Absolutely Recommend!

I went to the Bridal Gallery in search of a wedding dress and wow... I was not disappointed! I worked with Ashlyn, and she was AMAZING! She was so sweet, made me feel beautiful, and so personal while finding me my dream dress! I would recommend this to everybody!

Plus size bride heaven

Incredible place to buy a wedding dress. Each consultant I worked with truly cared about what I wanted in a dress and were willing to work with me for as long as I needed. Also VERY happy about the range of sizes they carry and their alterations services. Allure 3114 is what I chose for anyone wondering!

I worked with Meghan at Bridal Gallery to find my wedding dress at the Bridal Gallery. She was nice and very helpful in finding dresses for me to try on. They had a great selection of dresses and I never felt rushed when trying on different gowns during my appointment. They carry all different sizes and styles, and a lot of accessories and other wedding outfits (flower girl dresses, suits...). I had a great experience shopping for my dress here and I would recommend them to anyone looking for dresses in the Sioux Falls area!

I got a dress here that was worth over a grand at half price because it was on sale! Christine was AWESOME i tried on quite a few dresses and couldn't decide between 2. So i came back with my mom and got THE DRESS! Christine had my top 2 dresses wrote down and even ready in a room when my mom and i got there. We are currently going back on July 3rd for bridesmaids dresses. When i was on high school i also got my prom dress there! I will recommend you guys to anyone! And I hope your loving your new job Kaitlyn!

I love the Bridal Gallery! They are relaxed, helpful, and the store is spacious. They also let you take pictures of the wedding dresses you try on, which is incredibly helpful. And they shipped my wedding dress overseas with no issue. By far the best bridal store I visited.

I bought my wedding dress here along with mother of the bride dress!! We love the place and recommend it!! We drove 3 hours for it!!!!

I absolutely loved the experience I had at Bridal Gallery. The staff is very helpful and seems to genuinely want to help you find the right dress. I never felt pressured to buy a dress and they always listened to what I had to say rather than what the people I came with had to say.

The staff at Bridal Gallery was beyond compare. I am so thrilled with my experience there. They definitely made it that once in a life time experience that blew me away. I found the perfect dress and could not be happy about the price. I will be spreading the word about how great they were for a very long time!

The gals at the Bridal Gallery were all great! After finding my dress (ON SALE!), I didn't need to order so I can't attest to that portion of the business, but I did order ties for the groomsmen, my veil, and all my bridesmaid dresses which all arrived on time and were all correct. Everyone was wonderful to work with; they were very organized and communicated with me very quickly. Would definitely recommend them!

Dress Shopping at the Bridal Gallery was absolutely amazing! My consultant was nothing but helpful every time I went in. We have been in their a total of 4 times, twice for my bridal gown, once for my bridesmaids, and once for my mothers dress. I shopped at a couple of bridal stores, but was really glad that the Bridal Gallery had "the dress." I never felt rushed into making a decision or at any of my appointments and the atmosphere made the whole experience enjoyable. Even after purchasing my gown they were helpful with whatever I needed and after my wedding day they were still helpful with preserving my dress!

My mom, grandma, and I decided to stop by the Bridal Gallery after seeing their Black Friday ad. They were having a sample sale. There were a lot of people there for the sale, but I was able to get a dressing room quickly. My mom helped me to try on the dresses, and the ladies were very helpful to get clips situated so I could get a better idea of what the dress would look like altered.

I ended up buying a dress, and they sent a sweet thank you card.

I thought I had found my dress elsewhere, but went to my appointment anyway. After a few dresses that were pretty but not right, they pulled the Perfect dress for me! She figured out what I was looking for and found it.

I can't say enough amazing things about the Bridal Gallery! I highly recommend using Ashton. Ashton stayed with me for over a half hour longer than the allotted time for my appointment until I found the perfect dress. I feel so lucky to have had her for my first appointment all the way until my final fitting. I kept telling my mother how I was actually sad after leaving my fitting because I'd no longer be working with Ashton. She went above and beyond with everything she did for me. Thank you Bridal Gallery and Ashton for making me feel like a queen on my Big Day!

The Bridal Gallery was the best wedding dress shopping I could've asked for. It was the first store we went to and the only one we returned to. No other experience compared. They were kind and helpful from the beginning, really listened to what I wanted and took my opinions into consideration as we eliminated dresses. I never felt rushed and they completely respected my budget. We returned there for bridesmaid dresses, jewelry, shoes and alterations. Each visit the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and celebrated. Thank you all for giving me my first bridal moment!

From the minute I walked into this store I was treated with respect! When I came to try on wedding dresses, the first one I tried on was THE ONE! I knew the minute I walked out and looked in the mirrors! I not only had my dad and family crying, but people I didn't even know crying! Alterations and everything else went perfectly everytime I came in for a fitting! The night of my wedding everyone told me I looked beautiful in my dress! I never would have looked like a true princess for my Disney wedding without the help from everyone at Bridal Gallery! Can't wait to send pictures! Thank you for everything and all of your kindness!!

