Bryan and Thomas took really beautiful photos, we had a great time working with them. Bryan had such a great attitude and really seemed to have a good time at the wedding. He gave us some much needed breaks from the crowd to grab some other shots during the reception. We tried some more fun kinds of shots and I love all the candid shots that were taken of everyone. The photos all came out stunning and it really didn’t take long at all to get the final photos (all 1100 of them)! His pricing is totally reasonable, definitely more so than others we looked at, and he was also willing to amend one of his packages so it was more catered to our needs. 11 out of 10, would highly recommend him to anyone looking for amazing photos and a great attitude to go with it! -

We LOVED working with Bryan! He photographed my sister's wedding a few years ago and seeing the results made us select him as a photographer for our own wedding in 2024. Bryan is very tasteful in his choices and also honors whatever photos are requested from the subjects. His work is phenomenal, and he is fast in editing. The preview photos had a super fast turnaround -- I think I had them in 2-3 days with very high quality! I highly recommend Bryan. His pricing is reasonable, and he's just awesome to work with! -

Bryan was our wedding photographer for our engagement shoot and 6/8/24 wedding. He was referred to us by a friend, so we knew from seeing their photos that he would not disappoint. He has a wonderful eye for capturing unique shots and was the perfect vendor for the job. We had a ton of fun running around Downtown Los Angeles with him for our engagement shoot and ended up with more beautiful shots than we know what to do with. Then, on our wedding day, he arrived early and set a great tone for the day photographing me and my bridesmaids. He brought along a second photographer who was as easygoing and great to work with. Both times, we received a sneak peak about 4 days later. Our initial wedding photos are absolutely stunning to say the least. We had a very colorful wedding in a botanical garden, and he captured the vibrancy of those colors along with our bright florals in the most perfect way. Bryan also does not inflate his prices by including photo albums - he provides access to a site where you can print albums, etc., but also recognizes that it's often much most cost effective to design albums using other vendors (Shutterfly in our case). His prices are fair and you can count on him to deliver time and time again. And above all, he's just a fun guy to be around! -

Just the perfect experience
Bryan is a stellar photographer. Literally every photo he has sent me so far looks like it should be on a museum wall. He is really laid back and easy to chat with, which makes it comfortable for him to be hanging out with you and your closest friends and family on your big day. He can carry on a conversation while taking pictures and doesn't mind standing in a trash can enclosure if it means getting that perfect picture 😅
Bryan is truly an artist and I will treasure the photos he captured for the rest of my life!
This was worth every penny. -

Bryan takes absolutely beautiful pictures! He took the time to walk us through the whole plan and made sure we were comfortable with all of the craziness of wedding planning.
He also took the time to make sure our pictures were unique to us with including all of our nerdy sides into our pictures.

We are NOT photogenic by any means. And yet, somehow, Bryan continues to work his magic! We could have never imagined us taking such grand, epic, and beautiful photos! Bryan himself is fun, chill, calming, and humble which is rare to find with someone with decades of photography experience.
One thing I was worried about as a bride was my stress on the wedding day; Bryan's vibes and personality was one of the main reasons we hired him. He kept me and everyone else around really calm and the day went on seamlessly even though we had last minute changes due to the unexpected storms in LA. His flexibility and experience in wedding photography really shows as he staged one of our best photos in the rain at the end of the night. He really knows how to scope venues and capture the moments that naturally come.
We absolutely enjoyed every second of his photography sessions for both our engagement and wedding! We highly recommend Bryan if you're looking for some epic posed and candid photos. Yes, he will absolutely help you pose and do it in a way that's helpful but also fun! 20/10 stars! -

