The Bridal path is so intentional and kind!
I loved finding my dress at the bridal path! The girls in the shop were so professional and kind. They encouraged me to take my time, and were so helpful in allowing me to try on several beautiful gowns and answering all my questions. When I found my dress they were so happy for me, and made the purchase and alterations an exciting experience.

The Dreamiest Day
As a little girl, I always dreamed of the day I tried on and found my wedding dress. However, I never dreamed the day would be as perfect so perfect, all thanks to Bridal Path. All of the staff were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and honest.. I could not have found my dream dress without them! The store has many options in different styles and price range. Bridal Path is absolutely AMAZING! I had been to 6 different dress shops before going to Bridal Path and had no luck finding a dress. Most of the stores I went to didn't have much of a variety. Bridal Path had it all...from friendly customer service to a wide selection of beautiful dresses at a reasonable cost. Olivia helped me find my dream dress. I told her what I was looking for and she found just that! I would definitely recommend Bridal Path to anyone. I wish I could give 100 stars to the Bridal Path and the ladies there that made my experience so awesome! From the time I walked in, I knew I had come to the right place. They had no idea that my last two experiences before walking into their shop were horrible and I was feeling very discouraged when I called as a last minute walk-in. They were thrilled to have my family and I there, and made our experience unforgettable! I will always cherish their kindness and positive attitudes! Their customer service alone was amazing, and the dress selection they have there was twice as amazing! My mother even found the perfect Mother of the Bride dress the same day I said yes to mine! My experience at the Bridal Path has been nothing short of wonderful since the start. As my first stop on my wedding dress search, I had a wonderful experience but wanted to look around before choosing my dress. After visiting 6 other shops, I found my way back to the Bridal Path and chose the very first wedding dress I ever tried on. The ladies here are in the process of alternating my dress and turning my vision into a reality. They are so understanding, supportive, and sweet. Every time I go in, I feel seen and heard when it comes to what I’m wanting. They have a huge selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, veils, shoes, and accessories. I am so excited to walk down the aisle in my dress from Bridal Path. Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough.

I was in search of the perfect veil to match my dress as well as getting my dress altered (if needed). Everyone at Bridal Path we’re so amazing and welcoming. The Bridal Path provided me with the most perfect experience when getting my wedding dress. My engagement was only about 10 days before my husband left with the Marine Corp but they were able to work with me and get my dress altered from a size 12 to a size 2. They were so nice and I would recommend them to anyone in search of a wedding dress. The employees are so wonderful and the dresses there are astounding!

I loved my experience buying my wedding dress from The Bridal Path. Their vast inventory is organized according to price, and they were uncomplainingly helpful in my search for a dress in a certain price range. I appreciated how eager they were to help find the dress that each individual bride wants, regardless of their own taste (though they have excellent taste!). When I found a dress I loved but wanted to add straps, they quickly suggested the perfect solution and made it happen. When I found the dress I wanted, they all celebrated with me, and they even mailed a handwritten note after I purchased my dress! They helped with veil and accessory selection and made fittings a breeze. It was convenient, surprisingly in my budget, and fun. All the people I interacted with were down-to-earth and great at what they do. I'm so glad I got my dress from The Bridal Path!

We purchased my daughter's wedding gown and veil from the Bridal Path and had an excellent experience. My daughter went to Bridal Path first and found a dress she loved but wanted to look at one other place so we did and on the way home from that place we went in the Bridal Path and bought her dress. The ladies at Bridal Path could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were smart and allowed plenty of time for the dress to be ordered and arrive with ample time for alterations. So many brides wait too long to make this decision and then complain when things have to be rushed. My daughter got engaged on Christmas Eve and her wedding date was in October... she picked her dress out the second week in January. We knew as time went by the good vendors would get very busy. We had such a good experience with her gown and veil, that we ordered her bridesmaids dresses from them also - and 2 of these had to be sent out of state - this process went very smoothly and one of the girl's dresses didn't even need altering!! I was very pleased with the wide range of prices Bridal Path offered in their wedding gown selections.

Fabulous Experience and Service!!
Although I already had my wedding dress, I still wanted the Bridal Path experience, so I booked an appointment to choose my bridesmaid dresses at bridal path! The experience was nothing short of amazing. My friends and I were shown to the bridesmaid suite where we were able to look at samples and have some privacy! Then we were able to try on dresses that we loved, eventually choosing the most BEAUTIFUL bridesmaid dress I have ever seen!! I would highly recommend getting your wedding dress, MOB, bridesmaid, or even flower girl dress at the bridal path! The staff is SO friendly and so complimentary! They also are very knowledgeable about the dress lines they carry/how they run! Can’t recommend enough!

