Delicious!

Brown Brothers was awesome! The food was delicious and we got so many compliments from our guests! They had great communication/responsiveness during the entire planning process. And they provided everything we needed! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience working with Brown Brothers for our wedding

We hired Brown Brothers Catering to provide our wedding buffet dinner and drinks. Tony and
Liesel at Brown Brothers were very responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and highly
accommodating. They crafted several custom items for our menu, and found time for us to do
a private tasting on one of our short visits to Salt Lake City before the wedding. The food and
service on our wedding day was amazing, and we heard from many guests that they
absolutely loved the dinner! We had a fantastic experience working with Brown Brothers, and
we highly recommend their services.

Wonderful food and service!

I absolutely loved working with Brown Brothers. I informed them that my fiancee' had an allergy and they were fantastic at working around our needs and providing some fantastic food that everyone loved. Their service was on time, their people were great, and I didn't have to worry about a single thing throughout the evening, which was exactly what I needed!

Great experience!

We had a great experience using Brown Brothers for my daughter's wedding. I thought the price was great until I saw a 19% service fee added on top. My husband had to remind me I wanted a stress-free event for me. And they were worth every penny and the tip. If the staff saw me looking like I might need something they jumped in to help me out, had no problem sharing space with another group we wanted to use for the dessert, had plenty of staff there to keep everything full and dishes cleared from tables. It was the stress-free experience I was looking for and we had several compliments on the fry and nacho bar as unique and fun party food. It wasn't on their menu list but they were willing to put together whatever combination we wanted. I would say we would use them again but we already are for our business party!

Best Catering Company in UT!

Feeding our 300+ hungry guests wasn’t even on our minds on our wedding day because Brown Brothers literally had every aspect of our catering needs covered! Gavin and his team were extremely clean, professional, and friendly.

The food was top notch. Tony, Stacy and the management team were super easy to work with and covered concerns we hadn’t even thought of. We HIGHLY recommend Brown Brothers!

Fantastic Food and Service

Totally thrilled with Brown Brothers for my daughter's reception buffet! Excellent food (highly recommend the pulled pork sandwiches!), fruit, desserts, hor d'oeuvres, all served beautifully. They cleared tables efficiently, helped serve the wedding cake, and were a completely reliable company to work with. Highly recommend and would use them again and again.

Brown Brothers Catering were incredible to work with. They are so flexible in choosing the best food items to make your wedding reception perfect. Exceeded expectations!

Brown Brothers catered my daughter's Wedding Rehearsal dinner at Timber Moose Lodge in Heber. I felt compelled to write and express how pleased we were with our servers and the menu. The two servers were very professional, kind and knew our venue well enough to offer suggestions on buffet placement and how to find more tables. They worked hard and the success of our rehearsal dinner was directly related to their dedication. The food was delicious, perfect temperature and very plentiful. Thank you so much for training such wonderful staff and creating delicious menus!

A Covid Wedding Redeemed

I can't even put into words how difficult it was to have a wedding during COVID and how much easier Brown Brothers made everything for me. I had to do a lot of things differently for my wedding due to the pandemic. It wasn't at my ideal time of year, with my ideal number of guests, and it wasn't very fun wearing face masks. I didn't get the ceremony site I wanted or even get to have all of my immediate family members at my ceremony due to the virus. Needless to say, I was rather disappointed during the wedding planning process (although very excited to marry my husband). Brown Brothers was the one of the only things that was pretty much exactly what I wanted. They were so willing to adapt to exactly what I dreamed of! Their servers were so friendly and I really felt that they were happy to be there! The best part though, was how my husband felt. He is a foodie and rarely eats out since not many places are up to his standards. Not only did my husband eat seconds from their incredible Buffet Rose, but when he thought I wasn't looking, he got thirds. I never once had to worry about anything food related as I knew that everything was going to be even better than I imagined. In a time of uncertainness and frankly disappointment, Brown Brothers helped my day be so much better than I ever could have imagined. I can't thank them enough for helping my day be smoother and much happier than I had felt in a long time!

Beautiful dinner and excellent service

They communicated with us very well in advance and had so many delicious menu items to choose from. They were also helpful in giving us suggestions and recommendations for food- it all worked out SO well together! Quality and delicious! They showed up to the venue on schedule and had everything set up and ready to go on time (which was important for our wedding day plan) and it was such a relief to have a reliable caterer. Their service day of was excellent- our servers were kind and clean and we were very impressed. It was a beautiful dinner. I would recommend Brown Brothers to anyone!

