As someone who is very image conscious and doesn’t like to be the center of attention, but is also typically avoiding seeing myself in pictures - I was having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact, that a wedding meant that my husband and I HAD to be the center of attention. I was so worried that I would come off stiff and forced in pictures, but Ashleigh has such a way about her that just puts you right at ease. Her demeanor is both energetic and affirming and she will have you feeling confident and like a pro. I was amazed at some of the shots she was able to walk away with. She turned a struggle to but took my suit jacket for instance, into a shot that looked like it was made for an editorial. Beyond her technical prowess, she was ready and willing to assist where it was needed on the day, to helping me with my wardrobe to giving me the confidence to find my way past my insecurities and nerves. She does beautiful work and is a genuinely lovely person. I not only walked away my wedding with gorgeous photos, but having felt like I had made a new friend for life. -

Ashleigh flew out to Maine to capture our summer camp wedding. She was extremely "go with the flow" energy and was never standing waiting to take a shot - when the girls needed more time she ran over to the guys and then returned back to the girls. She utilized every minute! She gave EXCEPTIONAL direction so no one was left wondering what they should do with their hands or face. Even the guys who were not comfortable in front of a camera were able to follow the direction and feel comfortable!
Ashleigh produced images that could quite literally be the cover of a magazine. She made everyone feel and LOOK extremely comfortable.
Not planning on getting married a second time, but if I do I'll be using Brokken Images haha.

We Are Beyond Thrilled with Ashleys Skills!
Ashley has been nothing short of amazing to work with! She did our engagement and elopement sessions, and walked us through every step of the way to make our photos turn out amazing! She has an amazing eye for detail and even made a few edits at our request, we definitely recommend her 100%!! Use her for your next session! You will not be disappointed! -

Ash was great. I had a very specific vision in my head and she captured it perfectly. Moody, dark, reds popped, and my natural red hair was visible and stood out. The editing of the florals showed the bicolored rose striations (red panther roses), and they are not easy to photograph. She was accommodating even with an injury she sustained and understood that the flowers only had a limited life span. She made sure she delivered, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Wonderful work, high quality, and she knew how to read the angles of my body so the photos flattered me! -

She Lets Me Be Me
I’ve had 3 sessions done with Ashleigh. As a once insecure Middle Aged woman, she made my boudoir session feel incredibly natural. She even let me run an idea by her and she ran with it. I wanted to incorporate my medals from marathon running and she loved the idea. She totally embarrassed my witchy side in a spooky mountain type shoot and then a few years later did a couples shoot with me and my guy. I totally showed up barefoot and asked if I could get in the water and she was here for it. She’s so open minded and yet she’s also so great at explaining to you what she needs from you to get the most perfect shots. She knows her stuff. The images turn out so elegant and incredibly classic looking. She has this way of making you feel like you are old friends making the entire experience comfortable. Her pricing is on point too. For the quality, the experience and the memories you’ll forever cherish, you absolutely cannot go wrong. I will forever use Brokken Images. Forever. -

Working with Ashliegh was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also one of the most organized and professional vendors I have had the opportunity to work with. She brought such a calm, positive energy to the wedding day and helped everything stay on track seamlessly.
Her attention to detail and ability to capture genuine, meaningful moments was truly impressive. She communicated clearly throughout the process, worked wonderfully with the vendor team, and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera.
As someone who works within the wedding industry, I can confidently say she goes above and beyond for her clients.
