    Amazing customer service

    I traveled over 2 hours to come try on a specific dress that this store had in stock and when I got there they had pulled additional dresses in my size that were similar. I ended up choosing a dress that they pulled for me and I loved it so much!! Amazing customer service!

    I had come to this bridal shop for multiple gowns for other brides weddings & I loved their selection of bridal gowns AND bridesmaids dresses, so when it was my time I knew exactly where to go. Ali & the girls are amazing, they took the time to help me find the perfect dress, and took care of me every step of the way for my alterations.

    This was the second wedding gown I purchased at Brides and Grooms. One daughter selected a dress from this bridal shop 2 years ago, and my other daughter selected one this year. Besides that, 5 bridesmaids also purchased their dresses from this shop this year and I, as mother of the bride, also purchased my dress here. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they made the selection process fun! This shop has a huge selection of wedding gowns and dresses for the wedding party; it was easy to find styles that suited everyone in the wedding party. Especially helpful and friendly was Maria. She was a pleasure to work with, and this will always be our first stop for special occasions in the future!

    What I loved about B&G was that they took each bride's personality into consideration. When I wanted something unique, and very different, they didn't bat an eyelash and try to force me into a traditional gown. They just said, yes, and and helped me find the one I loved. And let my bridesmaids try on over 20 dresses until they found the perfect dress. Very helpful, not pushy and very responsive. Loved my dress and had tons of compliments on the wedding day!!

    My bridesmaids got their dresses here and Carmen was amazing. The price was a lot better then I was finding for the same dress at other stores. They also did alterations on my dress because I felt more comfortable at this store then at the store I got my dress from, and they we able to answer all my questions I had about getting it altered before I brought it in. My dress turned out amazing, couldn't tell it was originally about a size too big on me from extra weight loss. I was recommended this store from a friend and would definitely recommend this store to all my friends that go dress shopping.

    I can't say enough about Brides and Grooms in Newark Delaware. From the first phone call for an appointment to the last fitting the staff could not have been more helpful and supportive. My daughter's bridal gown appointment was nothing short of amazing! Faith was the salesperson who helped my daughter and if it was not for her, my daughter would not have found her dream gown. It was the end of our appointment and my daughter had pretty much found her drress. Right before we were about to work out the pricing details, Faith called my daughter to the front to show her one more dress on the designer's website. Faith told my daughter she would not be doing her job unless she showed her this one last dress. My daughter tried it on and we all gasped at how beautiful it looked on her!Faith could tell by my daughter's build that this dress would look amazing on her and it truly did!!!On my daughter's wedding day her dress looked spectacular. The price of the dress was so reasonable and right within our budget! Go to Brides and Grooms. You will not be sorry and ask for Faith, she is absolutely wonderful!

    I loved working with Susan! She was so helpful with orderings my dress, the bridesmaids and sizing for the tuxes. My dress turned out perfectly but a couple of my girls and MIL had problems with their sizing. I def recommend working with Susan to make sure things are done right!

    I couldn't have asked for a better bridal shop! The selection was phenomenal. The prices were great. They treated me like family and knew us all by name. We got my gown, my veil, our tuxedos, our flower girl dress, my shoes, and my mother's dress here. They were fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone, even if it was a long drive away. They also have a lot of perks for ordering more than one thing there (i.e. discount on bridesmaids dresses if you get your gown there, $70 toward shoes if you get your gown/tuxedoes/bridesmaids dresses there).

    Marie is one of the managers, she was absolutely wonderful I ordered my dress last minute and it came in the first week of June and with only two weeks until my wedding they made all of my alterations in a matter of a couple days. I was overly noted with how everything turned out and in the amount of Time! With my dress having so many crystals from top to bottom I feared alterations would ruin them but my dress was BEAUTIFUL not a crystal was out of place.
    Marie was so amazing every step of them way and she made me feel at ease because she was very reassuring with every question or concern I had.

    I got my wedding dress and veil from Brides & Grooms for my wedding this past April. I got my prom dress here in high school and am so glad I came back for my wedding! They have the best selection of any place I went and great service. I had a relatively short engagement (6 months) and they were super accommodating about getting the dress in on time. The veil wasn't able to be shipped in time, so they were nice enough to sell me their sample.

