Jumped through hoops for me

First off some transparency, I’m writing this review for the $25,000 Casablanca bridal giveaway. Also I used to work here back in high school, 2006.
Quick overview. 10/10 recommend
Since I worked here back when I was a teen, I was already comfortable with this establishment. It gives a really cool vintage vibe. The store itself is set up as it was back in the 60s. It’s a traditional show room and not a modern shop or department store. They even kept the show room fitting rooms. Which is cool cause you can kinda see into the dress vault because the backs of the fitting rooms are open so the laddies and easily move dresses in and out.
One of the reasons I came back here to get my bridal gown was because I know the owner is also a wholesaler for many of the bridal shops along the east coast and the mid west. They showed me dresses from Australia, Ukraine, Spain, China and various USA brands. Since their dresses come from all over the world you really got to adhere to all the bridal sites that say get you dress no less than 9 months out. I didn’t, but Sue jumped through so many hoops to make sure my dress was here in time.
2nd I went with them cause I know that they specialize in custom work. Which can be done with one of their master seamstress or through the Casablanca bridal company. I looked into both these options. With either option, expect to pay. It’s custom work and labor is not included in the price of the dress. The Casablanca options were really cool cause for extra $$ you can mix and match your dress. You can even buy a sketch of your custom dress which is super cool for the scrapbook. But I ended up going the root of having my custom work done by one of their seamstress. I know a few of the seamstresses that contract through them and they each have over 30+ years of experience. Which was great cause they are no BS when it comes to what can and cannot be done to a dress. I ended up paying a little under $500 in total for alterations including tip, which is not bad. A very good price since they had to redo some work to accommodate my pregnancy, thanks Covid lockdown.
3rd, they carry plus size bridal gowns to try on. As a bigger girl it felt so good to try on more than one dress that fit.
They have a couple free services that are pretty convenient. They store the dresses for you in a Vault up until your wedding. Which was super nice since Covid screwed with everything. They also don’t charge to put in a bustle in your gown. It comes free if you pay for a hem. They also will press and put your dress in a bust form when you pick it up. Which was SUPER nice cause it meant I didn’t have to spend so much time the day of the wedding steaming it myself. Some reviews on here really B17(4 about this having to resteam the dress. Seriously, your transporting it in a car…. It’s going to wrinkle. I had a huge ball gown with alot of layers and feathers. So I was already expecting to repress it, but was pleasantly surprised that I only needed to touch up the train since the top didn’t wrinkle from it being in a bust form. You can request to have your dress spot cleaned before the wedding, which was nice cause I got makeup all over the inside of mine from trying it in so many times.
Everything there is by appointment only, it was that way even before Covid. Even so, they get super busy. Saturdays are a mad house the place is packed. Expect to wait on a Saturday. So I recommend making a weekday appointment. And request a big room if you are bringing more than 2 people with you. They only have 4 large rooms with a curtain and those book up fast. The rest of the rooms are seamstress rooms so they are smaller and no curtain.
For my bridesmaids I did a Bash. This is something they do Exclusively for people who purchased their bridals gowns through them. They put us in a private large show room that had 2 fitting room in it. It was BYOB and I don’t think I tipped our consultant near enough. They got some special talent with keeping all the girls on task while they are drinking, socializing and playing dress up.
Some people here complain out tipping, but I ended up tipping the seamstress a little more than I would a hairdresser or nail salon artist. Cause it’s like similar principle, they don’t take home what you are billed so if the work is good it’s nice to show some appreciation. And I think I tipped the consultant 10%. This wasn’t a thing when I was in high school, wish it was though.

Amazing staff and selection

I’m a tall woman. 6’5” and I was worried about finding a dress that would be long enough. I’m so glad I stopped in and asked. They were able to order a dress with a custom length that did not break the bank. Larissa my consultant listened to what I was looking for and my perfect dress ended up being the first one I tried on.

Absolutely wonderful

Would recommend Bridals by Sandra to everyone that is getting married. The lovely ladies that worked there were wonderful and so helpful, the seamstress did a great job with my alterations, I couldn't have asked for anything more!

The most gorgeous dress in the world

I recently got married in October and if you are getting married, you need to come to Sandra’s to get your wedding dress. First off, besides the dresses.. it’s the experience! You get your own private room surround by mirrors and your own worker to help you! You do not have to be stressed with woman running around you or struggling to pick dresses and carry them everywhere. They ask for pictures of examples and ideas of your dream wedding and then pull dresses for you that you may like. They pulled my dream dress and it was the first one I tried on! This dress was EXACTLY what I showed them in the picture. I cried when I put it on. My mom, sister and best friend were there and it was so magical. I also tried on a bunch more just Incase but I knew this was the dress. They have sooo many wonderful and perfect dresses of all types that I know you will find your dress. They also sell shoes and jewelry too. I actually bought my jewelry from Sandra’s and it was stunning. Please go get your dress there, you will be amazed!

