When my husband and I started searching for the perfect wedding venue, Brookside Golf and Country Club wasn’t originally at the top of our list. In fact, we initially considered it a “tester” venue—somewhere to get a feel for what we liked, what questions to ask, and what to expect in terms of cost. Little did we know that our “tester” venue would turn out to be the dream venue we never knew we wanted, and the place where my bridal shower would be thrown as well.


From the very first email, Chris and her team impressed us with their quick responses, organization, and willingness to work seamlessly with our other vendors. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Chris made the entire process effortless. We always felt like we were in great hands, and that level of trust is invaluable when planning such an important day.

Then came the venue itself. The open and airy reception space was exactly what we were looking for—no obstructed views, no crammed tables—just an elegant setting where all of our guests could truly enjoy the evening. The outdoor patio was another highlight, giving our guests a beautiful spot to enjoy cocktails and appetizers under the open sky.


And let’s talk about the food—because we all know a wedding meal can make or break the guest experience. Brookside absolutely nailed it! It wasn’t just good for wedding food—it was incredible by any standard. Our guests are still raving about it!

But perhaps the most magical part of Brookside is the setting itself. The property is stunning, with countless picture-perfect spots for photos. The elegant building, the lush greens, and the breathtaking weeping willow at the entrance created the most romantic backdrop for our wedding album. We were lucky to have a beautiful, sunny day, but honestly, Brookside would be gorgeous in any season.


Beyond its beauty, Brookside is also centrally located in Columbus, making it easy for our guests to travel and choose accommodations that fit their needs.


Looking back, we can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Brookside Golf and Country Club delivered everything we could have hoped for—an easy planning process, a gorgeous venue, incredible food, and staff that truly cared about making our day special. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that checks every box (and then some), we wholeheartedly recommend Brookside. You won’t be disappointed!

Our wedding at Brookside CC exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and stress free. Chris was very organized and accommodating with us and the vendors. The food was outstanding and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Brookside CC to anyone looking.

We had the most incredible experience at Brookside Golf and Country Club, the perfect wedding venue! From the stunning scenery to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive and ensured every detail was handled seamlessly, making our special day truly unforgettable. The venue’s charming ambiance and beautifully manicured grounds created a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and reception. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the big day. We received many compliments from our family about how fun the event was- they didn't want the night to end!

We had a great experience with Brookside for our wedding. We did somewhat of an untraditional wedding with a morning ceremony followed by lunch and everything turned out perfect. The director of events, Chris, was so great to work with - always very responsive and made the day go so smooth. She even went out of her way to find us a nice umbrella to use for shade, as our musicians required it. All the guests liked the food and we were able to find a lot of gluten free options for me since I have a special diet. All around, we were more than happy with our choice of Brookside for our wedding!

Brooke Side was an amazing venue to have our wedding Ceremony and Reception. We had our ceremony outside and reception inside! We had a very hot day and Brooke Side was extremely accommodating and let our guests hangout inside so they weren’t too hot while waiting for the events to start.

Working with Chris was very easy and her communication and response time was always on point. She helped guide us through all of the decisions that were needed and the process very easy and not stressful!

The staff at Brookeside during the wedding was truly impeccable! We never had lines at the bar, food was AMAZING and all of the staff was super friendly and seemed very happy to be there helping on our big day!

Our day seemed effortless and easy to navigate because of the amazing communication from all of the staff members! I cannot recommend Brooke Side enough to host your wedding!! You will be in great hands

Brookside Golf and Country Club is a hidden gem. Located between Dublin and Worthington there is plenty of transportation, hotels, shops and more. Since the first time we met with Chris, we expected the big day would run flawlessly... AND IT DID. My now husband and I picked the venue just three months before we moved to Austin, Texas. Planning a wedding from thousands of miles away isn't easy, but with Chris and the Brookside staff, they were more than accommodating. Chris knew the right questions to ask, and was patient when my bride brain would get the best of me. Always had answers and was amazing at communicating. The staff on the big day was amazing as well- we got so many compliments from the guests on how good (and hot) the food was. The bartenders were amazing- who knew they could make dirty martinis! Chris at Brookside is beyond wonderful to work with. She made our Wedding so easy to plan, and the staff was on point during our Wedding. Not only is this venue beautiful, but the food is amazing. Thank you for making our day so special.

