This was the first stop I made and every other place was truly not the same quality as Tulsa elegance. It is such a small and intimate moment and no one else was there. Amanda was our attendant and she was a dream come true. I showed her one picture of a dress that I wanted and she immediately found dresses that fit my body type and personal style. I found the perfect dress and needed to buy it off the rack because I live overseas. She called the owner 3 times and really went out of her way to let me take it home that day. You will not regret going to Tulsa bridal elegance! Thank you Amanda for the most amazing experience!

Fun fact, I found my dress within 15 minutes... it was the first dress and the first location. However, if I acted like this is due to my incredible decision-making skills, that would not be true... Debrah at Bridal Elegance Tulsa is the BEST in Tulsa. I just told her some descriptive words and described our wedding, told her my budget, and the rest is history... She made it so easy and it was absolutely perfect! She has been doing this for 30 years, is so sharp and professional, and has such a patient and sweet heart. She let me try on veil after veil and even let me trade mine in for the one I ended up wearing. She also even took the time and interest to hear my wedding vows so I could practice again and hear them out loud! Trust me on this... I know at least two other girls who found their dresses at Bridal Elegance in the past 4 months. They are the best, and you will find your dress there!

Bridal Elegance made my dress shopping very easy. Everyone who helped me was extremely nice. I chose to have my dress altered by someone not recommended by the shop. Big mistake on my part. I took my dress into Bridal Elegance to be steamed the week of my wedding and when I went to pick it up, the day before my wedding, Debra offered to fix some things for me last minute. She was an absolute lifesaver! She went above and beyond to help me feel beautiful in my dress. I would recommend Bridal Elegance to everyone!

I could not be any happier with my experience at Bridal Elegance. From my initial conversations through email, to my actual appointment. The ladies there are awesome! I walked in with a clear idea of what I thought I wanted...but after seeing a dress on a mannequin, my ideas quickly changed. Stacey pulled dresses that were exactly what I had asked for, and also the one I saw when I arrived. Once I tried that dress on, I immediately knew it was THE dress! I didn't bother trying anything else on. The ladies found me the perfect veil to match. I left completely satisfied with my purchase and will be back to get the rest of my accessories :-)
They even offered me some advice on transporting my dress from Tulsa to Boston for the wedding. It's obvious that the goal is to make each bride happy, not just make a sale. Thank you Stacey and Deborah and all the other ladies who helped us!

I don't remember the name of the girl that had helped us but I ended up getting the very first dress I tried on there! It was everything I could have ever wanted and Bridal Elegance made everything so easy as far as payment and pickup went! It's located in a unique part of Tulsa but has a great selection of dresses!

I had great service at Bridal Elegance. The woman helping me listened to exactly what I envisioned and I honestly liked all the dresses I tried on. They were very hospitable and the dress I ordered arrived on time and the size the recommended that I order fit perfectly.

Although I missed my scheduled time, Bridal Elegance still welcomed me in as soon as I walked through door. My consultant was very pleasant and helpful. She helped me to find a style and design and as soon as I showed her a picture on my phone of the dress, she new immediately what dress to pull. She was so excited to show the dress to me and very helpful through the entire process. Thank you Bridal Elegance for helping me find my dream dress!!

Even though the location is a little difficult to find, I loved Bridal Elegance. They truly make you feel special when you are looking for that perfect gown. I had a consultant helping me who was great and made me feel very comfortable. I was showing my family a dress that I absolutely loved, but that I wish wasn't so form fitting. And not even 2 seconds later, the owner comes in with this box from the back and says "I haven't had time to open all the boxes yet from this mornings delivery, but I knew for a fact the perfect dress for you is in this box." She was even helping someone else at the time but stopped what she was doing to find that dress for me. It truly was a very personable experience. Price was great, tons of choices, etc. She even keeps her more expensive dresses separate so you don't get your hopes up when you see a beautiful dress then find out it's way too expensive. When I went to try on my dress, she let my entire family come with their boxes of wine. It was perfect. The steaming job was perfect. Everything.