You know when a photographer did such an amazing job that you can't stop raving about them and showing everyone you meet your photos? That's Bryan!!
My wedding was Sunday 10/30/22, and we were so lucky that Bryan (plus his excellent associate, Gustavo), were available on a short month's notice. Even before our first meeting, I admired how his portfolio was chock full of beautiful artsy fartsy (not the technical term, lol) photos with creative angles, poses, and lighting that were actually different from all the typical wedding photos, though those standard pictures were there as well.
Bryan's passion for photography, dedication to details, and technical expertise was all immediately evident to me within the first few minutes of our video consult. He was understanding and engaging, actively listened to our numerous requests, and confidently provided keen suggestions based on his past experience.
For example, I told Bryan that although my venue was a ballroom, I wanted my wedding party photos to be in an outdoor garden setting. Right then and there, Bryan suggested a park a few minutes from our venue, which ended up being absolutely perfect.
Later on, when I mentioned that we needed to do table visits and a tea ceremony for our Westernized Chinese wedding/reception, Bryan once again provided insightful tips that when incorporated into our timeline, became integral in ensuring that each event ran smoothly.
That was the theme of working with Bryan - his guidance and presence elevated our wedding day experience to everything that we hoped for and more.
From the moment he arrived at our hotel (30 minutes early in fact!) to the end of a super long day, Bryan made our wedding day just so much better. His positive energy, encouraging words, and fun personality set the tone for everyone in our large 12 person wedding party - conscious of the time constraints but still focused on having a great time.
Like another reviewer mentioned, working with Bryan was like reconnecting and hanging out with a long-lost best friend who happens to be a pro - he is just that great at keeping everyone at ease, especially during stressful moments. He and Gustavo were so patient with the endless photo requests from our wedding guests and managing the indoor lighting situation at the venue, all the while still managing to be at the right spots at the right times to catch amusing candids. I swear they were magicians or genies or something!
A mere four days after the wedding, Bryan provided us with our sneak preview album. Holy smokes, these photos are gorgeous!! When we shared the pics with friends and family, some of whom are professional photographers themselves, all were blown away and impressed with how he captured our emotions on camera. Just see for yourself!!
TL;DR: Not only is Bryan incredibly talented as a photographer, he is extremely helpful in all aspects of the wedding and so much fun as a person. His associate Gustavo was awesome as well, and I highly recommend them both.
Choosing Bryan Hudson Photography was one of the best wedding decisions that we made; if you book with Bryan, I guarantee that you'd say the same! -

Finding the right photographer for our wedding was pretty much the most important thing for Tyler and I after locking down our venue. As television producers, we're storytellers by trade and we knew we wanted to find someone who could truly help us tell the story of our big day.
Once I came across Bryan's work, I immediately knew he was the photographer for us. His aesthetic is modern and bold but also timeless and with a clear sense of fun and whimsy.
As much as his work piqued our interest, it was his vibe that really hooked us.
Bryan is, first and foremost, a professional through and through. He's quick to respond to questions and eager to offer ideas. But what's more, he's FUN to work with.
He felt like an old friend we'd asked to come shoot our wedding, not someone we'd simply hired to do a gig. And that really comes through in the shots he captured...not just of Tyler and I, but of our guests as well!
In addition to all the typical "set-up" shots everyone wants for their weddings, we really wanted to lean into a "fly-on-the-wall" / floating camera feel to capture the day...and Bryan delivered with flying colors.
Bryan was calm, cool, and collected the entire time he was with us...which certainly helped since both Tyler and I were running around like crazy people trying to pull everything together!
He's the best kind of collaborator...someone with a strong vision and clear ideas who's eager to try any and all suggestions. To people in our line of work, that is invaluable.
And, he was extremely helpful when it came to our mobility issues...instantly pivoting with a new idea if there was something we couldn't pull off. He never let us feel like we were missing an opportunity for a cool shot because he always had 3 other ideas ready to go.
Bryan also provided an amazing amount of transparency in his pricing, walking us through all of the packages he offers and helping us come up with a package that made the most sense for us. He never pressured and he never tried to upsell. He simply asked us what we wanted and worked with us to provide exactly that.
I could go on and on about how great of a photographer Bryan is, but I think his work does that better than I ever could. Just take a look at his shots!
Do yourself a favor and hire Bryan Hudson for your wedding, or party, or really ANY event!
He'll perfectly capture the moments you want to remember the rest of your life.

Bryan is a true professional that is organized, fun, and very easy to work with. I do not normally like taking photos of myself, especially from a photographer but Bryan made me feel very very comfortable taking photos. Our wedding landed on a historic heat wave in southern California and Bryan was so organized that we were able to take all our photos comfortably despite the heat.
His photography is striking yet intimate. He captured us and our wedding beautifully.
He captures the people and the moment as they are. Beautiful photos, excited to get large prints of his photos of us!!
So if you're looking for a photographer, look no further! -

Wedding and Engagement Photos
I booked Bryan for our engagement photos and wedding and could not have been more pleased with his work. Me and my husband are not “naturals” in front of the camera and he guided us so well and was super easy to work with. He truly cares about his craft, he took extra time and patience to get all “the shots” and wow were they stunning. His style is also kind of edgy and moody which I love, but he also knows how to mix in romantic shots that are light and airy. You really do get it all! Also on our wedding day my family was A LOT and he handled in amazingly and professionally. He’s super chill, creative, and there was not one thing we didn’t like about him. So grateful for him capturing all the most beautiful moments of our wedding, literally cried looking at the photos he took. I did major due diligence and talked to several photographers and looked at several portfolio, he was by far our favorite. Just book him, you won’t regret it! -

