Going into planning my wedding, my top priority was making sure our guests had the BEST time and that the dance floor stayed full all night. If you want the best hire BTA!!!
BTA was amazing to say the least! It is months later and people still come up to us and talk about the entertainment at our wedding! People beg us to throw an anniversary party and hire BTA! The entertainment was so outstanding that people just want to relive how fun they made our special night! I feel like without them people would not have stayed as long. We had people there until the early morning hours because BTA did such a great job getting the party started and going! (They provided entertainment for us until 1am and we had our venue for multiple days so we could do this) and the amount of services the company offers are out of this world! Photo booths, up lighting personalization and the worksheets really helped take some stress off of a stressful day! The games they played with our guests were so fun and at one point I looked out and EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE (including my grandma who recently had hip surgery) was on the dance floor! That right there…it is because of BTA

Undisputed Best DJ/Entertainer/MC !!
My wife and I found BTA through a verbal recommendation from a retired DJ here in our hometown of Washington, NC.
My wife and I wanted to find the absolute best quality and value for a total MC/Entertainer/DJ in eastern NC and undisputedly I can ensure you that person is Fox Feltman.
We wanted the DJ we hired to manage the process for entertainment/music and event pacing by leveraging their experience to read the room and adjust the music and entertainment and pacing accordingly. I’m not going to tell my dentist how to do their job just like I’m not going to tell my wedding dj how to do theirs.
I can’t review something for a wedding without discussing cost since it is such a large part of planning a wedding. Especially my wife and I as we we paid for 95% of the entire wedding from our income. We felt BTA was a very reasonable price from the start, but the total value is where I think they shine. Some companies will show up and play music for the same price or less and that’s it. BTA will MC the event plus manage the music plus provide entertainment.
Our biggest concern before the wedding was without the right DJ, everyone would be just sitting in their seats at the reception and watching the 10-20 extroverts and/or extradrunks (pun intended) dance while everyone else watches awkwardly. This has been what we had seen at all other weddings we’d been to before ours.
When BTA started the pre wedding music at 5, they essentially managed the entire event flow from there until the end. They absolutely crushed the recepction through a mix of games and music.
All I can say is that they were able to somehow get almost everyone on the dance floor preventing our concern of a normal stale reception. With every loose from this, so many people danced and had fun.
At the end, I had everyone say they were the best DJ they had ever seen and we can’t agree more!

The best wedding we could’ve had!
My husband and I got married in 11/8/2025 and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Guest came up all night and for weeks to follow telling us how much fun the party was. We have NO DOUBT a good DJ makes the party. During the first set we had EVERY guest on the dance floor! (Even my grandma!!) If I changed everything about my wedding and did it again the only things I would keep are my husband and the DJ! BTA Entertainment will forever be my recommendation!

Best wedding entertainment there is!
We selected Fox to do our wedding and from the beginning it was a great experience. Fox gave us a list with questions to fill out so he is well prepared for the wedding. He also asked us for all the songs we wanted to have played and if he didn’t have them in his collection he got them to make sure our wedding will be special. He did entertainment for our ceremony and reception as well as providing a Photo Booth. Every single experience was great, we also received all the pictures from the photo booth digitally so we have them forever.
During the reception Fox was able to get every single person on the dance floor and made our wedding truly special!

If You Don’t Want a Boring Wedding—Hire Fox!
Fox was incredible, professional and easy to work with! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how fun and interactive the wedding was. The only thing we wanted was for our wedding not to be boring—and thanks to Fox, it definitely wasn’t! We trusted him with everything on the entertainment side

Best Wedding DJ
The best money I spent was on our DJ. Fox Feltman with BTA Entertainment was worth every single penny! After he introduced the newlyweds he then explained that table numbers would not be called in order that we had to win the right to go get our food. So it was TV and movie theme song trivia. My daughter Audrie was launching herself to go tell CeeJay the answer. It was sooo much fun. After that he had everyone on the dance floor and I mean EVERYONE! Even Landon who never dances did the cha cha slide 😂. We had most guest stay until almost the very end. It was awesome. I can’t recommend him enough it was so much fun

