Loved my experience at Bridal Gallery!

I had a great experience at Bridal Gallery when searching for my wedding gown! The consultants were friendly and educated with all things bridal and helped me choose the perfect gown for me and my big day!

The selection that they have is incredible and very well organized. It was super easy to find what I was looking for with out breaking the bank! The prices are fair and the quality of their gowns are phenomenal. The seamstress that they work with also did a great job on my wedding gown to make it exactly how I wanted it to fit!

Easy and comfortable atmosphere, they did not make me feel super pressured into buying. They were transparent and truly had my best interest in mind when helping me select my wedding gown!

I would definitely recommend all brides check out Bridal Gallery for their bridal needs!

Pam took the time ro help me look for my perfect dress. She even took me on a last minute cancellation. They even took the time to liaten to what I wanted.

The Perfect Dress in the nick of time!!!!

LOVE LOVE them my dress was simply amazing!! I had so many compliments. They were able to work around my schedule and my very short time frame to find a dress. I was getting married in less than a month!!! They were so friendly and accommodating!!

Love this bridal shop!

5 out of 5 stars for this place! I am a plus size bride and I walked in and they immediately put me in some beautiful dresses! Bridal Gallery has a wide variety of sizes and styles of dresses. From strapless to full sleeve, long trains to short dresses, they have them all. the people there are determined to help you find THE dress without pushing you into buying it like some stores do. Alex treated me with kindness, helped me into the dresses, and stayed in my price range. You can find expensive dresses there, but they are so good about sticking to your budget. My dress was BEAUTIFUL and I had no problems with it. I also did my alterations through Bridal Gallery with their on site tailor. She was great. Even through Covid, Bridal Gallery had great communication about the status of my dress. I picked it up in May just in case everything closed down, brought it in sometime in August to have it final pressed. It fit perfectly and I am so in love! HIGHLY recommend this store to any bride who wants a friendly environment with beautiful dresses that FIT! ❤ Love! Love! Love!

Wonderful experience and beautiful gowns!

I found a dress online I was so in love with. They did not carry that exact dress in the store but they could order it for me. It was an allure dress. I tried on around 10 dresses. I ended up ordering the dress. It was beautiful and perfect when it finally came in. They were professional, kind, helpful and very informative. They made my dress buying experience great!

Adorable little shop!

I bough my dress back in October 2018 at Bridal Gallery. After a morning of total fail appointments at other shops I gave Bridal Gallery a call to see if I could get in that day and they were able to fit me in within the hour. The shopping experience was great, they give you little plastic rings and you walk around the store and put the rings on the dress you want to try and then they bring them to your room. So no hauling around heavy dresses! The stylists there are wonderful, so nice and supportive of what you want and how you want to look. I came in with a smaller budget ($600-$800) and there actually had a great clearance selection. I ended up with an Allure Bridal gown... full price was $1,200 sale price was $899. A little out of my price range but it was my dress. They have a layaway program there that I took advantage of which was really helpful. BUT... when I got home they called me back saying there was actually a sale on clearance dresses... HALF OFF SALW PRICE! My dress was actually around $460. WHAT A STEAL! I’m very thankful they called me back to let me know, very good morals from the girls there. Highly recommend! The one and only thing with this place was the alterations (which I did not use their services). They only have one seamstress and since I bought off the rack apparently they start those dresses early for alterations...? They wanted me in March for my August wedding. Weird to me... but none the less, great little shop!

I am so grateful for The Bridal Gallery!

The Bridal Gallery is a wonderful place full of happy people. beautiful wedding dresses and accessories. I am so grateful to have found the most PERFECT dress for my wedding day. It was not at all what I had a envisioned for myself so go in with an open mind and trust the stylists! They really know what they're doing at The Bridal Gallery in Grand Rapids, on 44th street!

I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked into to Bridal Gallery, thinking I would not be able to find a dress. However, my consultant Rachel was on top of everything. Not only did she answer any questions, follow up on requests, she made it so fun and totally put my mind at ease. Dress shopping with Rachel was a breeze!

