    Malia was so easy to work with and executed my vision flawlessly!

    Malia did an amazing job with all of the florals at our wedding at Deer Valley. I wasn’t sure whether I had communicated my vision well enough (I had a very specific tone in mind) but she absolutely nailed it just by looking at a few of my inspo pics. Everything looked incredible and she made the planning process very easy. I’d highly recommend working with brown florals!

    Highly Recommend!

    Brown Floral was SUPER helpful in designing our floral arrangements with us! They were very responsive to questions and changes. They created floral arrangements that matched our color scheme perfectly and far exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!!

    Absolutely Beautiful

    Our flowers were just the magic touch needed to pull everything together and make our wedding beautiful and perfect. Susie did a wonderful job, was very helpful with her suggestions and made it a perfect day for us.

    Amazing flowers, great experience

    I am beyond thrilled with the flowers from Brown Floral. I live in AZ and was planning my wedding from there. I met Susie one time to go over general ideas and she was amazing. From the first moment she was professional and completely knowledgeable about everything. She took my idea & transformed them into exactly what I wanted. All of our communication was via email and I was never concerned about how things were going. She made me feel confident in the process. She showed up on the wedding day & set everything up and it looked amazing. When I returned the vases the next day I mentioned that I wanted to travel with the bouquet & they set me up with something to take them on the plane. You will not be dizzy with their services.

    When I submitted my vendor list, my coordinator said I had an “A-Team” - especially Susie at Brown Floral! Now I know why!

    I gave Susie my colors and free reign to make our wedding beautiful (because let’s face it, I’m not a florist and I have no business telling a florist what looks good!) My wedding was MORE than beautiful! And my bouquet was perfect! I still cannot believe all the flowers and arrangements I received for the price I paid.

    The BEST florist ever

    Susie Young was our florist from Brown Floral. She is so amazing and my wedding day flowers were everything I had ever dreamt of. She went above and beyond the day of to make sure our wedding day was perfect!

    Susie at Brown Floral was wonderful to work with. She had great ideas and helped me with the vision for my wedding flowers. She was so nice and accommodating especially when our wedding venue changed 3 weeks prior to the event, which meant a change in my order. Brown Floral is professional, flexible and innovative. They're everything you want your wedding florist to be.

    We really enjoyed our experience working with Brown Floral for my daughter's wedding and would highly recommend them to anyone. Nanette had a lot of great ideas and was so patient with us even when we changed our order several times. My daughter especially loved her bridal bouquet and we received many compliments on the flowers. Brown Floral went the extra mile to help us with our centerpieces at the receptions center. We could not have been happier with our beautiful flowers and with the customer service we received.

    I absolutely loved the flowers that I got from Brown Floral! Nanette was so wonderful to work with - she listened to my ideas and made them even better than I envisioned! I could not have been happier with the beautiful bouquets that she did for my bridals and for my wedding day as well as all of the corsages and boutonnieres! They were just perfect!

    Brown Floral deserves every single star given. They delivered all of the flowers on time and helped set everything up. They didn't leave until our expectations were met. They even made extra flower arrangements just in case something came up. I am very pleased with the service and quality of flowers given.

    "I am so happy I went to Brown Floral for my wedding flowers this past October, they were absolutely stunning. Tracie, Susie, and the entire staff at Brown Floral were so great to work with! Susie was so helpful in making the ideas I had in my head come to life. She even met with me multiple times as I changed my mind and budget. She even incorporated the decorations I gave her in with the flowers and set them all up for me the day of the wedding. As I walked out on my way to walk down the isle and saw all the arrangements set up for my reception I was in awe at just how beautiful the flowers were. Brown Floral made my dream wedding a reality and went above and beyond my expectations. They fit my budget, my theme, and made my wedding day 100 times LESS stressful by putting everything together exactly the way we had talked about.     I would recommend Brown Floral for ANYTHING you may need flowers or arragements for. We were very, very lucky to have them provide all of our flowers for our special day. The staff is amazing in listening and their vision/experience is unsurpassed.

    Susie did such a stellar job of taking the little direction I gave her and delivering Perfection! I loved how she was able to match my personal style with her selection of flowers! She was an absolute blessing to have at the wedding. She did the bouquets, corsages, table decorations, and even decorated the wedding arch for me! I had such a fantastic experience that I would without a doubt recommend this company to future brides or anybody who wants some floral decorations!

    We received so many compliments on our centerpieces and other floral designs. The staff were very friendly, and Susie (our designer) was absolutely amazing when it came to taking our vision, making it better, and turning it into real arrangements.

    employment change seems to have dropped their quality

    I got married in January, and felt that I should let others know a little bit about Brown Floral. After seeing all of their great reviews I reached out to them to schedule a consultation. They actually responded right away, but not all that professionally. I went to the appointment and felt that we were just going through a checklist with no personalization, care, or professionalism. At the end, she said that she would get back to me with a proposal in the next week. Well, 2 weeks later I emailed them as I had not heard from her. Never heard back again. I did not try any harder as I had found another florist that I was very excited to work with. Even after I started working with the other florist, I reached out just to let them know that I would not longer be working with them, and they never responded. After this experience, I looked back at their reviews to discover that a good majority of the reviews raved about Susie. To my understanding, Susie no longer works with this company. I would suggest doing your research and make sure you are getting good service prior to using them.

    We are truly sorry that you had such a negative experience with Brown Floral. All we can say is that we are so thankful that pandemics don't come along very often! It defiantly has caused a hic-up or two in the last year! We have wonderfully talented designers and pride ourselves in customer service. We are saddened your experience was unfavorable and we are sorry.
    Thankfully you found the perfect florist fit for you and we wish you all the best in your new marriage.
