I found Brides and Bouquets after my original florist had to back out, and it really was a blessing in disguise! Gregg was able to bring my inspiration pictures to life and elevate them. I had a somewhat vague vision, and really appreciated how much time he took to go over details with me. I met with Gregg a couple of times in which he pulled out vases and candles, and showed me examples of what my flowers could look like. It so helped me distinguish how I wanted everything to look, and trust that I was working with a master. He had so much insight to share that I never would have thought of. For example, I liked the more organic looking bouquets, however, Gregg mentioned that a busier bouquet would take away from all the detail on my dress. He suggested going simpler for my bouquet, and incorporating the organic look into the bridesmaid bouquets. He was absolutely right! This allowed for my bouquet to shine without overpowering my dress, and added some interest when all the bouquets were together. One thing that was really important to me with my bouquet was incorporating some sentimental pieces. I had pieces from my mom's and both my grandmother's wedding outfits, and one of my grandmother's had passed away years ago. I knew I wanted them to be a part of my bouquet, but wasn't sure the best way. Gregg did a beautiful job of wrapping the fabric from two of the dresses around the bouquet. The ingenious part was he put pieces of my deceased grandmother's hat into the actual bouquet like flowers. It was perfect and something I'll always cherish. Gregg did a fantastic job from the bouquets, to the center pieces, to the extra touches he added - candles all around our sweetheart table and for the ceremony setup. I would absolutely recommend Brides and Bouquets to anyone looking for a florist!

Wonderful Beyond Measure

Gregg Kennedy is the owner of Brides and Bouquets located on Chatham Street near downtown Cary. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He decorated the tables for our daughter’s wedding and when guests walked into the room at Cafe Luna, their breath was taken away. The room with 11 tables plus wedding gift table was transformed into a magical setting. Each arrangement was spectacular. Further, the bouquets were far more than we envisioned and perfect. Plus, Greg was readily available to meet with us and was patient with our questions through the planning process.

Stunning Wedding Florals!

Gregg with Brides & Bouquets is truly an artist. He has such a wonderful creative eye. I’ve yet to see any of his pieces that weren’t absolutely stunning.
I have seen Gregg’s work over the years in a professional capacity, but recently worked with him on floral arrangements for my own wedding ceremony & reception.
I showed him pictures of the venue in advance and he put his own creative spin on the arrangements. He even tailored the design of my bouquet to match the style/vibe of my dress.
I could not have been happier. The flowers really made the night beautiful, elegant & memorial.
On top of being an amazing florist, Gregg is kind, personable, and truly a delight to work with.
I will forever continue to recommend Gregg to others and use him for personal special events as well!

Love what they created!

Gregg and his team, consisting of Joy and Michelle, are wonderful to work with. The way I see it, they are all artists and do truly beautiful work. I met with Gregg several times to plan the flowers for the ceremony site, the reception, and all the personal flowers. He often would make visuals so I could see what his ideas and translation of my thoughts would look like. He was very receptive to tweaking and adding or taking away things as our vision took shape. Two weeks before the wedding, at our final meeting, my daughter, her fiancé, and I walked into the shop to find this floral wonderland with examples of all the floral creations that would be used at the wedding! It was beautiful, and we finalized everything! I cannot thank Gregg, Joy, and Michelle enough for all the hard work and time they put in creating the floral beauty we envisioned for our wedding. It was all we hoped it would be! Forever grateful!

Beautiful Work at Our Wedding

Gregg did such a great job making my wedding vision a reality. I wanted greenery with mostly white flowers and he delivered beautiful floral arrangements. During the meetings, he explains colors, textures, cohesiveness, and how to make the brides bouquet stand alone from the bridesmaids (all things that I didn't think about when I pinterested wedding flowers). He is a wonderful professional who really knows how to make a wedding special!

Perfection

Gregg is TRULY amazing, in every way! He was so involved throughout the process leading up to the wedding while his talent and passion shined through! I felt so at ease, every meeting, seeing his creativity and ability to bring a dream to life.

During my first meeting, we discussed my vision and he spent hours with me talking about ideas and even bringing real flowers out to show me what they would look like!

During the subsequent meetings, he had a display created before I arrived for me to review and talk through for any changes! That was truly such a special touch and helped me as I am a visual person.

My wedding planner for my downtown Raleigh reception venue said “you chose the best of the best, we love Gregg’s work the most!” He is very well known in the area and has a wonderful reputation.