Even 8 months later my husband and I are getting comments from friends and family on how much fun our wedding was, including that it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Best dj and day of coordinator
I am so happy we went with BTA! Allen was our DJ and Luanna was our day of coordinator! They were both so professional, and made the entire process so FUN. We met with Allen prior to the wedding and he went over the game plan which included so many fun activities to get all of our wedding guests involved and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Everyone I’ve talked to thought it was so unique and the best entertainment they’ve ever seen at a wedding. Luanna and Frankie, the wedding coordinators were also so helpful in making my vision come to life. I was so stressed prior to the wedding but Luanna handled everything, and I am so so grateful for that. I don’t think I can recommend their services enough. I was a big DIY bride, so there was so much STUFF, but she set everything up so beautifully, it took a huge weight off my shoulders. It was affordable, flexible (as we even had to change our date) and professional. They really do care about you and your big day, and do everything they can to ensure it’s perfect!!

I personally knew Fox from doing karaoke at Blackbeards and Pirates cove. I decided he would be great DJ for our wedding (I have also heard different people talk about him from previous weddings too).
Fox was a completely different person compared to doing karaoke on the weekends.
He was a great DJ for helping people to the dance floor and join along the fun activities throughout the wedding. We had one of the bet weddings thanks to him!! Anyone would be lucky to have him as your wedding DJ!!!

Daniel, did an all around amazing job! He showed up early to get a layout of where everything was taking place. He was setup for the ceremony (outside) and for the reception (inside) well in advance. Fox Feltman with BTA Entertainment, you really couldn’t have done a better job than you did!! Not only did you shoot to please Shane and I, you made sure to consider every single person at our wedding and covered all bases to entertain all ages with the music that you chose to play. I honestly believe that your entertainment company is going to make or break your event, and he MADE our wedding everything, as well as his assistant. Our wedding would’ve never been what it was had you not been our DJ and entertainment company! I want to say how thankful I am to have chosen Frankie Hill with BTA Wedding Planners to oversee the entirety of it all. I let EVERY stress that I had fall into her lap, and she handled it as beautifully as a planner could handle things. I can’t imagine the amount of stress that she was under and she went above and beyond to make things absolutely perfect and make ALL things right, from the beginning until even after the wedding. I just knew that there was going to be SOMETHING that wasn’t right that would have to be dealt with at the wedding, but there wasn’t. She excelled in planning and tended to not just us, but all of my family while answering any question from my vendors. If you want a multi-tasker who is SOLID and gets the job done, Frankie is surely the planner for you. could go on and on……but I think I’ve said enough. God knew what vendors I needed. If you are planning to get married, hire these vendors. They are professional AND personable. Sometimes you can’t get both because some people just don’t have both qualities but I genuinely feel like I met long lost family when I met this group of people and hired them! Sometimes thank you just isn’t enough, and I pray that this review gives you all the credit that you deserve and I pray your company multiply’s with an abundance of business! The best day of my life. We truly could not have had a better wedding without Frankie and Fox.
I HIGHLY recommend having Fox be your DJ and Frankie as your wedding planner/coordinator. They do an absolutely amazing job and they LOVE what they do! Everyone attending your wedding will have a great time and trust me, they will all be on the dance floor. Frankie help me get through the day and she was there with anything me or my family needed. She was on top of everything and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I couldn't of dreamed of a better day! If you are unsure of a day of planner and DJ just go ahead and book them. You will not regret it!

Fun and Interactive with all of our guests!
Frankie from BTA was our DJ and was amazing! Everyone at our wedding told us how much fun it was. She kept the party going and made everyone laugh, was personable, interactive, and gave us so many memories. We also hired BTA to do our wedding video and we loved what we got! They gave us an awesome 6 min highlight video and then an hour of footage from our day. Hiring BTA was the best decision we made for our wedding!