Great Experience

Growing up in Nazareth, I just had to see what dresses Sandra's had to offer. They did not disappoint! Larissa was the consultant to put me in my wedding dress. She was attentive to my budget, what I wanted, and also to knew what would look good on my body type. Also, throughout the appointment both Sandra and her daughter, Susan, stopped in and very genuinely gave their input on my dress choice. They also suggested a long veil as the accessory and it was such a good choice. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with my dress!

Anna was my seamstress, and she is just the sweetest. She took such great care of me and my dress. It fit perfectly. I felt amazing.

Wonderful service

My sister purchased her dress here 6 years ago and it was the first place I thought of to get my dress. Deb, my consultant, was incredible! She listened to what I want and all the dresses she brought for me to try on were amazing and made my decision so hard! And then, when we came back for bridesmaid dresses I wasn't sure on colors and she was great in helping us pick. When we decided on a style but the line didn't have a color we liked she went above and beyond to help us find the best fit for color and style. The owner of the company is very hands on and helped us as well, both with the bridesmaid dresses and then at my final fitting.

Knowledgable and Accommodating

Samantha met with me on two separate occasions to find me the perfect dress. She was very knowledgeable and I felt like one of my close friends was advising me and helping me through the process. They were very accommodating when I had to change my appointment and the sales staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend Bridals by Sandra!

Great dresses to choose from!!

I went there for my bridesmaid to try on some dresses and there was a lot of dresses to choose from. I loved that all of the dresses were different in style and color. The person who was with us in the fitting room made us all feel so comfortable.

Bridals by Sandra was the third store I had visited on my search for the perfect dress. They say the third time is the charm and in this instance, it was correct. I had a very specific type of dress in mind (long sleeve, v-neck, princess like bottom and lace). All of the previous stores I had visited had beautiful dresses, but nothing close to my dream one. When making my appointment with Bridals by Sandra they had multiple openings and I was able to call the week of and get an appointment for that weekend (very accommodating). I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and was given time to look around at their floor displays. When it was my turn, I described the dress I was searching for and the associate immediately knew the type of dress I wanted. The first one I tried on was it! The dress had everything I was looking for and very reasonably priced. After I decided I would purchase the dress the salea associate was very attentive and even suggested we buy extra lace to create a veil to match. The experience after was so easy and very professional with the fittings, storing the dress and pickup. The dress fit perfectly on the wedding day and was everything I dreamed of. I highly recommend Bridals by Sandra.

Loved this place! Debbie was so nice & found the perfect dress for my wedding at Hanover Grand Ballroom. Gina said this store was her first choice & I can see why! I went to a store on Easton & one in Allentown but Sandra’s has private dressing rooms & I had to take my daughter and they didn’t even say a word while the other two stores were nasty! I also got a free trip to Las Vegas! Can’t wait! A stunning gown & a vacation! And all while making me feel comfortable! Love my Maggie Gown! Thanks Debbie!

I was initially nervous based on such a range of positive and negative reviews, but I had a wonderful experience at Sandra’s. Larissa was wonderful. Patient and honest. The other store manager (young lady, can’t remember her name, sorry!) was so wonderful and helpful when I had trouble choosing between two dresses. Also so patient and kind. Never felt rushed. Tried on many gowns, several times. I ended up buying a beautiful dress from the sample rack, at a phenomanal price. 5/5 experience.

I have a two year old child & Larissa has the patience of a saint! Love my gown & it’s much more affordable then I expected! I thought I’d be paying on a gown for years after watching some tv shows & seeing how costly gowns are. Sandra’s has been around a long time and I remember in high school only the rich kids shopped here! I never thought I’d be able to get a wedding gown here! I was so wrong! They have many beautiful gowns under $1,000!!! I tried on tons! And never did she go over my price limit. I’m so excited to wear my Beloved Gown!