I purchased my wedding dress & veil and my mother purchased her dress here as well. My maid of honor lives out of state so she purchased her dress elsewhere. I had been to several shops while out of town and thought I'd found the perfect dress, until my mother & I stopped in here on a whim. They were able to pull exactly the right dress for me, plus they have a lay away plan! Even though we didn't purchase it there, they steamed my MOH's dress along with mine and my mothers. True professionals who really know their brides & dresses!

I called originally trying to find a certain Pronovias dress that I adored. It wasn't in stock but she asked me to come in and look at some other dresses and if I didn't find anything I liked than she could order that dress for me. Deborah was amazing. I wasn't sure what else I was looking for besides that I wanted a pretty looking back and lots of lace. I told her what I didn't like in a dress and she set to work. 5 dresses later and I had found the one. It was a Maggie Sottero and covered with lots of lace and just absolutely gorgeous. It was actually the complete opposite of the dress I was originally going for and I really couldn't be happier with my decision. She was great with my family I brought with me and was super helpful the entire way.

Deborah was amazing. She pulled out about a few dresses by looking at me and the 3rd one I tried on I lived and bought! She even personalized the dress a little for me by taking off some of the lace where I thought it looked a little crowded. They have an amazing selection of designer gowns.

I searched high and low for my wedding dress. After many failed attempts and frustrations from other stores, I was able to find my dream dress at Bridal Elegance. I wanted to try on a specific dress and the owner of this store ordered it just so I could try it on! (She even ordered it in my size) Once I put it on we both agreed it was perfect. Bridal elegance should be any brides first and last stop when looking for a wedding dress.

I initially contacted Deborah (the owner) about two specific dresses that I was looking for via e-mail. She responded promptly and I was able to come the next day to try them on. Deborah was so helpful and was great about picking up on my style to pull other dresses. She put me in a veil and tiara and really made me look like I would on my wedding day to get the whole picture. The store is very clean and nice inside, don't let the outside scare you away. They have a very large collection of dresses, more so than any other local store I had been into. I would highly recommend Bridal Elegance for when you're searching for a wedding gown.

Deborah has got to be one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I went in with a dress in mind and while she did not have it in stock she found some great dresses to rival my dream dress. At the end of two long shopping days I had foiund my dream dress but my family was not convivnced. So I went back to Bridal Elegance and tried on the "runner-up" dress. Needless, to say I beat out my family and Deborah was able to order in my dream dress for me. She even added a little embellishment for me (she is also an amazing artist, by the way). I have gotten more compliments on how beautiful and perfect for a beach wedding that my dress was than I can remember, so thank you Bridal Elegance for making my dream dress a reality.

Bridal Elegance was the last bridal boutique I went to. I had pretty much been everywhere else in Tulsa and this was by far the best experiance. Deborah was incredibly helpful to myself and my mom when we were looking. She was more than happy to let me try on anything and offered really sound advice and suggestions. It was very apparent she wanted me most of all to be happy. I am very pleased with the gown I found and the service I recieved. I can't say a bad thing about this place or the help there. Very happy.

I found Bridal Elegance to have the best choice in Tulsa for dresses and accessories. The staff was professional, helpful and had the most knowledge about a variety of gowns and options. After visiting a wide variety of other locations, I knew that Bridal Elegance was the best choice for finding the right dress.

I just found and ordered my dress from Bridal Elegance this last weekend. I showed up at my appt time and not only was Kathy, my dress consultant, there to help me pick out dresses to try on, but so was Debra (the owner). I received the absolute best treatment. Kathy was amazing, and gave me her undivided attention. She was not only wonderful in helping me find the best dress to fit my body type, but also my personality. I would send anyone to this place.