Wonderful service!

These guys were great to work with! They were always nice to talk with, always checked in and accommodated any of my needs or wants. They were right in my budget and were so quick to set up and take down.

So perfect and seamless!!

My experience was so perfect and seamless! We attended a tasting and had a one on one visit with Tony which was super helpful for me as the person paying for the service.

It was easy to contact Tony as I made minor changes to the original contract. These changes were easy and were immediately followed with an emailed updated contract.

The night of the event, the catering team arrived, set up and were virtually invisible as they took care of every food detail, our personal take away treat and served the wedding cake. They cleaned up and left leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about before during or after the event. The lack of stress is not something I can quantify nor probably thank them enough for.

Two things I believe people remember about a wedding reception are the venue and the food. The food was amazing. The bride and groom chose all savory items which I was reluctant about, but thought turned out really well in the end. The quality was above grade, the food were delicious. We had many comments about the food and there was plenty for all.

Brown Brothers Catering did a wonderful job!

Brown Brothers catered my wedding a few months ago and did a FANTASTIC job! Tony and Stacy helped me figure out the perfect menu for both my dinner and reception and answered any of my questions along the way. The staff was wonderful the day of. They showed up on time, made the buffets look great, kept up on clearing tables, and were very pleasant to work with. I recommend BBC to all my newly engaged friends! Such a pleasant experience ☺️

Fabulous!

Brown Brothers Catering was the best. From our very first interaction and tastings with Tony, to final catering changes and counts with Liesel, and lastly to the staff who showed up to the wedding/reception, it was flawless. Not to mention the yummy food including killer pretzel brownies. We served street tacos and chips (incredible salsa) and a dessert bar. We received so many compliments on the food served. I have two more daughters and would definitely use Brown Brothers again for their future weddings.

Brown Brothers was great for our wedding. The food was good and we got lots of compliments from our guests as well. I really appreciated everything that was included considering other vendors seemed like glorified food delivery. There was no hassle or fuss the day of, and it all worked out great! Honestly during the event, other than serving food and cake I didn’t even notice they were there working. Very good job!

We recently had our son's wedding reception catered by Brown Brothers in March and they were wonderful! We loved the food, the service and when they had to change one of the menu items last minute - they went over and above the call of duty making an extra effort to make it be perfect for us and it was! So GOOD. No one could stop telling me that the food was outstanding, it was so freaking delicious. Also, they were so fast and professional and unobtrusive. They even walked around and picked up our trash throughout the dinner. I would definitely recommend Brown Brothers to literally everyone

Honestly one of the best catering companies I have worked with. I am an event planner in California that was planning my daughters wedding in Utah. Tony took the time to talk with me and helped make the entire process easy. The food was top notch,. I am a foodie and some what of a catering snob because of the venders I am use to in California. Tony's group would do well in California! They are professional and the food was SOOO amazing. I really outdid myself with this event because of the service that Tony provided. I highly recommend Brown Brothers Catering! They catered my daughter's wedding and I was very impressed with how responsive they were and how quickly they responded whenever I had questions. They were also very flexible and helped me tailor the menu to what worked best for our reception. The catering staff was EXCELLENT and helped the event run very smoothly. Brown Brothers was great to work with from the start! They were prompt in replying to my email with an estimate and fabulous to work with. Their prices were reasonable too. The owner Tony, was accommodating and had great suggestions for our menu! I am confident he saved us a lot of headache as he knew the venue and had practical suggestions for our set up. Our crew the night of the reception was on time, neatly groomed, and kept us up to date on their timetable. They were ready to serve food right on time - even a little early. We had a dessert crepe buffet along with fresh fruit. All the guests had good things to say about the food and enjoyed the flaming crepes. BB was a pleasure to work with all the way to the finish. They also were quick and thorough cleaning up everything after our food service ended. We would definitely use them again. Thanks BB!

Overall a great experience. Because they were so on top of it, it helped keep my stress level at bay. Guests complimented the food several times. For me, as the event coordinator of our Winter Gala, things went off without a hitch - which is priceless. Thank you Brown Brothers!

