I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bride To Be Couture! As someone who never considered the wedding dress to be the most important part of the big day, I was feeling completely overwhelmed and at a low point. I had already visited seven other bridal shops, tried on countless dresses, and was completely uninspired. By the time I walked into Bride To Be Couture, I had resigned myself to the idea that I might never find the dress of my dreams.
But then I met Lauryn, and everything changed. She took one look at me and immediately understood what I was looking for – something creative, unique, and aligned with my vision of a Tuscan Romeo and Juliet-style dress with a dramatic cape. In just 15 minutes, I tried on a few dresses, and boom – I had found it. The dress I had been searching for but didn’t even know existed.
The dress was absolutely everything I had dreamed of, and the design team, led by Dina, truly brought my vision to life. From the initial consultation to the fittings, the communication was exceptional. They kept me calm and confident throughout the entire process, offering creative insights and suggestions that made the dress even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
The boutique itself is absolutely stunning, offering an elegant and intimate atmosphere that made every fitting feel special. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind dress and a team that truly cares about making your wedding vision come true, Bride To Be Couture is the place. I felt like a true bride in every sense, and I owe it all to Dina and Lauryn for their incredible work. Thank you for making my dream dress a reality! -

The best place for wedding dress shopping in Sacramento!!! Honestly not sure why you'd go anywhere else- not only do they have the biggest inventory but also such great stylists. I first went here with my best friend for her dress and saw what great customer service and inventory they had, so when my sister was getting married I suggested she go here and she found her dress here too! She also had a great stylist and also had such a positive experience with the rest of the staff. Now that it's my turn, I knew there was no where else to go. I made an appointment and also had the best experience. Lauryn was my stylist and after trying on some I thought I wanted but wasn't really feeling, she brought out a whole new inventory of dresses. I found *the one* and I couldn't be happier with my experience!! They listen to and respect your budget, and make it a fun experience overall. Honestly if you can't find a dress here, I don't know where else you'd find one!! My dress came out STUNNING and I could not be happier!!! -

I found Bride to Be Couture while searching on google for wedding dress shops in my area. I made an appointment with them and a few other places to try on dresses. By far, Bride to Be Couture, was the best experience. We were greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. We were offered champagne and I never felt pressured or rushed.
Arianna was the associate in charge of my appointment and she was amazing. She took her time to get to know my style and understand my wants and needs. She pulled dresses that I had described wanting to try and similar styles. Arianna also was able to show me additional dresses that were different than what I was trying on based on my likes and dislikes of each previous dress. I found my dream dress and it was one that I didn't even expect to try on.
I discussed customizing the dress by dying some of the train applique and again was walked through the process with enthusiasm. Everyone involved was great at helping me figure out what pieces I should dye. During the alterations, Arianna was my main go to on helping me decide fit and customizations. She would bring in additional team members for more opinions and I really felt that everyone there cared about getting the best results and making me as happy and confident as possible. Arianna was in constant contact with me regarding each step of the alterations/dying process to make sure not one step was taken without my approval. Her and the B2B team took the time to make mock-up dresses for me to see different options. I was sent pictures of the applique through each step of dying and they would have me come in to see each step if I was undecided on something. They would even make sure I was trying the dress on in different lighting.
Anna did such great work on the alterations and was really skilled at making the dress fit me in the best way possible. My dress was breathtaking and the costumer service was amazing! Thank you Arianna and the B2B team for making my wedding day even more special. -

Absolutely amazing!
If I could give then 100 stars I would! The whole process was absolutely amazing, I called a few days prior to my appointment to check on the dresses they showed online and beautiful McKenzie answered and told me they had all of them in and knew my style right away.
After booking my appointment I was so happy to find out that she was going to be the one helping me find my dream dress! Walking in I was so amazed at the beauty of their shop and the warming welcomes they offered. McKenzie jumped right in and hit the mark perfectly. We tried a handful of dresses that I loved but weren’t “the one” and then it happened, she brought me not one, but two dresses that blew everything away! She gave me the best advice on following my heart and how I felt and told me I would know when I put the dresses on for the second time and wow was she right! I balled the ugliest happy tears and found something that I felt was made for me!
McKenzie is truly an amazing person and made the whole experience more than I could have ever asked for. She is so great at what she does and I’m so grateful for all her support and help.
I want to thank McKenzie and the owner Dina again from the bottom of my heart for having the BEST Bridal Shop in California! -

