Brite beauty performed my bridal MUAH as well as bridesmaids and mothers. They worked professionally and efficiently having us ready in time for pictures and the ceremony. My makeup artist was very patient with me when I voiced concerns and did whatever she could to make my make up perfect. My hair artist took my concerns and want for change well. Both women were so sweet and kind with all my girls and we all turned out stunning on wedding day because of them!Brite Beauty's reply:

I highly recommend Brite Beautify. They did an incredible job bringing my bridal vision to life. My make-up artist Liza a delight. She not only covered up my mom's black eye, but she also answered our endless questions about product recommendations. My hair stylist Taylor could not have been more tedious in making sure every hair was perfectly placed. My hair did not budge all day and it was perfect. Not only were they experts with their skills, but they did a great job of balancing everyone's personalities. There were some moments of stress with family members running late and they stayed calm and reassuring throughout the morning. Nothing but GREAT things to say about Brite!!! My experience was seamless and enjoyable every step of the way. I had a big request in asking for 8 artists on my big day and they were ALL top notch. They arrived on time, were friendly, listened to our requests, and delivered every time! Many of my friends said it was the best bridal HAMU they've had. Colton and Marcus were possibly the best hair and makeup duo I could have had for our wedding day. We made a couple of adjustments after my trial and when I turned around to see my hair and makeup in the mirror on wedding day, it literally brought tears to my eyes. I didn't change a thing.
They glammed up my bride crew and my mom and new mother in law - helping them all feel stunning in their own ways.
Hair and makeup can be so personal, so feeling like yourself is so so important especially on the best day of your life. These two nailed it. AND they were a joy to be around. Our bridal suite was filled with laughter all morning as they kept us on schedule and transformed everyone two by two.
I'm so thankful for Colton and Marcus being a part of our wedding team - I literally can't imagine anyone else filling their shoes. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend.Brite Beauty's reply:

Absolutely Stunning
I was truly blown away at how incredible Amanda did on not only myself but my mother & bridesmaids. Every single person commented at how beautiful my makeup was. It was 108 degrees on our wedding day but Amanda made sure everyone’s makeup was sweat proof, cry proof, bullet proof, you name it! - Both trial hair and makeup experiences was wonderful. Finding the location in Dallas was easy and the instructions given via email prior to the appointment was clear! Staff there was really nice and friendly!

- We got what we paid for! Definitely a little pricey, especially if you are not having most of your bridal party getting makeup or hair done but the experience was worth it for the bride and parents.

Brite Beauty provided a superior experience from start to finish! Amanda and Taylor came to my house to do my hair and makeup trial and I was hooked! They are both so incredibly talented and fun and made me feel beautiful. The payment and planning process was extremely easy and going to their cute studio was so fun. On the day of, they all arrived early and were professional and fun throughout the day. We had 4 artists that all were so incredibly talented and achieved the looks that each girl wanted! I waited until probably the last possible minute to book myself a makeup artist. I REALLY lucked out that Jordan was available. The reason I waited so long was because I thought I would be doing my own makeup since I worked as a makeup artist myself for a little while (AKA I knew I was going to be super picky and particular). But when my mother and mother in law wanted their makeup done, I decided to look for an artist. I found Brite Beauty and booked a trial. Jordan listened really well and did a beautiful job during the trial so I booked him for the 3 of us for wedding day. The moms were soooo happy with their makeup and loved chatting with him as well. I loved all the giggles shared between them! As for me, I seriously could not have been happier. Jordan made me feel so dang beautiful!! A true bridal moment when I looked in the mirror and wanted to tear up! And my makeup last through all the tears and kisses to the sweaty drunky end. Would highly recommend and will book him again and again for any special event! -