Incredible and Interactive Reception
If you are looking for someone to get your guests off their behinds and on the dance floors, look no further. The music was awesome but it was the careful attention to detail and the program that made this reception incredible. My parents danced for the first time in 30 years. Had it not been for the great DJ and interactive program, that would not have happened. I've spoken to several attendees who just kept remarking over how much fun that reception was. I've been to very high end weddings with a live band where the only dances were the groom, bride and parents. Not this wedding. It ended with the Circle of Love that was just a PERFECT way to end the night. You will not go wrong hiring this incredibly talented master of ceremonies. I'm a Fox fan for life.

Best part of the wedding!!
Hey everyone! My name is Kristen Jackson, and I got married on July 30th, 2022. We decided to hire BTA Entertainment for their experience and professionalism and it was so amazing. For the ceremony and reception, it was a 1700-dollar package, and it was money well spent. Daniel was our wedding DJ, and he did a phenomenal job. He showed up two hours early to make sure he had all of his equipment set up and he ran all of his sound checks, when we did the ceremony, he played all of the songs we requested at the right times in the song, and it really made it so special. When we did cocktail hour, there was music playing while everyone was on the patio, so they were not bored. We had a Grand entrance and there way we were introduced made us feel like royalty. There was a fun game to decide tables during dinner, so it wasn't just boring table numbers. He played all of the songs we requested and there was never a dull moment. People were approaching us all night telling us it was the best reception they had ever been to, and it was. He did such an amazing job and if anyone is looking for a wedding DJ, you HAVE to get BTA entertainment, and request Daniel.

Simply Fantastic
So glad we decided to go with BTA Entertainment. At first we thought, this is out of our budget. But with everything Fox had explained and the unique way they went about entertaining, we knew we had to have them.
Daniel was our DJ and wow what a great job this young man did. He is very entertaining, he communicated with all of my guests and made them feel special to have been a part of my wedding day. When we had our finale meeting with Daniel, we were not sure what to play music Lu since we had guests of all ages, but he assured us that he would read the crowd and keep them entertained. He did just that. My 82 year old grandmother was out dancing. We received so many compliments on how fun the reception was. The Photo Booth was a big hit as well. I highly recommend Daniel and BTA Entertainment.

Highly recommend Frankie!
Frankie co-ordinated my wedding. I would have been lost without her. She had timeline prepared for my vendors, arranged rental centerpieces that saved me money, and helped decorate. Made sure everyone was where they needed to be and knew what to do when it was go time. Do yourself a favor and ask for Frankie. You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you so much for the amazing wedding night!! I can’t tell you how much having you there made my night. Basically everyone I talked to afterwards said you guys were basically the best they have ever seen. You seriously made the night amazing for everyone, even more than I could have possibly imagined if I tried to come up with my fantasy wedding. It was literally better than my dreams. I always was excited about weddings, but I never thought my wedding would actually be that good. The most fun wedding ever
We got married on August 20th, 2022. Allen our DJ entertainer, was very professional and did everything we asked. Any special requests we wanted were carried out the way we wanted. We also had a special circumstance where we used a swing for our first dance. Allen worked with us to keep our guests preoccupied while we got situated. Allen had musical games and ways to keep people engaged and having fun. Frankie, our day or coordinator through BTA entertainment, did a phenomenal job. She made our night fun, easy, organized, and less stressful. Due to her ability to handle everything, we were able to sit back and enjoy our wedding. She found ways to have fun with our guests as well. We were told by multiple guests that it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding event. We would highly recommend BTA Entertainment for anyone's event. We also want to thank them for a great night and job well done.

Picking BTA was an excellent choice for our wedding, and we cannot recommend them enough.
Leading up to the reception, Fox walked us through the timeline and took our requests/input to make it very personal. He made things very easy for the reception entertainment. When we showed up, things were set up and all ready to go. Everybody had a blast, and it was great to be able to enjoy our day and watch our guests have fun. There was plenty of interaction, fun dances/games, and things were spaced out so well that everybody stayed until the end. People are still raving about it a month later!
We also had Frankie help as a day of coordinator. She was awesome with helping move us on a timeline between photos and the reception. She was able to help with decorations, picking up day-of things, and making sure everything ran smoothly in general. She was a huge help in making our special day so easy.

