    Amazing Experience

    Karen is a delight to work with.

    My husband, the guests, and I loved the cake. We also ordered petit fours. The petit fours quickly went. I will definitely hire Brown Baguette in the future.

    We could not have been more happy with our wedding cake and grooms cake. It was definitely a hit! I would have never thought I would only leave with my top tier and half of another tier (we had a 5 tier wedding cake). It was absolutely wonderful and Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with. Definitely will be using Brown Baguette for my future bakery needs. :)

    My cake was not only beautiful it tasted so good! Everyone talked about how it was the best cake they ever tasted! The price was also reasonable.

    While I was not 100% happy with my bridal cake, the groom's cake was amazing! We booked the Brown Baguette a little on the late side and they worked with us and our time line very well. Always responded to emails quickly and they were easy to work with. I felt like the bridal cake was a little on the expensive side for the amount of work I had done just because it was a wedding cake; whereas the groom's cake was almost half the cost an had a Ton of work done on it. Overall though I was thrilled with what we got because of the groom's cake, and the bridal cake was pretty.

    I met Karen in Books A Million after I got engaged and was buying wedding magazines. She told me how to find her when I got ready to consider vendors for my wedding cake. I can tolerate fondant, but I am not a big fan of it. I liked that she was able to design her cakes with butter cream frosting and make it look JUST as smooth as if it were fondant!!! You can't tell the difference! That was a PLUS!!! She has unique flavors and they taste great!! We chose to do a key lime frosting and it tastes spectacular!!! The only caution I give is to be sure you follow up with her consistently (all they way to the very end) and keep track of what you talk about for your design. My cake was very pretty, but not what we discussed it would look like during our meetings. She never mentioned to me that there were issues with completing it to look as we agreed...if she had, I would have been able to address them. Nevertheless, the cake still looked GREAT and tasted FANTASTIC!!! We got lots of compliments on both factors!! ***This vendor is in Southaven, MS...not Tennessee***