Brite did my makeup for my engagement photos and hair and makeup for my bridal portraits and wedding weekend. They did a fantastic job on my hair and makeup and made everything so fun! Lived up to their name!
Marsi and Kate did a FABULOUS job with my mother-in-law's hair and make-up. I had never seen her more beautiful then on my wedding day. They were so wonderful with her. To hear them talk and joke with her, was refreshing. My stepdaughter who was my maid of honor was made to perfection. Then as for me, the bride, I was beyond gorgeous with my hair and makeup. The trial hair and make-up made my fiancé exclaim "wow, you are beautiful" which was stated in a way that he never did, even when I dress up and do my own make-up. 100% would recommend working with Brite Beauty for any of your glam needs (mine was for my wedding). This team of girls working here are absolutely amazing and responsive and I am so glad to have chosen them to help me out on my big day! Just to let you know, they are a team of highly skilled artists who are vetted through auditions from their big boss (Marsi) and I think that if you let your interests be known they really match you up with artists who fit your aesthetic the best.
Booking services:
Brite Beauty was one of the first local H&MU bridal vendors I reached out to after transitioning from an overseas wedding to one local. I can’t tell you exactly where I found them (either Brides of North Texas, Wedding Wire, or Google) but I instantly fell in love with their work on instagram (amazingly curated). I reached out to them and they promptly sent out a quote brochure within a day of contacting them. I went through it and kind of took a pause because their retainer is 50% of services to be provided and wasn’t sure if I could commit to that amount on such a short timeline. So I actually ended up with another H&MU artist who provided a lower retainer (spoiler alert: wrong idea!)
After a lackluster trial with the other artist (which included her cleaning her dirty brushes with only alcohol right in front of me), I was a bit bummed about my H&MU but accepted it as it what it was (tip: never settle). One fated day (only a month before the wedding), I received a sweet e-mail from my H&MU artist in Mexico and Brite Beauty called me for a follow up for services on my big day and I really thought about it and decided to give them another chance. I talked to Allye and Marsi over the next few days after that follow up call and told them all my concerns that I had with the prior makeup artist (including providing specific hair styling & COVID cleansing techniques) and they were able to answer all my questions and give me confidence that they were the right choice to go with, so I booked them and cancelled my other H&MU artist.
Trial review:
The day of my trial, I arrived at their location on Rawlins Street (there is one parking spot located right in front of the building) and tried to enter the door but was having a bit of trouble. Quick call and the fact that they noticed me in the window struggling (embarrassing!) and I finally got in. I was introduced to my glam team that would be working with me that day, Sarah (@sarahwebbhair) for my hair and Liza (@lizareyes.eyes) for makeup. They also asked me if I wanted any refreshments, which I think was a nice touch. So I showed them my inspo pics at the beginning of the session and let them know what I was looking for and they immediately got to work. They got through everything and with some minor adjustments that I asked for and some tips on how to prep for the big day (work on moisturizing more because of my dry skin), they really got me ready for what to expect on the big day. Also, should note I wore out my makeup the whole day and even took a nap on my hair and makeup and that stuff did not budge at all (gave me a lot of hope for the big day.
Day-of review:
On the day of the wedding, Liza (makeup) and Sarah (hair) promptly arrived to my hotel where we were getting ready at the agreed upon time frame. Liza and Sarah set up their space neatly in the area available in the room and promptly began working on my bridesmaids. They were super friendly and able to execute amazing looks for my bridesmaids despite them not having a trial ahead of time like myself to acclimate what they wanted for their looks.
Literally, Liza is an eye makeup QUEEN and Sarah is a braid GODDESS. These two absolutely killed on giving my bridesmaid and I some fierce and romantic looks for my big day and I couldn’t have imagined it any other way without them. They are so particular with their work, that on the big day some of the hair styling for myself took a bit more time than my trial did because my hair wasn’t really cooperating that day but Sarah made it work until it was up to her high standards and I thank her for that because my hair was absolutely fire on the day of! Also, all those tips that Liza had me work on (moisturizing my skin) really paid off on the day of because my makeup sat on so much better than my trial I was absolutely blown away by the work that was done on the day of and was slightly skeptical that it could turn out any better than the trial but it was absolutely 100% better than the trial and I think that’s because they knew what to expect with my hair & skin tone.Brite Beauty's reply:

