They are incredible

I went to Bridal Warehouse in Goodlettsville, TN and immediately fell in love with the selection of dresses and the employees. They were so kind to me and went above and beyond. There was an incident where two of my bridesmaids were going to change their dresses without my knowledge (the bride) and they immediately sent me a text asking if it was okay since I was not with them. There was a scheduling error with the main office and the girls stayed late just to make sure I got what I needed. I cannot say enough good things about them!

I went in not knowing what I was looking for and Gynn the sales associate helped me fine the perfect dress. After I finished my visit they sent an email and thank me for coming in that day. I didn’t purchase the dress but I have been thinking about it! It’s a little out of my price range but the type of body I have I want to look my best!!!!

This place is amazing! I went in just to try on dresses and came out with my dream dress, a Mori Lee (style 2894) dazzler! Sorry ladies, they don’t make this style anymore, it was discontinued a few months after I purchased it. So sad I can’t remember my sales associate’s name, I think her initials are BJL(on my receipt) ...once she picked the most gorgeous veil ever, and put it on me, I was sold! I even did the Say Yes To The Dress ugly cry that I swore I’d never do, ha! I felt perfect on my wedding day, and I felt more beautiful than I ever have in my whole life! I’m not bragging, but I looked fierce in my dress, and my body was snatched in all the right places! My guest told me I looked like a black Barbie, porcelain doll, and a supermodel—-so that’s what perfect feels like, mmmm, lol!!!!

We shopped here for my daughter's wedding dress. Our experience could not have been more positive! Our consultant Bobbie Joy was professional and warm. We were there several hours and never felt rushed or pressured. The selection of dresses in our price range. (900-1200) was very nice. They have many beautiful higher priced gowns as well. We purchased a beautiful dress that my daughter loves! Highly recommend this shop and Bobbie Joy!

Great experience, selection, and prices! We set up an appointment and arrived a little early and were taken care of immediately. If you're looking for that very intimate experience, I wouldn't recommend coming here first. But it was just the experience I wanted and was where I found my dress that was just what I wanted and welll within my budget (so much so that I was able to buy the cute belt they paired it with). Definitely visit here and I bet you will find something you love.

I fell in love with my dress here, decided to try on others and came back for it! With alterations and everything- I couldn't have found anything better for the value. I feel like my dress is one of a kind and fit me like a glove. I had a great experience, felt like I was heard, and enjoyed every minute of trying on dresses here. My mom and I got to giggle and have our special moments that every bride dreams of. I chose to get my dress here even though I had to fly it to NC. Great value and BEAUTIFUL gown!

I found my dress at Bridal Warehouse on my first visit! The staff were very helpful and the consultant helping me, Caitlyn, was personable and pulled dresses for me that were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to sleep on my decision and was able to go back the next day after work and try the dress on again, and since it was a sample gown on sale the consultant I had that night, Kyra, was super helpful in looking over the dress with me to make sure there was no damage and took lots of pictures for me. Their prices were super reasonable and I found multiple dresses in my price range! It is definitely a wonderful option for brides on a budget and it has so many options you can find just about anything! I was very happy with my experience here and will be recommending it to anyone I know looking for a dress!

I got a beautiful allure bridal gown from here last year in September. I forgot the name of the consultant that helped with my order, but she was extremely helpful.

I looked at a few gowns online and pinned them on Pinterest. When I got to the store, I showed them the dresses and they were able to pull a few that they had in stock for me to try on. While I waited, they suggested that I look through the racks of dresses they had to pick out one I might like. I wasn't sure what type of silhouette I wanted for my dress. So, I picked out a few from the floor that varied in style. The dresses that I requested that they pulled were also different styles, but all of them included lace. I knew that I wanted lots of lace!

Their fitting rooms are quite nice. They had a large area and mirror for brides to use. They also offer a corset if you didn't bring one with you, so that you can wear it while trying on the dresses.

While I tried on the dresses, the consultant started to pick up on the types of gowns I liked, so she pulled two lace, trumpet style gowns, both were gorgeous but I picked the Allure Bridal gown (style 9072). I LOVE this dress! It fit perfectly, so I didn't need any alterations. Then, I asked to try on a floor length veil, which prompted her to have me try on some jewelry too! I brought shoes with me that I planned on wearing the day-of. The consultant noticed that the dress kind of bunched at the bottom, so she had me try on a pair of their shoes that were a little taller so that I could see the difference between the shoes.