The Bridal Path to Perfection
When my mom made our appointment at the Bridal Path, the place where she purchased her own wedding dress over 30 years ago, I just thought we would go look and get ideas. I didn't know what I wanted, but I had some ideas of what I didn't want. The staff and team at Bridal Path listened to every word I said as we moved through a range of dresses, and at the end of the appointment, I didn't want to take my dress off. I said yes right then and there, with tears in my eyes and my mom and sister by my side. They handled all of the details from sizing, to making custom requests of the designer, to matching my veil, to shipping my dress all the way to California. Fast forward 8 months, and I got to marry the love of my life in the dress of my dreams. Every detail was perfection, and I am so thankful that the ladies at the Bridal Path helped make that dream a reality.

The Bridal Path was the first and last dress shop i went to and found the dress of my dreams. I originally went to get a dress on "sale" but ended up getting a dress that wasn't on the sale but was still in my price range! All the staff was so nice and helpful in every way possible!!!!

Bridal Path provides a friendly and respectful atmosphere. It was the first place we went to and the dress I eventually purchased was the third dress I tried on. They made me feel comfortable and listened to my thoughts on each dress. We went to a few other places where we had scheduled appointments already. There was no comparison in the costumer service we received at Bridal Path. I returned a few days later and bought my dress. They made dress shopping a stress free experience.

First off, Stacey McKinney-- you are an ANGEL! You are SO good at what you do. Thank you for being so patient with me. Thank you for making me feel beautiful in every dress and for making me feel like a real bride for the very first time! Thank you for teaching me how to "listen to my tummy." You made my dress-shopping experience an absolute dream; I truly wish I could do it all over again. I am already looking forward to coming in for fittings just to see you guys again. BRIDES -- if you are considering The Bridal Path for your wedding dress needs, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving them a chance. I came from out-of-town with no true timeframe of when I would be passing through Jackson. They still made it a priority to squeeze me in and made us feel 100% welcome in their store the entire time we were there. We truly did not want to leave. Needless to say, I found my DREAM DRESS (and the perfect veil) during my very first visit and I could not be happier.

My dress was beautiful. It was expensive, but it was the most beautiful dress in the world. My consultant, Brandi picked it out and asked me to try it on. I would have never picked it out for myself, but once I put it on I was sold! She was a great help in getting me in and out of dresses. She was very patient and kind. The store owners/managers were not as pleasant, but Brandy was a jewel to work with. Unfortunately, the store has a reputation of not being the friendliest, but they have gorgeous dresses including Vera Wangs (if that is what you are looking for).

I had a wonderful experience at my first appointment at Bridal Path to try on dresses. I ended up finding a dress, made a deposit, and called it a day. Shortly after leaving, I was reviewing my dress and was beginning to have buyer's remorse. I think it was the color I was in love with and not necessarily the dress itself. I called my consultant first thing Monday before the order was placed, and she said just come in when I can and we could try again. So, the second time I tried on dresses, I found the perfect one that was more my style and in the color I loved! Once my dress came in, I realized the manufacturer sent the wrong size. My consultant did some digging and said it would be best to keep the dress we had instead of risking sending it back and not getting the dress in time. So, they altered it free of charge since it was not my mistake. I had no problem with that and trusted her opinion. I did have some issues when it came time to get my dress for portraits. I was told by another employee that it may not be ready for portraits, but I had told them months before exactly what day I needed it. All turned out to be just fine. I called on my consultant about the issue, and she said not to worry and that she would handle it. All I needed to hear!! So, just make sure to always ask for your personal consultant when asking questions since that is the person who helped you initially. They know you and your needs better than the other employees. My dress was ready on time with the perfect fit and had such a beautiful bustle. Alterations did a fabulous job! My bridesmaids dresses and my mother's dress came from Bridal Path, too. I had such a gorgeous wedding party! I was beyond happy with the way everything turned out.

This was a great place to get my dress. I wanted to stay on a tight budget because it was a very simple wedding. I bought an affordable dress off the rack and had it altered. I made it out for less than $1K all together.

I made an appointment and ended up showing up 5 mins late because of traffic. The lady that helped me was very unforgiving of this. But I found my perfect dress and it was on sale! So she lucked out and got my sale anyway. I would still recommend this store though because they have a great selection of dresses.

Very disappointed, a lot of money for a butchered gown
I hate leaving a bad comment, but feel others need warned. They sold me a gown off their rack for 1300 plus dollars. The dress didn't fit, but they convinced me it wasn't a big deal to put gussets in the dress to make it work. I agreed to the purchase thinking these people knew what they were doing. But instead of putting gussets in the dress, they took a short cut butchering the dress by raising the bodice to fit more like an underwire bra instead of what the dress was designed to look like. I finally called them back to say their work was unsatisfactory and I threatened to talk to the owner. Finally they agreed to put the gussets in like they originally agreed upon. Only the dress was forever ruined and never fit right because the top part was shortened too much. I thought I could still pull it off, only the wedding photos showed all the flaws and it made my figure look deformed. My advice, don't buy anything off the rack with promise they can make it something too small, bigger. They will sacrifice your dress for short cuts and an ill fitting dress. Sorry, I hated leaving this comment, but would hate others go through the same thing I did.