Such a great experience working with the Brite Beauty team for my wedding in July! Marsi was the makeup artist and she was wonderful!!! I heard the girls say multiple times how much they loved their make-up. I typically don't wear a lot of make-up and I communicated that to Marsi. She listened and did an amazing job!! The makeup felt light and natural. It was important for me to feel like myself and she definitely helped me achieve that. Michelle, my hairstylist, was also fantastic!!! She took special care of everyone that day, did touch-ups, and had helpful suggestion. Both ladies were on time, professional, wore their mask the ENTIRE 6hrs, and also friendly. Incredible HAMU and Incredible people
The team at Brite Beauty was so incredibly warm and friendly. They did a great job listening to the needs of me and my wedding party while making the experience special for us. I had one bridesmaid with particularly crazy curly hair and she told me that the Brite Beauty team was the first hairstylist she's ever worked with who actually knew what to do with her hair. I was especially impressed with Marsi who did my hair and Kayla who did my makeup. In my trial run, they made sure that I was comfortable voicing any changes I wanted because they wanted to be sure that everything was perfect for my wedding day and it totally was! I am so glad they were there to help me get ready on my big day, not only was the makeup and hair perfect, they are all just incredibly friendly, kind, down to earth people that made the whole experience truly a joy.Brite Beauty's reply:

Brite bar beauty was great. First off LOVE the people (Lanisha, Marsi, Josh). They seriously became our people and we were just having so much fun talking all sorts of things, jamming out, laughing on the day. They also knew exactly what everyone needed for their hair and makeup and delivered better than could’ve expected. Only thing I would suggest is including lashes in the price of makeup. I feel like everyone wants fake lashes when it comes to getting their makeup professionally done so might as well have that in the price. That’s my only suggestion. Love Brite Bar Beauty!
We loved Marci, hair stylist, and Josh, makeup artist! They did the hair and makeup for my daughter’s bridal portraits and then again for her wedding. I would absolutely recommend Brite Beauty to any bride looking for a hair and makeup vendor in the Dallas area. They were always helpful and responsive (even when i had to email them the week before the wedding cuz my sister in law contracted pink eye!) and they had me and my gals looking FABULOUS for my big day. Marsi handled all the hair and Liz was our MUA- my hair was perfect, just what I wanted and my makeup was stunning! And despite sweating off a touch of foundation (it was 90 degrees outside after all), my makeup stayed on the whole night. Even in the pictures taken right before we departed the venue, you can see that my highlight is still poppin!! And not only that but my mom and bridesmaids looked GORGEOUS as well- Marsi and Liz really listened to what each girl wanted and everyone felt so beautiful! I hired Brite Bar to do my hair and makeup for our engagement photos as well as our wedding and WOW is all I can say. They are efficient, always answer my emails on time, and they are extremely professional. Also, my hair and makeup made me look and feel beautiful for our engagement photos! Perfect hair & makeup for our wedding day!
Marsi and her team are a group of angels! We had the most incredible experience with them for our wedding, juggling complicated scheduling with 9 bridesmaids and 2 moms. Everyone absolutely loved their hair & makeup and the team did an incredible job making us all feel beautiful, but like ourselves on the big day. I did my bridal trial make up and hair with a Brite Bar and they were great! It was relaxing, fun and they did exactly what I asked for!! I enjoyed getting my make up done better than I could’ve ever attempted on my own. It lasted all afternoon outside and through the evening. Love this team! We looked like Queens!
I LOVED working with Marci and her team. I was referred to her after a trial gone wrong and she saved the day! Made me feel so special, listened to what I did and didn’t want and made the day so much fun! My girls loved her and the team too. I had a lot of changes and requests for the scheduling and they were beyond flexible. The day of I had family that decided to get their hair done and they accommodated. It was so easy to work with all of the women!