I had a unique experience because I called Bridal gallery to see if they had a dress that I wanted to try on. Rachel emailed me back RIGHT away! She also let me know that the dress had come in that very day. I was able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly and I was the first bride to try on the dress that I eventually bought from the gallery! All of the consultants were very friendly and helpful. They all complimented me as they walked by and heard my unique story about how they had received my dream dress at the perfect time. I would definitely reccomend this place. It was better than Becker's bridal which I had already experienced and was pressured to buy a dress I did not love. And it was worth the drive from Kalamazoo! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent collection of dresses. This was the only place in the area that had a wide array of the wedding dresses I was interested in trying on: classy, elegant, unique dresses WITH sleeves. They had my favorites from Mori Lee, Maggie Sottero, and Allure. I contacted them several months early to reserve my appointment and they still had all of those samples by the time of my appointment, whereas other stores had sold all of them before I arrived. They ended up being out of power due to a totally random storm, but were apologetic and squeezed me in the day they opened back up and never made me feel rushed.

My consultant was professional, would help me get in and out of dresses quickly, and wasn't pushy. They even had all the dresses I'd inquired about ready to go in my dressing room by the time I arrived! They did a good job with the clips, and though I'm not a tiny size, they made me look good in every dress I tried on. They were knowledgeable about potential alterations and even found the perfect veil for the dress I chose. I'm glad that they provide alterations on site. When I was deciding between 2 different dresses, multiple staff members voiced their opinion in a very helpful manner, discussing the style/theme/appropriateness for the venue.

Bridal gallery is such a great store to find a wedding gown at. I'm not skinny by any means and their selection for women's dresses is slim but they have a great selection. Anyhow, I tried on multiple dresses and the first one Paula picked out for me was the one I ended up falling in love with. Looking back on pictures of my wedding day I can't help but smile at my dress because it is Definitely my personality... bridal gallery also did my alterations and helped with Bridesmaids dresses. I definitely recommend them over any bridal shop I have been in. They are so polite and give you the time of day to actually experience trying on your future wedding gown. :)

These dresses are absolutely phenomenal. Forget Kleinfelds. This place has designer dresses at a much better price! Alterations were perfect & I received plenty of compliments on my wedding dress. Two of my sisters purchased their dresses from here as well in years past and we had zero issues. Thank you guys so much!

Everyone we worked with at Bridal Gallery when purchasing my wedding dress and later having alterations done were amazing! Rachel was wonderful as we looked at dresses and was very knowledgeable about everything from the dresses to alterations - this was something that we did not find to be true about some of the other shops we had visited. Rachel and the other ladies we worked with were all so friendly and genuinely seemed excited for me when I found my dress! The dress came in sooner than expected and since I live in DC they were very accommodating and offered to hold the dress longer than they typically do if I needed.

When it came time for alterations I am so glad that I went with their in house seamstress Audrey! She was amazing! My last fitting was the Monday before my wedding and due to a lot of working out prior to the wedding my dress needed to be taken in again and in two days! Audrey was on top of it and my dress fit me like a glove for my wedding day! I have already recommended Bridal Gallery to everyone I know and will continue to! Thank you for making my entire experience such an incredible one!

Went in to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress and received great service! I'm also engaged so I asked if I could browse at some wedding dresses even though that wasn't what my appointment was for and was told yes! Rachel got my measurements for my bridesmaid dress and helped me into and offered advice on wedding dresses! She was great and I would definitely recommend this bridal salon to anyone!!

Bridal Gallery was wonderful! After going to 2 other bridal shops (one was very well known) with no luck and very bad selection and service, we pulled up to Bridal Gallery and I had little expectations with the size of the building.. boy was I wrong! Bridal Gallery has a great deal to offer in selection that was so easy to look through and Kim our consultant was amazing. She knew her stock, asked questions and was so very helpful. A beautiful gown was purchased that day and I would very much recommend Bridal Gallery to every bride out there :) A big thank you to Kim again! You are the best!

who helped me and she was amazing. She was extremely helpful and patient. I never once felt like I was a bother or taking too much time, even after she helped me try on the same two dresses multiple times, which both had corset backs on them. The selection and prices were also very great. I would recommend anyone looking for their dream dress to go to the Bridal Gallery.