When I walked into my reception room the day of my wedding before guests arrived, I LITERALLY dropped to the floor. What he created for my wedding was even MORE than I ever dreamed of! The Tuscan italian charm of white, blush, caramel, olive branches..My vision filled the room and he brought it to life. Our sweetheart table was the focal point of the room and everyone gushed over it! Our wedding cake table was jaw dropping, as flowers adorned the cakes that rested on tiers above vines/vases of beautiful flowers. Our guest tables were just stunning and brought the whole look of the room together! I am so grateful for his role in my wedding and so thankful I chose him.

He was always on time, proactive, efficient, and professional. He is just a GOOD PERSON! Who, happens to have an insane talent - he is a true floral artist.

I recommend Gregg to every bride - he’s just the best!

a flower visionary!

Gregg with Brides and Bouquets is absolutely amazing. He is so easy to work with and will turn your vision into a dream. He is very accessible and will meet with you as many times as you would like to discuss the flowers, bouquets, table decorations, etc. His prices were very reasonable and were actually lower than the other quote we had gotten. In your very last visit with him a few weeks before the wedding, he stages your bouquet and all your table decorations (flowers, candles, votives, etc) so you can actually see exactly what it will look like on the big day! Such a nice guy and great family run business. We got so many compliments on the decor at the church and reception and Gregg is the one to thank!

Gregg understood our vision perfectly right from the beginning. He was understanding and I didn't have to do much for him to completely understand what I was going for. As a girl who prefers greenery to flowers, he really kept our wedding elegant without me feeling it was over the top. Truly beautiful!

My daughter initially selected Brides and Bouquets for her wedding based on the amazing reviews,....and now we know why those reviews were so high! Gregg had an initial meeting with my daughter for her to present her "vision" and later, a second meeting to confirm exactly how things would look. He offered suggestions to have it all "come together", and boy, was he on target. It all turned out perfectly! Gregg did an amazing job providing gorgeous arrangements and bouquets! Arriving on time to set up (we've heard stories of challenges from other florists) and then coming back at night to "take down" so we did not need to do a thing. We cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the flowers and designs Gregg created. He really is the best!

Working with Gregg was wonderful! I was not a bride that had envisioned or dreamed of her wedding day, so when we met I had no idea what I wanted. I simply told/showed Gregg my dress & the wedding party's attire & he worked wonderful magic! Gregg was very familiar with my venue & knew exactly what touches the venue would need. Gregg and his team did an amazing job of helping me find my vision. I'm an accountant who lacks on the creative side, but Gregg was able to ask the right questions to help me bring to life more than I could imagine. Gregg also worked to help the ceremony pieces turn into reception pieces, respecting my budget at all times. He met with my planner and I numerous times to ensure everything would be right for the big day. Our day would have not been the same without Gregg and his efforts.

Gregg was wonderful to work with! I worked with him after my sister in law used him for her wedding. He has a eye for detail and helped nail down all of our decorations and was determined to make sure that everything matched and complimented each other. Gregg also helped with our "flip" and turned our ceremony setup into the reception. It was beautiful. We received many, many compliments. Thank you!

Greg at Brides and Bouquets was absolutely amazing. For starters, his cost was significantly lower than quotes I got elsewhere. I had 3 consultations with him which were fantastic. The first meeting we had was talking about what my vision was- colors, textures, etc. Our second and third meeting was unlike anything I would have expected. Greg set up mock centerpieces, bouquets, etc, to make sure I liked them! We were able to tweak his designs to come up with the perfect pieces. He is a phenomenal florist and I cannot recommend him enough!

Brides & Bouquets NC is hands-down the BEST wedding florist! I was a bride living in Boston and was afraid that doing everything over the phone would negatively impact the final result for the flowers - boy, was I completely wrong!! Not only does Gregg give you exactly what you want at the most reasonable price but he also will go above and beyond to make every detail spectacular. When I flew down to NC, Gregg called CE rental in advance to provide me recommendations as to which table cloths I should use for the tables / head table based on the color scheme I had mentioned for my flowers - the final result was absolutely STUNNING and really tied into all the flower arrangements. He went to our ceremony site weeks before our wedding to ensure that the arch I had envisioned would fit the overall scene. On wedding day, when I walked into the ballroom, Gregg's flower arrangements brought me to absolute tears. They were absolutely STUNNING, breathtaking, was able to make all of dreams and vision come true!! I cannot emphasize enough how great of a florist and man Gregg is!! We were SO fortunate to have him part of our special day and will recommend him to everyone!! Gregg - thank you for absolutely everything!! You are unbelievable!!