We just had our fabulous wedding at Brookside and it was a great experience from start to finish. We originally met with Chris in January to go over booking and planning details and she laid everything out on the line so that there would be no surprises in costs. Chris was very responsive in the 10 months of planning and would respond to all my emails or calls I had within 24 hours. The venue also had many decor items we used for free, like table signs, candles, napkins, and vases. After the wedding, we received many compliments on how good the food was for dinner, that the proportion sizes were larger than expected, and the late night tator tot station was a huuuge hit. If you’re looking for a stress free, beautiful venue, Brookside is one to consider!

The venue was wonderful. They were very accommodating to allergies, the requests of the couple, and flexible.

Absolutely loved having our wedding here! Ironically and sadly there was a couple trees that fell, so the morning of the wedding they had the chainsaws out, and this made us nervous. But they had it all done by noon and it was like nothing happened! Chris the coordinator was incredible and really catered to our every need. the staff was very responsive in our requests and helped the vision come to life! The photos turned out amazing, the venue being absolutely beautiful as it is. I cannot say enough good things about it! We highly recommend!

Brookside Golf and Country Club went out of their way to help make our family wedding a dream come true. Chris was very helpful working out all of the large and small details and coordinated her team to provide an outstanding meal, gorgeous ambiance and impeccable service for our guests. Such a beautiful venue! The day was flawless. The staff did an excellent job making our special day come true! Chris was a pleasure to work with. I can’t rave about it enough!

We can't rave enough about how great the staff and service was, how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food was! We postponed our wedding date twice due to the pandemic, and Brookside made each date change easy. Chris was so helpful with all of our questions leading up to the big day and coordinating things on the day of. We originally planned an outdoor ceremony, and it started raining as soon as guests arrived. Before you know it, everyone was seated and we were walking down the aisle inside, like it was always supposed to be that way. The transition was so smooth. All night we got compliments a out the food and waitstaff/bartenders. We will never forget the kindness and professionalism we experienced when planning our wedding. Thank you, Chris and team! Our long awaited day was exactly what we wanted.

My husband and I postponed our wedding reception for a full year due to COVID. When it finally came time to plan our vow renewal and formal reception, we were 7 months pregnant prompting us to throw a reception, baby shower and gender reveal all in one. We couldn't be more happy with how our event turned out at Brookside. Jason, Chris, Laurie and all of their staff were extremely attentive and kind. They maintained strong communication among my husband and I in planning the event and during the event to keep things seamless. They always seemed to be one step ahead of us. In addition, the food was delicious and the displays and decor were perfect despite giving the team little direction. I wouldn't hesitate booking your event with the Brookside team!

When we learned about the wedding tree falling- I was worried that my vision of a ceremony under the tree was no longer a possibility. Callan and the staff provided us with other options and our outdoor ceremony was as beautiful as we imagined. The day of- with rain all morning, Callan let us make the call on the ceremony. The grounds were dry and the sun came out! I couldn’t believe it- but Brookside worked to make sure our day was perfect.

I am so so glad that we chose to have our wedding at Brookside! We had our wedding September 3, and Brookside was absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space to the beautiful indoor reception space-everything was wonderful. Callan was AMAZING. She was so easy to work with and made planning and the day of so easy. At one point I was worried that I had forgot to have someone put up the little decorations I had and walked downstairs to find everything set up just the way I had imagined- and I hadn't even explained any of it to her! The food was fabulous. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else. Worth every single penny- I highly recommend.