I found my dress at Bridal Gallery, definitely the most affordable store in the greater Grand Rapids area! All of the girls are very friendly especially the store manager, Carly. She really knew her stuff. She us up to date on all the different designers and how they like to work. I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery on 44th st. in Grand Rapids. The outside of the building is not much to look at but you will be amazed with the wide selection of wedding and bridesmaid dresses and the extensive knowledge of the staff!!

I LOVED this location. The entire experience was wonderful. This was my second stop of the day, and in comparison Bridal Gallery was well by far the best. Kim was absolutely wonderful, great at helping me and making sure I found the best dress. Thank you all so much!!!

I absolutely loved this place! It was the third shop that I had been to, and I would definitely suggest any bride makes this their first stop. They have an amazing selection of dresses and were extremely accommodating. I had a little over a month until my wedding, and a very limited budget. Despite my limitations I found my dress! The shop was pretty busy considering there were only two ladies running the store, but that didn't phase them one bit. I got better service here and they offered up more knowledge than anywhere else I had been (Kimberly was awesome). Bottom line, if you are looking for a dress, this is hand down the best place to go!

This was the first place I looked for my wedding dress, so I was a little anxious. I felt comfortable and the ladies working there were professional and very nice. I found my dress and love it! I am more than happy that I went to the bridal gallery for my wedding attire. Every member of the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help me on the various trips I made to the shop. I had found my dream dress online and never thought I would be able to afford it. I saw that this shop had it and was near me too. I figured it would go hurt to try it on. I brought all of my girls to the shop as the primary focus was getting their dresses, with this being the only day we could all get together. I found a dress that was flattering to all of their figures and was also the perfect color. Then it was time to try on my dress. I put it on and it was perfect, then I checked the price and to my surprise it was pretty perfect too. I tried on various other dresses that were gorgeous and flattering, but in the end I went with that first dress. After ordering all of the dresses Bridal Gallery also helped me pick out a veil. By the time I was done I had the perfect wedding look. You couldn't ask for a better value at this store, they had various ways to get discounts on things. Because I ordered my dress their all of the girls got 20% off if paid in full at the time of order and 15% if they put up half. I also reviewed them on Facebook and received $10 off of a garter in their store. I would and will recommend them to any person I know getting married. I have the staff to thank for that.

My consultant made me feel important and was very attentive. It is a smaller place which is nice and they let you go through and pick out dresses you like unlike some places who do all of that for you.

Bridal Gallery went above and beyond to help me find my wedding dress. It was the first shop I went to (after a big chain store). In total I went to 6 different shops, trying on 8-12 dresses at each one. Bridal Gallery and the dress I found there stuck in my mind. I actually went there 3 separate times to try on the dress before I bought it! Each time Bridal Gallery staff were very friendly and accommodating. I never felt pressured into buying any of the dresses. They wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and loved the one I was going to purchase. My consultant, Paula, made me feel very comfortable and never was far away if I had a question. They provided exceptional service, far beyond what any other shop had.

They were so accommodating to my budget and the needs I had for my dress. I went in there multiple times and each time, they were patient with me and listened to any new ideas I had for my big day.They have so many options for all shapes and sizes and are willing to go the extra mile to help. I fell in love with a dress that I thought I wan't going to be able to get and they went above and beyond to try to get it for me. I got a call today and was told that I was able to order the dress! It was an incredible blessing! I will definitely recommend Bridal Gallery for every bride and bridal party. I'm definitely coming back to get my bridal party's dresses here really soon. :)

Bridal Gallery did a great job at helping me pick out my dream dress!! They really listened to what I liked and didn't like and took into consideration my vision for the day. They ended up choosing the dress I picked! Also, I was able to find a dress within my budget!
They give you a lot of individual time, the space isn't crowded, and you aren't rushed-thing's I didn't find at big places like David's Bridal.
I would recommend Bridal Gallery to everyone! They are so helpful, kind, clean atmosphere, variety of different prices of dresses and different styles.