    My bridesmaids found their dresses here as well, as did my mother. All of their dresses were beautiful and Brides & Grooms is nice enough to offer a discount to the wedding party if the wedding dress was bought there as well. They also offered me a military discount for my husband's service (and no sales tax in DE doesn't hurt either).

    My mother and I got our dresses fitted here and they did a wonderful job in a timely manner, despite my April wedding being in the middle of prom season. All in all, excellent service and selection at Brides & Grooms - Breena and the entire staff were very helpful through the whole process!

    My experience with Brides and Grooms was awesome! They are so nice and very helpful. I got my gown, veil, and shoes there. I felt like I was friends with the girls who worked there by the end...almost wanted to invite them to the wedding! They helped me find the perfect dress and were never pushy. My gown was a terrific value for the money! Four of my friends have also gotten their gowns there and have had great experiences too.

    The wedding was 4 months away and my friend still didn't find a dress! Moreover, she was getting married out of the country and needed to be certain of the dress size, color, shipment, etc.! Finally, we came upon Brides & Grooms in Newark. What an expansive selection of bridal dresses! To complement that, we had a fantastic sales rep named Carmen who absolutely adored us and waited on us hand and foot! She was so informative and answered our every question. Sometimes the store got busy and Carmen would have multiple customers she'd wait on simultaneously but that was okay because one of the perks about this place is that it is not by appointment exclusively which helps time-pressed folks. Carmen always pulled through with the best advice on size and best deal on price. The dress arrived in about one month after placing the order, the veil shortly after that. The bride was stunning and everyone loved the "American style dress." Thank you Brides&Grooms and BIG THANKS TO CARMEN!!

    I had a fantastic experience finding my dress at Brides and Grooms. As other reviewers mentioned, the store does not look like much from the outside. The consultant I worked with was Carmen, who was just wonderful. I described the basic style I had in mind, and she pulled dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. After trying on lots of similar dresses, she pulled a few with very different silhouettes just to make sure I didn't leave with any regrets. Carmen gave me all the time I needed, and was happy to let me try on several dresses a second time so I could be confident in my decision. Throughout the appointment, Carmen was nothing but positive, supportive & helpful - truly a joy to work with. The only negative aspect of my experience was that the dress came in significantly later than the timeline I was told. When I called the the store a few weeks after the dress was supposed to arrive, they couldn't find any record of my purchase at all and had to call me back. We ordered in plenty of time so this wasn't an issue for me, but it could definitely be an issue for others. That being said, I had a great experience at Brides & Grooms and would highly recommend it.

    I had the BEST experience shopping for my wedding dress here. Faith was absolutely amazing and I couldn't have been happier with her as my bridal consultant. They easily accommodated my entourage of 4 and encouraged them to pick out dresses, while the consultant also picked out dressed. All i had to do was say what i liked and didnt like and then dresses were picked out for me. I felt like a princess. She even helped me to pick out a veil that complimented my dress perfectly. Shopping for my wedding dress has been something ive looked forward to for so long, and this shop definitely exceeded my expectations. My recommendation is to go on a weekday so you get more one on one time with your consultant.

    After trying on dresses at multiple stores, we contacted Marie to see if she beat a price on a dress that she didn't carry in stock but could order. No issue! We made the mistake of not ordering our bridesmaid dresses thru B&G to save a few pennies and we quickly realized we sacrificed decent customer service for a few dollars. However, most of my maids ended up taking their dressed back to B&G for alterations. My dress had a few alterations (nothing extreme) and Yung dyed my shoes to match my girls' dresses without issue (they were perfect!). I had one bridesmaid whose dress didn't fit well on the day of my wedding but I wasn't there for fittings so I can't fully say who's fault that was. They are a busy store so you may not get that undivided one-on-one attention some brides crave but I personally like being left alone so they worked for me.

    I was very happy with my dress and alterations from Brides & Grooms. I had found a certain Maggie Sottero dress online and called about 10 stores in my area trying to find a store that had a sample of it in stock, and they were the only ones who had it...and, best of all, their dress price was over $100 cheaper than other places I called. To be honest, it's probably not a store I would've just seen from the street and gone into...it's a little small and in a strip mall, but please don't let that scare you off. They have a great selection of dresses and were always very friendly and helpful. They ordered my dress and did the alterations and pressing. They actually got the alterations done in ONE night!! My dress fit like a glove and everyone at the wedding said it was gorgeous and fit amazing. I saw some other reviews said they aren't very responsive, but I never had that problem. They called as soon as my dress came in, and were always flexible on appointment times. I didn't feel like they tried to gouge me on alterations, which I had happen several times at other stores where I'd gotten bridesmaid dresses in the past. Marie was especially great to work with. If you don't care about having a big, fancy store and care more about good prices, good quality, and not as many frills, then I would definitely give them a try.