The Brookside Golf and Country Club was the absolute perfect wedding venue! I can't say enough about the beauty of the venue. I didn't have to bring any additional decorations for my outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour because they take such good care of the grounds. Despite this minimalistic approach, we received many compliments on the venue's aesthetics.

Callan went above and beyond to make our wedding day flawless. She was always extremely professional and responsive to all of my questions from our first interaction, to our decision to book the Brookside and throughout our wedding day. Callan was always very flexible with us regarding dates to tour the venue and conduct taste testing, which was hugely beneficial as we live out of state and could only be home a few times before the wedding. Callan's poise and experience during the entire process validates the cost of the venue by itself. She's an invaluable resource and Brookside management should be elated to have such a professional representing their venue.

We also received so many compliments on the hors d'oeuvres and dinner; both of which were outstanding! It was served as delectable on the night of our dinner as it was at our taste-testing, marking a truly impressive staff considering the 150 person wedding.

I can't say enough about how smoothly our wedding day went thanks to Callan and the entire Brookside staff. I would absolutely recommend the Brookside to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We had a great experience with Brookside. The whole staff was friendly, curious and quick to respond to phone calls/emails. The venue is beautiful and both the indoor and outdoor ceremony sites are beautiful (I wasn't comfortable just hoping for good weather).

The staff at Brookside was awesome to work with. They were vary helpful and did all of the major work in setting up what decorations we brought.

They even have a Kid zone area we could send the kids to and they had a staff member there to babysit. This was nice for our nephews and nieces so they could go play and have fun instead of sitting around being bored.

Everyone that attended loved the food. When we trying to figure out the menus they suggested a duet of beef and chicken. This worked out and everyone there thought that was awesome. I would recommend the meatballs as an appetizer, I wish I could have gotten more.

The staff at Brookside did an unbelievable job on our daughters wedding reception. We started with a cocktail party on the beautiful stone patio overlooking the golf course and dined and danced in the lovely ballroom. We had 285 guests and they easily accommodated everyone. The food was spectacular and the room looked magical. we felt like we were among family with the friendly, helpful staff.

Brookside was amazing to work with. They were glad to accommodate every one of our requests and they did a beautiful job with set up and tear down. We got so many compliments on the food as well. Banquet food is almost never good but this food was great! I have nothing but high praise for Brookside.

Everyone was so nice at Brookside. Callen was always very prompt when answering any questions. They could accommodate anything the bride (my Daughter) wanted.

Brookside was the perfect place for our ceremony and reception. The ceremony was outside, and it was a beautiful set-up. The reception was amazing. All of my guests raved about the food! Callan was very easy to work with, and helped us have the wedding of our dreams!

The event staff at Brookside were so easy to get along with, from our initial meeting to the tasting and the day of, I couldn't have asked for a better day! it helped that the weather was perfect for our outdoor ceremony, but Brookside made sure that everything was taken care of when it needed to be. The food was excellent and the venue itself was just beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding!

I was so pleased to have my ceremony and reception at Brookside! Callan, the catering manager, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. It was great that we could just drop all of our favors and decorations off the day before and they set them up so beautifully for our wedding! It's almost like having a built in wedding planner. This vendor also does all the food (besides the cake) and it was really nice not to have to find an outside caterer to do that. I heard from guests that the food was really really good. They were also very good at setting up the inside ceremony option. It rained on our wedding day, so we had to move everything inside. They definitely know what they're doing here!! It was great!

Brookside was a beautiful venue and we received so many compliments from our guests! The service was wonderful, and Valerie & Lauren were so helpful during the entire planning process! The food was great and the room for the ceremony & reception were amazing!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Brookside. It was a lovely location for a christmas wedding! It was magical with all of the twinkling christmas lights, beautiful trees throughout the building, and even a fire in the fireplace. Lauren Schultz and the staff were incredible. During the whole planning process they made me feel like I was the most important bride...and they do tons of weddings. We had lots of feedback about the food too- everyone loved it! I wouldn't have changed a thing. 100% recommend to future brides!