If you're looking for the wedding dress experience, this isn't the place to go. You don't get a cutesy glass of champagne or a chalkboard that says "I'm a _____ Bride!" But I'm pretty low maintenance so that was fine with me. The associate that helped me, Olivia, was wonderful and very helpful and actually picked the dress I ended up choosing first. So she's great, but others that run the front, are so unfriendly. I was a pretty low maintenance bride, and was from out of town (Asheville, NC) but chose the bridal path because my mom lives in Jackson. My dress was supposed to come in the first week of February, and I called them for the first time a week after it was supposed to come in to see if I could have my first fitting when id be in town that weekend. I was told that it'd be in the next week, where they proceeded to hang up on me. I said that I had one more question and asked if I could schedule my fitting because I lived ten hours away. They then said it didn't "work that way," and said bye and hung up. Very rude. Pretty dresses but the post-purchase assistance isn't there. Needless to say, when it came in, I had my dress altered elsewhere.

Deserves zero stars. From the moment I walked in for first appt I had a gut feeling it wouldn't be a good experience. I felt profiled, that they thought I wasn't "the type" to drop money on a dress. I started picking out dresses to try on, and the lady "helping" me seemed she wasn't even listening to the look I wanted. There was a dress on a mannequin that I tried on though & ended up "falling in love with." We ordered it that day & they said they would call me in a week w shipping info. A week goes by, no phone call, so I called them and they said they didn't have any information for me which wasn't too comforting. A month goes by & I still haven't heard from them so my MOH called on a Tuesday morning, and they told her my dress and veil have been shipped and should be there within 3 weeks. Not even 24 hours later I get a phone call saying both have arrived... Pretty odd to me.
Today I went to pick my dress up and it got even worse. I walked in as excited as I could be, and told them I was there to get my dress. They unzipped it for me to look at and then zipped it right back up. I had to ask "can I please at least try on MY WEDDING DRESS?" So they put me in a dressing room, took dress out of bag and walked away. They didn't offer to help me get it on, didn't offer to help put the veil on (of course my mom was with me to do so, beside the point). The lady came in when I had it on and said pretty perfect fit but could be taken up some. But did she offer to have alterations arranged? No, of course not. Not that I would have had them do it anyway.
I walked out in tears. Not happy tears. It was the most unpleasant experience for a time that should be such an exciting time in my life.
I do not recommend anyone go here. I felt so belittled, so unappreciated, etc.
Although I did find a dress I love, I honestly would love to start with a clean slate and have the experience every girl should!
So ladies, beware. The new owners are so unpleasant.

Negative experience here all around. Decided to buy my bridesmaid gown in store rather than online because I thought service would be better. Wrong. The clerk who initially helped me didnt know how to help me choose a size and after the seamstress helped, didn't go to ring me up--she assumed I was leaving even though I made no such indication. I was told there would be expedited shipping fees if the dress wasnt there in six months by the wedding date. If you can't get something in by then, you shouldn't say you sell it. In August I called to find the dress was there--no attempt was made to contact me though they claimed they left a message, which I double checked and found no record of whatsoever. To top it off, I was charged an extra fee even though I told I wanted to pay in full up front, which I did. So I had to pay for their clerk's error. At no time was I given an apology, just excuses, and I never felt appreciated as a paying customer (no small sum, I might add). Later when I called a manager I did finally receive an apology once I called the store out on their defensiveness in the face of incompetence. Would not go back here for bridesmaid gowns. The ladies ordering theirs online at different vendors paid half what I did, received theirs faster, and didn't have to deal with clerks who couldn't or wouldn't help them.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! After trying on several wedding dresses, a sales clerk went to “look in the back” and brought out a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress. The dress was huge and my mom and I were told it was DISCONTINUED, which is why it wasn’t on the floor. The first seamstress I saw there made a comment that was barely audible and walked away even after my mom continued to ask questions. The other ladies convinced me that alterations were possible and offered a discount if I paid the deposit that day. I needed time to consider such a purchase and left. The next day, I received a voicemail offering the same discount if I came back. I went back 2 days later and paid the 60% deposit believing this dress was no longer made and that alterations wouldn’t be a big deal. I sent two other seamstresses, not a part of their store, pictures of how big the dress was. Both told me that the extent of those alterations would ruin the integrity of the dress and I returned to the Bridal Path in tears. Again, they told me alterations could be done. My wedding planner convinced me to go to another bridal shop. Lo and behold, I find out the dress I loved was NOT discontinued and was available in my size and could be ordered in time for my wedding. We sent a letter in reference to this and their response was, “We never said it was discontinued, just that it could not be ordered in your size in time.” At the time the deposit was made, they named Maggie Sottero as a designer on their website. 2 weeks later, the name disappeared from their list of designers. They NEVER mentioned this during the 3 different times I went to the store. I sent a letter shortly after stating that I no longer wanted to do business with them (dress never left the shop). Then, I received an invoice for alterations that was dated 2 days AFTER my wedding even though I only paid a deposit. I didn’t even receive that invoice in the mail until 12 days after my wedding date. The entire experience was a nightmare.