Went to the SAME STORE my mom bought her gown 26 years ago! It was so cool because they have some of the same girls working there that helped my mom! They put you in your own dressing room & my Consultant was so fun & found my gown right away! I feel like s princess! I thought I wanted a sexy dress & they reminded me I can be sexy when Tom & I go to Aruba! BIGGEST SURPRISE! Sandra’s sends you to Vegas or Lake Tahoe as a Thank You for my purchase! Wow! As an expecting bride, it was tricky to find a gown that was both flattering and would fit later into my pregnancy. Bridals by Sandra suggested helpful alterations, and were happy to make suggestions based on my requests. I chose my gown on my first visit, and did not look back. I received many compliments on my gown and veil, and am so grateful that their helpful stylists were able to offer me options where I thought I had few.

Susan helped make my day perfect! We created a custom Casablanca couture dress. We had to pick out a second bridesmaid dress because of Alfred Angelo dresses. She went above and beyond to find a dress to replace it and make sure that it was here in time. Overall everyone was so helpful and nice!

Bridals by Sandra made my wedding dress shopping experience easy and personal. Everyone is very professional and your experience is private. You do not have to go out of your dressing room and have other clients/families see you. It is just you and whom ever you brought with you - much more personal and private than other bridal stores. There is a large variety of dresses and accessories. So glad I went to Sandra's for my June wedding.

I found my dream dress at Bridals by Sandra thanks to Debbie D. She listened to what I was looking for and had me try on a few dresses and then brought out my dream dress! It was a Casablanca gown with sleeves (my main criteria) and intricate, gorgeous beading with Swarovski crystals. I was absolutely in love! I had a great experience at Bridals by Sandra as I also found my shoes and jewelry there. The staff was attentive and helpful. I recommend Bridals by Sandra to any bride looking for her dream gown to complete her fairytale wedding!

I went to Sandra's after several unsuccessful shopping trips and were so impressed by the sheer size, the incredible selection (many dresses we had not seen at any other locations), the privacy of having your own dressing room, etc. I found my dress thanks to the persistence of a consultant and everything went very smoothly from there -- the dress even came in earlier than expected.
I also ordered my veil from here. I had ordered chapel length but then decided I wanted a finger-tip length instead and they were easily able to cut down what I had already purchased.
I also have to recognize by name my seamstress at Sandra's, Melissa, who did an impeccable job. Truly, the dress fit me like a glove and she had to do a LOT of alterations. I was flabbergasted by the transformation. The alterations were also extremely reasonably priced!

I was looking for David Tutera wedding gowns for my upcoming wedding. Bridals by Sandra was the closest place to where I live which is an hour and a half away. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The women that were by the desk welcomed my mom and I with open arms. Stacey was my consultant and she was bubbly, outgoing, and passionate about her job. I was very impressed with the whole atmosphere. Stacey took us to our own private room which was a nice touch. We discussed details in the room and that's where I stayed to try on the gowns too. She brought out two gowns based off of what I told her I liked and one that I knew I wanted to try on. They were all beautiful gowns but the one I wanted to try on is the one I bought. When I showed her the picture she said that is exactly what I was going to pull for you. She knew what I wanted and I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to go there to find their perfect gown!

Amazing experience at, Bridals by Sandra last night! Not only did I find my dream gown by Casablanca and I was in my OWN dressing room without ALL the other customers, but my girl Annie helped me with color theme and everything. They have a vault to keep all my wedding stuff in and don't charge for it or charge to iron my Gown. They even have hemmers in their store to hem my gown! BUT THE AMAZING PART IS THAT WE'RE GOING TO LAS VEGAS on THEM! THEY PAY FOR YOU TO GO TO VEGAS as a part of their 50th year in business. No WONDER they're in business that long! They think of EVERY LITTLE DETAIL! I thought I was organized but there's so much I forgot about! I've been shopping ALL OVER & no one keeps my dress safe or even irons it. They gave ME and mom a tour and Omg! I didn't know this place was this large! Go! You'll lI've it & YOU CAN MEET ME IN VEGAS BABY! :) YAAAAY!

This was the first bridal dress shop I was in while shopping for my dress and in my opinion the best I've been in (I was in many more after my stop here). They were professional, relatable, friendly, priced well, and so helpful and understanding! I'd recommend them to anyone dress shopping.