Bridal Warehouse was very accommodating. I had quite a few people with me at my appointment. Since I live in Salt Lake City, I invited my mom, aunts, and sisters to my appointment so that I could spend time with them while I was in Nashville, and have them there on this special day to pick out a fabulous dress for an even more unforgettable day.

The consultant was very patient & knew exactly which bridal gowns to have me try on, based in the description & price range I share w/ her. She was attentive (despite how busy they were) but not pushy. My bridesmaids picked out their dresses there today w/ the same excellent service, just different consultant.

I had the best experience purchasing my dress from Bridal Warehouse! I found the most beautiful Allure Romance gown but had always envisioned having a wedding dress with lace sleeves. The ladies here at the Bridal Warehouse, worked with me and Allure to make this possible. We purchased matching lace from Allure and the Bridal Warehouse alterations department made my dream a gorgeous reality. Highly recommend!

They have so many wedding dresses that are absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced!!! This was the second store that I tried on wedding dresses at, and the first store didn't even compare to this one. It's amazing, and the staff are super helpful.

I was so pleased with Bridal Warehouse. I booked an appointment to look at dresses and brought along my "entourage." They instantly showed me to my size, and we started looking. I fell in love with a BEAUTIFUL Mon Cheri Bridal by David Tutera gown. I tried it on, and it fit beautifully. I bought it right off the rack! No alterations needed!

Just out of curiosity, I looked around for my dress at other bridal shops. At the White Room in Lebanon, my dress was $700 more!! I only paid $1,000 for it, and it was STUNNING! I guess you pay for the "experience" at other places. I would much rather save hundreds of dollars than be able to sip champagne while trying on dresses.

If you are a bride on a budget, but you don't want to have to compromise for a not-so-great dress, I would highly recommend this store! The selection is great, the dresses are affordable, and the service is fantastic. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Do yourself a favor and skip the small salons and go straight to bridal warehouse. I visited probably 8 small salons with pretty sounding names before finally choosing to order a dress. Smaller salons are limited to styles they know will move which means if you don't want strapless, there are only going to be a few choices. Exhausted, I finally settled on a dress I liked and ordered it. When it had yet to come in a month before my wedding, I was in a panic. I went to bridal warehouse to get accessories and thought I should try on something to have as a backup "just in case" and ended up falling in love with a dress. I ended up buying the floor sample which was cleaned and altered to perfection for me (Rachel did an outstanding job). My dress eventually came in at the small salon and I was out the deposit. If I had gone to Bridal Warehouse first, I could have ordered the dress of my dreams and had it without any of the stress. Volume is the key to getting what you want, and the more exclusive the salon, the fewer the choices in any price point. If you want to have that experience go ahead, sip the wine and talk about yourself and your wedding ad nauseum and tell all your friends and your mother in law you got your dress from some pretentious sounding salon. But buy your dress from Bridal Warehouse. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff and they move a lot of dressess. They spent just as much time with me as the exclusive salons, and frankly the consultant I worked with knew her stuff as well as anyone I encountered in Boca Raton or Nashville. Whether you want to believe it or not volume means something to manufacturers. You'll have more choices more assurance that your dress will come in on time if you order a new one. If you choose the sample, it will be cleaned, repaired, and altered to perfection.

After going to half a dozen other places and finding myself with only 6 months left before the wedding and a very tight budget, I worried I wouldn't be able to find THE dress. I went to Bridal Warehouse, and everything about the experience was fantastic! My appointment started right on time, I had a great staff member assisting me who didn't try to push me past a price point I was comfortable with, and upon finding THE dress, the seamstresses were able to do my first dress fitting immediately (important since I flew in just for the weekend to find a dress). The dress was altered perfectly, and I didn't even need additional alterations after the first fitting. I would absolutely recommend this location for any bride of any size, style, and budget!

I had spent several hours shopping for a wedding dress prior to going to Bridal Warehouse. I was hot, irritable, and more than a little disappointed that I couldn't make a decision on my dress. I had a very small budget to work with, so I shopped the clearance racks at Bridal Warehouse first. I was so blessed to have stopped at this location because not only did the sales people try to assist me in finding the dress I wanted, but they actually had THE DRESS. You know what I'm talking about, brides-to-be! The dress that when you put it on, you don't want to ever take it off and it makes you cry it's so beautiful. The best thing was that it was on clearance, the only one left, and in my size! The selection was amazing at this location, and they were very respectful of my tastes, needs, and budget.

