Bridal Warehouse was great! Sheila helped me both times I went in and was absolutely terrific. She pulled several styles for me and let me pick out as many as I wanted. I left the store the first time with my heart set on a Mori Lee gown, which she had let me know was going to be part of the trunk show the next weekend. When I went back a week later, I tried on a few more dresses but still ended up with my first pick. She helped me select a veil as well. It was very easy to make appointments and the fitting rooms are nice. I didn't feel like any of the staff was pushy or intrusive. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

I loved my consultant, anytime I had a question I could call and she would always have the answer. She was very well educated on the dresses in the store, and when I told her what I was looking for she hit the nail on the head each time, not just with the dress, but with my veil as well! I couldn't be happier with the service I received here!

Bought my gorgeous ball gown from here for a great price!! I went in multiple times and each time came away with nothing, but the last time my consultant was extremely helpful and I couldn't walk away from this dress!

I received my dress, my junior bridesmaid's dress, and my maid of honor's
dress from here.I have had to go back numerous times since then to pick up
things I decided to add on later such as: petticoats, jackets, jewelry, etc.
They are always very helpful and professional. I would recommend them over
DB anytime

I am a plus-sized bride with big dreams and a small wallet. I found the dress of my dreams at Bridal Warehouse for 1/2 the price I expected to pay. My sales clerk was helpful and friendly. The staff and I actually sang together as I checked out. If you want to be the center of attention at a salon with fru-fru décor, this may not be the place for you, but it was great for me.

I got my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, and the guys' tuxes all from here. In each instance the staff was very helpful and patience. My husband took longer than me in making a choice of which tux to rent, but the staff didn't mind at all. They assisted us and gave us great suggestions. Picking up all of the attire was very easy. Two of the guys' tux didn't quite fit and they quickly corrected them. It was also great that the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes were discounted just because I bought my dress from there. That saved everyone a good deal of money and was greatly appreciated.

beautiful designer dresses, fits every taste, actually many will fit your taste. I bought my dress half price because it had gone on sale due to some wear and teat and the very bottom (it which didn't matter to me because we hemmed it anyways). definitely recommend them over davids bridals!

Everyone was so nice. I went in on my lunch break discouraged because I hadn't found "the dress"! I looked through the racks and didn't like anything. I had told the clerk about the wedding and the type of dress I thought I was looking for. She pulled 5 and I didn't like any of them! She challenged me to try them on... I didn't want to take #2 off! I ended up shimmying around in it for over an hour!!! Then I took it back for alterations and they were very accommodating, even seeing me on a day when they usually didn't take appointments (since I was coming in from 600 miles). The took the dress down 6 sizes and it looked amazing! Thank you guys!!!

I first visited another large chain for my wedding gown and the experience was a nightmare. My appointment at Bridal Warehouse was so wonderful though. The sales staff made me feel like I was in the right place from th start. I called several times with various questions from adding the slip and other accessories and they were more than accomodating. I was very pleased with my wedding gown purchase and would recommend them to any future brides!

Two of my friends had recommended Bridal Warehouse in Louisville because they had a wonderful experience purchasing their gown there. When I went I had the same experience. My consultant Tiffany met with my Mom, sister/MOH, and me and was extremely helpful in listening to what I was looking for in a gown, in the price range that I was looking for. They were all very nice - not at all pushy as I've heard other bridal boutiques could be. For the alterations Sophia was very sweet and had my alterations finished when she said they would be finished. I had a wonderful experience with Bridal Warehouse and recommend them to others without any reservation.

Love the service at Bridal Warehouse! My dress was beautiful and with a good price too! It took a few trips to get alterations perfect, but my dress was lace at the top which was very difficult. They scheduled as many fittings as needed to get it done! Very happy with how it all turned out!

We had originally went here to get the wedding parties clothes. And I found a tux which was great along with my wife finding her dress. They really have alot of selections. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Bridal Warehouse for everything.

My experience there was wonderful. I got my dress on the date. They helped me with everything. All tuxedo's I rented from there were perfect and very friendly place. Flower girl and ring barrer clothes were great.

During my adventures in finding the perfect wedding gown I went into many stores where I was ignored or treated unfairly towards, but not here. The service I received at the bridal warehouse was amazing! Every time I turned around there was an associate ready and willing to help my bridesmaids and I in our quest to find the right gown. Even after purchasing my gown and the bridesmaids dresses I went up there a few more times to get last minutes accessories and again the service I received was wonderful, I was greeted and spoken to by name every time I was there.

During my adventures in finding the perfect wedding gown I went into many stores where I was ignored or treated unfairly towards, but not here.