I have loved everything about Bridal Gallery since our very first visit. The consultants are friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel like you are their only appointment for the day. I bought my dress on my first visit. It was completely different from what I had going in, but I love it, and I would have never picked it out on my own. My consultant listened to me and made note of what I liked and didn't like until she found the perfect dress for me. I also chose to have my dress altered there, and the seamstress is nothing but wonderful and excellent.

I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery to every West Michigan bride.

When I went into Bridal Gallery looking for a wedding dress, I was feeling frustrated, because after shopping at many stores, I still had not found a dress. The staff was very friendly and helpful, explaining how things were going to work and offering to help me with whatever I needed. They asked what kind of dress I was looking for and would bring me dresses that fit my desires. However, they also brought me some dresses that they thought I might like that did not fit my desires, but once I tried them on, I loved them. The associate helping me would check the dates on arrival for the dresses, letting me know if it was even a possibility, seeing as my wedding was coming up soon. All in all, this vendor was great, and I would totally recommend it to a friend!

The best thing about this bridal shop is that it has the most condensed collection of high-quality gowns in the widest array of styles and colors that I've encountered. All of the gowns are organized by style, too, and they have the buy-as-is section separated from the rest, which is helpful. Most importantly, I found my wedding dress here, and with only 4 months until the day, my consultant, Leah, was able to locate a dress in the EXACT size I need that was almost completely finished that would be here in time for alterations! Leah was the best. She continuously pulled better and better dresses for me! I had no idea what I wanted and, but listening to my descriptions of what I liked, steered me in the direction I was MEANT to be in that I would have never considered when I first walked in the store. Now, I have my perfect gown for my perfect venue, and it will be here with perfect timing. Over the moon with this place! Best dresses around.

Bridal Gallery was amazing to work with. They were very helpful in making sure I found MY perfect dress! I loved being able to browse through the dress selections and mark the ones I liked without being followed around and questioned. My dress came in sooner than promised, which was great! I had my alterations done there as well. The dress turned out wonderfully. This is the only store I would recommend for bride-to-be's when looking for their perfect dress!

If you are a bride in West Michigan, go to Bridal Gallery before looking anywhere else. I wasted a lot of time hunting for a new/unique style and had terrible luck. When I finally went to Bridal Gallery, they had a whole aisle of dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. Great selection and service!

I went dress shopping this past weekend and ended up finding the dress of my dreams at Bridal Gallery. All of the staff was so friendly from the time we stepped foot in the door until we got in our cars to leave. It was nice to be able to browse through their rows of dresses and pick out styles on my own. Lauren assisted me once I started trying dresses on and she was wonderful. As soon as I stepped out of the room, she would clip the dress before I even got a chance to look at myself in the mirror. She was never too far away and was always around to help, but she didn't hover and gave us our space as well. I would recommend Bridal Gallery to anyone searching for their dress!

I just bought my dress from the bridal gallery. With only 3 months before my wedding I wasn't sure if I would be able to find a dress I loved that was in stock. They have a huge selection of sample dresses to choose from. The staff was wonderful and all very helpful. They have a great system and all the dresses are organized by style which was super helpful. The ladies at Bridal Gallery were AMAZING! My consultant, Rachel, was incredibly helpful through the whole process, much more so than the chain bridal store I had visited previously. My best friend and I had a lot of fun going through the dresses ourselves, and once I started trying them on, Rachel was there talking me through my likes and dislikes to find the perfect dress, without hovering or being too pushy. Just as she reappeared with about 5 dresses she thought I might like, I walked out in what ended up being The One. She was not at all annoyed and proceeded to help me find the perfect headpiece and explained all the next steps. They were very welcoming and accommodating when I came back a week later for "final approval" from my parents and future mother-in-law. After the dress was ordered, I even received a card from them via snail-mail congratulating me on finding my dress and thanking me for my business; Rachel even drew a little doodle of my dress <3 I will (and already have) recommend them to anybody recently engaged, and plan on stopping by soon to look at bridesmaid's dresses (bonus: available at a discount since I got my dress there). It's too bad I only plan on getting married once because they are people I would gladly do business with again and again. Thank you for making this experience as wonderful as it should be!!