Professional and Amazing!
Marsi and her crew helped the wedding party and myself feel beautiful on the wedding day. Everyone was professional and attentive to what each girl wanted for their up-do. It was a muggy day on my wedding day and after the pictures outside they were there to re-curl and touch up before the ceremony. I chose Brite Beauty for my HAMU for my wedding and HAMU trial used for my Bridal Portraits. First of all, choosing a vendor for HAMU is tough, but one of the big things that stuck out to me was how the owner, Marsi, reached out to me personally and answered any and all questions I had when I was deciding! I also loved how they didn't mind that I used the trial for Bridal Portraits. I was caught off guard when other vendors I talked with didn't allow me to use a trial for the Bridal Portraits. I also had roughly 10 people get both hair and makeup for the wedding, and it went so smoothly and everyone was on time and perfect! I loved how my hair and makeup looked. They do their best to have the same artists do you trial and your wedding day look. The hair and makeup stayed all night (my half up do even stayed as I did multiple hair whips on the dance floor). All-in-all I highly recommend. -

Amazing Hair and Makeup Team!
I used Brite Beauty for my hair and makeup for my wedding, and absolutely loved the results. Alex Gonzalez did my and my bridesmaid’s hair, and everyone looked so beautiful! Additionally, our hair stayed put through photos, ceremony, and reception, so we looked good all night long. Marcus did makeup for me, my mom and one of my bridesmaids, and he also did an excellent job. I chose airbrush foundation, and it stayed put all day even though I have oily skin. Due to grad school midterms and wedding stress, I had a bit of a breakout going on leading up to the wedding, and after Marcus was done, you wouldn’t have known it. Also, I feel like people don’t mention this in reviews, but they were also fun to hang out with for multiple hours which is SO key for a vendor that you actually have to spend time with, but probably don’t know all that well, on your wedding day. Your hair and makeup team is around for a large chunk of your wedding day, so it was great to have a team that was fun to interact with in addition to being so great at their jobs! I’d happily hire Brite Beauty for any future special occasions. If you’re looking for a beauty team for your big day, check out Brite Beauty and ask for Alex and Marcus! I booked this team many months in advance for my wedding makeup trial and paid a deposit. After booking, their studio closed, which significantly changed the circumstances of the agreement. Communication around alternatives was delayed for weeks, and the trial location was not disclosed until the very last minute, despite multiple follow-ups and the fact that I was traveling specifically for the appointment. I had not heard from them 2 days before my trial, so I reached out. They said they had a location, but they would not disclose it until the day before. I expressed that I was extremely uncomfortable not knowing the new location or how far I would need to drive to get there. When I canceled due to these issues, they admitted they lacked in communicating the details of my appointment to me, but decided to keep half of my deposit, even though they did not render any services. I wish they had refunded my deposit since they did not do any work and had no studio to perform the duties in anyway. This experience was stressful and disappointing during an already high-pressure time. Brides should be aware that communication and clarity around logistics may not meet expectations, and that deposits will be retained even when they personally alter the conditions of your contract. At the end of the day, they should have offered discounted services, fully refunded me, or done something to try to make up for their lack of professionalism. They chose not to, and are instead, choosing to keep money that was meant to go towards my wedding day hair and makeup.
They keep saying "we offered to travel to your home" but I don't live in Texas and was staying with someone who did not want to host hair and makeup artists in their house. Brite Beauty is being so selfish in refusing to understand that.Brite Beauty's reply:

Our studio was temporarily closed due to renovations, and we acknowledge that this change required alternative planning. As an accommodation for the studio closure, we offered to complete the trial on-location at no additional cost. We understand that this option ultimately did not work for you due to travel circumstances and hosting limitations, and we respect that decision. Unfortunately, the trial was canceled before services could be rendered.
While deposits are non-refundable per our contract and secure artist availability and preparation time, we did agree to refund half of the deposit as a goodwill gesture, despite no services being completed. This was offered in acknowledgment of the communication shortcomings surrounding the appointment.
We regret that this experience was disappointing and appreciate the feedback, which we are using to improve communication and clarity during periods of transition. We truly wish you the best moving forward and on your wedding day.