We had an absolute blast at our wedding
We heard BTA was the best. we heard BTA has a very fun and unique way for entertaining and keeping everyone involved. And they did just that. Allen was our DJ and he was awesome,
He continued to keep in touch with us, during the last few weeks leading up to the weeding. We gave him a few requests and let him do his thing. Between the MC work, the interaction he did, the spacing out of the line dances.

Absolutely amazing!
I have many family and friends who don't actively participate in gatherings like this and the DJ had them all up and dancing and having a good time. A few friends who attended the wedding are professional DJ's as well and they even admitted that they learned quite a bit from attending our wedding. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

Fox at BTA did an amazing job DJing for my wedding! Our meeting prior to the wedding was a great interaction from the beginning and he was very thorough and easy to talk to. Fox DJ'd our July 2021 wedding and to quote my husband and our friends, "he killed it"! During our initial conversation, Fox explained BTA Entertainment's unique style/layout/approach to their events. He had a logical reason behind everything and it was so well thought out and just made sense. I'll be honest that I felt like I was taking a risk with the uniqueness (it's not a risk, trust me), but wow am I glad I did! Fox promised to have all of our guests on the dance floor all night long. I wasn't sure if/how that was possible, but sure enough he delivered! My 86 year old Mema was out there having the best time! The DJs at BTA Entertainment are more than just a DJ, they are professional entertainers. HIRE FOX AND HIRE BTA! You will be blown away, you and your guests will have the time of your lives, and your expectations will be exceeded! I assure you that your wedding will be unlike all the other weddings you have been to - in the best way possible. Best Reception EVER!
When we were planning our wedding we really wanted to have a great DJ because we love to dance. We were absolutely blown away by how awesome BTA and Frankie are! We just went to someone else's wedding and it really showed us just how incredible our reception was. Frankie was in complete control of the crowd and got people dancing and involved that NEVER dance. She also did a ton to break up the fun and delivered us some great sentimental experiences. We hired Fox for our daughters wedding after he played for our son's wedding. He agreed to travel from his home base of New Bern to Charlotte. Our daughter was a Covid bride and Fox graciously agreed to move the contract a year later. The affair was fabulous and Fox and his assistant did a wonderful job. The floor was packed most of the night and the variety of music was wonderful. A great time was had by all and with slot of the fun coming from Fox. Anyone having a party and will be using a DJ I whole heartily recommend Fox

Quinceanera 2021
For starters, Fox is AMAZING!!!! December 2021, I went online to look for a DJ to "host" my daughter's upcoming Quinceanera (5/22-2021). BTA is the first to show up on Google. I read the great reviews and got to one that read, "...don't let his price scare you. It's well worth the money...", and I thought, gasp...moving along-LOL!! I emailed a few local DJ's to no avail. I ended up emailing Fox and the next morning I received a response. We met Fox to go over what we were hoping to achieve for my daughter's event. Fox started asking some questions like, "...so, what time are the guest arriving, caterer, my daughter's entry...". I'm thinking to myself, uh, I only have the venue and cake, so far. So, we're all staring at Fox like a deer in the headlights as we really didn't have a "plan". We had ideas! LOTS of ideas-LOL!! Fox became not only our entertainer (noticed I didn't type DJ. He's not some random guy spinning records), he became our planner as well. He organized the event from when the guest would arrive until the "Last Dance", by Lucy Grau (combo English & Spanish) was played as the evening came to an end. We hired him!!!! Fox met with me at the venue so, that he would have an idea where to set up his equipment and helped planned the seating to make sure there was plenty of room for dancing. There was LOTS of dancing!!!! OMGoodness, did EVERYONE have a great time! We added some up-lighting and a Quince monogram on the wall behind the guest of honor's table. We selected songs that we wanted to play as well as Fox having his own spin on getting the crowd up and dancing and INVOLVED. Even our 80 year old guest got up and did a small bit of dancing, it was great!!! Not a single guest was bored! Everyone who attend the event had nothing but great things to say about the party. And are still talking about it. All because of Fox. I'm going to attempt a quote here, "...no one really says an event was great because the guest of honor's dress was amazing, or the decor looked beautiful. They'll say nice things, but then move on. It's the entertainment is what folks remembers about an event..." And you know, it's true. Music is everything at an event. But, it has to be the right music/entertainment and BTA did NOT disappoint!!! So, if you're looking for a wedding reception or Quinceanera, please consider BTA. It is DEFINITELY well worth every single red penny!! Thank you Fox for making my daughter's Quince such a huge hit! We love you!!!