I went to Bridal Gallery to search for my wedding dress, for my wedding September 1st, 2013. Every employee I interacted with at Bridal Gallery, were friendly and professional. I was given personal attention that made me feel special and important, but I was also left to be able to enjoy the experience with my friends and family. I received honest feedback about dress possibilities and did not feel like I was being pushed in any particular direction, it was all entirely up to me. The thank you card I received after I ordered my dress was an extra special and personal touch that I really appreciated. I will also say that I was very impressed with the alterations that were done at Bridal Gallery. For someone who is incredibly self conscious, I was treated kindly and given everything I needed to feel comfortable during the alterations process. I would highly recommend using Bridal Gallery for any of your wedding and bridal party dress needs!

I went to bridal gallery on a weekday during the day. The consultant that I had was amazing! She paid attention to what I liked and didn't like. After trying on so many dresses I couldn't find a dress that I liked until the consultant brought a dress that I would never think about trying and I fell in love with it!! We didn't purchase a dress there, however Aubrey, the seamstress, totally rejuvenated our daughter's wedding gown that had been first worn by her grandmother in 1946. The transformation was spectactular! All of the staff at the Bridal Gallery were wonderful!

This was probably dress shop #4 (and final) for me. They were very professional and helped me find the dresses I was interested in. Once I had ordered my dress they allowed me to wait until alteration time rather than drive across the state to pick it up. Alterations might have been a bit on the steep side ($150 for hemming (lace) and bustle) but I don't have much to compare to. The dress was very reasonably priced and looked awesome. Good shop--worth checking out for sure!!

I went to The Bridal Gallery after work with my mom and coworker and had a great experience. I will defiantly be back with my sisters to order it. It started with one of my two consultants explaining the set up. They gave me a chance to look around myself and mark the ones I wanted to try on. I worked with Lauren and Kayla. They were both very helpful and I could tell they were excited to help me, which made it even more special. It's really cool that you see the consultants really care about your special dress. There is not enough time for me to list all of the ways Bridal Gallery helped me during my wedding planning process. I purchased my wedding dress there as well as all of the bridesmaids dresses. I stopped in multiple times prior to buying my dress and everyone was always so friendly and helpful. I took my girls there in different stages and everyone was always so excited to see us and help me with all of my questions. Half of my wedding party was pregnant so that added an obstacle to the dress hunt but everyone was so accommodating. I went to David's Bridal before Bridal Gallery looking for a specific Vera Wang dress, they ending up cancelling my order without even letting me know, putting me in a bad position with the wedding only being a few months away. I was very thankful to have found Bridal Gallery because they had no problems getting my dress in and were always an email or phone call away to answer any questions or concerns I had. My dress came in before they said it would and alterations were great and affordable. The store has an amazing selection - you can find all sorts of gowns in all sorts of sizes. The dressing rooms were big and the girls working there weren't pushy or invasive. My mom got to help me put the dresses on, which I was more comfortable with. But when we needed help figuring something out or buttoning something up Maegan was right there wiling to help. Thanks so much for being a very personable and professional place to work with. I will definitely refer anyone looking for wedding attire to your store.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here!! They had so many dresses to choose from and they let my mom, future mother in law and future sister in law run around and help me pick out dresses. The lady that was helping me get into the dresses was always there when I needed her and was very knowledgeable about the dresses. This place is outstanding! I had an appointment for 10am. I tried on 22 dresses and the consultant/manager, Carly, helped me the entire time! She listened to my wishes and complaints and helped me along. I got down to 2 dresses and went to lunch. In the afternoon I went to a "designer" chain store that starts with an "A". I was extremely unhappy with them and they were very pushy for sales.

Bridal Gallery made me FEEL like they didn't care about the purchase and just wanted me happy. I realized the mistake I made with going to the other store and rushed back to Bridal Gallery right before closing. They stayed for me and I picked my dress. The value was incredible and the quality looks like the stores in Chicago and New York but with Grand Rapids, MI pricing.