It was the setting of my dream wedding I had always wanted!! All of the staff that we worked with were very professional.

We just had our wedding at Brookside. It was so wonderful. The location is beautiful and we were lucky enough to have good weather to get married outside under the big tree. Our cocktail hour was outside too. The food is really delicious and the team worked with us on specific items we wanted that weren't originally on their menu, like our heart shaped BLT appetizers. We also had a specialty cocktail that they had on a tray ready to go at cocktail hour. Everyone said the food was so delicious. We also had a cookie table and they set it up more beautifully than I could imagine. Finally and not least, the staff there was wonderful to work with. Lauren and her team were so responsive, flexible and nice. Truly a pleasure - esp. since you have so many questions and details to work through for a wedding.

The staff at Brookside was absolutely wonderful. Our guests felt so welcome and so comfortable, and they all raved about how delicious dinner was. One of my bridesmaids told me to "slow down or I'd get indigestion" because I couldn't stop eating the fabulous beef tenderloin and chicken. The staff was extremely accomodating of all of our requests, and they were so flexible and understanding about our outdoor ceremony during the extreme threat of rain about thirty minutes prior to the ceremony. I would recommend Debi and her staff to anyone planning a wedding. It was such a dream working with them, and they made it a very classy affair. I do not have one single criticism!

We had our ceremony on the golf course and reception in the club. It was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the food was unbelievable. Truly a great place for a wedding.

We had our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and indoor reception at Brookside on Memorial Day weekend. Callan and the rest of the staff was helpful and responsive from our first tour to our tasting to the day of our event. Everything ran smoothly and the site was BEAUTIFUL. Our guests raved about the whole day, but the biggest hits were the delicious food and the beautiful scenery outside with the tree and the patio. I can't say enough good things!

The wedding coordinator, Chris Ramsay was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was extremely organized and stayed in contact to help us throughout the entire planning process. They were flexible in letting us set up the ceremony and reception exactly how we wanted. The day of was completely flawless, everything ran smoothly and on schedule, they took care of all the little things to make sure I was worry free throughout the day, and the food was delicious! Multiple guests sought us out during the reception to tell us how good all the food was.

The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that the wedding party was not able to get or purchase liquor drinks from the bar while getting ready and even this was really only an inconvenience to one groomsman who cannot drink beer.

Overall, our experience with Brookside and working with Chris was smooth and easy from start to finish!

They provided an on-site consultant to tend to all the needs of our catered reception. They ordered the linens, including optional items like chair covers. They helped with the set up and received other vendors with amazing detail.

They were super flexible as we worked out the details. The food was amazing...and the tasting menu was superb. The quality and flexibility for the price was great!

The venue was private, clean, and beautiful and the entire staff was super attentive!

Lauren was extremely fast with responses and they were very accommodating to different foods that we wanted on our menu.

Overall my experience with brookside was positive. We had a fairly large wedding and it took quite some time to get everyone served. That being said I think they were very understaffed for a 230 wedding. They brought out salad around 6:15pm and then did not start serving the actual dinner until closer to 7PM. They also forgot to pass out my favors which I was very disappointed about because they were quite costly. I obviously did not notice or would have said something. The venue is gorgeous and very pretty. Callan is wonderful to work with and was very helpful. I just wish they would have been staffed appropriately.

Brookside CC provided my groom and I the picture perfect wedding of our dreams. Lauren is an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff was so attentive and catered to all of our wedding party needs. Absolutely the best food ever at a country club. Our guests raved about the stations and mashed potato bar. I would highly recommend Brookside to any future bride. First class venue and service all the way!!

Beautiful venue and the whole team was very helpful every step of the way!

Brookside ended up providing a great venue for our ceremony and reception. We had some difficulty with some of the planning, but in the end, they really came through. The dinner service was great and the food was wonderful. It is a beautiful atmosphere for both a ceremony and reception.