Gregg did the flowers for our wedding in March. They were GORGEOUS! My DOC referred me to him after the florist I had contracted with went MIA a month before the wedding.

I never met with Gregg; I just sent pictures of what I liked to my coordinator, and she worked with him. I was not expecting anything grand since our budget was so small, and he had barely any notice to plan. BUT the flowers were perfect! Absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted.

Gregg saved the day with his gorgeous arrangements. Thank you again for doing such a phenomenal job!

We loved Gregg's warmth and professionalism. We thought it important to let him have creative liberties with the design of our florals. They were perfect. He added touches which made them so special, ones we never would have thought of. We had multiple meetings to go through ideas and logistics. Gregg called the day before our event to confirm all the details of delivery. We couldn't have picked a better business or individual to design our flowers.

How do I even start... Gregg did just a STUNNING job! I couldn't have had a more beautiful perfect wedding. Gregg really spent the time to sit with me to go over my vision, the colors, and the types of flowers I wanted for a soft romantic feel. Everything from the ceremony flower arrangements around the gazebo and down the aisle, to the bouquets (omg! I am obsessed with mine and the bridemaids), to the reception hall with amazingly gorgeous centerpieces and mantel, was more than what I could have asked for. During this whole process he was super quick to respond with questions I had and with my hectic work schedule, he would stay late to speak with me. I would, and already have, recommend him to all! Thank you so much for everything Gregg, without you and your amazing floral arrangements, our wedding would not have been the same!

Gregg and his staff are absolutely the best! Gregg is a true artist and from one meeting and a few sample pictures, he knew exactly what we wanted and just took off! He used the right amount of flowers vs greenery to create an elegant look with just the right amount of accent colors to make the wedding theme pop! He is very easy to work with, laid back, yet full of creativity and suggestions. Greg with Brides and Bouquets perfectly captured our vision for our wedding. From the first meeting we knew he was passionate and dedicated. He put together samples from our inputs and we could not have been happier. He worked with us to stay within our budget, and never tried to “upsell” or steer us in the wrong direction. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the floral arrangements were. When I started my wedding planning, flowers were not something I thought would make or break my wedding day. In the end, my experience with Gregg made my flowers one of my favorite parts. I had met with another vendor that made me feel uncomfortable and as if my budget/vision was inadequate. That vendor would not even give me actual price estimates and instead just provided ranges. Gregg gave an acutal estimate that was very reasonable, with the caveat that I could add or remove anything in order to fit my budget (a very no pressure approach). I did not end up changing anything! He was so fun to work with, created a vision I didn't even know I had, and made the venue more beautiful than I ever thought it could be. Gregg even came with me to the rental place to help pick out table cloths, chairs, etc in order to complete the look. A second, more experienced opinion was so incredibly helpful! If you are looking for the best florist in the Raleigh area, look no further!

We are so glad that we chose Brides and Bouquets for our florist. Gregg is an amazing artist, and he has everything you could possibly need to create the floral arrangements and centerpieces of your dreams. At our initial consultation, he already started helping us to generate ideas for what we wanted. We were then able to exchange emails with him to refine our ideas, and then we had a final design meeting with him where he showed us possible options for our centerpieces and continued to help us figure out options that both fit our budget and would be suitable for the venue and table designs. All the personal flowers were exactly what we wanted, and the additions he made to our centerpieces after our last meeting made them amazing! Thank you so much for doing such a beautiful job with our wedding flowers!!!

Gregg did an AMAZING job on the flowers for our wedding. I'm normally not a huge flower person and don't really notice them but I absolutely noticed them at my wedding! He nailed my vision exactly..and I didn't even know exactly what my vision was! My family and other guests all complimented how gorgeous everything was. Gregg always made sure I knew what was going on and was great about communicating with me. I would definitely recommend him!

Gregg with Brides and Bouquets is fantastic!!! We originally came across him for the flowers for our wedding because a friend of my mom, who is a retired florist, highly recommended him. Gregg SERIOUSLY knows flowers, colors, decor, and how they all fit together. I just had a vague idea of what I wanted for our wedding and he made it come to life. Gregg is incredibly personable and wonderful to work with -- he even got my husband excited about flowers! We even ended up having to do a last minute rain contingency plan and Gregg made the new ceremony site look so beautiful and our bouquets were perfect. I can't recommend Gregg and the Brides and Bouquets team enough!!!