I had an an amazing experience with the bride to be outlet. The girl who worked with our group was so kind and helpful. I bought my dress in November 2020 (mid pandemic) and the staff ensured we all felt safe. I found the perfect (nothing I would have tried on on my own) and couldn’t have been happier with my dress, the price, or the kind non-pushy staff. -

I had such a wonderful experience finding my dress here! Erin was patient, kind, and paid such close attention to detail she was able to find my dress! I could tell she was busy and they were short handed but she went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience and made me feel like I was the only bride in the building. Gorgeous Selection
I had a wonderful experience at Bride to Be Couture. The space was clean and the energy was positive each time I went into the store. All the employees genuinely seemed like they loved their jobs and made for a great, positive experience. The selection is endless here - they cater to all types of brides and have a wide and diverse price range, so there is no doubt you will find what you are looking for. I went in with an open mind and the stylist helped me to narrow down what I might like, which was really helpful. She was also super respectful, kind and patient. I ended up purchasing the gown of my dreams and could not be happier. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone! -

I had no excitement for looking for a dress - I find the whole thing stressful. I went to several other salons that could have cared less what I looked good in or how I felt. Going to Bride To Be changed all of it. I talked to the stylist about what I wanted, and what was important, and she pulled so many dresses for me. She actually found the dress that I ended up picking and loved, and helped me design a back that would keep the look but allow me to be more comfortable. The seamstresses, owners, all the stylists, are good people, who know exactly what they're doing, and want you to be happy and enjoy your time. I loved my entire experience and am very grateful to them for making it so seamless. -

I purchased my wedding dress from Bride to be Couture and could not be happier about that choice. I had very specific desires for my dress, starting with the color. I wanted my dress to be black, mermaid style, and full lace. I also wanted a cathedral length English silk tulle veil. They were very excited about my choices and helped me to find the exact dress and veil that I had dreamed of. Every time that I went to their shop I was greeted with friendly excited faces. They made me feel so special. During alterations I requested the change the neckline of my dress, take in the top, hem, and add a 5 button bustle. They were able to make every alteration I needed in a timely manner. I dropped my dress off to them to be steamed two days prior to the wedding and picked it up the next day. I looked and felt like royalty on my wedding day. I do not have the day of pictures yet, but will update as soon as I do. -

I love that I was able to get some real advice from Bride to Be Couture regarding my dress, veil and ordering. I found them to be more accommodating than other bridal shops. They seem knowledgeable about the alteration process, as well, which I think is key given short timelines and additional cost. -

Dina's team was able to make my dream come true for my wedding day! I ran around the Sacramento Wedding Convention asking every vendor if they would even touch my Grandmother & Mother's wedding dress. Surprisingly, only BTBC said they can do anything!!! And that they loved the challenge of restoring a wedding dress that was over 60 years old! My grandmother is 5'10", my mother is 5'7", and I am 5'1"...so you imagine the challenges! We had no idea at each stage what was going to happen and if the fabric would even hold together!
They did it!!! I looked amazing in the dress and am SO happy I went with that dress! Back then they made the dress and veil for you! They helped make me look gorgeous on my wedding day. Do not be afraid to go classic and repeat a dress from a previous generation or two!
The BEST Dress Restoration Salon in Northern California is BTBC!!!!!
They are very professional and helped me find my dream Bridesmaid dresses too! I envisioned satin, Emerald Green, ballgowns since I was a little girl for my maids to wear. This was not popular, and again Dina did not give up! She found the most beautiful dresses with pockets too! The fabric was amazing and all my maids looked divine!
Thank you again to the whole team at Bride To Be Couture for everything that you guys did to make my wedding day the best day EVER!!!