    Brides and Grooms is a gem of Bridal dress stores. We visited both the Delaware and Maryland location. I bought my dress from the Delaware location and the bridesmaids visited the Maryland location to find their dresses but we were able to arrange to pick up the dresses from the Delaware store which was closer for us. For the most part the help at the shop is very friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed there were a few consultants there who weren't as helpful, but usually a more knowledgeable one always came to the rescue. They weren't always the best at managing the phone or calling me on when dresses arrived or alterations were completed. Nicole the consultant I bought my wedding dress from was super friendly and helpful. They gave us generous discounts on both my wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses since I had bought my dress there. They also are quite generous with timing and flexibility. They would take us early if we came early and they let us stay as long as we needed. For the Bridesmaids dresses the girls probably tried on 30+ dresses before they decided on the dress. The store has a lot of variety for designers and a very large inventory.

    Your level of service depends on who is in the store that day. Kristy and Faith are great. Alterations were well done. Communication is sometimes lackign when things come in. Still, I got beautiful dresses at great prices, and these girls KNOW their inventory!

    I bought my wedding dress from Brides and Grooms. This was the 3rd dress shop I had been to and I had finally found my dress! It was perfect. My dress came weeks before it was supposed to. Went to the shop for my first fitting. Everyone was very helpful. They told me my dress would be ready by such and such a date. I hadn't heard anything from the shop almost a week past that date. I called. They informed me they do not call when alterations are done, the date they give is the date it is complete. I was upset because it was 3 weeks before my wedding and no one had explained that to me. I picked it up. It was good. It was taken in a little too much so I had them move the backing plated to my corset area so that it could be loosened without seeing skin. Picked my dress the next week and it was perfect. Thank you so much!

    I wanted to add to my previous review and say that I enjoyed my time working with Brides and Grooms. The ladies there are super sweet, especially Carmen! i had an issue with the bustle and they were able to fix it right away. They did not dissappoint.

    I visited Brides and Grooms under the recommendation of a friend. My first visit was a good one, I worked mainly with Marie but all of the ladies pitch in, as they are very busy (and I went on a Sunday). They have a HUGE selection of dresses!!! I admit I was a bit overwhelmed. I visited once more the next week and said yes to my dress!!!! The ordering was easy and Carmen (and all the ladies) were a pleasure to work with. Now, I just have to wait for the dress to come in! Can't Wait!

    If you want a plethora of dresses, sales ladies that will be honest with you to make sure you get the right dress and don't mind not being the only bride in the store, this is the place for you!

    We bought my wedding dress and all of the bridesmaids dresses from here. i have known the owner of the store for many years and she gave us a great price. She is also willing to "haggle" on the price if you are bold enough. She did a great job on the alterations for my girls, but i was not as impressed with the alterations on my dress. she took it in okay, but really had no idea how to do a bustle, so it looked kind of funny.

    I would not recommend Brides and Grooms in Newark, DE to anyone. I had great service the first time which held many promises. My bridesmaids and I all got our gowns from the same place. It took about 5 months for the dresses to come in. I had gone over certain things I wanted done to my gown the first time I was there. When I returned they had no clue what I was talking about so we went through them again. I had gotten a call saying that my gown was ready for pick up. Again, nothing was finished and it wasn't ready to go. By this time it was 2 weeks before the wedding. It took another 8 days to be completed and I had my final fitting the 3 days before the wedding. Talk about anxiety :( Every girl in the wedding had to have their dresses altered to their correct sizes which they chose to do so at another place. Again I would not recommend this vendor.

    I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from this vendor. I was not very pleased with the service overall. Of course ordering the dresses were no problem, however when the dresses came in is when we started experiencing issues. 1) They don't call you to tell you that your dress is in, you have to constantly call to see if your dress is in. 2) When one of my bridesmaids was fitted she advised them of the size that she typically wears, however they told her she measured at a smaller size. The dress was ordered and long and behold the dress came in and was too small, this was a bit of an hassle in itself, but they were able to resolve at the expensive of my bridesmaid. I ordered a slip, however they never ordered the slip and when I went to pick up my dress after the final fitting I asked for my slip and they gave me a slip that was not the one I ordered (was just a slip in the store that she tried to pass off). I've been in a couple of other weddings in didn't have issues previously, but for my actually wedding experience I wasn't completely satisfied.