The flowers were beautiful. Greg listened to what we wanted and provided gorgeous arrangements for the ceremony, which the venue then used to decorate the buffet table. The bride's bouquet and the corsages coordinated beautifully with the venue decor and wedding party's clothes. Thank you, Greg!

Gregg is THE BEST! I'm so pumped for him to do my flowers. He is not only ultra creative, but he is a wealth of knowledge about caterers, venues, and everything else soon-to-be brides need to know! He's one of the easiest people to work with and will always call you back promptly. I even moved my wedding from out of town back to this area JUST so that Gregg could do my flowers.

My mom and I met Gregg at his shop and he immediately starting breaking flowers apart and putting them into arrangements right in front of us, without a contract or even an agreement that we would use his services. He could throw together a beautiful arrangement in just a few seconds and it blew my mind. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and he went above and beyond what any other florist was willing to do. He even included candle votives in the tablescapes and was happy to use the blue mason jars we had already purchased. Other florists didn't seem to care about what we wanted and some wouldn't even give us an estimate. Gregg from Brides & Bouquets listened to us, gave us suggestions and an estimate and made sure everything was perfect on the big day. You can tell when you talk to him that he has a passion for events and flowers and he refuses to do anything less than perfect. He is a very talented individual and I was very happy we chose him for our big day. I would recommend him anytime!

Gregg saved the day! We were previously supposed to use a different florist but at the eleventh hour she went MIA and we were left with no flowers. I contacted Brides and Bouquets on a co-worker's recommendation and he set up a time for us to meet right away. I immediately felt at ease as he demonstrated that he understood what I was looking for and could deliver. He even matched my original quote! The floral arrangements were gorgeous and the bouquets were just what I was hoping for. Everyone complimented us on how beautiful everything was and it's all thanks to Gregg. Brides and Bouquets did the flowers for my wedding on 06.26.2015 at the Sacred Heart Cathedral and at the stockroom at 230. I have to say, I keep receiving complements from my guest and family on how gorgeous the flowers were... Greg is amazing to work with, Greg and his team were a pleasure to work with.
Greg exceeded our expectations in every way possible, my bridal bouquet was more than I could ever dream, and my bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous. The flower arrangements at the cathedral and the pews were so beautiful, and elegant!
Greg deliver exactly what he promised and more...
The decorations for each table at the reception with floating candles and amazing tall arrangements looked like out of a magazine!

Gregg's flowers were the shining star at our wedding. They were absolutely incredible. Gregg sat down with us at the very start of our wedding planning process, and listened to the kind of vision and feel we wanted for our wedding, and he delivered more than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were one of the things we got the most compliments about, and they were all showstoppers. Additionally, they provide all of the votives, and vases, and centerpiece holders, which was very convenient. He was a pleasure to work with, and made the process fun throughout. He was able to transform our venue into a unique look, that was everything we could have ever wanted. He was flexible and able to work easily within our budget, and offered extremely helpful suggestions to us that really helped us to pull off our vision for our wedding. I would recommend Brides & Bouquets to anyone, and I felt like Gregg really cared about us as a couple and I appreciated everything he did for us.

My husband and I recently got married and used Brides & Bouquets to do the flowers for our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and wedding reception. Gregg worked with us to create a beautiful wedding and reception within our budget. He met with us several times to discuss what arrangements and flowers we liked the best and he was flexible with our schedules, as we were planning the wedding from out of state. He really listened to what we wanted and we trusted his expertise to create the feel we were looking for. He even went with us to select table linens for our reception to assist in creating the look for our wedding. Gregg was familiar with our location for the rehearsal dinner, church wedding, and reception venue and helped us create an overall "look" for our wedding to be carried throughout the weekend. He set up everything and picked it all up, making it an easy process. Gregg is amazing and was so wonderful to work with all throughout the planning process. Gregg was very helpful with taking my vision as a bride and making it a reality. He went with me to pick out the linens and communicated with CE rentals to ensure everything would work together. I cannot believe how incredibly lucky we were to find Gregg and Joy to make our wedding flowers! My husband and I both love big fancy weddings, with big gorgeous flowers, but we were on a budget. Everywhere we looked (Cary, Raleigh, Durham) was going to charge us $5000+ for what we wanted, which made the whole wedding planning so sad and stressful for us, until we found Gregg...
I was so surprised to find that Gregg, having been in the business for 10+ years, having many loyal customers, was still so earnest and eager to help us meet our budget.
At our first meeting, we went over our ideas (on Pinterest), and budget. Gregg was then drafted up a professional proposal staying as close to our budget as he could. He then had us come back where he whipped up a center-piece exactly as how we envisioned it, to make sure we were in agreement, in fact we couldn't have been happier. Gregg was also a huge life-saver as my plans to make my own bouquets fell through two days before my wedding, and he still managed to make me gorgeous bouquets at a great price! Finally, for our wedding, my husband and I were still pleasantly surprised at how fancy, gorgeous, and just perfect all our table arrangements were! We asked for tall center pieces with big poofs of hydrangeas, roses and tulips, we showed Gregg Pinterest pictures, and we were ecstatic that everything looked even better than what we liked on Pinterest! We also got to keep the flowers at the end, but neither us nor all our guests could take all of them, so Gregg was kind enough to give them back to the community, what a nice guy.

