My experience at Bridals by Aime was absolutely amazing! I had been to multiple other salons and I never felt so valued or listened to as I did at Bridals by Aime. I was also blown away by the caliber of dresses here that fit into my price range. And I really appreciate the fact that they fit my dress and all the accessories within my price range without me even knowing! Aime and her team are amazing!! I was incredibly nervous going into dress shopping due to the quick turn around for my wedding date—August of this year. Ashley didn’t just send an email to encourage me, as soon as she saw my message she called me personally to talk through the process and explain what the options were for my wedding date. Once the appointment started, they made the entire atmosphere comfortable and fun! All three of them made sure I tried on dresses I wanted and gave different options that I hadn’t considered as well. I felt SO supported and encouraged throughout the entire process, and I LOVE my dress. Anyone should go here when they want to feel beautiful, relaxed, and supported for their special day! -

Bridals By Aimee was an absolute dream!!! They made me feel SO beautiful and confident in everything I tried on. I came in pretty nervous, but was welcomed with the warmest smiles, which instantly calmed me down.
Ashley was so fun and bubbly, and she made the whole experience even better. It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress, so I wanted to try a variety of styles. Their selection was amazing — every single dress I tried on was stunning! She really listened to every little comment I made and knew exactly what to pull… right up until she brought me the dress of my dreams!!!
Aimee joined us toward the end, and that was truly the cherry on top. She is such a joy to be around and a total expert at what she does. I can’t emphasize enough how kind both she and Ashley were to my family and me.
I would recommend this shop to any bride looking for a bridal boutique that truly takes the time to get to know you, listen to you, and help you find the perfect dress. -

I can not say enough about our experience at Bridals by Aimee. We went here to find a wedding gown for my daughter. From Aimee herself, who was absolutely lovely and genuinely interested in our story, to the precious consultants who were having as much fun as we were, our experience was more than we could have hoped for. I would give a hundred stars if I could. Aimee took our budget into consideration and brought out the most lovely pieces, keeping my daughter's style and venue in mind. The engagement is a short one, and Aimee pulled off a miracle helping us get the gown we wanted despite the short time frame—though I wouldn't recommend waiting to get your gown! We were treated like friends of the family, as if we had known Aimee our whole lives. Make this shop your very first stop.Bridals by Aimee's reply:

I had so much fun shopping and trying on wedding dresses! I went in very intimated and overwhelmed, but Liz and Aimee met me where I was, chose great dresses for me to try on and gave me so much encouragement as I chose the right dress for me! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine excitement, making me feel so special throughout the entire process. I absolutely loved this place!! I am so glad that I chose this place. The staff is so helpful, friendly and professional. The owner picked out a dress for me that fit me like a glove! It wasn’t even the original style that I wanted, but because it looks so great on me, it was the one. Ashley was also so amazing and helpful too. I was even able to come back to the shop a second time on the same day. They have a huge variety of dresses in different styles, fabrics, and design. Their dresses are so elegant!! I went to three other shops and none of them can close. Skip all the other places and go straight to Bridals by Aime!Bridals by Aimee's reply:

Aimee was a true angel in my quest to find my dress! I was not a bride who had a vision for her day, a dream dress in mind, or any idea of what I was looking for when I set out to just start trying on dresses. I selected Bridals by Aimee purely based on location - it was close and a great chance to get the first attempt to find the dress under my belt. Well, I am sure glad I did.
From the moment my mom, sister and my now mother-in-law walked in the door with me, Aimee and her team were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. It was an intimate experience as it was just our group in the store at the time and we had 100% of their attention and support. Given that I had no vision or understanding of what I was getting myself into when selecting a dress, Aimee helped me navigate options with her vast amounts of wedding experiences. The second dress I tried on was the one - and we all knew it. From there, at my request, she helped us start thinking through recommended accessories, bridesmaids dress considerations, things to think about week-of with regards to looking and feeling my best in the dress on our big day.
Aimee had an incredible selection of gowns, and her knowledge of her selection and ability to connect with her guests helped make the dress purchase so enjoyable and easy. -