Ordered my daughter's dress from them, arrived quickly and service was great. Very Friendly staff. Wedding was then canceled and my daughter couldn't face picking up the dress. So, they worked with me in getting the dress shipped to me, in another state. EXCELLENT!!!

Leslie at bridal warehouse in Goodlettsville, TN provided exceptional service. She was even able to express ship one of my bridesmaids gowns in one month because we added a bridesmaid at the last minute. She was also able to express ship the dress for my flower girl when we waited too late to order it. She was a great person to talk with, she kept all my orders organized and she was able to specially order my Maggie Sottero gown when is was even listed on their website that they even sold it. She also matched the sale price of this gown with another bridal store in the area. I enjoyed working with Leslie at Bridal Warehouse!

We got our tuxes from here and they were the least expensive that we found in Nashville. Shannon, the tuxedo manager, went over and above in making sure we had all the groomsmen dressed in their best! We had some issues with out of town mesurements from another tailor shop, and Shannon corrected this issue and delivered the new tuxedo to the groom on the day of the wedding so he wouldn't have to drive back out! They were fantastic to work with!

FOund 8 bridesmaids dresses on a clearance rack for $12 each and they were really very pretty (and fit everyone of various sizes). THe downfall was that I paid for the bridesmaids dresses, but they didn't have to waste money on a dress they'd never wear again!

Bridal Warehouse has a lot of dresses to choose from in all price ranges and sizes. The sales person that assisted me was really nice and attentive. She did have a really bad body odor that kind of made it uncomfortable in the small dressing area but her personality helped make it better. Its kind of strange having multiple bride-to-be in the small area trying on their own dresses. We had to wait for mirror space during fittings so that was awkward. Overall the experience was delightful for a small town business.

The folks at Bridal Warehouse are very helpful and courteous. The head of alterations (I'm so sorry that I can't remember her name!) was so helpful and nice during the entire process. She really listened and told me what was possible and what was not advisable. They really have your best interests at heart!

Found my wedding dress at Bridal Warehouse! My $900.00+ dress was on clearance and I paid $372.00
Sonja was wonderful to work with and Rachel, the seamstress is amazing! My dress was 2 sizes too big and you never would have known it after the alterations!

I had my mother in law hem and do the bustle on my dress, and looking back I wish I would have had Rachel do it. The prices are so reasonable and my mother and law wouldn't have had to stress. It turned out perfect nevertheless!

Everyone I dealt with was great, thanks Bridal Warehouse. I will be preserving my classic dress because the quality is worth it, unlike Davids Bridal.

Bridal Warehouse (now known as USA Bridal) was AMAZING. I got my wedding dress here. They had a ton of dresses in stock, and Heather knew just what to pull out. She made sure to stay within the budget I mentioned, and catered both to what I was looking for and what my mom hoped to see me in. She had suggestions when we needed them, and knew exactly what would look the best. I ended up buying one of her picks that was way outside of what I had been looking for, because it was even better! I had no idea I could get such a beautiful dress within my budget. They were all very professional and helpful!

Bridal Warehouse was so awesome!! I got the most beautiful Allure dress there for cheaper then I found anywhere else! The girl that helped me was so sweet, helpful, and gave me tips on wedding planning that I didn't even think about!! I purchased my gown off the rack, which was awesome since I didn't have time to order! There were a few beads missing but the alterations lady told me not to worry about it cause they always do a bead check before I take the dress with me. When I got the dress a week before the wedding I double checked everything & it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I also got my bridesmaids dresses there, they are so gorgeous!! They got 20% off we also got discounts on Tuxedos!! I would totally recommend this place to every bride looking for that perfect dress!!

I had an overall good experience with Bridal Warehouse. They have a great selection. Pam worked with me and was amazing. She made me feel special. She called me with updates while I was still searching for the right wedding dress. A couple of the other employees were not very friendly. I found my wedding dress during a trunk show for Allure. I also ordered dresses and suits for my wedding party. There was some disorganization. Some of my bridesmaids had to come back a second time to be measured for their dresses, because someone misplaced their information, which they also failed to enter into the computer. (Not Pam) When the groomsmen picked up their suits, two of them had issues. One groomsman's suit pants were about 5 inches too short. Of course, he didn't check his suit until the day of my wedding. Lucky for him, an usher who lived nearby picked up an extra pair. My husband's tux had a loose button as well, but that was an easy fix. They have beautiful jewelry and other wedding accessories along with mother of the bride and prom dresses. I would go back to Bridal Warehouse again.