She was very honest with all the dresses i tried on. Oksana (seamstress) is very good as well. She really knows her stuff. Get your dress here, these ladies were awesome!

Alina Sent on 11/26/2017Found my dream wedding dress here, all thanks to Anita! Seriously, she is so sweet and amazing at what she does! The dress I ended up buying was the very first one she picked out based off the pictures on my Pinterest that I showed her, and boy did she nail it! Although it was he first dress she picked out, it was actually the last one I tried on (since it was at the back of the pile) but I loved pretty much every single dress she picked out for me, I was overwhelmed which decisions because I loved them all so much, which just goes to show how awesome she is at her job and really listened to me and truly found styles that I really liked and wanted all while staying within my budget!! I had been to several other bridal boutiques before coming here and was slightly discouraged because all of the dresses I liked at the other boutiques were way over my budget, but Anita was amazing at finding the style of dress I wanted within my budget. Dresses similar to the one I bought here were all easily over $2,000 at all the other boutiques I went to... so needless to say, I was elated with the whole process and experience.
Huge thank you to Anita and all the wonderful Bride to Be Couture staff! You all went above and beyond in helping me find the dress of my dreams!!

Emily Sent on 08/15/2017Let me start out by saying the absolute most important part of my whole experience at Bride to Be... my consultant ERIN! I can't even put into words how sweet and amazing she was. She listened to everything I wanted and delivered exactly that. Every dress got better and better. It's like she knew what I was thinking! Also I should mention that I was not feeling well at all during my fitting, but Erin was so sweet about it and let me take my time and sit down when I needed to.
They have a great selection of dresses that were all in my price range. Also the salon itself is amazing. The way it's set up makes you feel like you're the only bride there, which makes the experience even more great. I definitely understand why they won the Sacramento A List! I really can't say enough great things about Bride to Be. I am very sad that I did not find "the one" at this salon, but my experience was so amazing that I had to leave this review.
Even though this location is beautiful and everyone was so nice and helpful, Erin is really what made my experience so great. Thank you, Erin and Bride to Be! -

I originally bought my dress in ivory and when it arrived and I tried it on it was not what I wanted but I failed to mention that. The next day we went back and asked them if we can exchange it for the cafe one because the ivory was simply too white and they made a quick call and told us the great news of paying just a shipping and restocking fee I can get the color I want. They were very accommodating. Thank You for the great experience! -

I traveled from Reno, NV and not only searched high and low for my dress, but it was very important to me to purchase it from somewhere I could trust, who I knew would care about my vision, and that made me feel valued and confident in such a big decision. Dina, Oksana, and all the staff have been amazing to me from day one and the incredible customer service and beautiful atmosphere have made it a place I loved to be! They helped me choose a dress that was perfect for me and my destination, worked completely within my budget, and went above and beyond with the alterations. Oksana is literally a miracle worker and did so, so much to make my dress fit me perfectly and be the one of a kind dress I wanted, and Dina was there every step of the way with her knowledge and creativity for design. Bride to Be Couture also made me a custom veil to match my gown that was absolutely stunning and very well made. I could go on forever about this place, but I do know that if you want a beautiful experience choosing the right dress for your big day, go to Bride to Be Couture! I had initially tried dresses on here and had a great experience but ended up choosing a dress they didn't carry. We came back for alterations because we knew their prices were competitive and they would do great work. I was so happy with how my dress came out. It fit me perfectly.
In addition to the dress I had a veil made from the lace that had been on my mom's veil. They made my vision for the veil come true and it also looked beautiful and the work that was done on it was pristine. I am so happy I chose them and would definitely use them again. -

