    Bucks-Mont Party Rental is amazing!

    Bucks-Mont Party Rental as so great to work with!! Jodi and her team were so nice and very responsive! We loved the tent we had at our wedding reception at Graeme Park! We got many compliments from guests about how great the tent was and truly are so grateful to Bucks-Mont Party Rental for making our wedding day so wonderful!

    Stress free!

    I work as an event planner and use Bucks Mont for all of my events! It’s important that I use someone who is reliable for my clients. Jodi and her team are not only very kind and helpful every time I work with them, but are prompt with their delivery and pick up, professional and organized. This makes having them on my side stress free! I would recommend this business to anyone in need of rental supplies no matter how big or small their event is!

    18% Chance Rain. 100% Satisfied with our decision

    We had a "rainy day policy" in that we reserved the tent in case of rain. 36 hours before the wedding, we were still undecided. Jodi was wonderful and very flexible. We decided to go for the clear tent that had been specially created for the Black Bass Hotel deck, and we are so grateful we did! It rained on our wedding, but what a blessing! The tent was a delightful romantic oasis for our guests, lit with little white string lights. The beads of water on the panes were so lovely. And space heaters made the environment warm. We would not have had this experience had it not rained- and the tent made our wedding environment absolutely poetic and magical. I could not have asked for better ambience. Thank you, Jodi, and thank you Bucks-Mont Party Rental.

    Excellent to work with!

    Excellent to work with! Patient with us as we added and took off various items for our DIY wedding at a summer camp in May 2023. We got tables, tablecloths, chairs, coffee urns, and the largest dance floor possible! Throughout the whole process I found their employees to be kind and organized. Drop off and pick up was well planned and they were on time and professional. Definitely recommend their services!!

    Great quality rentals, helpful service!

    We had a great experience working with Bucksmont Party Rental. The Aurora Sailcloth tent was so beautiful and was put up perfectly on our property. Dance floor was a great success! The dishes, glasses, tablecloths etc were all great quality and looked fabulous! The white resin chairs created a beautiful look for the ceremony. Cocktail tables gave an elegant yet casual vibe. Guests had lots of room to spread out. Pickup afterward was smooth and there were no issues. Bucksmont was very gracious about all the changes I made in the planning process. I felt that they really cared about our Wedding and wanted to help fulfill our vision.

    Incredibly helpful and wonderful customer service

    Working with Jodi was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I reached out fairly late in the game since I was having an intimate wedding of 50 guests and Jodi helped design the layout of the wedding based on my request of having a tent and two long rows of tables. She laid out where the dance floor would go and what size tent would be appropriate. I really don't know how I would have made those decisions without her. My wedding was a backyard wedding so everything from the silverware, china, napkins, table linens, tables, tent, chairs, etc had to be rented. Jodi helped me make sure I wasn't missing anything and was so patient going through each and every possible detail. Would definitely recommend Bucks Mont Party Rentals for your backyard wedding!

    Very customer focused

    Walked into BMPR about 8 weeks prior to our wedding shower event, not knowing a thing about what we needed. They were already completely booked for June, but squeezed us in, helped us configure a great tent layout and table/chair arrangements. Installers were great and hilarious as a bonus! Whole experience was easy and very professional, which is such a rarity these days. Highly recommend

    Wonderful experience with Kate and her team!

    Fleurish went above and beyond for our wedding in June! I can't say enough about how welcoming Kate was from the first meeting until the day of the wedding. My mom and I can't say enough about how everything turned out. I highly recommend her and her team for your wedding!

    Fantastic!

    Fleurish saved our wedding only a few months before the date, and we couldn't have been happier with them! I sent Kate the pictures I had gathered for my "vision" of what our flowers would look like, and she took it from there. We had a very specific vision for our "arch", and since Fleurish didn't have one like it, they built it for us! To say we were blown away by Kate and Fleurish would be an understatement!

    They were responsive and easy to work with - I would highly recommend to anyone planning an event!

    Great Experience

    Kate and her team at Fleurish Foral Design were better than I could ever imagine! Kate was amazing to work with and really put together the most perfect bouquets, center pieces and ceremony decor. Everyone loved them and I hope to use Fleurish again in the future! ❤️

    Amazing Customer Service and Attention to Detail

    Bucks-Mont Party Rental was the most amazing vendor we worked with for my daughter's wedding. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They worked very efficiently with the wedding planner and the caterer and they were the least expensive vendor we researched.
    We could not be happier with our experience and Jodi was an absolute saint!

    Amazing! So happy!