The folks at Bridal Wearhouse are really awesome! I bought and altered my dress there, and my dress was absolutely perfect! They also took care of the tuxedos for the men. Unfortunately, a groomsman's tuxedo came with one jacket arm, literally, 6 inches shorter than the other. Basically, we undid the hem and let it out as far as it would go....It was still 2 inches too short and completely noticeable....Basically, we only took pictures with that groomsman with his hand behind his back (that's why I could only give a 3 star for quality of service)....In the long run, my dress was perfect and the jacket was taken off as soon as formal pictures were over!

After visiting the "chain" store and leaving feeling pretty horrible about
Myself as I was told the dress I had in mind would not look good on my figure I was crushed. I happened to find out about this store after reluctantly trying to search for dresses again. honestly the best decision ever! This place treated me kindly and never rushed me. I was able to pick a few out myself and after my consultant asked a few questions about what i liked and didn't like she came back with the perfect dresses. All of my fittings and alterations went perfect. Very nice place and helpful.

I went twice to find my gown, the second time without an appointment. Although it was busy Valerie still managed to find time foreverything. THe dress i bought was gorgeous! The corset was completely beaded and it went down the back of the train as well. I got it at their half off sale for $300, down from 700.

Great dresses, great prices, and great alternations. SOOO much better than David's Bridal! The dresses were sewn better, with better fabric, built in pettycoats, and cheaper!

I purchased my dress from Bridal Warehouse and didn't have any issues, however I bought mine off the rack, I didn't have to special order it. I had no issues with having it fitted. In fact I went in to have it fitted and have the train bustled up, went home decided I didn't like the way it looked and went back to have the train cut off, and nobody had any problems with that. The dress should have been hemmed up more at the bottom though. I was originally going to have flip flops on, then I changed my mind and bought heels, and the dress was still to long. I would recommend this store.

I had a great experience at Bridal Warehouse. I did not find a dress in their regular stock, but did order one through an Allure trunk show they had. I wound up adding a large amount of English net and hand beaded lace to my dress, and the quality of their work was great. I was very pleased with the way everything turned out. The women in alterations were attentive and alot of help during the entire process. I would recommend going at a time that they're hosting a trunk show, because I wasn't thrilled with the regular selections there. The staff, especially my consultant Caycee and Sharon in alterations, were probably the main reason I purchased from there.

After getting the worse service possible at David's Bridal, I went to Bridal Warehouse. The ladies were so nice there. They helped me for several hours and picked out several dresses for me to try on. They were also able to help me decide which vail and tiara were perfect for me. I would highly recommend trying this place out. You won't be disappointed! THere are so many dresses and the ladies there are absolutely wonderful!

A full year before my wedding, planning is already starting to stress me out. We are paying for everything ourselves and also looking to buy a house. I figured trying on dresses would make me feel like a princess and motivate me. My budget was under 500, and I scheduled an appointment. As soon as I got to bridal warehouse, they greeted me and sent me off with Teresa. She was skeptical of my budget knowing I wanted lace, so I told her to just pull based on the lace I wanted and we'd worry about budget later. The second dress I tried on was the ONE. And it was way over budget. I tried on 4 additional dresses but came back to the second one. When you get that feeling... You just know. They have an awesome layaway option that made it possible to get my dream dress! Still kinda nervous about how much I went over budget, but I'm on my wedding day I will regret nothing!

Bridal Warehouse came highly recommended from other brides. The lady who helped me at my initial appointment was respectful of my budget, but did not include tax or alterations in that price. Also, it was a little strange that no one helped me get into my dress. This is something I expected and it was difficult to put on the big dresses alone. I purchased my wedding dress at Bridal Warehouse in Goodlettsville TN after looking at our local David's Bridal and a boutique shop. I wear a size 18 and there were literally three dresses at David's for me to try on and one dress at the boutique. Bridal Warehouse had a larger selection for me to try. We actually arrived late at the appointment, due to an accident on the interstate and when I called to advise of our late arrival they were very accommodating. The sales associate was very helpful and didn't pressure me to purchase any particular brand. In fact, after discussing my likes and dislikes for a wedding dress, she actually picked out "the one" for me! The shop carries a variety of designers. I like the fact that you can put half down and pay the rest when the dress comes in. I didn't chose to get my dress altered here because I thought the price was too much. I also didn't like that the dress didn't come with a garment bag and you had to order a garment bag. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and with the customer service at this location of Bridal Warehouse.