How do I begin to review one of the most kick ass photographers that there ever was?
When we first met Bryan, it was as if we were talking to a long-lost friend. He was friendly, engaging & most of all extremely knowledgeable in his field. We took our engagement photos in Sep 2021, and they came out amazing. Bryan knew the area so well that he had an awesome hidden spot where we took the most amazing sunset photos we’ve ever had taken with our pup.
When the wedding day rolled around, we had a blast shooting all our photos. There was a great number of Jokes told, lots of laughter and Bryan captured every moment. I swear he was a ninja with his camera!
Everything ran smoothly even when the family threw a few curb balls his way. I would hire Bryan to do any other photos we ever take! He was able to capture the feelings I felt for our wedding. The love we felt in person can be felt in each photo and to capture that, it takes someone special… If you’re looking for a photographer look no further, Bryan is your man! -

We were lucky enough to work with Bryan twice as he shot both our engagement session (2021) and wedding (2022). His work is absolutely stunning and he knows just how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Our engagement shoot was at the Pasadena City Hall building, but didn't look like every other set of photos that are taken there. He has such an eye for detail and delivered some of our favorite photos together. He made both my husband and I feel so comfortable throughout and gave the perfect combination of prompting us for specific poses/etc. but allowing us to be natural and catching true moments of our relationship. I think what really sets himself apart is he doesn't take any of it (including himself) too seriously, and just wants to enjoy the day with you.
His relaxed nature was EXACTLY what we were looking for the day of our wedding - after all, you are paying this person to follow you around for 8-10 hours. Bryan's calming energy helped keep us on track every step of the wedding - even when I completely failed him by not bringing a family shot list. He went above and beyond at every turn and delivered another STUNNING gallery of photos.
On top of all this, his turn around time is extremely quick (sneak peeks almost immediately and full galleries well before a month after the event). He listens to what you are looking for and can deliver anything from the standard posed shot to the craziest use of lighting to get that unique, edgy feel. If you are looking for someone to give you some really rad photos he's your guy.
Can't wait to keep using him in the future for family shoots, etc. to keep getting amazing photos of our lives. Thank you, Bryan!! -

There isn't enough time to express how much we love Bryan and his work. Right from the beginning, he made my husband and I feel at ease. He has been the only part of wedding planning that hasn't been stressful. I especially appreciated how he handled rescheduling due to covid. He was the ONLY vendor that was flexible, compassionate and understanding. He was so professional throughout planning and even more so on the day of the wedding. We watched Bryan photograph a family wedding a couple years ago and the entire family raved about how good the photos were, so when we got engaged, Bryan was the first vendor we booked. He took stellar engagement photos in an unfamiliar environment (sorry about making you hike so far!), and was extremely accommodating and helpful as we figured out our wedding plans. We had to change our date, venue, and pretty much everything else once COVID hit, but Bryan worked with us through it all and made our lives easier before and during the wedding. The best photographer you could hope to work with!
From the first time you visit Bryan's website, his amazing personality and photography skills shine through. He seemed like he would be a fun person to get us through a long day of taking photos for our wedding, and he turned out to be just that and more. He met with us when we first booked him and again a week before the wedding to give us advice and walk through our timeline, which made us feel more comfortable going into the big day. He was also always quick to respond to any messages I sent him, and there were a lot considering we had to reschedule our entire wedding due to Covid. When he had to change our location, he was even kind enough to make the trek just so we could keep him as our photographer. Regarding his photography, Bryan is very creative and brilliant with incorporating the surroundings and objects into photos, so we got lots of unique shots. Overall, our wedding photos came out amazing and we had a great time working with Bryan! -

Bryan had a difficult job. He had to make two awkward photo subjects look amazing. On top of that, he had two different cultures to cater to: one American who wanted the full photo experience, and one German who just wanted party/action shots. And WOW did Bryan deliver big time! We are so incredibly happy with how he handled the job, with what he created, and the beautiful moments he captured.
Working with Bryan was just a lot of fun. And this wasn’t just our opinion, the guests and bridal party all felt super at ease and thought both he and his work were outstanding! Everything went smoothly and we were running ahead of schedule the whole day. Bryan is insanely talented, a professional with the creative eye of a true artist and the project planning skills of a NASA scientist. We’re so happy that Bryan took our GORGEOUS wedding pictures! I can’t express enough how amazing Bryan Hudson is! Bryan is one of a kind— he is insanely talented, attentive, and so down to earth!