    I have been going to Brides and grooms since high school (and have been referring people there since) and I will NEVER go again. I don't know what happened in the last two years but it has gone so downhill. EVERY SINGLE bridesmaid dress was ordered TOO BIG - the whole "dresses run smaller" is BULL CRAP! My entire parties dresses and tuxes were wrong (thankfully, my dress was good) - but when you spend THOUSANDS of dollars in one shop for every piece of formal wear for a wedding - you expect better service. When confronted about the dress sizes, I was told "oh the girls are overreacting, they aren't that big".... After speaking to others who had their bridesmaids dresses there - and hearing they had the same issue - We all FULLY BELIEVE it is a SCHEME to get more money by way of alterations!!!!!!!!

    Not to mention, when measured for tuxes - we got told the pants were slim fit and even though she measured my father as a 38 waist (he wears a 32 waist pant) she ensured us that she was right in her measurements and the pants were slim fit. Let me tell you, he could've fit a PUMPKIN in his pants and when they ordered new ones, they were the SAME ONES - the girl did not order new pants. It was INFURIATING. When my brother tried his on that same girl was so rude when we said the tux wash;t right and said "whats wrong with THIS tux" like it was OUR FAULT SHE CANT MEASURE CORRECTLY! Incompetence!!!

    DO NOT GO HERE for anything!!!!!!!! Unless you want to spend DOUBLE on bridesmaid dresses. This shop made something that should've been the easiest part SO DIFFICULT, stressful, and RUINED the experience for me!!!

    Horrible experience. They lost my dress and would not give me a credit towards another dress. They were unwilling to work with me telling me it has been “too long” and my dress may have been donated. I never got a call informing me that if I don’t pick it up they were going to get rid of it or to check if I still wanted it. You’d think putting over a $600 deposit that you would at least get a courtesy call. Instead they told me that their obligation is only to call me when my dress came in. Of course I would have loved to have my wedding at my original planned date but sometimes things happen and they were very unsympathetic and unwilling to work with me at all. I would not recommend this place. Take your money somewhere else.

    Brides & Grooms was appealing living so close to Delaware because of the tax-free shopping and the selection of designers offered in their store. Compared to other bridal salons, you can go through all the merchandise and feel like everything is an option. I ordered my bridesmaids’ dresses and a mother of the bride gown here. My mom’s dress came in within a week and all was good! But thereafter, the most stressful experience occurred. All of my bridesmaids are from out of town but I wanted to get them the best deal on the dresses. Brides & Grooms offered the best price and carried the designer. It was Jim Hjelm Occasions. The girls all ordered their dresses individually and on time. About a month and a half before the wedding, my BMs became nervous because there were no updates on the dresses. We called B&G, and we were assured by the staff the designer has a 30 day rule where they would definitely be there by that date. Fast forward 2-3 weeks before my wedding and the dress order was ALL messed up. It seemed like every time we called the store led to more incompetence by every employee. The dresses all shipped at different times on dates that didn’t align with what they told us. Two of my BMs ordered the same style, and it was discontinued. Apparently one of the girls working there okay’ed a completely different style as a substitute without even notifying anyone in my bridal party. Another bridesmaid had a different color fabric in her dress when they were all supposed to be the same color. My bridesmaids and family had to argue with B&G to get to the truth about what happened with the order. I even called Jim Hjelm myself and their team told me it was the store’s fault and the order was not in the system. B&G did help with some of the shipping in the end but had we not demanded some sort of help during the stress, I don’t think they would have been so accommodating. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. Listen to the Reviews!!

    They destroyed my priceless headpiece in less than 2 minutes

    If I could give negative stars, I would.

    I originally had nothing but wonderful things to say about Brides and Grooms Inc. Nearly two years ago, I found my dream dress and veil here. Emily at the front of house was a delight every step of the way, and the alterations process was smooth and professional. She even called me two weeks before the wedding to offer a final fitting, which I appreciated immensely.