I spent alot of money with Bridal Warehouse, we got all of our bridesmaids dresses; flowergirl dress; ring bearer tux; groomsmen tuxes; groom's tux and my dress there. My consultant was Leslie, she was very helpful and very kind. I had ran into some problems that I spoke with the manager about and she tried to fix them, but kind of had an attitude about it. The people at the tux rental place in Bridal Warehouse were very helpful and kind though. It was easy doing business with them. And if we wouldn't have had any problems with the order from the dresses, then I would have easily gave them a 5.0.

I bought my dress and rented my tuxedos from Bridal Warehouse. The representative that helped with my dress purchase was wonderful. No matter how picky I was, she was right there with me! I did have an issue when I went back for my fitting. A rep at the desk was incredibly rude, and made me feel as though I wasn't in the right financial class to have purchased the dress I did. She demanded to know exactly how I managed to pay for it in a very skeptical tone. When I told her it was paid for and Alterations was holding it for me, she demanded that the other rep go check in layaway, that there was no way. If I had to deal with this older female representative again, I would take my purchase elsewhere, but every other person I worked with was outstanding.

I ordered my dress more than a year in advance, so I had no problems or worries about it coming in in time. Bridal wear house has more choices than other bridal places. The choices are a bit more unique, which is what I wanted. Some of the dress consultants were a little pushy, but overall I had no problems. The alterations department was great. The first alterations run didn't work and they re did the whole thing and it turned out perfect. I have recommended them to a few people and will continue to recommend them.

I would recommend Bridal Warehouse because they carry so many different vendors. Also, their website is very thorough and easy to use. I lived in a different city at the time of my wedding and found the dress I wanted but it was way out of my price range. I found out that Bridal Warehouse carried the Mori Lee line of dresses (the label of the dress I wanted) so I called them and ordered my dress-it ended up being $300 cheaper than the store I tried it on in!

The service was not that great, but was okay. They had a large selection of dresses for very reasonable prices (most under 500). I actually bought 2 dresses because they were so cheap - one for the ceremony and a short one for the reception. The major downfall is the lack of alterations - and they charge you $5 for a bag to take the dress home in.

I had a great experience at Bridal Warehouse. This is not a small boutique, and the amount of dresses there can be overwhelming, but I showed Teresa some pictures of what I was looking for and she very quickly helped me find the perfect dress - and it was much less expensive than I'd dreamed! I was impressed with Teresa's knowledge of their inventory and location of everything on the floor, given how large of a store it is. She was far more responsive and understanding of what I was looking for than many of the high-end boutique consultants on the west end that I'd already tried. Thanks, Teresa!
*Helpful tip - Try to go on a weekday, instead of the weekend. It's far less crowded, allowing you to maximize time with your consultant and browse easily.

Bridal Warehouse was the first place I looked and it was quite overwhelming. Tons of dresses & tons of girls with their moms, friends, kids. I didn't find "the" dress there, but after searching for a few months, found my dress at another vendor. I went back to Bridal Warehouse to try on what I had picked as my top 2 but told Teresa about the other dress. They carried the designer, they just didn't have that particular style in store, but she could still order it. Not only did she knock off $50 for me ordering it there, but I also got to use a $50 coupon from a bridal show I had attended. Overall, the experience wasn't absolutely fabulous, but I absolutely LOVED MY DRESS! And that's what mattered to me.

Bridal Warehouse was the first place I looked at wedding dresses. The staff was very friendly and professional. My consultant let me select a few dresses, then began pulling what she thought would work for me. I didn't feel ready to make a decision on a dress the first visit, so I spent the next three months shopping all over the southeast looking for a dress. In the end I went back to Bridal Warehouse to get the dress that my consultant had chosen for me in the very beginning! The best part- they had my size available and it was on sale!

Our daughter bought her dress here as did two of her attendants as well as Mother of the Bride. The attendants and mother all got a discounts on their dresses and anything like shoes, jewelry etc. We had a few problems with alterations on the brides gown but they made it right. When it was corrected it was beautiful. The mother's dress was also altered there with no problems. The maid of honor and one bridesmaid had alterations done closer to where they work. They would have given discounts to the other bridesmaids but they ordered their dresses in stores where they lived. They took as much time as we needed each time we were there. They were all very friendly and spent a lot of time with the bride. They kept commenting that she looked like a China Doll with her fair skin and clear complexion.