I found Bridals by Sandra because they sold David Tutera dresses and that is what I was originally looking at getting. I had no idea what I wanted style wise and I had no clue what would look good on my body type. They put me with Deb Z and she was AWESOME!! So friendly and comforting and she picked a bunch of styles for me try on keeping in mind my budget. The nice thing was that we were in a private room. So my friends and family could sit in the room behind a curtain while I changed and no other dress shoppers saw me and it was private changing which was really nice for a self-conscientious girl like me! The best is the first dress was one of her picks, I liked it but wasn’t crazy about the kind of dropped waist look (it was fitted down the biggest part of my ample hips) so originally I said no it. I tried on a bunch more, went to other places (which were horrid compared to Bridals by Sandra). I went back with my mother and a few friends. My mom wanted to see all the dresses I had tried on previously. I tried the first one Deb picked out again and I did love it and so did everyone else but the waist was still an issue and my mom didn’t like the David Tutera dress as much as she liked the first one. Then Deb said we could change the bottom of the dress that Casablanca allows picking a different skirt style! She measured and made it more A-line for me. I can tell you I was super worried ordering the dress and not knowing if I would like the change to the skirt! It came in and it was PERFECT! Deb did an amazing job the skirt was the perfect style for me and it was flawless! You would never know we changed the skirt style!!! Then with the alterations my dress fit perfect and did not go anywhere my whole day! I didn’t want to be tugging it up all night! I didn’t touch the top to pull it up at all the whole day and night!! Thank you Deb Z for picking the PERFECT MOST GORGEOUS DRESS and the alterations woman for making my dress fit perfect!!

Bridals by Sandra was nothing short of amazing. I went there first and found my dress right away but I didn't want to commit that quickly. So I went to other local bridal shops and that was a mistake. After going to Sandra's all the other bridal shops couldn't even compare. At Sandra's they are super friendly (even let you take pictures of yourself in the dress) and are great value. If you live in or near the Lehigh Valley I wouldn't even bother going anywhere else for a wedding gown.

Highly recommended!! The woman I had that helped me pick my dress new exactly what would work for me. I fell in love with the dress she brought up right away. Also my alternations and adding of the cap sleeves were amazing and could not have been more beautiful.

I was worried I wasn't going to be able to enjoy the wedding shopping experience until I found BBS. I didn't want to go to big box stores and stand out to have everyone look at me. My appointment was in June and I ordered my gown that day. The dressing rooms are spacious and private I felt like I was at home, professional staff and overall great business. I ordered a GORGEOUS Maggie Sottero gown. I had my first fitting 2 weeks ago and I lost 20 lbs because I am actively losing weight to be more healthy. Just so happens I'll look great in my dress too. Alterations appt went extremely well. Getting more excited to wear the dress of my dreams on the Big Day and I can thank BBS for allowing me to enjoy the whole DRESS experience!

Bridals by Sandra was by far the best experience that I had finding my wedding gown. You have your own dressing room/sitting room with a dedicated consultant which makes you feel like you are the only one in the store. The store is beautifully decorated, very clean, and elegant with a large selection of quality gowns at very good prices. I wouldn't waste your time going anywhere else...Sandra's it is!

I had a fantastic experience at Sandra's to buy my wedding gown. Deb was a huge help and was patient with me as I changed my mind numerous times and she pulled a bunch of dresses to try and figure out what I liked. All of my girls ordered their dresses here as well and they were great in updating me on who had ordered and who hadnt. I live out of town myself and they were very flexible with appointments while I was in town and made no fuss about me shifting appointments around to better to suite my time at home.

Thank you, Bridal's by Sandra, for the most beautiful dress I have ever owned. I bought my Sottero-Midgley dress at a trunk show in May 2012. Our sales representative was extremely helpful in advising on the decisions for the perfect dress. The dress came in a timely manner, and we were able to customize the fit in alterations so the dress was unique and fit perfectly.

The people at Sandra were so nice and accommodating. The seamstress in particular did an outstanding job making my dress fit absolutely perfectly. I am out of state due to the military and she worked with my tight schedule (to the point where my final fitting was the day before the wedding). I would definitely recommend Sandra’s to a friend.

I can not say enough about Bridals by Sandra. They were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I got my wedding dress there and my 6 bridesmaid dresses also. The Seamstress, Terry that worked on my dress was the sweetest woman! I had knee surgery from a torn ACL from being at the gym with my training and needless to say i gained weight. Terry started and completed my alterations two weeks before my wedding and everything looked amazing! Thank you Bridals by Sandra!!!!! I will DEFINITELY recommend you for future weddings!!!

I ordered my bridal gown as Sandra’s as well as the bridesmaid and mother of the bride dress. I had a great experience. I found that the prices were comparable to the other bridal salons that I had looked in. I had a wonderful consultant named Mariah when I went to pick out my dress. She was very sweet and really was able to focus in on the type of dresses that I would like. Although they did not normally carry the brand of bridesmaid dresses that I was looking for, they were able to order them anyway and they came in quickly and were beautiful. My mom was very happy with her dress as well. It took a few fittings to get my dress to fit perfectly, but the seamstress was very nice and helpful in working with me to get the perfect fit. Our appointments were always running on time and the staff was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed my experience at Sandra’s.

