Very friendly and accommodating, helped me perfect the menu and had a separate dish for a family member with allergies.

We were really stressing over finding a good rehearsal dinner spot -- we wanted a Kansas City feel but didn't want to spend a ton of money. When my husband suggested Brio it just clicked -- of course! The Plaza location is of course wonderful and planning the event was so, so easy. Jen was incredibly helpful in answering our many, many questions. The food was delicious, the servers were outstanding and the rooms were exactly right. Yeah, you are up there with like 4 other rehearsal dinners, but you wouldn't know it -- each room is kept perfectly private. We loved it and would highly recommend it!

We used Brio Tuscan Grille for our rehearsal dinner. It was TO DIE FOR!! We got so many compliments that we will never hesitate to recommend them. The food was delicious and was ready right when we got there. The private rooms upstairs are also so beautiful that we didn't need to decorate at all! Thank you!

Brio's was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! Easy access/parking, romantic lighting, fantastic food & wine...our guests were so complimentary and the staff allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our event.

We hosted our wedding rehearsal using one of their private event rooms upstairs off the 2nd floor bar area, and it was a fantastic venue. From day one the event coordination was flexible, professional and seamless in helping us plan for wonderful dinner for our family and friends. Although the room has a Tuscan/Italian feel to it-they allowed us to decorate early, and put our special touch of Tiffany Blue as many places as possible, and with the candle light it was beautiful. Having the open bar right there, with high boy tables allowed for a nice flow for cocktails. Dinner was delicious-we selected 3 entrée choices, and everyone seemed to enjoy that. The room was spacious enough for 35 a power point to stream pictures during dinner, and we even were able to use the space for The Newlywed Game, and a game of Family Feud (groomsmen vs bridesmaids). All in all I would highly recommend using this space for a rehearsal, corporate dinner, or a private event.

We loved having our rehearsal dinner at Brio! The servers were top notch and the food was out of this world. There were some communication snafus when we were getting everything setup, but once everything was squared away, it went great.