They were very helpful when I was trying on dresses. No amount of dresses was too many. However, I came to try on dresses the very week I got engaged, and it was 5 months from the day of the wedding. They made me feel like I was way too late in coming to get dresses. They asked me when my wedding date was, I told them (it was exactly 5 months away) and they laughed and said they just were not sure that a dress would come in on time. I ended up buying a dress there that day - but they need to understand not everyone has year long engagements.

Finding at my dress at Bridal Warehouse shaped the entire look and feel of my wedding.

If you want to look at the fancier stores for the "Bridal" experience go ahead and do that. I started at places that carried specific brands and was able to have that moment with my friends. Go try on the gowns and get used to being in a wedding dress. You deserve that experience.

If your budget is around a sample sale or David's Bridal (my realistic budget) go here first. I made the mistake of going to David's Bridal, thought I found the gown, and dealt with poor service when I decided to pull my deposit. Bridal Warehouse has better gowns around the same price point if not better.

My experience: My friends and I went to Bridal Warehouse for the last day of the Mori Lee Trunk Show. The initial dress I wanted was not at the store but thankfully they were able to pull dresses similar and better! They still honored the trunk discount because I purchased within the brand. Check the brands available before going because they do not carry certain people. However, they are likely to have a gown within your dreams.

For what I would pay for a simple lace gown at DB I was able to get a fully beaded (sparkle city) Mori Lee gown and full alterations. I had a specific request for the bustle that was priey but the overall cost was under the DB dress and accessory.

We also purchased maids dresses there. We had a few of the girls and myself use their alterations. Purchase with their time frame in mind. The alterations department is good but they need time to work to avoid extra fees and you HAVE to be honest with what you want. One of my bridesmaids did not like how they handled the bust and they fixed it free of charge. They are great,, they will treat your dress with care.

Very happy I used them. They may not be the fanciest store and more straightforward..but if your goal is an affordable dress and good service this is what they give.

I used this Bridal Warehouse location for my wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, and alterations for myself. Teresa helped me out from the beginning. She was patient with me my first trip there trying on gown after gown. My "maybe" pile was huge and she helped me decide on a classic look that I am so thankful I chose to this day. I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses almost a year later, DO ORDER THEM EARLY!, do not wait seriously. Again, Teresa was more than helpful and gave good advice. We decided on the same fabric/color but different cuts for all the girls and it ended up lovely! Alterations were no problem, again go a few months before your wedding if possible. I moved out of town, and they worked with my schedule to getting the dress altered and my final fitting. The selection here is large as well.

When I went to Bridal Warehouse to find a dress I was impressed. Leslie helped me find my dream dress and was so sweet to me every time I came in there. When it came to order my bridesmaids dresses I was told that they would call my bridesmaids and let them know when their dresses were in. Instead they called me, the bride, and expected me to call all of them myself and let them know they were in. I was also supposed to get a call on my deadline date to let me know if anyone hadn't ordered their dresses. When it came time to get my dress altered I decided to let them do it since that was where i bought it. The alterations cost me $350 on an $1100 dress. Seemed a little on the expensive side to me. The alterations where ok but my dress had a keyhole back and when it was all said and done the back was slightly uneven and one shoulder blade was exposed where the other one wasn't. I had no time to have it fixed though so you can see it in my wedding pictures, but it isn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things.

I had a fantastic consultant, Pam, when I first started my search, but she left after I purchased my dress. If I hadn't had her I very well many not have bought my dress from Bridal Warehouse. I love the fact the they have many gowns in every size so anyone can try a gown on, but the staff is just not that great, or the few girls I worked with after Pam left. Definitely take a trip there, if for nothing more than finding what silhouette works best on you!

We used Bridal Warehouse both as the location I bought and altered my dress, but also for their tux rental services. The Bridal side was flawless! I loved my dress and they even worked with me to make personalized additions to it to truly make it my own. They were flexible with appointment times and helped me really understand what I wanted out of my dress - all very affordable too.

The tux rentals we found to be a huge headache. They over-charged our guests by sooo much and had hidden fees we weren't aware of. I would not recommend going through them again for the tuxs.

