Brookledge was the first venue we toured when looking for a place to get married. Every venue we looked at after we constantly compared it back to Brookledge. Helen and her team were so wonderful throughout the whole planning process and make everything seem so simple and easy. Between talking to vendors and coordinating with each of them, to answering any questions we had along the way. As the bride I was stressed out the morning of the wedding but Brooke and Helen were checking in on me and assuring me that everything was going great, they handled everything and I was able to relax a bit and enjoy every moment of my big day. It truly turned out to be the wedding I had envisioned in my mind and the Brookledge team made that happen. All of our guests were so impressed, we got a lot of “how did you find this place?!” A day we will never forget! -

Our son and daughter-in-law were married at Brookledge this past weekend! Helen and her team were incredibly professional and supportive! Their coordinators work with the bridal party and guests throughout the entire process: planning, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Love that the bridal party was able to stay in the lodging for the whole weekend! They were VERY responsive to helping my elderly mother-in-law. When she needed to go somewhere, someone with the golf cart was there, ready to go! (Thanks, Brandon!) The event space is large, comfortable, and fun! Best weekend ever! Thank you, Helen! -

The Brookledge wedding community is one that any couple would be lucky to join. They take care to get to know the couple and are so flexible. They ensured that everyone had a good time, but most importantly the couple. Any day of issues they handled with grace and care as to not stress us out. They were wonderful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to any and everyone. -

My husband and I live 2.5 hours away from Brookledge. We had reservations about booking a venue so far from home, and in an area we had never even visited before, but it was the absolute best decision. Brookledge was beyond anything we could have imagined. We chose the day-of package instead of staying for the entire weekend – our only regret of the entire wedding planning experience. 😉
It’s difficult to put into words just how stunning Brookledge is. The property spans 60 acres, and every inch feels like something out of a fairytale. While it has a rustic charm, it’s not your typical barn-style rustic—it's more like an elevated forest wonderland. The open, expansive space gives you a sense of freedom, with the natural beauty of the forest all around.
The ceremony site, set deep in the woods, was absolutely breathtaking. Walking down the staircase through the trees to the ceremony, I felt like I was stepping into a dream. The quiet, peaceful sounds of nature surrounded us as we exchanged our vows, with the fall leaves gently falling and a cozy fire roaring behind us. It truly was the most magical moment of our lives.
Our guests loved exploring the venue during cocktail hour, with its picturesque pond, forest trails, bonfires, and more. Brookledge offers so much more than just a wedding venue—it’s an experience.
The staff at Brookledge were nothing short of incredible. Helen and Brooke were amazing communicators throughout the entire planning process. Their online portal kept everything organized and easy to manage, which was a huge relief amidst the chaos of wedding planning.
On the day of our wedding, the team’s efficiency and professionalism were unmatched. They handled every detail flawlessly, from the big things to the small surprises that came up along the way. Their ability to be there exactly when we needed them—whether it was offering a drink or helping with logistics—was like magic. They made us feel completely taken care of while giving us the space to enjoy the day.
What stood out the most was the sense of community and support the staff provided. They even joined us on the dance floor during the reception, a true testament to how well they managed everything—allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our day.
An unexpected blessing of Brookledge is the opportunity to book the cabins on the property through Airbnb, which allowed us to connect with the space and fall in love with it even more during the months leading up to our wedding.
In summary, having our wedding at Brookledge was worth far more than we ever could have imagined. The beauty of the venue, the exceptional staff, and the unforgettable experience made it a day we would relive a million times over. If you’re considering Brookledge, trust us—it’s absolutely worth it. -

Perfect wedding
Choosing Brookledge for our wedding was the BEST decision we made. Helen and her team are so supportive, personable and make you feel right at home at Brookledge. This is DJ Kenny Casanova. I have been a wedding DJ for almost 20 years, and I believe that the people at Brookledge are top-notch quality as well as the venue itself. If you are looking for both class and a rustic city for your wedding, do not hesitate to give them a call!

This hidden gem is a must see for anyone who is looking for an outdoor venue with all the trimmings. Helen and Stormy are wonderful to work with. Easy going but paying close attention to all the details so that you have a stress-free day. Its woodland setting has the perfect ceremony site that is truly in the forest and not just a small grove of trees next to the parking lot. The grounds are immaculate & serene. There is plenty of shade to keep things comfortable during the summer. The pavilion is spacious and new. I really loved the bar area, situated right next to the main pavilion but also next to a gathering space with a mood setting fire pit when the sun beings to go down. Another great feature is having the option to stay on-site for your wedding weekend! As a DJ and wedding professional I get the chance to see a lot of places and this one is in my top 3 for outdoor venues that I love to visit and entertain at! You should plan a trip to check it out if you are looking for the perfect outdoor venue for your special day! -

I recently officiated a wedding at this beautiful outdoor venue. In addition to the lovely ceremony setting and the inviting reception set up, the staff was top notch. The owner and event manager were always at hand when I had a question, and they made sure the ceremony went off smoothly and on time. -

Brookledge is such a cute and adorable gem of a venue just outside of Saratoga. Helen has really created the perfect spaces for your event. Hold your ceremony under the stars in the lodge, amongst the trees in the whimsical forest with a fire place original to the property, or next to the pond with the fountain. Each location is so beautiful making it hard to decide which ceremony location. Everyone is so wonderful to work with and truly wants your day to be magical. Would definitely recommend!! -

Staff is absolutely amazing super helpful, they relieve the stress, give you reassurance, answer questions and genuinely care that your day is perfect. The venue is absolutely gorgeous we had an amazing fall wedding the colors were vibrant and the day was perfect. -