Bryan was a wedding photographer this past July and I have to say I am extremely pleased with his service. From the moment we decided to work with him, he took the time to send us templates and information to get us ready for our big day. He even sent us a personalized YouTube video to introduce himself and explained to us what to expect over the next few weeks!
Bryan is extremely professional, punctual, super easy to work with, down to earth, and made our wedding photo experience so much easier to deal with!

Rocked it with Bryan!
We searched far and wide for a photographer who didn't just do the "cookie cutter" wedding photos you see everywhere. Bryan definitely fit the bill! He certainly has an eye for great lighting and composition. Bryan was always very responsive to all of our emails and questions as well as giving us great ideas when we weren't sure of what we wanted. He is a lot of fun to work with, while also very professional.
We were a bit nervous about how difficult it would be to get good photos out of two awkward engineers, but Bryan made it so easy! He gave good directions to help us and they were easy to understand. Bryan did whatever it took to get that great shot!
After the engagement photos and the wedding, we received preview photos within a few days, and the full gallery in less than a couple weeks. All of this exceeded our expectations! The photos looked great, and we got so many compliments on them from friends and family!
Throughout the whole process, we didn't have a single issue. Bryan made everything so easy and we are incredibly happy with the results! -

Regarding the album he sent us, we've had several of our friends and family comment, "These should be in a magazine!" and, "How did you find someone this good?" He will capture every ounce of emotion and meaning during your event and extract every last poignant drop. He is fantastically fun to work with and will tailor his style to match you and your crew. Bryan took one of the greatest days of our lives and elevated it into an artistic and historical landmark. We wish we could keep him all to ourselves, but every couple should have the opportunity to work with someone so phenomenal.

I knew this would be a great choice when I read his bio, and my expectations continued to be exceeded. I reached out to Bryan and he replied quickly and we discussed my needs and budget and he was able to include and engagement session with my budget. I was so grateful we did the engagement session with Bryan as well because it gave us an opportunity to get to know him and feel comfortable with him and his shooting style, which made the big day that much easier. Not only did he get great photos, he made all of my guests feel comfortable which made for more great pictures. I think the fact that multiple guests complimented Bryan goes to show that he provides more than just great photos, it was a great experience overall. He was very fun to work with and he had great passion for his work in which he captured the best moments of our wedding + getting ready pictures. He was patient and detail-oriented, and knew the greatest spots in our venue to take photos in. On top of that, he was able to provide us with the preview of our wedding photos in less than 48 hours after our wedding day. He was incredibly responsive, he took what we said and our ideas to heart, but he also took charge when we needed him to direct us. He was the perfect mix of fun and professional. He found absolutely amazing spots at our venue for incredible, unique shots, and he didn't blink an eye at our incredibly tight timeline. We would absolutely recommend working with Bryan and we had such a good time with him!

Before our wedding, my husband and I contemplated not hiring a photographer because neither of us are big picture takers and we weren’t sure it would be worth it...Bryan’s guys, CJ and Barry, totally changed that for us!!! They took the most perfect day and captured every bit of magic for us. Not only did they go above and beyond our expectations they were super cool to work with, witty, easy going, and went with the flow of things. They have such an amazing eye for all the things you don’t think of on THE day, but realize how many little things we as brides miss when you see the photos. To say I loved them is an understatement...I will now ALWAYS hire a photographer and pray that Bryan and his team are available!!! Jessica Sent on 06/25/2018My (now) husband and I were searching for a photographer and Bryan's pictures really stood out to us - his work is unique, fun and different from other photographers we looked at. We set up a meeting with him and immediately liked him; he is very approachable/easy to talk to and is very passionate about his job (this was very important to us). We booked him early (I recommend you do this) and we are thrilled with his work. Bryan is organized and takes his work very seriously; he communicated quickly throughout the process and makes sure everyone is on the same page with everything. There were several things that did not go as planned (that's life) but Bryan was there through it all and even stayed later to get a few more pictures. He was patient and easy to work with. We just received our pictures (it didn’t take long, only a couple of weeks) and we are in love with every single picture! Our friends and family have given us so many compliments, he really added a "wow" factor to the pictures...he is all a about the details! We are so happy we were able to work with Bryan and we recommend him to anyone searching for a photographer, we promise you will not regret it! Huge thank you to Bryan for capturing our memories! :)

We enjoyed working with him as knew exactly what to do and lead us around taking pictures. The wedding looked even more classy in the photos. We feel like we couldnt have asked for a better photographer.