I would recommend this place a thousand times and again to anyone getting married in North Carolina! Just prepare to be wowed by Gregg and Joy's beautiful pieces of art! I would definitely come back to Brides and Bouquets for any event florals!

Gregg is amazing! His arrangements were stunning. He made us large tall centerpieces that perfectly complimented the color scheme. He also made us a bouquet on very short notice that we were very happy with. In the design process, we gave him our color scheme, some example pictures we found on pinterest and he worked out the centerpiece that looked great and just as importantly, fit into our budget. We weren't the easiest couple to work with but he was highly professional and made us feel at ease and in charge of the whole process. We would highly recommend him to everyone.

Gregg was amazing!!! We were extremely happy with all the arrangements he made for our wedding. We had to move out of NC earlier in the year and he prepared some samples and designs before our departure. He was easy to work with. Gregg and his team did an unbelievable job of transforming the space for my wedding into the wedding of my dreams! They took the concept that I started with and made it into something more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! The flowers at my wedding were breathtaking, they did such an amazing job on them. When we meet with Gregg I knew he was the florist for me. He really visualize how the flowers will flow and be incorporated into the ceremony. When I received my bouquets on my wedding day I was blown away and brought to tears as to how beautiful they were. Each of them was so beautiful and exactly what we talked about. He not only creates the most beautiful arrangements, but is funny and so easy to talk to. He listens to what you want, asks the right questions, and knows how to guide you if you are clueless when it comes to flowers like I am. He built the most amazing flower wall backdrop for our ceremony- I have never seen anything like it, and don't know that I ever will again. It was such a hit, guests were heading over to take pictures with it all night long! The table arrangements were perfection as well. Greg, owner of Brides & bouquets, prepared the flowers for my daugher's wedding this past weekend. WOW! the flowers were BEAUTIFUL and everything she wanted and MORE! Greg was GREAT to work with and we met several times and he accommodated our need for evening meetings, teleconference, email, texts, etc. He was intent on making sure Lauren's vision of her flowers is what he delivered and he DID IT! He is super patient and listens to you and is great with offering suggestions to take your flowers to the next level. Also, I found that the work, time and flowers were a GREAT Value. I was so happy that we chose Brides & Bouquets as the florist for our wedding. I was fairly indecisive about the flowers and arrangement styles I wanted, and Gregg helped us create an absolutely perfect look to match the style of our wedding - you can tell from his work that he and his team love what they do. All we really gave Gregg was our overall vision and guidance on the colors we wanted to see, and he absolutely nailed it. The bouquets, the reception flowers, the cake flowers - they all were absolutely perfect. Gregg is also very respectful of our budget and didn't try to get me to increase it like some others did. We had Gregg Kennedy and the Brides & Bouquets crew do the flowers for our wedding on May 25, 2014 and could not have been ANY happier with the results! I knew Gregg was the florist we wanted from our very first appointment. I knew absolutely nothing about flowers going into the consultation, but he put me completely at ease. He immediately understood the "classic southern" style we were going for and put together some beautiful pieces right there in his shop. It was like watching a mad scientist create these floral masterpieces right before our eyes! In just minutes! Our decision was finalized when he turned to my husband (who is even more clueless about flowers than I am) and talked sports for the 10 minutes before we left. We were both hooked!

Since we were engaged for almost two years, Gregg made sure to schedule plenty of "check-in" appointments to discuss our vision for the wedding. Our final appointment was totally relaxed since we had already had several other appointments devoted to finalizing all of the little details.