    Kate is the BEST! A true artist. Our wedding personal, ceremony, and reception flowers were everything I dreamed of and more - to say they were absolutely beautiful is an understatement! Kate is so professional, kind, quick-to-respond, easy to work with, and really helps you imagine out the vibe and look that you want for your day. We received SO many compliments on our flowers, with some guests saying they were the prettiest they ever saw. I hope to hire Fleurish for parties in the future!

    Great experience!

    When we booked our wedding at Graeme Park, we were told that BucksMont rentals would be our go-to vendor. Thank goodness, because Jodi at Bucks Mont is EVERYTHING. She was so kind and helpful through everything, and made such great suggestions. We had to reschedule our wedding about 3 times, and Jodi was great through it all. Everything for our wedding was so perfect, thank you so much to Jodi and your team!!

    Beautiful floral arrangements

    Kate was very professional and accommodating for our wedding at the William Penn Inn in August 2021. We were so happy with all her work, from the alter arch, table arrangements and bride and bridal party bouquets! Everything was perfect and she incorporated all our wishes so beautifully!💐💐🌹🌹

    Wedding Flowers

    Kate was the absolute best to work with from beginning to end. She made this part of wedding planning so easy (even when postponing our date 3 times due to covid). I was pretty clueless when it came to flower types and what works well together and she was able to guide me through the entire process (even while answering and helping guide my mother in laws questions and ideas who was very involved with this aspect of the wedding). I only had a few random photos from google and Pinterest and she was able to make my entire vision a reality with just that. Her years of experience in this industry really shows.

    If you're considering booking Kate for an event don't hesitate any further, you will not be disappointed! She doesn't try and over sell you and is very down to earth and realistic with helping you stay in your budget. Plus she is so much fun to hang out with :)

    Great service, easy to work with!

    We rented tables, chairs a dance floor and a large party tent for a back yard wedding for 100 guests! The skies opened up and the rain came down for hours! The tent kept us dry and a great time was had by all! The tent looked great and laughed at the storms while keeping us dry!

    Amazing customer service!!

    We used BMPR for farm tables & bistro lighting for our wedding, and their customer service is amazing! We had to make some last-minute changes to our order due to unforeseen circumstances, and Jodi was more than accommodating! This was so helpful during a stressful & crazy part of our wedding planing process.

    Amazing Florals!!

    Kate was amazing to work with! I was blown away by my flowers for my wedding! When we first met, I showed Kate a few pictures of what I liked and she was able to take those pictures and run with it. Kate was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails. She really helped bring together the purple theme of the wedding!

    Gorgeous Florals and Friendly Experience!

    I spoke with several floral vendors before finding Kate who was referred to me by another vendor who had previously worked with her before. Kate listened to what I wanted and really made my vision come to life. She was exciting to speak with and super down to earth. I wanted florals that added beauty and elegance to my venue but didn't overwhelm my other décor. Kate really knew what she was doing and even created a vision board with an easy to read price list to help me stay within my budget. Communication was easy and efficient. I immediately felt at ease with Kate in the driver's seat and knew that my florals would be gorgeous! She did not disappoint!

    Fantastic Partners

    Bucks-Mont Party Rental was phenomenal to work with. Jodi, Brittany, Adam, Emily -- from start to finish delivered for us. They were wonderful partners. We had our wedding in my parents backyard and they helped transform the space into the wedding venue of our dreams. They provided an industrial oven, flatware, glassware, and other support for the day. They delivered in every way for us and the day was flawless.

    Great experience!

    Dear Jodi,

    I'm writing to compliment your staff for the very high level of
    service they provided to us for an important family occasion.

    Our daughter's engagement party was this past Saturday, cocktails and
    dinner for 60 people.

    I called your offices in mid-May and Tina was the first person to whom
    I spoke. She guided me through the process and expertly answered my
    many questions, confirming everything by email in short order. She
    advised me on the appearance of different choices, sent me photos, and
    made great suggestions on how to handle our caterers needs. She went
    the extra mile to see if she could locate items in short supply and
    successfully arranged to get us all of what we needed. From that point
    on I made any number of changes and reversed earlier decisions which
    might have exasperated some people. But no matter who picked up the
    phone on your end I received a consistently high level of service with
    only positive attitudes and problem solving skills. As soon as I
    provided my contract number the members of your staff had my
    information and could handle all the questions or changes I requested.
    I was never told to call back or shifted to someone else to resolve
    issues. As a client I was reassured that the details of the order were
    being handled effectively which was always confirmed by a follow up
    email.