I shopped around at every bridal stores in the Tulsa, OK and Springfield MO area. I actually decided on my dress at another salon but became uncomfortable when it came time to buy the dress. The salespeople and owner suddenly became very pushy and began adding on fees. I found out that this was untrue and that the manufacturer did not charge extra for custom hollow-to-hem measurements. I came back to Bridal elegance and bought my dress here because of the owner, Deborah. I liked how well she knew her gowns and that there was no suprises or secret charges. It was even more impressive that the bussle, steaming and pressing and a garment bag were included in the price. I am glad I chose to purchase my gown from her and wouldn't hestitate to refer anyone else to her.
I also came back to purchase a ceremony and reception veil and my bridal jewelry from Bridal elegance and couldn't be happier!!!

Absolutely perfect! I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Elegance and was so in love with the store and the owner. I had went to a few other bridal places and after coming to BE I discovered how poorly the other few did service! Debra was awesome and gave me her undivided attention (ON A SATURDAY!). She only picked out dresses for me that described what I liked and in our price range. Never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. This woman knows her stuff. 6 dresses later and I found MY dress. She made me feel like a princess from the first day until the last. I'm so glad I found Debra and her store. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

My first place to look for a wedding dress was Bridal Elegance. Diane and her crew was very hands-on with me. After gathering information about my desired style, budget etc, I was given a lady (forgot her name), to pick out dresses for me within my budget and to help me put them on. I will say my dream dress was not in my budget and did not look good on my body type. I was a little withdrawn and disappointed. But it was okay. After trying on 4 dresses, I was brought the 5th on. The lady helping me stated "I think this is going to be the one". I looked at it in the bag and was thinking in my head "umm doesn't look like it". Long story short, I walked out in from on my mom and grandma, they instantly cried and said "that's it". I didn't want to settle for the first place I went to, so I went to 2 other places. They both were not very helpful and just left me hanging. I went back to Bridal Elegance and bought the dress!!! It was sooo beautiful! Perfect for my body type. I never would have thought It would be the one, just looking in the bag :) Now I love it and probably will never get rid of it.

I booked appointments here after rave reviews from friends who had bought their gowns here. I had a very good experience trying dresses on, though the owner did bring in a few she thought were 'just perfect' that weren't really my style. She can be brusque when the shop is busy, but if you catch her on a slow afternoon is very helpful and lovely to work with! They accommodated my party well, and it's a beautiful salon. When I came back to order the dress and then pick it up, we went on a weekday afternoon and the owner let me try it on, play with accessories, and really feel comfortable in my choice. I would definitely recommend this salon!

Being a larger, curvier gal, I found dress shopping the biggest challenge in planning my wedding. I would find dresses online that other retailers "said" they sold, only to find out there were maybe a handful in my size 20W... Bridal Elegance was VERY accommodating, to setting up an appointment, to having the dress designer actually AVAILABLE on the racks! I had plenty to choose from and I loved 2, but ultimately walked away with 1 wedding dress which I ABSOLUTELY love and can't wait to wear very soon! The staff was very friendly and SUPER nice. I also came back to buy my veil. Their prices aren't the cheapest in town, but it is QUALITY and nice brands that fit! I don't regret anything I spent there, because they are WORTH it! Plus, they don't charge for getting your dress pressed or the garment bag, which other places nickel and dime you.

If you want the full dress-buying experience, you should go here. The owner helped me find my dress and was very conscientious of my price range and style. I think I tried on dozens at other stores before I found mine here. While this wasn't the only store licensed to sell my gown, I chose to buy mine here because they offered the best discounts for my bridesmaids and a few other perks. They also have a beautiful assortment of accessories, pieces I couldn't find anywhere else. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars in responsiveness is because the salesperson forgot to call me back several times but don't let that dissuade you from looking for your dress here.

Although the owner can come off as abrasive she knows exactly what she's doing. I went to this venue as a recommendation from my friend who found her bridal gown here and ended up buying my dress from her as well! She is all about the bride. She only carries bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses nothing to do with the men's attire. Honestly I really like that about this store because they focus more on you as a bride. One thing I didn't like about this place is the fact you could not take pictures of you trying on the gowns. Unfortunately I didn't get to have my friends or sisters be able to accompany to this visit and I was unable to send them any photos or ideas of what I was looking at.