    But apparently, my wedding went too smoothly, and the owner decided to make sure I got the full “bridal horror story” experience after the fact.

    Three days after my wedding, I brought my dress and veil in for cleaning and preservation. My veil had a handmade headpiece attached to it — crafted by my mother, a professional jewelry maker with over 20 years of experience. This piece included Swarovski crystals (no longer manufactured), freshwater pearls, hand-painted and sealed polymer clay flowers imported from Europe, and intricate wirework that took her a week to complete. It is a one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable piece worth over $500 in materials and labor alone, not to mention the sentimental value.

    I carefully explained to Emily that the headpiece needed extra care because of the delicate materials and sentimental significance. We agreed the seamstress should inspect whether it could be removed without damage — and if not, I’d be contacted to discuss options.

    I left the store, got in my car, immediately called my mom to tell her about the situation, and she said she wanted to speak with them. So I turned around. I was gone for literally two minutes.

    In those two minutes, the seamstress (who also happens to be the owner) had already taken wire clippers to the headpiece and butchered it. Not delicately removed. Not discussed. Clipped. Destroyed. I walked into the back and saw her with pieces of the headpiece literally in her hands.

    She then attempted to “fix” the headpiece by randomly weaving the wire back and wrapping it with white thread — something any jewelry artist would recognize as a joke. The structure was compromised, beads could slide off, and the artistry my mom had poured into the piece was gone.

    When my father calmly called her to discuss compensation, the owner:
    Threatened to record the call (illegal in Maryland without consent)
    Yelled and claimed she “fixed” it
    Lied and said I told her to cut it off (I never spoke to her before the damage happened — Emily had only asked her to look at it)
    Escalated the conversation and then hung up on my parents
    For someone who owns a bridal shop, where literally everything that comes through those doors is sentimental, I am baffled by the lack of care, common sense, and respect. A responsible professional would have:
    Inspected the headpiece carefully,
    Consulted Emily or called me before doing anything irreversible,
    Treated the item like the heirloom it was.
    Instead, she took wire cutters to a one-of-a-kind piece made by a mother for her daughter.

    To add insult to injury, she has refused to offer any meaningful solution other than letting her “fix” it again — as if someone who destroyed it in two minutes could somehow replicate 20 years of jewelry craftsmanship.

    After this happened, I looked at other Google reviews. There are multiple recent complaints about this same seamstress ruining items and refusing to make things right. Their canned response is usually that the customer “approved” the work and is just changing their tune afterward. Based on my experience, I can confidently say: it’s not that the customers are fickle — it’s that they’re tired of dealing with someone who doesn’t listen, doesn’t take responsibility, and doesn’t respect other people’s artistry or belongings.

    I’m devastated. I trusted this shop with something irreplaceable. And they destroyed it without hesitation.

    I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Not for cleaning, not for preservation, not for alterations. If you value your dress, veil, or any part of your wedding ensemble — take it somewhere else.

    Do not shop here this is one local business that has very shady practices when dealing with customers

    MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION OF THIS BUSINESS
    So let me start by saying that the dresses offered here are top notch...the sales staff are
    great. What is NOT great is the ownership/management. As a former employee of this establishment let me say that it's important to support small local businesses...but this
    one takes the cake as an example of NOT to support. I got injured on the job here July
    2022...fell because it's so cramped in there that it's hard to even move around. Was told
    by management to submit my medical bills to them to submit to their insurance for
    payment. That would have been fine...had they HAD insurance...which they did not.
    After numerous doctors appointments...I was FIRED in August 2022. Owner fought me
    on unemployment, which I did eventually get in October 2022 and was ruled that I was
    "Fired unjustly" per unemployment. Had surgery in November of 2022, followed by
    many months of physical therapy. Not ONCE did this employer contact me in regards to
    how I was or how I was paying my medical bills. Any request to this employer by myself
    went unaknowledged, so I had no other choice but to seek legal representation. As a
    matter of fact, the management hangs up on my lawyer when they call to come to some
    type of settlement. What is truly hurtful is that I considered the owner/management as a
    friend. I don't claim to have been a perfect employee, however I deserve better than the
    treatment I have received from this employer.