Every person that I have communicated with during all my fittings, initial looking for the dress and altering were so friendly and supportive. Great experiences every time I stopped in or called. Seamstress did a wonderful job and could tell she wanted the dress to look the best on me and didn't want to just get the job done. I also loved how spacious the building was. I hated being cramped in with everyone else at other boutiques looking at dresses. Oh and my dress was the most perfect dress ever! So glad they were patient with me when making sure I found the best dress for my body type and style. The consultant really understood what I was looking for with style.

Absolutely recommend The Bridal Gallery in Sioux Falls. I enjoyed my experience there because they made me feel comfortable. They are honest, and want what you want as a bride. They are extremely helpful and it is noticeable that they love their job! Would recommend them for bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. Got both there for my wedding and wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

I found my dress online and I fell in love with it right away. I found it in their store and fell more in love with it. I had tried on other dresses but that one dress just sat in the back of my mind and didn't compare to the others. I probably tried on 6 total dresses and walked out with the one I first fell in love with and a very reasonable price.

i also got my bridesmaids dresses from there and they turned out amazing. The girls that work there are so understanding and know what you want when you describe your details to them.

STAFF IS AMAZING! After Looking at 3 different shops being told what I should wear and rudely treated by other places the Bridal Gallery was my sanctuary. The staff was so amazing and lets you pick out anything you want. They will help you find what looks good on you and help you with payment plans or anything if necessary. They have low prices and are so reliable and awesome! I LOVED being there. If you want they will let you come try your dress on anytime you want! As long as your happy they are happy! SOOO GREAT!

I had no idea what I was looking for in a dress and we started out with quite a selection to choose from. They were great in helping me narrow my selection to fine the perfect dress for my prefect day! There was a little mix up on the removable key hole back on my dress but they got it fixed right away and were very accommodating to my schedule! Overall, they were great to work with!

I loved this experience they didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything and they were willing to let me try on an abundance of bridal gowns. After my appointment she also let me look at brides maid dresses and let me try those on and gave me different options as well!

The team at Bridal Gallery was phenomenal! Every time we stopped by the store, even if it was for a small detail, they were friendly and helpful throughout the appointment. They took the time to go through options for dresses, shoes, bridesmaids dresses, veils, etc., without being overbearing or impatient. It was always an enjoyable experience when we were there!

The Bridal gallery not only provided me with an amazing bridal dress search experience but I ended up finding my dress there! Emily was the girl that helped me most and she was so sweet, fun and just a genuinely wonderful person! However all the other girls were great too! Every time I came in to try on my dress for fittings everyone was so sweet and complimentary. Cami did the alterations and she was just another amazing addition to the bridal gallery! My dress was perfect! I loved the bridal gallery and will continue to tell future brides to go! GREAT PEOPLE! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

I loved every minute of being there! Emily made trying on dresses so much fun! Without her I don't know if i would have ever found my dress! They are the best bridal store in Sioux Falls, and I would recommend them to any new bride.

Great service. Went into the store to look at wedding dresses. Even though it was by appt only and I didn't have appt, they let me browse their selection. I only found two dress and asked if there was a way to try them on, otherwise I didn't plan to make appt for only 2 dresses. They did let me try them on. The first one was perfect and had my best friend crying. I got 20% off for buying off the rack, which put the dress right in my budget. Excellant service!

I did a wedding gown shopping trip and although I chose a dress from another vendor because they didn't carry the designer I wanted, the trip was still very fun and helpful in my dress search. They made me feel welcome and pretty and my bridesmaids had fun helping me decide on my gown. (My sales person was Angel and she was great. I had heard constant horror stories about the rude staff at a certain other chain store, and was so glad I never went there!!).
We went back later for the BM dress search and staff again was very helpful. We had one BM who was going to be 8 months pregnant at the wedding, so they helped us look for options that would accomodate that and even let her put on the fake belly so we could get a better idea of what she would look like in them. The dresses came in about a week earlier than we anticipated, whcih was great because we had lots of alterations to do, and they communicated well with a bridesmaid I had who lived in Alaska, making sure she would get her dress so I didn't have to worry about it. Overall wonderful, friendly service.

I had an amazing experience at Bridal Gallery. Although I didn't purchase my dress here, I found my gown here with their help! Christine was an amazing consultant and the whole experience was unforgettable. Unfortunately, I ended up saving $400 purchasing the dress from Elegant Expressions, but all credit is due to this store for helping me find my dress!!

The staff at the Bridal Gallery have been great every time I've been in, they were very patient and helpful in selecting the bridesmaid dresses, they have a wide range of price points as well as dress styles, colors etc. we have not completed the full ordering process yet but will be sure to update after the dresses are picked up!