I was really indecisive when it came to picking my wedding dress. The first appoint with Bridal elegance, the stylist working with me was so wonderful. She was so helpful and patient. The first appointment ended up being like two ours long and we only narrowed down it two dresses because I was not ready to commit. A few months later I made another appointment and got the work with the same stylist. She suggest something I thought I didn't want and it ended up being the the dress I got. I thought I wanted a fitted dress and ended up with a gorgeous blush colored ballgown with heirloom lace. We got purchased a beautiful cathedral lace veil and a satin blush sash. The ordered process was so easy, I think I only waited two weeks before my dress came in and they steamed it the day before my wedding. I would definitely recommend them!

Debbie was great to work with, it took her about 20 minutes to pull 5 dresses that I liked enough to try on. Once I found my perfect dress she was on the phone ordering it in minutes and had it to me in about two weeks! She has a taylor who comes in on Saturdays and does alterations for you and everything is really resonably priced. She has designer name dresses, they are clean and well kept and while it isn't in a glamorous part of town, she has a huge selection and her store is very clean.

Want to Tulsa to visit my family, and saw this site online. My mother gave them a call and said we could come right on in. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and we walked out with my wedding dress. They were very nice and worked with me well, even though I knew nothing about dress shopping.

I absolutely loved the wedding dress, veil, and headband that I bought here! The dress I ended up purchasing was the second one I tried on. It was unusual and not something I probably would have pulled out myself, but when they brought it to me and I tried it on, it was the only dress that stayed with me that day and I came back the next day to buy it. It was a stunningly beautiful silk chaffon dress with a chiffon cape -- truly unique and elegant and beautiful! I also bought a cathedral-length chiffon veil and a handcrafted pearl headpiece from England to wear with the veil. Loved it all!!

Bridal Elegance was great to work with! I found an amazing dress and was thrilled with the service. When I bought my dress, they also steamed it twice for free! Which was great as I was able to get it steamed after being at the tailors and after taking bridal portraits! They also bustled the dress for free!

They were great with helping my find my dress! I wanted to wear my mom's veil and they tweaked it on the spot to make it match exactly what I wanted, they even made me a custom belt/sash to wear that brought my ivory veil and white dress all together!

Don't be fooled by the outside of the building! I was skeptical when I drove up... But was pleasantly surprised when I walked inside! The staff was helpful (not pushy) and very accommodating. I actually selected and bought my dress there within 30 mins--They just made it that simple!

A new building with more space is a must, but their staff and dress selection was great!

This was my first time trying on dresses and I was so excited. Deborah is a professional so she knew exactly what I wanted and what my realistic budget needed to be in order for me to get what I was looking for. The variety was great and the dresses were beautiful it was just way too fast paced for me.

About 5 minutes before closing, I walked into Bridal Elegance and asked if they'd allow me to look for a dress. They welcomed me in and never rushed me like most stores would have done. The service I received was personal, kind, and helpful. The second dress I tried on was THE ONE. The next day we came back with my Dad and again - despite being very busy - the staff and owner gave me tailored service, helping with veils and jewelry. This boutique has one style of every dress, so you know that no one else in Tulsa is going to have you dress! The only thing left to do is get the dress pressed and let me walk down the aisle next weekend!!

My dress was beautiful and Debra was very helpful! They are just very busy so be prepared for them to tell you something will be done and it not be done when you arrive. Give yourself extra time and you will be very happy with their personal touch.

We made an appointment at Bridal Elegance as a first round look at wedding dresses. I emediately fell in love with two and ultimate left my first visit with THE dress! The staff were very knowledgable about the dresses and styles that fit what I was looking for. Over all it was a lovely experience!