My cousin had recommended them to me, and when I went there to try on my dresses they seemed very friendly and professional. I ended up finding the dress that I wanted elsewhere, and ordered it through Sandra's because of their professionalism and experience. I also ended up buying all of my bridesmaid dresses from them as well, and all of us had our dresses altered by them. Everything came out perfect, and they were better on price than most. I would recommend them over others after going to a couple other stores. They were the friendliest and most professional of all.

Myself and my two sisters bought our wedding dresses from Sandra’s. I felt soooo comfortable and at home with the staff at Sandra’s they really made me feel like I was the only bride there and that I was a princess. I really liked how each bride and their guests had their own room to try on the wedding dresses so it wasn’t uncomfortable and it was special. They were honest in the choosing of dresses and helped me selected the perfect one for me in my price range, and the style I had wanted. I had been to another store prior that was closer to my home, and had found a dress that I had wanted the store was not at all accommodating and really very rude. When I went to Sandra’s and explained this dress to them they pulled it from their racks and had me try it on, after I had had the dress on they asked me to step off of the stool which was about a foot and a half tall and that’s when I realized my 5’1 body was lost in this dress and most of the ruffles would be cut off and the dress would no longer have the same style. I really appreciated them pointing that out to me and going out of their way to make sure I had the perfect dress for me! When I went to pick up my dress it was pressed and ready, not a bead or sparkle out of place and it was carefully put into the dress bag. Although, I did not have to have my dress altered too much, the seamstress was such nice woman.

Bridals by Sandra was my first and only stop for my wedding dress. I made an appointment during a trunk show, and found the dress I loved. However, I wanted to wait until my mom and sister/maid of honor could see it before I purchased, and because it was right before the holidays and they live 5 hours from the shop, they couldn't get there in the 30 day holding period. They were gracious enough to extend my holding period because of my circumstance - something they certainly did not have to do - and agreed to maintain the discount that was being offered. The only small complaint I had was they didn't tell me or recommend that I wear a slip or what kind of underwear to use. As a new bride, it's my first time in a wedding dress - I didn't know what to do or ask! Needless to say, I did eventually ask, and they ordered my slip one month before the wedding and I still had it in plenty of time. Everytime I went I worked with a very pleasant and kind associate, and they made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend.

I went to Sandra's for one particular dress (Sottero & Midgely's Adorae). Even though I knew which one I wanted, I was advised to try on various shapes and styles just so I was sure Adorae was "the one". My bridal experience was great and was sad that it was over so quickly! For any other formal dress, I will absolutely go to Sandra's.

Bridal's By Sandra was exceptional. My mom got her dress there 30+ years ago, so it was the first place we looked for my dress. Watching shows like "Say Yes to the Dress" made me scared that the sales people were going to be pushy, and get irritated if I wanted to think about it or had difficulty making a decision. My experience at Sandra's was not like that at all! They had dresses in multiple price ranges, and the girls in no way made me feel rushed. They listened to what I said I wanted and I found a dress among the first 10-15 I tried on. They had no problem with me going home and thinking about it, and then coming back to purchase a few days later. The alteration process went super-smoothly, although a bit on the pricey side.

You can tell why Sandra's has been around for so long! These people were truly my friends and helped me with all of my wedding planning. Sally was wonderful and got lots of ideas from the other girls too! I didn't know what color to use and never thought of the color Navy for my bridesmaids. I have blue eyes and they were right! My pictures looked great! I love the big dressing rooms and everything is always neat and tidy. I wanted that when I was planning my wedding. I didn't like going to junky places that had things everywhere. And honestly they weren't nearly as costly as I expected. All four of my girls also got their gowns at Sandra's when they got married. We all had great experiences and would highly recommend this place. Happy Shopping!

As soon as you walk in you know you're going to be treated like a princess. They have professional bridal consultants that understand your body type and know exactly which type of dress will look the most flattering on you. They have a huge selection of dresses and do everything right there. There's no need to go somewhere else for alterations. They have everything you need to complete the look from head to toe. I actually got two dresses one for the ceremony and one for the reception. They dye the shoes and purses for you on the presmises. I even got a dress for my rehearsal dinner there! I will definitely go back again to purchase a dress for any formal occassion.