I also went here for my bridesmaid dresses and they turned out wonderful! The appointment with 4 bridesmaids went so quickly and they were all happy with their options. We didn't even need to go to another store.

The alterations were WONDERFUL! She listened to my wishes and completely understood what I needed/wanted.

I would absolutely recommend shopping at Bridal Gallery for a wedding gown. Although the store's exterior look leaves something to be desired, the inside is clean and nice! Originally I ordered a gown, but changed my mind and ended up ordering a different one. Luckily, they were from the same line/designer and the staff was great with answering my phone calls and I was only charged a $50 restocking fee because they were able to transfer my deposit from the first dress to the second! I also bought my bridal undergarments from here, which the staff was very helpful while trying to help me find the perfect bra! Thank you!

I recently visited the bridal gallery on 44th street and I would love to share my experience. The staff was so friendly, but not over bearing and obnoxious. My consultant, Lauren listened to everything I dreamed I wanted in a dress. And as I told her things I liked and didn't like about certain dresses I tried on she was able to bring me my perfect lace dress. I just ordered and I'm so excited for it to come in. I also enjoy the way the store is set up. Its easy to find the type of dress you want. There were two other brides in the store and they seemed to be having the same, helpful experience I was. Working with Bridal Gallery was absolutely fantastic! Judi helped me find my dream dress - I thought I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door, but I wasn't quite so sure after the first few dresses I tried on. Judi totally came to the rescue, and I adored the wedding gown she helped me find. The entire Bridal Gallery team was friendly, helpful, and made the process of finding my dress enjoyable and fun. I also want to point out that the price was very reasonable - gowns can be ridiculously expensive, but Bridal Gallery has a wide array of dresses in several price ranges. I cannot say enough about the genius of Aubrey's ability to make alterations. My dress featured pretty intricate beading and needed quite a bit of tweaking, but Aubrey worked quickly, efficiently and is an amazing seamstress. While I hope I don't need another wedding gown again, I might just stop in to try on dresses and see these wonderful ladies! First off I loved my dress!! and I loved the service that I received at Bridal Gallery. The bridal consultant was very attentive and listened to what I loved about dresses and what I wanted different and helped pick the dress of my dreams! I liked that you didn't need an appointment to try on dresses or bridesmaid dresses and that there was a shower curtain ring system to select the dresses you wanted to try. This laid-back style was perfect for me. Saturdays were usually fairly busy but during the week was better if you wanted space. I was not crazy about the seemstress and ended up taking my dress elsewhere to be altered. Overall, this place was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at The Bridal Gallery. From the outside, you might not think this store will have nice dresses, but you will be blown away by their selection inside. The Bridal Gallery will hold trunk shows for some of its designers, which is an excellent time to go if you know the designer you want. My dream dress was from the Allure Couture line and was from a couple seasons ago...but the staff was able to special order my dress and it didn't break the bank! When it came time for alterations, the seamstress knew exactly what she was talking about and wanted to make your dress fit you. I didn't have to pull up my dress once during the whole wedding! Excellent store!

Loved my experience here! Went in there to try on bridesmaids dresses and ended up getting my dress there as well 6 months later. They have a large selection and their prices are good and made even cheaper if you pay all up front. They helped me order a custom veil and everything came in sooner than they promised. Everyone was friendly and they steamed my dress and veil for me before the big day. Would reccommend to anyone!!

Bridal Gallery has amazing customer service. I liked the fact that I didn't have to set up a specific appointment to look at dresses. Other places in the area were difficult to deal with, and while my parents live in Grand Rapids, I live in Chicago so it was very easy for me to stop in to Bridal Gallery to look at dresses while I was in town. They referred me to an excellent alterations lady and I couldn't be happier with my wedding dress. It arrived exactly when they said it would. I'd highly reccomend this store to other brides.

Although it's a very small building, I found so many great dresses at Bridal Gallery. Their selection is large, and they even have several dresses you can buy right off the rack. The customer service was excellent, and we were attended to every moment of our visit. They steamed my dress before the wedding, and I am thrilled I came across this shop!