Got my wedding gown here and it is gorgeous. The help was great. It came in quicker than I anticipated. They even sent me a letter regarding preserving my gown shortly after my wedding. The only issue I had is they measured my to fit in a 10 and it was huge. My seamstress said I should have had at least a 6 or smaller-but I seem to have this problem everywhere.

I loved my experience at the Bridal Gallery. It is the only vendor near me that sells Essence of Australia dresses so I knew I would be pleased. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to look through the racks of dresses myself, which other vendors did not. Both my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses arrived in before the expected ship date. However, my bridesmaids dresses were not what I ordered. There was a slight mishap in communication, but it was corrected and everything turned out great! I would definitely recommend to any bride in the Sioux Falls area, that you check out the Bridal Gallery. Extremely worth it!!

The staff at the bridal gallery was so helpful when helping me pick out my dress. They didn't have my exact size in the dress I liked, so one of the staff members tried it on so I could see what it looked like on a real person! We were so impressed with the staff and the prices.

Although I did not end up finding my dress here, I did try on several dresses and Kandice was super helpful! I had also previously purchased a bridesmaids dress from The Bridal Gallery and they were very easy to work with!

After almost purchasing a dress at the first bridal store, I’m glad I waited for the Bridal Gallery. To be honest, we were a little put off at first – the floors were dirty, the consultants were in whatever dress clothes (the other store’s consultants wore all black), and the overall organization was mediocre. However, some of these flaws ended up being the best part of the store – the environment was more relaxed, my family and I were allowed to grab multiple dresses ourselves, the consultants were sweet and not stuffy, and we were allowed to take pictures and videos of the wedding dresses. The best part…I found the PERFECT gown – exactly what I was looking for! Additionally, they allowed us to look at bridesmaid dresses after my bridal gown appointment; very accommodating.

After buying the dress, working with the Bridal Gallery continued to be a good experience. Although I needed little in alterations (I had cups placed and a bustle put in), the seamstress did a good and quick job. The week of the wedding I left my dress and veil at the store to be steamed daily, which was a great option (note: an extra expense).

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with the Bridal Gallery and would recommend them  

Bridal Gallery was wonderful to work with! They helped me find a beautiful dress and bridesmaid dresses. I had a problem with my veil, they immediately fixed it and it was very easy to deal with. They communicated well with me during the alteration process too. All of the staff was great to work with.

I found my dress at a trunk sale for plus sized brides. They had a LOT of dresses that I could try on, which was not the case at other shops.

Jen, the seamstress, is AMAZING, and transformed my dress into my dream. I loved my dress, and it was the perfect fit for me.

Slightly disappointed that I went in for a $400 dress sale and a regular priced gown from the front entrance was put in my room which I obviously fell in love with and ended up buying. Also, I stated at the time of measurements being taken that I would be wearing a 2 inch heel with my dress and when it came in I have NO length to my dress so now I have to wear a FLAT shoe. So upset as I paid for them to specifically hem the bottom of the dress due to the detailing on the bottom.

We used the Bridal Gallery for my wedding dress and alterations. Our shopping experience was good, our consultant was helpful and patient without being too pushy. They have a large selection with fair prices. I was disappointed with the ordering of my dress, taking measurements and alterations. They insisted I order the larger size when the sample fit perfect, consequently my dress required lots of alterations and it was very expensive. Also, the discount that can be applied to other items (bridesmaid dresses) is time sensitive and expires after 30 days.

I never made an appointment to try on dresses, just walked in one Wednesday to look around. I ended up finding the dress I wanted. It was an "last years" design, so I could not order it in, The sale woman told me she would hold my dress until Monday so my father could see it and approve. On Friday the same gal called me to tell me that they were going to sell my dress to someone else if I didnt come pay for it by 4. Needless to say I had to go Bridezilla on them. In the end I did end up with the dress, but I was not pleased with how they left the dress on the floor for other people to try on.

I have mixed feelings about The Bridal Gallery. I found a dress I LOVED and ordered in over 6 months in advance with a few changes to it. I was not updated at all on the progress of my dress. I had to call every week for updates. I was even lied to about my dress being shipping and it wasnt. If it had not been for Crystal, a worker, my dress would have never arrived and my day would not have been perfect! Thanks Crystal!!!

If I could rate this company 0/5 I would! My dress zipper broke as soon as I put it on and I had to sew it up and safety pin it just to get through the wedding. I then talked to them and the designer and tried to get a refun because I was unable to wear this dress again. They were extremely difficult and rude about it. I did not get my full amount and had to forfeit the dress. I lost about $150 for a dress that was broken as soon as I put it on and couldn't even keep it to fix it later. We bought all of the bridal party and brides dress here and we were told we were getting a big discount on each dress. This dress was supposed to be $75 and ended up being $225. Then all of this happened. Horrible service and horrible inventory.