For our son's wedding reception, my husband and I had booked another local caterer. They had given us a rough estimate of their cost, but then just a few weeks before our event, we received their final quote, and it was almost twice as much as we had been originally told. We were afraid it might be too late to find another caterer, but with one call to Brown Brothers we were saved. Luckily they were available that evening, but more than that, we were thrilled to find a caterer who was able to work within our budget and not make us feel like we were being too cheap. I especially appreciated that they helped us pick items that would give us the most for our money. One of the items we served were various small sandwiches, and once they heard we would be having a lot of college boys at the reception, they upped the sandwich count without upping the price. They were more concerned about us having enough food for our guests. Beyond being thrilled with their price and value, we were also thrilled with their beautiful table presentation and we received many compliments from our guests about how wonderful everything tasted. And once I showed them where we wanted them to setup, I never had to think about the food again. They kept everything refilled, bused the tables, and when the event was over, they boxed up the leftovers, and took out all of the garbage. But the moment I knew that I had to write them an amazing review, came about halfway through our reception when our event coordinator, Liesl, noticed that due to a never-ending line of people to greet, I hadn't had anything to eat. She brought me a glass of water and a brownie, then asked what else I'd like. I was really touched by this thoughtfulness, but I also noticed that they kindly took care of all of our guests. Simply stated, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I wold HIGHLY recommend Brown Brothers! We will use them again!!

My experience with Brown Brother's Catering was excellent. When I initially contacted them regarding my wedding, they created a itemized proposal within a day. Their prices were fair and the food was excellent. I accidentally overpaid and they notified me promptly and refunded the money. Great company that highly recommend.

Brown Brothers was great! We haven't stopped getting compliments on how good the food at our wedding was. Brown Brothers have classic wedding food--but also allowed us to get creative. Everyone we worked with was helpful, professional, and experienced. I would 100% recommend them.

Brown Brothers definitely made our wedding! They helped turn all of the ideas in my mind into delicious food on a beautiful table. Brown Brothers took the time to tailor dinner, dessert, drinks, and decor to what I had been imagining for months!

When the day for my reception arrived; Brown Brothers servers were cheerful, efficient, and professional--from set-up to clean-up. That day was so stressful, but we spent no time worrying about our catering. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brown Brothers. They are just the best.

Brown Brothers Catering was easy to work with and took all the worry out of what could have been a stressful day. They did follow-up contacts beforehand to make sure everything was scheduled like we wanted and were already set-up and getting ready when we arrived at our reception venue. The food was delicious and we were able to get a varied selection for a great price. While we had already selected Brown Brothers before meeting with our reception center staff, they were recommended by the center as one of their top picks for catering. It confirmed we'd made a great choice!

We had an amazing experience with Brown Brothers. We initially found them through an internet search and the images on the website portrayed what we we looking for in regards to menu and presentation. We live in Dubai and the wedding was in Utah. We communicated through email and felt comfortable from the beginning of the process. On the day of the wedding, we were thrilled with the professionalism of the catering team. They arrived and set up on time. The food was fabulous! The presentation was beautiful! The team was pleasant and easy to work with. Quite honestly, I forgot all about the food and spent the time with family and friends. This was probably the most relaxing and stress-free event that we've ever had!!!

The most beautiful wedding reception I've ever attended, and I am so lucky it was my own!!! Brown Brothers crew did INCREDIBLE. My husband and I had a waffle bar at our wedding. The staff showed up right on time and did everything precisely as planned. The toppings and presentation were beautiful and our guests told us all evening how delicious It all was. It was a completely charmed evening. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. Having shipped around and priced out all the options, I can tell you that Brown Brother's value for their service and quality, along with the product, is unquestionably the best.

We are so pleased we went with Brown Brothers Catering! The owner is a wonderful and personable guy and it was a pleasure to discuss the food options, table arrangements, and linens with him. He offered a lot of useful and helpful information. You could tell how passionate he is about food and why he's in the catering business. His food definately shows craftsmanship, time, and passion.
We had food stations at our wedding and the presentation was beautiful and so was the service! They also provided our bartender, who was excellend and a very nice lady! The linens and china arrangement we had planned was exactly what we had wanted. Overall, this vendor is remarkable and highly recommended!

I loved working with Tony at Brown Brothers Catering. He was easy to work with and very responsive. My reception was very simple and we wanted just a little bit of food to help break the ice for our guests. Everything that Tony suggested was perfect! The staff for our reception was amazing, they came in, set up and we didn't need to be involved at all! It all went off without us having to be involved at all!

We used Brown Brothers catering for our son and new daughter-in-law's after wedding luncheon. The company was very easy to work with, even changing the time as needed close to the event. The food was delicious, and we received a lot of positive comments about the menu. The staff was professional, friendly, and very alert in keeping food stocked and available for our guests. We came early to help if needed, but the staff was quick and efficient and we were not needed. I would recommend Brown Brothers Catering to anyone.