Aimee's personality and warmth are enough to make you want to come here over any other salon, but her dress selection is also phenomenal. Tons of gorgeous European designs at all price points. Even better, she has a gift for picking specific dresses for each bride. Even as someone who has worked as a consultant, I feel Aimee has a next-level talent for knowing what is going to look best on you. She nailed my dress on the first selection. -

Best Bridal Salon in Atlanta!
I found Bridals by Aimee from a former coworker of mine and I am so happy she recommended this fabulous bridal salon to me! I had such a phenomenal experience at Bridals by Aimee, working with the owner - Aimee - personally. After a long weekend of visiting several other bridal shops with a horrible experience at Bridals by Lori, I was feeling discouraged upon the arrival of my appointment. Thankfully Aimee was attentive, friendly, patient, and full of energy. After discussing my budget and what I had envisioned I would be wearing, Aimee picked several dresses from the couture designers I wanted to try and she found exactly what I wanted! As soon as I put on my Pronovias Atelier couture gown, my wedding party was instantly like "that's the one!". Aimee was even so gracious to let my identical triplet sister help me decide on a dress by having her get in another dress that I was debating on so I could actually see it on someone else that looked like me. As soon as that happened, I knew instantly that the dress I was wearing was the one!
The entire team is amazing and the owner, Aimee, is the sweetest woman. Their shop is clean and they have beautiful quality dresses. I said “Yes” to the dress at Bridals by Aimee and I will never forget such an amazing experience! I highly recommend them! -

My appointment was for 4:30 and i arrived about 15 minutes early. I was greeted immediately. My consultant Lydia was down to earth and pulled so great options from just my inspiration pics. Rylee came to help her and let me tell how efficient they worked together. She also offered us a beverage after we sat down. Ms Aimee was such a humble and bubbly personality. She made my mom, daughter and i feel so welcome. I found my dress here and can’t wait for my wedding day for everyone else to fall in love with it just as i did. -

Please RUN AWAY from this store now while you still can! I had the absolute worst experience here, and hope to save anyone else from feeling the way I did after visiting this store. In short, the staff here is extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and insecure on what should be an exciting, beautiful day.
I decided to go to Bridals by Aimee because of a certain designer they carried that wasn’t available anywhere else in Atlanta. They do have a good selection of designers and dresses, but unfortunately the customer service tainted the experience for me.
First, they do not allow you to pick out dresses you would like to try on. After trying on a couple of trumpet silhouette dresses, I gave the feedback that I wasn’t liking that style and my consultant kept bringing me the same silhouette. This happened with several other points of feedback as well, which was very frustrating when you aren’t able to go pick out a dress for yourself. I understand the need to protect the dresses, but there are ways around this to ensure the bride is using her time efficiently and trying on what she wants to try on.
Second, the entire experience was uncomfortable. The dressing rooms are only closed off by a single curtain which my consultant didn’t even close behind her when bringing dresses in, leaving me standing there half-naked while other customers could walk right by to go to the restroom. There was no care for the customers as individuals.
We also noticed all of the consultants in the store giving their opinion to brides even if it wasn’t asked for or warranted. For example, we heard “this one doesn’t look as good on you as the other one”. One of the consultants even came up to me and touched my stomach and made a face while saying “this dress is made for more European brides”.
Lastly, no pictures are allowed. Even after we found a dress we were highly considering they wouldn’t let us look at the price tag to see the name of the dress or the designer or the price. This is no way to sell a dress to someone, and it honestly makes the customer feel insecure when they should be feeling elated and on cloud nine.
I am not exaggerating anything in this review or being overly emotional, unfortunately these are real experiences I had at this store and I truly hope no one else has to feel the way I did leaving this store. I should have left mid-appointment because it was that uncomfortable.
To the store owners - PLEASE put more effort into training your employees on customer service and making your customers feel special and understood. This is a big decision for brides and they shouldn’t be left questioning themselves in the process because of poor customer service. -