Huffstetler wedding
With fox and the crew we had a blast from the time we walked down the isle til the end of the night. The reception was amazing they had stuff for us to do the whole time and kept everyone on their toes. My favorite was the game where people guessed theme song name for their table to go to the buffet 😂. Everyone had a great time and were so glad we picked BTA to help us with our special day.

The DJ you didn’t know you needed
Has the absolute best experience with BTA from the start. My wedding was originally scheduled for May 30 with Fox. When I had to reschedule because of Covid, Fox made it super easy. He was booked for the day, so Frankie ended up dj’ing. She did our rehearsal dinner too, which made it so much more fun. Everyone from our wedding has said how much fun they had and that it was the most entertaining wedding they’ve ever been to all thanks to Frankie!

Impressive, Fun & "On It"
Justin had quite the wedding to prepare for. About 125 people who all work in the music industries (bands, booking agents, record label buddies, booking agents) and, who were from all over the world.. London, NYC, Norway, Spain... But his confidence and meeting with us beforehand for key directions and certain songs, he totally got it. Even my 78 year old vietnam war vet father, who I haven't never seen in my life, danced (not even just with the father daughter dance, but, danced, as we wanted to heavily push the vietnam war time period, amazing. He totally got the vibe and kept going with it - I could see he was able to read the room, and other things us "DJ's from NYC pay attention to). I was thoroughly impressed, and not one person had to go request a song. I highly recomment Justin - he was confident, and on time to the spots we wanted for moments during ceremony / speeches (we did it all outside - just because I wanted it closest to fall before cold, and he cleared and moved cables all around to prevent it looking messy. 10/10 I told my husband I was going to hire Justin for my next marriage too ;) hahaa

Fox really delivered on the entertainment for our wedding. The one thing that stood out best for me was the know-how of when to place each particular dance/moment/event in a way that never left anyone feeling bored, or left the dance floor empty. Couldn't recommend higher.

Fabulous Wedding Entertainment
Fox at BTA Entertainment provided extremely personalized entertainment for my daughter's wedding reception that was so much fun for everyone attending. It provided lasting memories while being totally stress free for me as mother of the bride. He spent 1.5 hours with the bride, groom, and myself 2 weeks out to make sure every detail was exactly the way we wanted it to be and it was executed perfectly. Best night of our lives!
The best thing about bta was having everyone involved. People that swore they “don’t dance” were out of their seats on the dance floor. I loved that we were able to personalize our night with bta. I would recommend bta to any bride that wants to HAVE FUN at their reception.

Our friends & family are still raving!
People can’t stop talking about how fun our reception was and it was all because of our DJ. Fox had everybody involved and dancing right from the start and kept the energy up throughout the entire evening. The next day my aunt was raving about how fun the reception was and said, “He had everybody dancing; he even had me dancing and I probably haven’t danced in 20 years!” Nobody wanted to leave at the end of the night and even months later we still hear comments about how good our dj was.
Fox met with us before the wedding to go over every detail, all the songs we did/didn’t want, got to know us, and planned a perfect wedding/reception for us. It was personalized, hit on all the songs that meant so much to us, and ultimately created an incredible atmosphere. I don’t know exactly how he did it but Fox’s wedding formula is gold, so much more than just pressing play on your playlist. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!!

Amazing dj!
We got married September 19th and we could not have asked for a better DJ. Frankie was so much fun and spoke with me so many times to reassure me everything would go as planned. We had half of our guests cancel due to Covid and I was worried that the reception would be a bummer but Frankie kept everyone entertained the entire time! 100% recommend!