My experience at Bridals by Sandra was great. From the moment I bought my dress in 2013 to picking it up days before my wedding, they were nothing but welcoming to me. I had a very minor issue though. During my second fitting, I requested to let out a little on my dress because I couldn't sit down. When I stopped by for my next fitting less than 2 weeks from my wedding, I noticed they didn't do it. So I was very disappointed and stressed. Luckily they were able to do it in such a short period of time and saved the day! I was able to sit, stand, and dance on my dress. My advice is to be flexible with the style you're looking for (originally wanted an A-line, end up falling in love with a fit-and-flare/mermaid) and give plenty of time during alterations. Def. recommend going there for wedding dresses.

I got my wedding dress and all the bridesmaids dresses from here for a September 2018 wedding. The process was painless and there were no issues at all. I got to try on my wedding dress in a large private room where my bridesmaids and mom could sit. They let us bring champagne. The fittings and alterations were easy and quick. My bridesmaids all found dresses there too. They have a wide selections of both wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses at affordable prices. The bridesmaids dresses were <$200 and my wedding dress budget was <$1000, but I tried a beautiful one on that was $600. Everything came in on time and as ordered. Everyone who helped throughout the multiple visits was helpful but not overbearing.

I had an amazing experience finding my dream dress at Bridals by Sandra. Deb D. was my original consultant and she was perfect - she wasn't pushy and really listened to what I wanted. The fittings and scheduling were very flexible and everyone was always pleasant. I decided to get a veil at my first fitting and they were able to accommodate on short notice.

I did love the private dressing rooms!! They were able to accommodate a crew of bridesmaids and moms comfortably. You felt like you're visit was special and you weren't just another bride in a small poorly lit dressing rooms.

The only thing I didn't expect from this salon that is different than others is that you aren't able to see their stock of dresses. Your consultant pulls for you.

I had a wonderful experience at Bridals by Sandra in shopping for my wedding gown. I had an average expereince at a large chain store before giving up on them and going to Bridals by Sandra, a store recommended to my mom by her co-workers. The private rooms and one-on-one staff to bride interaction made for a pleasant and productive session. The girl working with me found my perfect dress in less than six try-ons. She also let me know that the dress I wanted would be on sale the next week at trunk prices, so I held off on ordering to get the best price. My subsquent fittings were easy and the seamstresses was very precise and clean in her work. My bridesmaids had similiar positive expereiences with the staff and seamstresses. Sandra's has a vault they keep the dresses in, so I was never worried about it. I would recommend trying to go in during the week days when things are a little calmer; the weekends are crazy and the spring Prom/Wedding season is very busy there. The store looks a little more old-school, but that approach really worked for me. "Dignified" comes to mind when I think about Sandra's. I would recommend the Sandra's expereince to any bride looking for her dream gown.

I purchased my gown from Sandra's and also had them do my alterations. When the first seamstress insisted that my floor-length gown expose my ankles, I put a stop to the alterations and insisted on a different seamstress. The second seamstress was a doll!! She "fixed" what needed fixing and I was not charged any additional fee. The staff really made sure I was happy with the end product.

Beware! My fiancee was with me when I went to pick up the dress. Before we knew what was happening, the young lady began to take my dress out of its back in front of my fiance! He was quick enough to turn away before he saw. Be warned that whoever you take with you will see the dress if they come inside!!

I had a great experience at Bridals by Sandra. I went there on a whim, 2 years before my wedding with no intention of buying a dress so early in the game. I found the perfect wedding dress that day and never had a second thought that I had found the best dress for me! They had a variety of dresses within my budget, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Over the next two years, I stopped by countless times to try on the dress with accessories, etc. and they fit me in every single time. I ended up buying a beautiful belt and veil as well. I got measured for alterations and the dress was ready earlier than anticipated and fit like a glove. From the down payment to the final pick-up, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone trying to find their wedding gown.

We had a great time at Bridals by Sandra today! I found the perfect wedding gown and my new friend Annie was so helpful and is assigned to ME until I get married next July! I'm so glad I went here and I wanted to let everyone know that this is the best place to shop. We went into the city to have the "Say Yes to the Dress" experience but honestly the staff at this local store knows more than they do in the city. They've been doing this 50 years they said and believe me you can see why. The store is cool so ask for a tour and they'll give it to you. My friend Ashley told me about Bridals by Sandra and also told me to ask for the tour; and it's so cool to see how they have the sewing machines going and how they store their things in this big vault. I couldn't believe it! The gowns are all gorgeous & I have a beautiful David Tutera wedding gown that will arrive for just ME by Christmas. Yaaaaay! I "Said Yes!" Thanks Annie and Susan it was so much fun!

