  Memorable experience

  Although I knew the dress I would purchase before arriving, the experience was amazing. The stylists were attentive and helpful with accessories, and I was still able to feel the special moment of finding the perfect dress. Highly recommend Yvonne and BT!

  Amazing experience!

  Highly recommend Bridal Trousseau! ! I have been engaged for 5 years and decided to get married this year and had never wedding dress shopped before. I cannot say enough about Vera at Bridal Trousseau! She communicated before my appointment and she was AMAZING during the appointment. She listed to my likes and dislikes and ended up finding me something totally different than I was thinking I wanted. I said YES to the dress on my first and only visit. Beautiful place and wonderful staff!

  Great, Seamless Process With Bridal Trousseau

  We had a great time this weekend working with Yvonne during our Private Champagne Appointment at Bridal Trousseau. This shop had a great selection of beautiful dresses and knowledgeable consultants. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Yvonne went above and beyond helping me look at all my options, narrow down to my top picks and showing me the customizations possible to help me make a decision. She was a pleasure to work with and we appreciated the time she spent with us.

  COME HERE AND NO WHERE ELSE. Ask for Jodi!! She was amazing and loved what she does you could just tell she is all about the bride and helping her make one of the most important decisions of her big day ❤️
  From begging to end the professionalism and catering to us was unbelievable. I am beyond happy. jodi wouldn’t even let me tip her even though she said it was allowed.

  I had an amazing experience!

  I was referred by a friend but ended up finding a dress on Google search that led me to Bridal Trousseau. This was my second bridal fitting, so I knew what I wanted but only new it once I found my dress. The bridal store is located right downtown city of New Haven so you must pay for parking. As I walked through the door everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The bridal store is small and intimate the cameras with the TV screen was a nice touch. I was able to see my dresses from the back while seeing the front from their gorgeous mirrors. I noticed they had my name on a small mirror at a table to welcome me. Once my bridal consultant Yvonne introduced herself, we got acquitted and the dress hunt begin. Yvonne had previously texted me and I was able to send her a dress I wanted to try on their site. Surprisingly, the dress I sent her was the first dress I tried on and it ended up being the one I said YES too! I did try on other dresses to make sure it was a definite YES lol. So, I recommend Bridal Trousseau they were very professional and attentive to my expectations.

  Best Bridal Shop

  I got a private room and it was such a great experience. Jodi was amazing, she listen to me and kept bringing in dresses she knew I would like to try on based on what I was saying. She was very patient and knew what she was doing! My sister got her dress there 5 years ago and I got mine too. Best Bridal Shop, call and make your appointment TODAY!

  Shopping at Bridal Trousseau was so much fun. They have a ton of dresses, a beautiful store and amazing staff that goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to Ebony who helped me find my dream dress, made the experience so fun, and made me feel so special!

  Perfect Dress!!

  Bridal Trousseau was the 7th dress shop I went to, and I was starting to feel defeated. From the second I walked in, I saw so many dresses I immediately liked! The staff was sooo professional, helpful, calm, and kind! I explained the styles of dresses I liked/didn't like, and they brought out so many dresses that matched my vision! From the second I put on a dress, I KNEW it was the one! They helped me pick out straps that would match my dress. The fitting process was soo easy, and they were sooo helpful! I loved that they do the fittings at the shop! I received sooo many compliments on my dress, and I truly felt amazing in it! I highly recommend Bridal Trousseau!

  Wonderful Bridal Shop

  I cant say enough nice things about this Bridal Shop....I didnt know what to expect trying on dresses for the first time, so much to my surprise, I said Yes to the Dress that very Day! Thank You ladies for making something that could have been stressful nothing but wonderful and fun for me and my friends that helped me pick it out! Your the Best!

  The shop, selection, and customer service is amazing! See Vera!

  I went to the shop not expecting to find “the one.” I was just looking. Vera started by introducing herself and we set a goal just to have fun. She asked for pictures of gowns I had tried on and liked and asked for a description of how I envisioned my day. She was extremely attentive and checked in over the course of the appointment to make sure I was having fun, was comfortable, felt good/confident and was not overwhelmed. She gave her honest opinion on all the dresses, and her personality was great. While getting to the last of the dresses that were selected, she told me she had one on a mannequin that she thought would be perfect and asked if I would consider trying it on. She found “the one,” and I would have completely missed out on it if she had not picked it. I never even saw it on the mannequin! To top it off, when I said yes to the dress, she brought us a champagne toast. I would highly *highly* recommend Bridal Trousseau. They have such amazing, high quality gowns. Ask for Vera!

  My experience at Bridal Trousseau was absolutely wonderful! I booked a private appointment for 2 hours and was able to bring five guests and we were given champagne and appetizers. We even had the entire boutique to ourselves! Vera was my assistant and she was amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and provided her honest input. I ended up finding my dream dress and couldn’t have done with without the helpful staff at Bridal Trousseau.

  This place is overwhelming at first but Diana was SO helpful, knowledgeable & friendly! She brought me EVERY single dress I saw online & wanted to try! They ALL fit! She knew where to clip or stuff or fold. She asked all of the right questions, stayed within my budget & wasn’t the least bit pushy which was HUGE for me. I highly recommend this place!

  A magical experience

  This place 😍😍😍 I have no words. They are simply the best. I am still in shock. I found my dream dress in just 2 hours. Ebony was the stylist a girl could only dream about. I felt so seen. I didn’t go in expecting to buy anything because I am so indecisive. But Ebony was patient and guided me through the process. She ended up showing me dresses that complimented my shape and figure. I live all the way in Texas and came up to do the bubbly appointment with my family and friends and the team still went above and beyond to make sure I found something in my budget that I loved. They were so kind and caring. I ended up tearing at the end because they made me feel like a princess throughout the entire experience. I can’t thank y’all enough for helping me find my dream dress. Thanks Ebony and Veera. Y’all are true gems 💎

  Vera and the whole Bridal Trousseau team are wonderful!! G made my dress fit my body perfectly. I got so many compliments on my dress even from people who were just staying at my resort and didn’t even know me. Thank you Bridal Trousseau for making the process so easy and fun. I will recommend any and all future brides I know to your shop.

  An absolutely wonderful team! From the stylists to the seamstress, they will truly make you feel very special! I'm so happy I bought my dress at this salon and stayed with them for alterations and prepping the dress right up until I picked it up before the wedding. Definitely make an appointment here!

  Best Dress Experience Ever!

  I loved everything about my 1st dress experience. The private champagne experience allowed me to share the moment with my friends and family (select in person and on zoom). Jodi was extremely helpful and made the process smooth and stressfree. My dress is everything!