This vendor was "o.k." I was very pleased at first but ended my experience on a sour note. I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted so I can't comment on their ability to help find a dress that looks good on you. However, they are completly unhelpful when it comes to selecting a size. They make it clear that is entirely up to you and they will not provide advice. I think some of the gowns I purchased could have been ordered with extra length and I would have liked to have done that but has not informed of this. However, if looking outside David's bridal, prices are very reasonable. Would NOT recommend them for alterations. Loved how they did the bustle but they ended up taking in my dress too much becasue they did not measure me at all. When I questioned them on this they said...oh it's a corest you can just let it out. However, the dress can only be let out so far without having to eliminate the use of the modesty piece! If I had not done my final fitting 2 months before the wedding and dilligently worked out I would not have fit in my dress with the modesty piece. My mom also had problems with an alteration of simple hem. Ultimately, if you are looking to save a buck and know exactly what you want this is a great place to get a dress if you do not expect much service. However, I would take the dress elsewhere for alterations.

I had nothing but problems with this vendor & urge everyone else not to trust them for your big day. Thank goodness I was an organized bride and planned ahead so I was able to correct some of these mistakes but for those of you who don't have the time, please don't even consider this place! They ordered my bridal gown in the wrong color & had to reorder it. My bridesmaids dresses that came in were the wrong ones, they thought, & sent them back without even phoning me about it. Turns out those dresses were correct & we had to wait for them to come back in. This left my girls only 3 wks to have them altered when originally they would have had 2 months. As far as the tuxes go, could not have been more off on their alterations & many of the guys had to have them redone the day before the wedding. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

I love the selection of dresses here, especially the designers they have like Allure. But I didn't care for alterations dept. I went to get a quote of how much it would be for my dress to get taken in and they said a price but when it was actually done, it was almost 100 more than they said! I could understand maybe 20 or 30 bucks more but 100?! And then after the alterations I think my dress fit worse. Great selection of dresses and great prices but service sucked = (

If you want a large selection of gowns at somewhat reasonable prices, they are worth looking. However, do not expect anything in terms of customer service. Alterations cost significantly more than the original estimate - and were obviously done in haste and not well. I had to bring my gown back after taking it home to have things fixed after being altered. Was never treated with respect. They essentially expect you to do most everything yourself.

If you need a quick dress, they have hundreds to choose from right off the rack. But the sales team is typical of bulk retailer. Too busy to pay you a whole lot of attention. Even if they mess up your measurments the dress is yours. So be prepared to possibly pay quite a bit for alterations, which they do not provide in house.

I went in to Bridal Warehouse with an appointment The woman who was assigned to us was borderline rude the whole time, She pretty much left us to our own devices, did not offer much advice or opinion. She kept disappearing. We had picked out a dress, but she had disappeared, we walked out and never saw her.

While I loved my actual consultant and my dress, the service AFTER my purchase was horrible. I was pressured to purchase ASAP, because I was told it would take around 6 months for my dress to arrive. I live a good hour from the location and had it marked in my calendar when I'd need to pick up the dress. The dress arrived 3 months early. While this is better than late, they only gave me 24 hours after the dress arrived to pick it up. There were also small stains on the dress we didn't notice until I tried it on at the alterations place months after I picked it up. The same situation happened with my bridesmaids dresses. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

We definitely had a few issues with this vendor. One of my bridesmaids waited a few days to pick up her dress, and in the meantime, the vendor sent it back! They admitted to their mistake, but there was no compensation. We did end up getting the dress in time for the wedding. Also, I bought my wedding dress as one they had in their "warehouse" that was supposedly "never worn or even tried on." So, I paid the ticketed price, no discount, of nearly $900. When I received it, it was missing 4 buttons from the back!! We then ordered buttons that were supposedly from the dress maker through Bridal Warehouse (this vendor). When we got them, they weren't even the same color as my dress! If you plan to shop here, use caution and buy early in order to have time to deal with the unfortunate events that are likely to occur!

My sister and I had an appointment for me to try on wedding dresses. We had to wait quite a while for them to "find" a consultant to help us. When we finally got someone to help, she didn't really listen to what I had to say. We had to go get the dresses ourselves. Then when it came time to try on the dresses, she offered no help at all and often was helping someone else. I felt completely dismissed. When I would try to get her to suggest a dress for me to try on based on what I was looking for I got nothing. I ended up buying my dress elsewhere and would not recommend anyone go here.

