Leanne was our #1 go-to for the weeks leading up to our wedding and for day-of coordination. She is extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented. I felt like we were in great hands and her calm demeanor was always very reassuring! It was great working with Leanne and I 100% recommend her if you are getting married. Thank you, Leanne! -

Working with Leanne and Broad View Events was the best choice we made in our wedding planning. We absolutely loved getting to know Leanne. The planning calls leading up to our wedding were incredibly helpful with the perfect amount of guidance and advice. Leanne and her sister were such comforting presence on our big day. Everything went so smoothly all thanks to them (or if it didn't - we didn't even know about it, since they were fixing things behind the scenes!!). Choosing Broad View Events is the best money that you'll spend on your wedding day planning!! -

Leanne was technically our month-of coordinator for our Bluebird Manor wedding, but she was truly there for us in every way from the day we signed a contract with her. She has the perfect mix of a kind, calming presence, and also the assertiveness that is needed in this business. Leanne helped me with so many details that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. She came to our rehearsal dinner and made sure everyone in the wedding party had a copy of the timeline for wedding day (which she also does an amazing job creating!). On wedding day, her sister, Nancy assisted her and somehow they managed to decorate the venue for us, make sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, direct all of our vendors, and jump in to help with anything anyone needed that day (such as affixing charms to my bouquet when they fell off literal seconds before I walked down the aisle). I was able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day thanks to Leanne. I felt so confident in her skills and expertise and she absolutely went above and beyond for us. I quickly went from wondering "do we really need to hire a coordinator?" to "everyone needs to hire Leanne because her services were the best money we spent on our wedding day!". She is truly a gem. -

Leanne at Broad View was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was great to talk things through with, when I forgot something, she was on top of it, had perfect recommendations for any changes in plans. All of our friends and family have been raving about how beautiful and fun our wedding was and we tell them it was all Leanne and her assistant Marleigh who did an AMAZING job putting together a beautiful event. I hope some of our friends get engaged soon so we can tell them about Broad View Events and see Leanne again!!! We cannot recommend her enough! -

You know you have a good day-of coordinator when most of the compliments from family and friends were about them! Everyone was super impressed with how organized and on-schedule Leanne kept everyone on the day of our wedding. We only hired her for day-of coordination, but she helped us start coordinating vendors months in advance. My only regret is not hiring her as a full-time coordinator. She understood my vision and was honest with her opinions of whether we could make something work within our budget or not, and offered great advice. On the day of she was there every minute making sure everything went seamlessly. Not to mention, her prices are amazing. Can't recommend them enough! -

I can't even begin to explain how helpful and wonderful Leanne was with both planning and coordinating my wedding. My wife and I decided on River Chase Venue in Harper’s Ferry and got connected to Leanne Cobb by her sister Nancy. From there everything else was made very easy. Leanne connected us to all the other vendors we needed from flowers to photography to caterers and lawn games, all of which were consummate professionals. We were thrilled with the results and our special day couldn’t have gone off better.
We were making plans during the pandemic and even had to postpone for a time. Despite this challenge, Leanne’s expertise in planning kept us calm and confident the whole way through.
We highly recommend Leanne for anyone else seeking out a wedding planner! -

I am another wedding professional that specializes in catering and personal chef service. Leanne contacted me regarding a small intimate wedding that was going to be held at a private residence. Throughout the planning process, Leanne was great to work with, prompt to answer questions and very knowledgeable. She was able to provide me with a detailed timeline prior to the event which helped me ensure guests were served on time throughout the three course meal. Leanne is very organized and I loved how she was able to incorporate the style of the clients into a beautiful experience. I called three different planners when starting this process. With two of them, I got a lot of the squealing and "oh isn't it so *wonderful*" and "what a *magical time*". That is just not my style, and I didn't think I would get through the planning process with all that princess talk all the time. The third was Leanne. She is enthusiastic, she is positive, but this lady also just gets down to brass tacks and speaks in real terms. She asks what you're looking for and *listens* to what you're saying and how you say it.
We ended up going with an all-inclusive venue that did have a coordinator, but I still wanted Leanne through the process and hired her as a day-of coordinator. I'm *so glad* that I did. Venue coordinators are there for the venue. They want you to have a great day, sure - but having someone to really represent and advocate for you is very valuable. Leanne had her expertise, and when she came into the bridal suite she got us hustling to get ready - I'm very glad she did, as we would've been off time track if we hadn't. She got down under my dress and helped cut this petticoat to make it fit, and laced me up better than what we could've done. She's also just got a very "in control" air about her, she's got it handled - and that's really the type of vibe I wanted on my wedding day. Not someone to coo and call me a princess - just someone to say "we've got it under control and it's going to go well."