I absolutely loved going to this place to find my wedding dress! My stylist knew exactly what I was envisioning and also knew what silhouette would best suit my body shape! She was super down to earth and kept it stress-free. I was also waited week-of to get my alterations and the tailor there knocked it out so quick. I had a lovely dress shopping experience at B2BC last year! Prior to my appointment, I sent my pinterest board of wedding dresses which I think helped my stylist, Erin, narrow down the choices during my visits (I went twice). She was also good at asking me questions while trying on the dresses she pulled and then making adjustments to the next dress selection based on my answers. The last dress I tried on was definitely something I did not imagine myself wearing, but Erin had taken into account all the feedback I gave and I found the wedding dress I would wear for my day! She even picked out the perfect veil to go with my dress. Yay!
The staff at B2BC really care and pay attention to the details of their customer’s experience. I can tell that they take proper care of their dresses and their setup for the bride and her guests was very welcoming. It may be slightly different now due to the pandemic, but I’m sure you would still get the lovely and welcoming experience that they have to offer. -

Bride to Be Couture is dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth your time or money. I paid for my fiancée’s wedding dress, investing a significant amount to ensure she got the dress of her dreams. We were assured it was being custom-made in Spain, that was a complete lie. We later discovered, through photographic proof, that the dress was actually produced in China (see pictures below).
My fiancée received her dress in November, and like any other bride, she was excited, only to find it was full of flaws and mistakes that no so-called “top-tier designer” should ever make. I won’t go into detail about the issues, but you can read my fiancée’s review for the full breakdown.
Bride to Be Couture admitted that all the mistakes and flaws were the designer’s fault. Yet when we asked them to have the dress fixed by a set deadline, allowing my fiancée enough time for alterations, they refused and instead gave us an ultimatum: either pick up the flawed dress as is within two weeks of them getting it back, or be charged $500 and forfeit the dress entirely. We were forced to take it back in its defective condition.
This experience has been nothing short of a scam. Despite our significant financial investment, the shop failed to deliver the quality and transparency they promised. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Our experience with the owner, Anthony, was extremely disappointing, once payment was made, he refused to take any responsibility. Avoid Bride to Be Couture at all costs. This shop is dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional. Do not waste your money here. There are far better, more honest bridal shops that actually value their customers, Bride to Be Couture is not one of them.
Read the bad reviews first. They may seem outnumbered by the good ones, but that’s because right after my fiancée visited the shop, she was sent repeated emails pressuring her to leave a positive review, after just her first or second visit. If you don’t, they relentlessly follow up until you do. Believe the bad reviews. They reflect real experiences, just like ours.
They will likely respond to this review, calling it “misleading and dishonest to the public,” just like they did with my fiancée’s. But our experience is the truth. We have proof of everything we’ve said, and my fiancée’s review includes all the necessary pictures to back it up.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this situation left me no choice. I initially left a positive review for BTBC after my first few visits, which I had to delete to leave a new one. After trying on many dresses, I fell in love with two, and my stylist suggested a custom gown. We went through the sketch process, and the dress was supposed to arrive in September but didn’t come until November.
I tried on the dress in mid-November. My fiancé paid a lot of money for it, and my stylist assured me it was perfect when it delivered. But when I got home, I noticed many issues. The neckline was uneven, the color was inconsistent, some measurements were off, the waist stitching was too harsh, the veil was missing a lot of beading, and it had no volume it laid flat on the floor. It looked like a cheaply made dress. The extra fabric for alterations never arrived, and my stylist admitted she forgot to finalize it, even though I confirmed with her and went through the order notes on my own to double check. Anthony claimed that the extra fabric was a “Gift” and a “Nice gesture” from the shop and that’s why it didn’t deliver, and that was never the case.
The shop’s information was inconsistent. Dina promised I could have beading and volume during the design process, but when I noticed these issues with the dress Anthony said it wasn’t possible. They took the dress back and admitted their mistake, but three weeks later, I still had no fixed date of when the dress will be done or if the designer agreed to fix all of their mistakes. Their responses were contradictory and lacked responsibility "Can't guarantee this" or "Do not quote me on this", so I decided to request a refund. Anthony’s emails were unprofessional and disrespectful at times, and he ignored my fiancé’s email, and a lot of my concerns.
Think twice before giving them your hard-earned money. Check the bad reviews before deciding. They take advantage of brides and change their minds once they have your money. -