On our big day, it all came together! The lantern/flower wreath centerpieces he created were GORGEOUS, so beautiful that we sent them home with family and friends as gifts (all were snatched up right away!). The other flower arrangements, of which there were many, we all beautiful as well. And don't even get me started on the bouquets! He could not have captured my vision more perfectly!

So, if you are looking for a down-to-earth, yet highly professional and organized, florist who is willing to work within your budget, create one-of-a-kind floral arrangements, and help you create a vision that is just perfect for your wedding, go with Brides & Bouquets!!

Gregg was very professional to work with. He was great when we had to change design due to table sizes. His work was of the highest quality and standard. The flowers were gorgeous and fresh and also of the highest quality. Gregg's flowers made for a beautiful wedding. All I can say is WOW! Gregg is incredibly talented! I absolutely LOVED the flowers at the wedding!! The flowers and overall decor was absolutely amazing! Gregg was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and really went above and beyond- he even came with us to help us pick out our rentals (which was a huge process)! I never had to doubt his creative abilities, he REALLY knows flowers and all of his bouquets were stunning! When I met with him to go over the general idea he made examples of my vision on the spot! Gregg was such a delight to meet and plan with. While talking through my vision for the wedding, Gregg would start gathering flowers from throughout his studio and putting them together into demo items as we talked. I so appreciated that he really spend the time to get to know me and my wedding and kept talking through with me until we were both certain we were on the same page.

WOW! WOW! WOW! What a pleasure it was to work with Gregg! I was absolutely blown away when I saw the numerous arrangements he created for the alter at our church as well as the reception at our home. My bouquet and my matron of honors were simply fabulous and the kissing balls he created for our three little girls were precious. I enjoyed my two meetings with Gregg and I continue to be amazed by his skill. He was able to create exactly what I had envisioned and went WAY above and beyond my expectations. Gregg has a very artistic ability with flowers! We met with him multiple times and every time he created amazing flower arrangements that were exactly with the ideas a feel that we had in mind. The flowers that Gregg provided were absolutely beautiful. There were so many positive comments from the guests about the centerpieces and the flowers at the ceremony. Gregg truly has an artistic talent with his selections and how he sees the whole picture! Of course the girls bouquets were just as wonderful. I was just as impressed with Gregg as a person and how well he worked with us and helped in anyway possible the day of. I would highly recommend his services!

Gregg is an artist, simply put. In our first and subsequent final meetings, he took pictures I had for inspiration and pictures I had of our linens, wedding party attire, etc. and pulled out what I wanted and couldn't put into words. Gorgeous work and affordable. Can't get any better.

Gregg is absolutely amazing! He is an artist and has the capability to take your ideas for the flowers for your wedding and turn them in to reality. My flowers were gorgeous and my bouquet definitely stole the show...I wish I could put a picture with this review. My photographer said it was one of the prettiest bouquets he had ever seen! Gregg is willing to work within your budget and give you what you want. I am sorry he only does wedding...I would LOVE to work with him again!

We hired Gregg with Brides and Bouquets for our daughter's June wedding at All Saints Chapel. He is such a professional. He actively listens to your vision for the ceremony and reception (met with us twice and followed up frequently). Gregg was able to use some of the ceremony flowers for the reception, saving us money. His prices are reasonable. Let's face it: beautiful wedding flowers will cost some money, but are well worth it. Why not hire an expert, someone you don't have to worry about, someone who listens, someone who is creative and has an eye for color and design? Hire Gregg, and you won't be disappointed. We even brought some of the wedding flowers home and put them in water and took them on our vacation, where they lasted days and days!

Gregg is the owner of Brides and Bouquets, He is a great guy, easy to work with and an incredible designer. His creations are beautiful. They can be simply elegant or truly extravagant. It is your choice and Gregg can do that for you. The flowers were gorgeous on our wedding day and everything we asked for.