Wonderful service and overall feeling from Brown Brothers. My now wife and I attend a wedding now and then and we really wanted ours to be different and working with Brown Brothers we got that!
We had some specific requests that we wanted (like a milkshake bar) and they were wonderfully accommodating! I'd always recommend them!

I cannot praise Brown Brothers enough! They were by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They were overall absolutely incredible to work with! They were easy to get a hold of, quickly responded, happy to meet up or talk on the phone whenever needed, as well as over the top on everything the day of our wedding! They made everything go so smoothly! Even with a few last minute changes we made they were happy to make anything work!! The food was delicious and hot! All our guests loved it! They kept everything refilled and were so helpful the whole night long with anything we needed! There is no doubt I would recommended them and use them again! It's hard trusting someone with such a big part of your wedding and yet they made it stress free! Truly anything I asked for they made happen and it went off without a hitch! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! What an incredible staff, experience and company!! Job Well Done!

My family is still raving about the great food from last night. The food was excellent, and the staff was phenomenal. They were friendly, professional, punctual, and just wonderful to work with. I suppose I wouldn't expect anything different, considering the owner of the company was so great to work with. He helped us come up with a stellar menu, and he was accommodating to requests we had for vegetarian options. He came up with some creative and delicious alternatives for sides. The price was spot-on, and I think we got a fantastic deal for such excellent food and service.

I'm thankful we found Brown Brothers, and I gladly recommend them to anyone who has an event coming up.

Everyone says that your guests always remember the food on your wedding day, and I am so glad we went with Brown Brothers for our catering for our wedding reception. They were so easy to work with, always responded immediately, and provided the perfect catering service for our reception. The food was incredible - people keep talking about how good it was! It was also beautifully presented.

They went above and beyond what they needed to do, ensuring that every detail was perfect.

They are so professional and I loved going into my wedding knowing I wouldn't have to worry about a single thing. A fantastic experience!

Brown Brothers catered my reception and it was wonderful. I had so many of our guests come up and comment saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. I had a hard time getting in contact with them in the beginning of my planning, but they were changing staff and after that everything went smoothly. I even had them call me, apologize for the confusion and frustration and help me out with getting everything I wanted AND needed for the reception at a wonderful price.

My daughter was recently married and I want to thank Brown Brothers for the excellent food and service. Rachel spent some time on the phone with me as I reviewed options. In the end, my daughter got exactly what she wanted at a price I could afford. The food was delicious and we received many compliments on everything.

My son and his partner got married this summer and we wanted to make it a special occasion. We live in an area where gay weddings are not the norm and we wanted to celebrate with them.

Rachel at Brown Brothers was so accommodating and knowledgeable about food. We had chicken and steak and the sauces were amazing, interesting but not so "interesting" no one wanted to try them.

The salads were fresh and simple and the breads were great.

The sisters of one of the grooms wanted to do an ice cream sundae bar as their contribution and Rachel got the 10% fat soft serve ice cream we wanted and provided servers.

She helped to make it really fun even though we were in unfamiliar territory with the reception. The food added lots towards making everyone relaxed and happy.

The price was good for the wonderful things we ordered and it was all top quality.

I'd recommend Brown Brothers and Rachel because she is personally invested in the idea of wonderful weddings. I think she could help any bride (or groom) at any price level with original ideas and delicious food.

I wanted to write and thank Brown Brothers Catering for doing the most superb job at my wedding. You wouldn't even believe (or maybe you would) how many compliments we got on the food! People said it was the best wedding food ever! We gave Rachel the task of incorporating all of our favorite foods from the different places we have lived in to a cohesive chef action station menu. She did amazing, we were able to incorporate everything we wanted and then some! She even went the extra mile to go out and try a "california burrito" at a local mexican restaurant so she could really nail, and she did! They also special ordered individual ice creams from Ohio (one of the places we have lived) which were a big hit! I recently got back our wedding videos as well as our wedding photos, and looking at all of the hard work was so much fun for me! Our reception simply would not have been what it was without all of the amazing food and personal touches. Brown Brothers is the way to go when it comes to superb wedding catering!

I can't thank Brown Brothers enough. The food at my wedding was absolutely amazing. I heard so many mmmms and ahhhs from the tables. It's a proud moment as a bride when you hear people enjoying their food. My now husband even devoured the vegetarian option. He never does that. He kept going back!
Brown Brothers provided food and drinks for our cocktail hour as well as a full buffet for our reception. As I already mentioned, the food was spectacular. I have not yet mentioned how great they were with helping me select my menu. Rachel totally got what I was needing/wanting. She went back and forth with me and helped me make decisions when my brain was all over the place. I never felt like a burden and never felt rushed or pressured. My budget was acknowledged and accepted without any hesitation. It was simply a great experience all round. I will recommend this company to everyone. I just wish I had leftovers...