    When it came time for delivery, the two gentlemen who arrived with all
    our goodies were courteous, friendly, fun to work with and clearly
    knew their jobs. They could, and did, advise us on table positions,
    fans, lighting, and how to operate the equipment. They placed
    everything where I wanted it and helped me understand what was what in
    all the crates and boxes. When they left I was as well set up as I
    could have been. This morning everything was dismantled and packed
    without even waking sleeping members of the family!

    The whole experience was flawless. This may be what you expect of your
    staff but we all know that with many firms the reality of good service
    is a myth. Not so with your company. I congratulate you on creating
    the culture that makes service a priority. I will be more than pleased
    to provide references for your company and hope that you will share my
    compliments with the staff who delivered such a wonderful experience
    to this happy client.

    Made my life easier

    Bucks-Mont was absolutely awesome to work with. I planned a wedding for 150 guests and they were so amazing the entire time. They really knew exactly what I needed ( I did not know anything about tents, tables, and chairs). They had great communication, and the set up was perfect. HIGHLY recommend.

    Loved working with Bucks Mont

    We had a very DIY venue, so we needed to rent a lot of stuff. Britney was able to walk us through everything we needed to be more than prepared for our wedding day. They are super flexible and were willing to work with all our needs (tight budget but a big guestlist). I definitely recommend using Bucks Mont for all your rental needs.

    My daughter & I LOVED working with Darlene and Adam in planning her wedding reception at Fonthill.
    Darlene helped us so much (with Maria Benemar from Seedling & Sage) with the tablescape as well as with renting the additional tent in the event of rain (thankfully, even though it was set up, we didn’t need it on the beautful, rain-free nght!). As the wedding got closer, she emailed us often to see how we were holding up...and even made a quick appearance at the reception to make sure everything was going smoothly and to give us hugs! Adam couldn’t have been more helpful in terms of honoring my daughter’s requests for differerent light bulbs in the string lights, hanging the chandeliers, and the fabric we originally contracted for with Memorable Affairs. He and Darlene were quick to reply to any questions/concerns we sent via text, phone or emails. We appreciate all they did to make the tent exactly what my daughter and her now-husband wanted for the reception. Working with BMPR enabled us to be guests at our own party – THANK YOU, Darlene & Adam and everybody else there who helped out!!

    We used Bucksmont Party Rentals for my wedding and they did a beautiful job! Darlene was a dream to work with, super responsive and helpful, she made my planning process 1000% less stressful. She is honest and fair about what you need for the amount of guests at your wedding, and she thinks of things that you would not otherwise if you don't do this for a living. Their rental choices for chairs, tables, silverware, etc. are all gorgeous, and they really allow you to make a beautiful event that is a reflection of your own personal taste and style. I can't thank BMPR enough for making my wedding a success!

    We can’t even begin to express our utmost thanks to Bucks Mont Party Rentals! From day one, they were unbelievably accommodating, and that continued throughout the entire wedding process. Whether it was a change in the contract or bringing one extra chair, they gladly obliged and made things as stress-free as possible. Their team is excellent at what they do and entertaining to boot!     We rented our tent and EVERYTHING else we needed for our backyard wedding through Bucks Mont. We were really happy with their service, professionalism and attention to detail. Jodi was very prompt in responding to any needs we had. They really went the extra mile to get us anything we needed. And the tent that we rented was GORGEOUS! I never thought a huge tent could be pretty, but it was :) We couldn't have been happier with our experience working with Bucks Mont and would highly recommend them.

    First of all I have to say I absolutely LOVED working with this company. I never wanted to have a wedding, would have preferred to go away, but my fiancee wanted a wedding. So we decided a big tent wedding would be the way to go. Thanks to Pinterest I had tons of ideas for the DIY wedding. But first I needed the tent. I called a couple of companies and got little responses and the ones I did hear back from didn't have what I wanted. A client had told me about BMPR and I looked them up. I filled out a request form and the next morning I received a call from Jodi. Let me tell you, Jodi is absolutely amazing. She knows her stuff and is just a sweetheart. She answered all my questions, got my quote together in no time and because we requested such a large tent, her and her husband, Dave, came out the next weekend to survey the property. They are the easiest and most kind people to work with. This past summer my tent was going up for another event and she reached out to me and invited me to the event so I could get an idea of what i was working with! I was beyond excited. The tent was fabulous! We also rented tables, chairs and linens. It was all perfect. From beginning to end it was a stress free wonderful experience! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs any rentals for any type of party!

    Having a backyard wedding for 200 is stressful, but Bucks-Mont Party did a great job walking me through it. They were patient and helpful. Even their delivery guys were amazing!