So inspired by Leanne and her team! They took a stone barn and tent and created a magical winter wonderland wedding -- guests had a blast and DJ stayed an extra hour because the dance floor was packed! Not only did Leanne create a beautiful event for the family but she was fantastic working with all the vendors who contributed to this wedding. Sure hope we have the opportunity to work with Leanne and her team again! -

Absolutely incredible wedding planner. We were out of towners for our Harpers Ferry wedding and Leanne networked like crazy to help us achieve the wedding of our dreams within our budget. Our getting hitched went off without a hitch because Leanne thought of every little detail. My husband and I both have crazy jobs and schedules but Leanne always responded quickly. She also helped to accommodate some special circumstances so that my mom could attend our wedding. Leanne treated us like family and that's the kind of person you want on your side when wedding planning. If you are in the NOVA or WV area, you will not find a better planner. -

Our Perfect Wedding
The venue is absolutely stunning, but even more superb are the planning and design skills of Leanne Cobb, Everything from pre-planning, to reception, to clean-up was expertly handled, with every detail accounted for, and backups in place. Not only is Mrs. Cobb an expert organizer, she also has all the connections, and the knows all the right people to make your wedding everything you want. At no point in the process did I feel pressured to have our wedding a certain way. If we wanted something non-traditional Mrs Cobb was on-board, if we wanted something traditional Mrs. Cobb was ready. Leanne was both the main ingredient and the secret ingredient to making our special day perfect. -

Katie Sent on 01/10/2018Annie helped us plan and decorate our April wedding from the very beginning. She first helped us get ideas and focus in on the look and feel we were going for. Then she helped us establish a color scheme that went with our outdoor, spring wedding. We did a practice table setting a few weeks before the wedding to try out a few ideas. She was always very conscious of our budget and was very good at hearing our ideas and shaping them into beautiful designs. On the day of the wedding, she and her team made sure everything was perfect. Everything was beautiful, from the table setting and center pieces, to the gift table, to the decorated arbor at the alter. She helped coordinate the day of the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. Throughout the whole process she was easy to work with and communicate with. I highly recommend her services!

Ellen Sent on 12/18/2017Planning a wedding can be extremely overwhelming, especially on a budget and if you have no experience in event coordination. Broad View Events was with me every step of the way with expert guidance on everything from what color napkins look best to how much I should spend on alcohol. My vision came to together only because of Leanne’s assistance with every element of the whole event; she even made sure my bridesmaids were fed while getting ready in the morning, and that my dad found his seat at the reception. The care, the attention, and the help I received cannot be beat. My husband and I were able to enjoy our big day without any stress or worry, and all our guests had a blast = exactly what we wanted. I can’t thank the team at Broad View enough for the experience.

They helped with my bridal shower, bridal photo shoot, and wedding day and I am so grateful for their help in creating my dream wedding. Each event was so perfect. I came to them with a loose idea of a library/ literary themed wedding with a vintage vibe and they were able to turn a barn into a magical, romantic scene from my favorite novels. It was above and beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Somehow they able to not only recreate the sense of warmth in the air that you feel when reading a book by the fire, but also inspire romantic excitement from a Jane Austen novel. They also helped me organize and stay on budget both before and day of the wedding, and helped make our wedding day just perfect. Leanne kept everyone on schedule the day of and coordinated with all of the vendors so we did not have to lift a finger the day of our wedding. Looking back on our pictures we noticed that many details fell into place that we did not plan for, but the Broadview events crew was able to put together and make every detail perfect perfect.