I used Gregg for my wedding flowers and they turned out perfectly. We discussed what I was looking for and he immediatly understood the look I was going for. My bouquet was beautiful and the bridesmaids were also great. They were different enough to stand out but still flowed nicely with my bouquet and all the other flowers. The table setttings looked great as well. I'm still waiting to get all my pictures back from the photographer because I can't wait to see all the table settings that were captured. I used my grandmother's antiques and he was able to use them as vases and make each table unique. I described what I wanted for the groomsmens flowers as well and while it's a small detail in the scheme of everything it was still important to me and he created their flowers excactly as the vision I had. We had a few meetings before the wedding so I could get a look and feel of how the flowers would flow and I found that to be very helpful. I also was able to call and speak to him easily as well-which I think is very important when you are trying to juggle many vendors. If I left him a voicemail he would return it very quickly. I can't comment about price too much because I did not shop around. I felt that Gregg understood the look I was going for and we went fromt here. Overall, I thought he did a great job, he was easy to work with, responsive, and I really enjoyed the end product.

Gregg Kennedy and his assistant, Joy, did the flowers for my daughter's wedding at the Angus Barn Pavilion in Raleigh. What a phenomenal job, so professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. Gregg listened to my vision for the flowers and involved me in the process as much as possible. I went to his shop to view the different arrangements he had built for the dinner tables. He wanted me to critique them and to me, they were perfect with no changes to be made. My daughter does not live in the area and was only able to be involved with the flowers through email/pictures. Gregg was so sweet to involve her in the process and the week prior to the wedding when she was in town, she and I went to Gregg's shop and once again he showed my daughter the table arrangements, spoke about the flowers for the entire event and even built her a bouquet on the spot. Gregg wanted her to add any other flowers she wanted in her bouquet because he wanted it to be perfect for her. My daughter was blown away!!! All of the wedding parties' bouquets and boutonnieres were so beautiful and each contained the exact flowers that my daughter and son-in-law wanted. All of Gregg's decorating and floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous, from those at the entrance of the pavilion to the ceremony site by the lake, to the patio area as well as the interior of the pavilion. I was amazed at the intricacy of each and every arrangement. The varieties of flowers and different and unusual greenery used made each arrangement a masterpiece. Gregg's use of color and his floral designs really showcased his talents. He is a true artist in the floral arena. I cannot sing Gregg's praises enough and his floral work added so much to my daughter's wedding to help make it beautiful for her special day.

Gregg Kennedy was a pleasure to work with! I'd never heard of his shop, but my wedding planner Priscilla Erwin swore by him so I went with her suggestion. When I showed up to his shop to talk about our arrangements, it was clear that Gregg is an artist. He's kind and humble and it's obvious that he truly cares about the feel of the event and getting it absolutely right. I didn't know exactly what I wanted (okay at all), and he sat there with me for hours using REAL flowers to give me examples and sample centerpieces until we could narrow it down (he also let me take pictures so I could deliberate if need be).

I was completely confident and satisfied that he would do great work and come up with something beautiful, but I was 100% blown away by what he came up with for the actual wedding day. The things he chose for mine and my bridesmaid's bouquets were beautiful, and flowed together in a way I've never seen before. My bouquet had a dash of color that matched my shoes, the venue, and the the bridesmaid's dresses. Brilliant! The centerpieces were perfect too, and I received tons of compliments on how they looked, and how they matched the venue. He was also affordable and flexible. My husband's grandma and grandpa couldn't make it last minute and he had no problem adjusting the contract. He also didn't charge me for the real flowers he used in the practice. In short, I had no idea that the florist could be so much more, and that's what Gregg Kennedy is. I loved him, and would highly recommend him.

This is a fantastic florist! Gregg Kennedy is very talented and is really good at listening to your vision and helping you acheive it. He just did a great job with my daughter's wedding. The bouquets and altar arrangements were absolutely beautiful. My daughter was speechless when she saw her bouquet for the first time. However, when we arrived for the reception at The State Club and I saw the job Gregg did there, it literally took my breath away! My daughter felt the same way! I wish that I could post pictures so you could see how beautiful it was! You will not be disappointed if you use this florist!

One of my bridesmaids actually used B&B for her wedding last year and said that the flowers were the best part of her wedding day. I had no idea what my arrangements would look like and left it in the hands of Greg and I must say that they were absolutely gorgeous. Gregg from Brides & Bouquets is wonderful! I was impressed with his talent at the moment of our first meeting. Gregg is a genuinely nice guy with an awesome personality and he really aims to please his clients. At our first meeting, Gregg not only walked through everything he typically does at The Matthews House (the place where we were married), but he also put together samples of reception centerpieces and a bridal bouquet so I could actually visualize what everything would look like! I am not very familiar with flowers, so Gregg worked with me to put together exactly what we needed for our wedding colors and theme. When our wedding day rolled around, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful the flowers were! It literally took my breath away when I walked outside AND when I walked into the reception hall. The ceremony flowers were amazing and the reception hall was unbelievably beautiful. The flowers were essentially our only decoration, and they were done so well that it was all we needed! All of our guests commented on how beautiful each piece was, and some even asked to take some of the flowers home! Gregg is a pleasure to work with and his talent is unmatched!!