I loved my dress from Bridals by Sandra! I had Stacy when we went to pick out my dress and I am so glad I had her! I went in with some pictures of what I was looking for and she helped me find the perfect dress at a very reasonable price. She picked found dresses that fit my short petite frame and I looked just how I wanted on my big day! I also got my bridesmaids dresses there, my veil, my shoes, and both mothers' dresses. It was a one stop shop. The dresses came in on time they were in perfect condition and they even shipped my one bridesmaid dress to North Carolina for my one bridesmaid. They were very accommodating.

I got my wedding dress here along with my mom's and mother in law's dresses. They were very helpful and professional. I got an amazing dress and they made everything very easy. I also got my head piece and veil here. They were very patient with us.

In the end, I am very happy with my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses, but there were a few minor bumps along the way. This was likely caused by some miscommunication, and it all worked out in the end, but when I purchased my wedding dress my (now) husband and I were told that he could pay half at that time and half when I came in for my first fitting a few months from then. Turns out it was due a month after I had originally decided on the dress, so we paid it and everything was fine from then on. On a positive note, I was so pleased with my wedding dress. I am a procrastinator at heart, and took a little too long to start looking for dresses. The dress I decided on wouldn't be in by the date of my wedding, so they allowed me to purchase the one from the floor at a reduced price. Totally worth it! Also, my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Sandra's and they all looked stunning at our wedding.

I said yes to the dress

I purchased my wedding gown at Bridals By Sandra. I had a very positive experience with my consultant Kristen. She viewed my pinterest page and brought our several gowns for me to try including a Morilee gown that had caught my eye and ultimately ended up being the one. The seamstress that I had also did an excellent job with my alterations.

Bridals By Sandra was the only place I went in my search for my bridal gown. In the beginning, I wanted a David Tutera gown and they were the only location near me that carried his gowns. The consultant that I had was amazing and having my own private room with my mom and bridal party was wonderful. I have been in other bridal shops before, but nothing like Bridals by Sandra. I would recommend them to anyone! I have a BEAUTIFUL Casablanca gown and I can't wait to wear it in NINE days!

I bought my Maggie Sottero wedding gown from Sandra's. Annie was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing. The private rooms were great and allowed many people to be in the room. Annie paired my gown with a David Tuttera belt, which I was in love with. Unfortunately, the belt came in from the company wrong, but Sandra's sent the belt back to be fixed. While there was confusion and some miscommunication regarding the belt, they did end up receiving it on time. I did not have my dress altered at the shop, but was able to return my dress to the store a few weeks before my wedding for it to be pressed.

I got my dress at Sandra's for a very reasonable price and on a very short time frame. If you are having a last minute wedding or elopement they will allow you to purchase their samples on site, and will give you a discounted rate. At first I was not happy with the alterations of my dress. My mother approached the owner and informed her that we were unhappy and she personally came into the room, looked at the dress herself, directed the seamstress and made sure that before I left the dress was a perfect fit. She did her best to make sure that we left happy. Very professional.

After a day searching at tiny private boutiques and mass market options, my mom suggested a look at Bridals by Sandra, where she and several of my aunts had found their wedding gowns. At that point, I knew the design elements that were important to me (and looked good), and the sales staff at Bridals by Sandra were great at listening and making suggestions. It didn't take long--the second dress in was THE ONE. My seamstress did a fantastic job (even adding sleeves to the dress). There were some issues with scheduling, but when it came down to it they made it happen, each time. The dress was gorgeous, fit perfectly, and really made the day magical. Highly recommend!

I purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from here. I was very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the alterations. My only complaint is that they do not have many sample dresses in larger sizes. I had to settle for just holding up to me the sample dress I eventually selected because it was a size 6 and would not even fit over my chest or hips. Besides that, they have a nice selection and the prices were very reasonable. It may seem out of the way, but it is less than 40 minutes from Quakertown. The dressing rooms are beautiful and private--there are comfy chairs for your mom and friends and a curtain that separates the dressing area from the sitting room--and the sitting and dressing room are completely private. It was a very nice place to buy a dress.

I had a great experience working with Sandra's for both finding my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. They were professional, had a huge variety of dresses and they worked with my budget and desires. My sister used them for her wedding and when I got engaged it was never a thought of where I was going to go also. I would recommend Sandra's to anyone getting married looking to find formal dresses not just wedding gowns.

Bridals by Sandra has a fantastic selection of gowns, and their employees truly do want to make your experience special. The prices are below average, which is always good, and you should be able to find what you want! My consultant was very knowledgeable about the styles and designers that I liked, and was able to fit me with the perfect dress!