    Our reception was done at a church. At the last minute, we needed plates, cups, etc. because some details fell through elsewhere. Their service was thorough and exceptional - especially at the last minute!

    I worked with the amazing team at Bucks Mont Party Rental for about a year while planning our wedding. We got married at a garden venue that did not provide anything on site, so we worked to create the party basically from scratch. Jodi and Adam at Bucks Mont helped us think through everything that would make us and our guests comfortable and we could not be happier with their service. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process and our event was beautiful thanks to their tent, chairs, tables, linens, dishware, flatware, and all necessary equipment and serving ware for the caterers. We even were able to buy tablecloths for our DIY brunch the following day from their partner party store business, which made it so easy. We could not be happier with Bucks Mont --they provided everything we needed for our nearly-DIY wedding, which streamlined the planning process and day-of coordination.

    BMPR provided everything we needed for our daughter's wedding at Graeme Park. It was a wonderful event, thoroughly enjoyed by all! BMPR staff were so helpful and worked closely with us and our caterer to make sure we had everything needed! I highly recommend this rental company!

    Bucks-Mont Party was great to work with. I must have called 12 times to change small things, and some big things, and they were always nice and never lost patience with me. Last-minute, I called to get a larger tent and decrease the number of chairs we wanted because there was a big threat of rain. Not a problem on their end. Then on the day of delivery, I realized the dance floor wasn't nearly large enough so we asked to get more floor space and all we had to do was go pick it up. Overall, they were very responsive and friendly, especially the delivery/set-up team. My recommendation for brides is to go bigger than you think you need - I'm glad we ended up with the larger-than-necessary tent and dance floor. Bucks-Mont publishes their prices online so there's total transparency. I'd work with them again.

    The staff at Bucks Mont Party Centre were very responsive-- they got back to me immediately, both my phone and email. They showed up on time for both delivery and pick-up. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

    Great if you’re into DIY

    We used BuxMont for our wedding at Graeme park. First let me say, Jodi is absolutely wonderful and a delight to work with. The man who set up the tent (I don’t remember his name) was so great in bringing out vision to life. We were able to make the tent look so beautiful and completely cater to our vision. That being said, this venue is for the DIY couple. I was unaware of each of the tiny fees and costs prior to signing the venue contract. We brought in linens to drape the top of the tent (covering the exposed poles), rented the extra bump out tent and then upgraded some of the silverware/etc. For planning and budgeting purposes, I wish I would have known that we would be charged for every thing and I mean everything. You’ll pay for each knife, fork, glass, napkin, light dimmer, extension cord, etc. If you have a large budget then you can transform this to the place of your dreams. The tent is huge (we had 150 guests and there was plenty of space). The day was beyond perfect and everything exceeded expectations. Jodi even stopped by the day of the wedding just to say hello, a personal touch that isn’t always there from vendors.

    Bucks Mont works with Graeme Park, which was my venue, to provide everything needed for an outdoor wedding. It sometimes took a few emails to sort through what I wanted, but Bucks Mont did accommodate my every wish. Darlene was very professional and extremely patient with me as I kept adding more tables and linens and removing other things. They provided an extra tent, and a layout to accommodate 250 guests in the tent at Graeme. We did ask for WayCool Spot Coolers, but they were damaged a week before the wedding and Bucks Mont was unable to rent them to us, but they removed them from the bill. Overall a good experience!

    We booked our wedding with Graeme Park so Bucks-Mont was a required rental vendor for our wedding since they keep a tent up all wedding-season long. Graeme Park was a great location and we are pleased with that decision and understand their requirement to go with Bucks-Mont, but our interaction with Bucks-Mont was just okay. The tent provided was great, we also got a fire pit that our guests loved, the guys who helped set up and break down the day of the wedding and following day were very personable and helpful, and most of the girls in the storefront were great to work with. We, unfortunately, had several interactions with Darlene that felt very sales-like and forceful to add additional items we didn't feel we needed. And we got mixed messages on pricing for both our tent contract and additional rentals, and in one case the cost of things went up after a contract was put in place. We were holding a wedding in November, so the weather was unpredictable and we wanted to have heaters available for colder weather. Unfortunately, Bucks-Mont didn't offer any kind of preventative contracting. If we wanted the heaters on-site, whether used or not, we had to pay full price. And contracts had to be finalized a few days prior to the wedding, so any purchase made was only refundable to store-credit, so we couldn't pay for the heaters then make a last minute decision to cancel them if the warmer weather held up (which it did). Overall, it wasn't a miserable experience but there's room for improvement and flexibility with customers and isn't worthy of repeat business for us.