I have worked with this dress shop on two different occassions and had a terrible experience both times. The first time, I was a bridemaid in my best friends wedding and for some reason I got charged more for my dress than the rest of the girls. Once I figured out what happened, the bride called to complain and they said that if I drove back up there they would reimburse me. To bad that I had drove four hours to get my bridemaids dress. So, needless to say I was never reimbursed. The second time that I dealt with them was for my wedding. I went there because I thought I would give them another chance and because they do have large amount of dresses to try on. I ended up ordering my bridemaids dresses from the store. They are beautiful but that opened up another long list of aggrevating problems.
1. They ordered the wrong amount of dresses, so one of my bridemaids had to be on a seperate order
2. They called me to tell me the dresses came in, but when one of the girls went up there and the dresses don't actually come in until May.
3. They are suppose to keep a log of everytime they call you and why, but when I questioned that phonecall there was no log of it.
Then lets get to the bridal appointment. I went to try on dresses to figure out what looks best on me. I had no plan on purchasing from them because of their service. When I went for my appointment it took us 3 hours to try on 10 dresses. That is ridiculous!! My consultant had two brides that she was working for so everything took twice as long. And its not like they were busy. It was late on a Friday night so we were the only two brides in the store! There were other consultants that would walk through and comment on dresses but for the most part they stood around and talked to each other. There were 4 ladies all standing guard at the register with no customers. I did not get the special experience that I believe a bride deserves. Overall, it is appalling how bad their service and knowledge of what is going on in their own store is. I found my dress through a different store that I absolutely would refer to anyone. (White Room in Lebanon). They were everything that this store was not. I just pray that my bridesmaids dresses turn out ok. The thing is, its not like it was one bad experience. It has been time after time so that means it must happen more times than not. Thanks for reading- MH

Steer clear!! This vendor was an absolute nightmare. Customer service was absolutely horrible. A 'manager' is never available, there is no effective communication between the unknowledgeable staff who treat every bride like a 'bridezilla'. They botched my bride's alterations, were consistently rude and most recently, informed her that they LOST THE DRESS 3 days before the wedding!!! What a nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague.

They may be cheap, but dismal benefit makes this vendor an overall poor value. You may be lucky, but if you want to have safe, reliable and friendly service, bring your business elsewhere.

This place is awful. The only thing they have going for them is the reasonable prices. However, I'm sure you can find similarly priced dresses elsewhere. The staff is incredibly rude and alterations were a nightmare. No one works the same times week to week, and the staff doesn't seem to communicate with each another. You essentially have to start over explaining things every time you go in there. Plus, they are incredibly condescending, which I can't stand. If you ask them to fix something (because they didn't actually fix it the first time), they make you feel like you're being demanding. I would avoid this place and go somewhere that has better customer service!

I ordered my wedding dress from Bridal Warehouse 9 months before my wedding date. After waiting 4 months to receive my dress, I finally received a call from them and they had the nerve to ask me what size did I wear! I was very confused on why they would ask me this since I was measured 4 months prior and had ordered my dress 4 months prior and paid in full! They then confessed and said they ordered the wrong size dress and that they would have to reorder my dress and I would have to wait another 2-3 months. I could not believe what I was hearing. They showed no remorse and simply said that I would just have to continue to wait. I asked for some type of compensation for their screw up, even if it was just a discount on my veil, and they simply laughed in my face and said NO. I could not believe it! If I had not ordered my dress 9 months in advance I would not have had my dress in time and would have had to buy a brand new one even though I paid for this dress in full! And it wasnt cheap! Please whatever you do, do not buy your dress from here!!!

Terrrible experience, I would not recommended this place to any bride. I ordered bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress here. When I went in for an appointment I had scheduled via phone, the consultant was not even there that day and they had no record of my appointment. Multiple bridesmaid dresses and the flower girl dress fit completely too large or too small, yet the consultants blame us, saying we measured wrong. It makes no sense to me how I have 4 bridesmaids who range between a 4-6 in size yet 2 were told to order and 8 and 2 to order a 12. The 12's are so large they are having to have extensive alterations. USA bridal could care less, telling me over the phone that this was a good, easy fix and not caring that this was an extra expensive to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the poor customer service and you cannot trust their sizing abilities.

My dress had parts coming off, and the sales woman laughed at me. Luckily I found someone who can fix my dress, and I will not be doing more business with this store. It was an awful experience that no one should have to deal with when they are going through the stress of planning a wedding.