Best day ever!
My sister had BTA Entertainment At her wedding a few years back. I knew right away, I wanted Fox to be our DJ. Unfortunately, Fox was unavailable on our date and we had Mike. I was a little leery not know much about Mike. He is one of BTA’s newer DJs. But Fox assured me that all the DJs on staff are trained by him and that they all do the same activities and routines so everyone in “interchangeable”.
Mike and Matt did a great job entertaining our guests. People danced all night, they did all the games we wanted and everyone walked away saying how great the reception was.
Thank you Mike, Matt and Fox. We will definitely be calling on you again.

Fox from BTA entertainment was recommended for my sisters wedding DJ. He was so amazing, when I got engaged I already knew who I was going to hire for my reception. This company makes your whole reception fun and interactive with your guests. When guests left both my sister and I’s wedding, they said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Our wedding
Fox was our dj for our wedding back in December and everything was amazing. Having known him before I told my family he was the best dj around and at the end of the night they all agreed. He really made it a night us and our entire family’s would remember. We all had so much fun and laughed so hard from the beginning to end. He and his crew didn’t just provide the music but also an amazing atmosphere. I think one of my favorite memories is seeing my aunts play “So you think you can dance.” Not only did his group provide the music but also the videoing as well. The video was amazing and it was great to get it all though one group. Loved everything and would strongly recommend to anyone.

Have surpassed any and all expectations, went beyond and more than what we planned with a very positive outcome and willing to be hired again in the future. Not just being an awesome dj but the crew that followed along. The videos of our wedding was an added bonus that will always be treasured, nice and clear plus the video highlights brought out a lot of stuff we did not see and had us laughing so hard. Don't let the price of this DJ scare you away. Every cent spent was well worth it! Fox was our wedding DJ and contact point and made sure he personalized with us before the wedding to best understand our needs and help fill in the blanks that flustered couples will miss. We had several meetings and he responds relatively quickly to any text messages or emails. The services of bta entertainment are beyond what I expected. The quality of the set up, the effort they put into making sure the music doesnt overwhelm the room, the interactive acts that REALLY make your event memorable and the pre-wedding worksheets that help organize your event are just a couple of the things that made our decision to use them all the more worth it. Overall 10/10 would happily spend the money again and highly recommend these folks to anybody looking for a very memorable experience on their very special day.

Great MCs and DJs for a Big Party
We used BTA for a Holiday party for approx 180. They (Fox) did a fantastic job - great MCS - very interactive with guests - many ideas to get the audience participating. We would definitely use them again.

Frankie was INCREDIBLE!!! She had everyone up out of their seats dancing! She made it so personal and fun we had so many guests tell us it was the most entertaining wedding they have ever been to! Fox was the DJ for our reception. We received lots of compliments from our wedding guests on our DJ and how much fun they had at our reception. All of our guests made a point to come to us after the wedding and tell us that our wedding was the most fun they have every had! He gets the crowd involved and makes sure to make it special for you. Frankie with BTA is AWESOME!
Frankie with BTA was our DJ for our wedding. She was extremely helpful from the first phone call. She helped me not only with music, but gave me ideas and answered any questions I had about anything wedding related. Frankie made the whole planning process really easy and fun and was always available when I had questions. She made our wedding so much fun! From the very beginning she had EVERYONE up dancing, participating in games and having fun! The way she called tables to go eat had everyone laughing, having fun and not even thinking about waiting to eat! The few "games" we did were so much fun, and something we will always remember!! If you want to have fun and want everyone at your wedding to have fun even people who wouldn't usually get up and dance you need to hire Frankie with BTA!!

So much FUN!
Frankie was so amazing! Our wedding was a little unconventional and she really catered to our wants and needs. She had fun and got everyone up dancing, including attendants from another wedding who saw and heard that we were having more fun than at theirs and crashed ours. Fox with BTA entertainment was amazing!! Our wedding venue was ruined in a hurricane one month prior to our wedding. TALK ABOUT STRESSFUL. Fox and his team were so accommodating and didn’t even hesitate when I asked him to come to a different venue on a different day. All of our guests had the BEST time!! I hated for the night to end!

I cannot say enough good things about BTA entertainment. Fox was our DJ and was amazing during everything. He acted as wedding director during the reception which was amazing and so helpful for us. Everyone at our reception told us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and they had the most fun at our wedding.