Let me start by saying that when I began looking for a wedding dress I had no clear idea of what I wanted. So, what I first appreciated about the Bridal Gallery was that they didn't seem to mind that I wanted to try on about every dress in the store. Then, months later, when I finally decided on a dress that I found at another store, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Bridal Gallery now had it, and at half the price! After that and working with their wonderful staff, I decided to purchase all of the dresses for the wedding through the Bridal Gallery. They were a great value as well as just nice to work with.

Fantastic! Loved this place! Very helpful and gave me an honest opinion on what looked the best and even what didn't. Selection is huge and they are good at choosing what looks great on different body types. I would go back to these guys in a heart beat... or atleast recommend a friend! :)

Judy and the whole staff were excellent to work with! We loved the dress and they did such a great job with alterations and the whole nine yards! They even helped and were flexible because I live in California and was only there occasionally! Great place! Huge selection and great help!

I loved Bridal Gallery! From the first time I went in, I knew that I would love it. It isn't as fancy as some of the others, but their attitude toward brides is what sold me (AND, the millions of dresses!). I had visited other bridal shops where the bridal consultants followed me around, asking way too many questions (I DON'T KNOW what kind of dress I want, I have to see them, feel them, try them on!!!!). But at Bridal Gallery, they show you around, then give you rings so you can browse for as long as you like and put the rings around the hangers of the dresses that catch your fancy. Also, I must say that all of my visits after I bought my dress here were just as good as the first one. About two months before my wedding, I noticed that my veil was damaged, so I called them up, they told me to come in and they exchanged it right then and there, no questions asked, no cost to me! Saved me from having a meltdown :)
I have recommended this shop to every bride I have talked to; my experience was great!

They were awesome! I tried on like 20 dresses before I found mine and they were great the entire time! I even got my bridemaid dresses from there and it was awesome! It was the best experience ever and I have been in many weddings! I would recommend it to ANYONE!!

At the time, I was about 60 pounds heavier than I am now and I thought finding a dress that would flatter my figure and look stylish would be a bad experience. My now husband and I went together, as he would let me know what looked good on me and what didn't. I didn't have any family living in the same state as us, so I figured he, as my best friend would help. The selection was great, even if I did need a size 18. I found the perfect dress within an hour. I did try on about 8 dresses and sure enough the one I bought was one of the first ones I saw. I would highly recommend this store.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so helpful and attentive, and they had a huge selection. Even tons of clearance dresses that were beautiful! They helped me pick out dresses, get new ones (continually), and even provided helpful opinions and insights. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. As a bride, I looked through DOZENS of bridal shops, but the Bridal Gallery was exceptional.

I highly recommend Bridal Gallery. They have a huge selection in any price range, but overall their prices are much better than a place like David's Bridal, and the dresses are much more unique. All of the staff have great taste and will help you to select the perfect dress for you. They also have an on-site seamstress to make everything go smoothly. I absolutely loved my dress!

I would tell any woman getting married to go to Bridal Gallery to get her wedding gown or even her bride's maids dresses. They even sell dresses just for dances in general. They have top notch service and will let you know every detail possible about anything. They help you find a seamstress for alterations and will help you every step of the way. From head to toe. They have something for everyone. They have shoes, veils, head pieces, DRESSES GALORE for any age and size, jewelry, etc. I went to other places and they just didn't stand out like the ladies at Bridal Gallery. Bridal Gallery had a lot more quality dresses and variety that were reasonably priced than many other places I had tried dresses on. I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery to anyone who has a budget they want to stick to but that also wants to find a dream dress. They also have great sales on their post-season dresses!

I visited countless stores in search of the perfect dress. Bridal Gallery was in town and has several days with evening/weekend hours, so I ended up back there at least 5 times trying on different dresses. I never once got the impression that they were annoyed with my indecisiveness or pressuring me to make a decision. They have a HUGE selection and dresses are easy to see on the racks. I ended up buying a dress at a trunk show (including a 10% discount!!) and they were able to get it to me in about 6 weeks. Great staff and very helpful.