    I called ahead and asked about my budget. The lady on the phone said that was fine and I might need to increase it a little, ok. .that's fine. I get there, meet my consultant and am told to go look around at dresses so 20 minutes go by and she is still no where to be found. Another lady puts us in a room and I'm just sitting there waiting with 2 dresses I found. My person finally comes in and she acts as if I'm such a bother to her and she doesn't want to help me. She pretty much says my budget is too low (1,200ish) and that I should come back when they have sales/trunk shows because then I'll have a better chance of finding a dress in my budget. We just left and I didn't even want to try on the couple dresses I had pulled. If you have specific dresses you want to try on call ahead and ask if they have them in.

    After reading the reviews on here, I thought I would take a chance and visit Brides & Grooms. Who doesn't like tax free shopping?! I called and asked specifically if they had the types of dresses that I was looking for. I didn't want to make the 90 minute drive for nothing. I was told, "Of course we do!" So, I made and appointment and brought my Mom with me.

    After using their restroom, which was a dirty storage closet filled with supplies and random shoes thrown all over the place, I was introduced to the sales consultant I spoke with over the phone the previous day. She didn't remember me, so I again went over the type of dress I was looking for, a ballgown with a natural waist and some drama on the bottom of the skirt. After walking around the store and bringing a manager in to help, they couldn't find one dress for me to try on. I know that bridal gown shopping is harder than finding a bathing suit, but not one dress to offer after you TOLD me on the phone you had several?! I didn't appreciate the bait and switch. We wasted so much time driving up and back not to even try on one gown. And because it was a Sunday and stores close early, all the other dress shops were closed and it was a wasted day.

    When I asked the sales consultant why she told me to come down when she had nothing to show me, she just said, "Sorry" and shrugged her shoulders. There were other customers in there complaining that they weren't treated nicely and alternations were done wrong and Brides & Grooms didn't seem to want to make it right. Needless-to-say, I would never recommend this vendor.

    Absolute works experience ever!! My bridal party ordered 7 dresses from Brides & Grooms and our groomsmen (including dads) rented 9 tuxes. Initially we were greeted warmly but as soon as the B&G got their money they were awful! 2 of the ladies dresses had completely wrong sizes ordered. Alterations were a new form of hell for the ladies as the seamstress was rude and the staff was unresponsive. We ended up having to take several of the dresses to other shops to actually fix the initial alterations.

    7 out of the 9 tuxes were completely wrong (missing jackets & shirts, wildly incorrect measurements, no cufflinks). When the guys went for the alternations again the seamstress was completely rude and dismissive she yelled saying that she was too busy dealing with prom season.

    I would not recommend this store for anything!! Unfortunately we spent a lot of money there and were treated disrespectfully and had too much added stress. After repeated concerns and complaints management was unapologetic and clearly could care less. I advise you take you business anywhere but here.

    STEER CLEAR OF THIS BRIDAL SHOP. Bill Levkoff dresses are sold in 2 shops in Pikesville, MD, Brides and Grooms and Betsy Robinson. We ordered 1 of the 4 dresses we needed from Betsy Robinson. We then went to Brides and Grooms and they offered to have more Bill Levkoff dresses brought down from their DE location. The day they said the dresses would be in, my sister and I called to make sure they had them, which they assured us they did. However, once we arrived, we found out they only had 1 of the 4 dresses we asked for. Lie #1. They said they would bring them down the next week and we could come back and as a consolation they would give us a discount on the dresses. Sounds great. So we ordered the other 3 dresses from them. Months later, I got a call from Betsy Robinson saying that the 1 dress I ordered was in. I called Brides and Grooms thinking the other 3 dresses should be in since both orders were placed on the same day. However, Brides and Grooms said their 3 dresses were not going to arrive for another 2 weeks! When I confronted them about the fact that I ordered the same day from another shop, they had no response. Lie #2. One of my bridesmaids called the day they said the dresses were supposed to arrive (the 2 weeks later) only to be told that the dresses actually came in 2 weeks ago and that they had called me (the bride). Not only did I not received a call 2 weeks ago, but 2 minutes after my maid-of-honor called me, I received a phone call from Brides and Grooms telling me the dresses just came in. Lie #3. At this point I was tired of being given the run around and raced over to the shop to make sure the dress order was correct and to get out of there as fast as possible. We will not be going back for alterations or to purchase anything from them in the future. I only have one month until the wedding and ccouldn't afford more lies or screw-ups from Brides and Grooms. Please save yourself the aggravation and avoid this dress shop at all costs.