We contacted Brown Brothers pretty late in the game and had a fixed budget to boot. When we told Rachel what we were hoping for, she not only met our wishes but surpassed them! They were professional, responsive, delicious, within budget, and we would most definitely use Brown Brothers again and again in the future.

They did a fantastic job! My wife and I were on a very tight budget, and they worked with us to provide services that we could afford. They even helped us find a location where we could hold our reception. When the date came, they were ready exactly on time. Everything was very professionally set up, and looked great. Our guests said the food was delicious (we sadly didn't get to sample much of it :-(. But what we did eat was very good).

I would highly recommend Brown Brothers Catering to anyone getting married, and also to anyone with any kind of catered event. I assume they'd do great at those as well.

The hardest part of throwing a wedding for your daughter is that you only do it once (hopefully), and so don't have years of experience putting on such a momentous event. We hired Rachel with Brown Brothers Catering because of her vast array of experience with special events. I knew within minutes of meeting her that she was organized and creative, two seemingly difficult qualities to have in one person. She listened carefully about what exactly we were thinking, and came up with an elegant yet rustic Italian theme--beautiful wooden tables, white tents and cascading soft white canvas lights hanging from solid milled wood panels. She wrote up a most detailed list of everything that she was going to provide, as well as a list for me all the way down to choosing an elegant pen for the registry table--something that I more than likely would have forgotten. Equally as impressive was that Brown Brothers was surprisingly affordable! Thank you Brown Brothers for playing a most integral part in the most beautiful event that I have ever put on!

We used Brown Brothers Catering for our wedding day luncheon as well as for the open house four days later. Making arrangements was complicated as we had to plan from a continent away. They were wonderful to work with! We communicated by phone and through e-mail. They were not only very flexible to work with our specific needs, but they were also timely, friendly, accomodating, and professional. The food was delicious. They went the extra mile to help us create delightful memories from our wedding events.

We enjoyed the evening of our wedding reception with BrownBrothers catering services. The servers were wonderful! The food had great presentation.

They were very very helpful, patient, and professional. The food was great. But honestly, their kindness in a stressful moment was more than we could have asked for. I highly recommend Brown Brothers.

I was so impressed with everything that Brown Brothers did for me!
I only had to tell them how I wanted the set up to be and when I arrived for my reception everything was just how I had imagined it to be. I was so grateful to them for managing the food, guests, and the set up so that I didn't have to worry about a thing the whole time. Thanks brown brothers!!

The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone asked who catered our reception. The staff were professional and extremely friendly. They ran into some trouble with the hall we rented from, but nobody even knew they had had difficulties. Everything was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Brown Brothers Catering to all my friends and family.

Brown Brothers were great to work with and very flexable with our ideas for our wedding menu. Our guests loved the food and gave great feedback. They made up a plate for us because we did not have time to get any food. Their prices were fair and the food and service were outstanding.

Loved the food, service, and appearance. They cleaned up as people were finished eating. Get the spinach artichoke dip!

They were available on short notice and reasonably priced. The food was excellent with great presentation. I was very happy with this caterer and would definitely consider them for a future event.

Brown Brothers exceeded expectation with their amazing service. They took care of set up and take down and the food was amazing (or at least that's what I hear, as the bride I didn't get to eat anything...). They had a tasting a few weeks before the reception and I got to taste some of the entrees and sides that they offer. It was great! They will cater to almost anywhere but they have there own venue which was a nice location and beautiful inside. I would definitely recommend Brown Brothers to anyone having a reception in the Provo area.

The workers were on time and very professional. The food tasted great and everyone was very happy with how it tasted. I LOVED the food. They helped me with renting the tables and chairs, as well as the linens. They were very helpful and made my wedding awesome! I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I would totally recommend Brown Brothers to any of my friends on their big day. Rachel was so wonderful and come my special day everything exceeded my expectations!

Brown brothers did a wonderful job at our wedding! They were very flexible and changed the menu options around to meet our personal desires. One thing that really stood out to me was that they accidentally took my personal cake stand with them during clean up. When I called to ask if I could come pick it up they apologized and traveled 45 minutes to my home to deliver it back to me personally. I would highly recommend them, great service and very friendly, and of course delicious food!