Everyone at the store was very helpful; my dress was beautiful and perfectly altered when I picked it up, at a fantastic price. My bridesmaids' dresses were exactly what I wanted; custom-ordered for a very reasonable price.

My experience with Bridal's by Sandra has been great so far. I heard about them from a friend and I am so happy I did. After a less than great experience at David's Bridal I was so relieved by everything and everyone at Bridal's by Sandra. Erika E was such an amazing consultant and made my experience even better. She was so patient and kind! She put me in dresses that made me feel amazing and we're EXACTLY what I was looking for. I really felt that she genuinely cared about me throughout my appointment. I felt that my dress was very affordable for the high quality gown designed by Mori Lee. Erika also helped me pair my dress with a gorgeous and affordable veil.
I was also able to find 7 beautiful bridesmaid dresses for my girls, although they seemed a little expensive between $180-$260 a gown. However, I was so happy to see that there was such a LARGE selections of dresses! We ended up getting 6 dresses of the same color but different styles.
I will also be ordering my groom's and groomsman's tuxedos, as well as my invitations through Bridals by Sandra in the near future!
Whenever a bride purchases a dress here, any future transactions (as long as they are paid in full) such as bridesmaid dresses, jewelry, veil, MOB dresses, tuxedos, and invitations all receive 10% off!
The only negative I do have to say is that there have been a few times where I called and was greeted by the receptionist and she was not as pleasant as the rest of the staff tends to be.

After disappointing visits to L'fay and Alfred Angelo, I was skeptical to visit Bridals by Sandra. However, I was completely blown away from the second my bridal consultant, Stacey, brought my parents, sister, and me into a private room with a curtain where I would try on dresses. She was absolutely fabulous. She wrote down everything I said I liked and picked out all stunning dresses for me. She was very outgoing and personable which made the experience that much better. The prices especially compared to other bridal salons were very reasonable. I found my perfect dress here and enjoyed every minute of it. This is exactly what wedding dress shopping should be like.

I could not have been happier with my service at Sandra’s! When we went for first appointment, with Deb D, she was a wonderful listener and helped me find the perfect dress. Melissa took care of our alterations, and did a perfect job. She created a Bolero for me out of extra lace from the dress, and took care of a last minute detail just a few weeks before the wedding. My dress was everything I dreamed it would be, and I had a great experience at Sandra’s!!

Even though it was very tough to make and appointment, I feel as though my experience here was pretty good. Most of the consultants were very nice. The one consultant that I had for my bridesmaids dresses appointment was very blunt and rude. She did not treat us like customers, but rather of an inconvience. I had to have a few fittings, because my alteration lady totally butchered my dress the first time, but then she fixed it a few tries after that. I think my final fitting was on a tuesday before my friday wedding.. They also did give me a free slip for under neath my dress. Sandra is a sweet lady and cares about her brides and her bridal party. She deserves the best, and that is why I will recommend her business to others. She is the main reason I was happy with my dress purchase.

Overall positive experience

My journey with Bridals by Sandra went on for roughly 2 years due to the pandemic, and overall I had a positive experience. In my first visit, Samantha couldn't have been more helpful. She was so nice, was patient with me as I was getting a little discouraged not finding a dress I loved, and helped provide recommendations to fine tune and eventually find the dress of my dreams. Since it ended up being a Casablanca gown, it was able to be customized before it was made, and she helped me to bring up the front and the back a bit as they were lower than I wanted for a church wedding. I was nervous how it would look at my first fitting, since I had only been looking at sketches of my customized dress but it was exactly as Samantha described it would be. I had a couple of fittings during summer 2020 and my only complaint was that they were difficult to get a hold of via phone over those months... however, it's understandable because of all the changes with Covid. I'm sure brides were calling nonstop about their gowns, fittings, etc. My dress ended up being perfect, and I wore it not only for my Sept 2020 small ceremony, but also for my Sept 2021 postponed reception. Between events, Bridals by Sandra offered to hold the dress and veil in their vault and steam it again for the 2nd event. I really appreciated that! In my many experiences at Bridals by Sandra for both my events as well as friends' weddings, I found that some employees are nicer/more professional than others. I should also mention that my bridesmaids got their dresses here too and I don't recall any complaints or anything. Overall, positive experience and I would recommend!

I was overall happy about my dress and fittings, but if you pay that much money for a dress you think they could throw in the attachment of the stupid bustle. Also I had my dress ordered to be short, since I'm only 5'2 and I payed for it extra. When the dress came in and was still too long they wanted to charge me again to alter it. I refused to pay that because they obviously measured incorrectly.