Greg went above and beyond expectations to ensure that the entire event was gorgeous. He tied everything together to make sure each venue was perfect! He even helped improve decor that he wasn't responsible for. The quality of the flowers and attention to detail was superb. We couldn't imagine using anyone else. Awesome!

Gregg was great to work with! My bridal bouquet was perfect! It matched with the rest of the wedding flowers and complimented my dress perfectly! Our centerpieces looked amazing with the linens we chose and the guests talked about them all night! Gregg Kennedy was fantastic to work with. He has competitive prices, creative ideas, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to flowers. I thought I wanted only calla lilies in our bouquets and centerpieces but he showed me so many accent flowers that it made our bouquets and centerpieces so much better. I couldn’t have picked a better florist to work with. We met with Gregg a number of times before the wedding to discuss options and price points. He is very budget conscious and helps keep you on track of where you want to be. He also has a contract with CE Rental who offers a great variety of linens and tables for your event. I would definitely recommend Gregg to ANY Bride who is looking for someone with a great eye for detail and creativity. THANK YOU GREGG!!

Gregg Kennedy is the most amazing florist I have ever met! He listened to everything that I had, all of my ideas, and turned them into a reality. He worked with the budget that we had and assured me that cutting cost did not mean cutting away from my dream flowers. He created the most beautiful flower arrangements at the church, at the reception, for the bridesmaids and for myself. He did such an amazing job-I would reccomend him full heartedly to anyone! Our flowers received so many compliments and are guests are still raving about them (months after our wedding) all thanks to the work done by Gregg Kennedy and B&B! I am clueless when it comes to flowers, but Gregg was so helpful and sat down with me for a couple of consultations leading up to the wedding. I live out of town and Gregg was very accommodating when I needed to schedule our consultations while I was in town to meet with other vendors. When I left our meetings I felt confident that Gregg and his team would do a great job. He even put together small arrangements, and paid attention to small details, which helped me visualize what the flowers would look like on our wedding day. Gregg was very conscious of our budget as well as the setup/layout of our venue and put together a design that was beyond our budget. The flowers on the wedding day were stunning and I cannot say enough great things about the entire planning process. I didn’t even bother contacting other florists because Gregg and B&B were so awesome from start to finish.

I picked Brides and Bouquets because when I first met with Gregg, he was able to see exactly what I was looking for and not just deliver florals, but deliver a complete vision for how everything would look at my ceremony and reception. Gregg delivered - our flowers were BEAUTIFUL. We had several meetings throughout, and some of it seemed repetitive to me, but at the end of the day, everything turned out exactly how I imagined it. Gregg was also so kind to accompany me to pick out rental linens - it was so helpful to have his recommendations and vision. The bouquets were gorgeous, and they were just a sneak peek of what the reception looked like - it was stunning. My guests were in awe! Would definitely recommend Gregg to any bride!

One of the best decisions i made was to hire Gregg from Brides & Bouquets for the wedding. He really is a floral genius with what he designs. He also is super flexible, because I changed the theme of the wedding about 4 months before the day and he just rolled with it. He created what I had in my head in person without a whole lot of direction. All of the guests commented about how beautiful and unique the flowers were for the wedding. Furthermore, Gregg stepped up to help design the decor for the ceremony and reception for the wedding when the planner couldn't, he really saved the day. You would do yourself a favor by hiring Gregg for your wedding, because he is very easy to work with at an unbeatable price.

We could not have been happier with Gregg and the masterpieces he created for us! We had quite a few special props for decorating the tables, and he stored them for us, which was such a great help. He took my daughter's notes and decorated the tables exactly as she envisioned. He understood my daughter's vision almost immediately when we met with him. Even going so far as to creating bouquets and table décor right in front of us during our 1st and 2nd meetings. (And he showed us flowers/greenery we were not even aware of, yet loved immediately when he brought them out to us to view) I have 2 more daughters and when their day comes, we will use Gregg again for the flowers, without even visiting anyone else. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his work. (We had a very large wedding party - so quite a few flowers were needed) Thank you to Gregg and his staff!!
