before the wedding they called me to tell me that they Adan extra and would give it to me for a cheap price! I loved that they remembered this about our situation. Will definitely work with them again if I need to rent.

    Overall, Buffalo Party Rental was great. The staff there was very helpful and knowledgable. I was even able to have everything delivered one day earlier with no extra charge. The only thing that I was upset about, was that 4 days prior to the wedding, I was called and told that I was not able to have the chairs that I was planning on having. I had booked these months in advance and now I can't have them? It all worked out, but I still have not rectified the situation on the chairs and the difference in cost.

    We rented our wedding tent, chairs and tables from buffalo party rental for our wedding. They were very helpful but not very quick in responding to our phone calls throughout the process. We were told that we could mark where we wanted the tent to be set up and were told when to do it. When I went to mark it in the grass, they had already went to the venue and set up the tent (where they felt like setting it up without asking us first) . We frantically called and got no answer. The next day they had to come back and showed up late and had to move the entire tent. In the meanwhile we waited for the tables and chairs to be delivered so we could set up the inside of the venue (which held us up since they were supposed to arrive much earlier)... they were helpful and the tent was nice but there were a few hiccups in the process.

    Incredibly unprofessional, do not waste your time

    If you do not need added stress for your wedding, avoid these people at all costs. I called for a simple price quote and enjoyed what I thought was a straightforward and amicable conversation - this company came with assurances from our caterer we so were pretty excited! I asked the woman, Shannon, to hold while I reviewed my address was correct- she thought she had placed me on a hold as well, and proceeded to complain about me to her coworker , calling me nasty names and debilitating my mental status . I was pretty shocked but cleared my throat and asked her if she was ready for the address- she seemed a little caught off . We finished professionally and she assured I’d receive a quote shortly. 5 days later , I’ve heard nothing. I’m ready to write this company off, but my caterer again assures me it might have been a misunderstanding and they’ll take good care of me. When I called back, I find out that through the twenty minute conversation we had, they never even took down my name, date, or began that quote. Needless to say, it just solidified what I’d already begin to assume about how unprofessional these people are. Stay away, and check out earlier google reviews- it seems there’s a history of bad phone calls

    I do not recommend Buffalo Party Rental. I rented chairs for my wedding ceremony and was very unhappy with the service I received. One week prior to my wedding I received an email from one of the employees saying that because the venue had stairs, I would be charged an extra "carry" charge fee of 20%. This was never specified in the original contract or invoice. On top of that, I was already being charged a delivery fee. Then three days before my wedding they called me and said that the 20% carry charge fee was for each day they had to carry the chairs...so both drop-off and pick-up...totaling 40% extra in fees. I tried to speak to the manager, but conveniently for them, he was always "busy" or "not there" when I called. The way they handled the fees was incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