My dress was fantastic and I picked this particular dress shop (found my dress in another state at another location and called stores in Tulsa that had it) because they offered the best package; when you purchase your dress you receive a free bustle, dress bag and 2 free pressings. The owner is awesome! She was very helpful and more than willing to go out of her way for you! However, the individuals working for her were not as generous. The first time I went to the shop I was told the dress I was looking for was not an option for me in my price range, was given dresses I did not even like and left in tears from comments. The dress I ended up getting was below my budget.... If you go ask for Diane and she will hook you up! If you have to order a dress not in the store you have to pay full price up front.

She was great to work with, a tad higher than what you can get some dresses for, but not hugely. She is very very good at her job!

I was extremely happy with my dress and I got it for a great price and the owner seemed helpful (at first). But when I tried to get my bridesmaid's dresses through her, she told me she had written mine down and she hadn't. So when I called to give her measurements, she said it was too late for me to get that dress. When I went to the shop to figure something out, she showed me my dress I had picked out as one I could order. There was also some shady business with the alterations lady. Apparently the owner hired a woman who "didn't actually know how to sew" so was trying to find a new person. I ended up going somewhere else for my alterations and bridemaid dresses. While my dress was a great buy, I didn't really trust the owner for anything else!

I had researched Tulsa bridal salons and this one was highly recommended. Our initial visit was great, however we went in looking for a dress that wasn't strapless because of not wanting any bodice issues. The sales girl assured us that with proper alterations, and because the chest wasn't too big, this wouldn't be an issue. I specifically asked about special undergarments and she and the owner told us that the dress we chose fit so well that the bride wouldn't need special undergarments. WELL, they were wrong.. and it wasn't just the sales person, it was the owner as well.

The day of the wedding was perfect, except the dress. Not only did it keep having to be pulled up, but the boning structure started collapsing during the first look and pics and by the middle of the reception the boning had completely collapsed. You can see throughout the photos the dress just gets worse and worse. Mid-way through the reception, the bride was already wearing the grooms jacket to cover her top. After taking the gown off, the bride actually had multiple bruises from where the boning was pushing into her ribcage area

I spoke to the salon owner in July and she initially laughed and said she'd "NEVER heard of this type of problem in all her years of selling wedding gowns", After assuring her it did happen, she said that she'd contact the manufacturer and call me back. I've never heard from her again. We had other issues getting her to call us back about the veil that was special ordered, but I was hopeful she would respond to this problem. She didn't.

The wedding was perfect, but that dress was horrible and ruined the day. I wish we'd stuck to our original plan and found a dress that wasn't strapless; I wish we had continued to look around; but most of all I wish we hadn't dealt with Bridal Elegance, because they didn't pay attention to what we said and talked us into something else... and then they don't take responsibility or return calls....

Not a great experience. Although I made an appointment weeks in advance, when I arrived my attendant (the owner) juggled serving me and multiple other customers. I tried on 3 dresses & was abandoned several times. The "dressing room" has a drape closure facing the front door of a small showroom so anyone browsing or being a hanger-on to brides-to-be has a great view of you in various stages of incomplete dress as you change & step out to get to a big mirror. There's not much choice if you are over a size 6 & they don't have foundation garments so unless you don't need to wear any or you can foretell what long line bra / bustier you will need in advance, don't expect a realistic try on session. I felt sales pressure to buy a beautiful expensive couture dress displayed on a manny. When it came in 5 months later I was horrified how unflattering & overly large it was on me. Then I discovered there's no tailor on-site as I thought there was. So I forked up the money (no refunds) & left depressed, in tears.

Ultimately, there is a happy ending. Later, I went to David's Bridal where I received excellent service, a more "bridal" experience, devoted & patient sales attention from a wonderful bridal advisor, tried on a dozen dresses in or very close to my actual size & received the honest dressing suggestions I needed to buy a second wedding gown that looked beautiful on me & made me FEEL beautiful. It arrived 2 weeks later, early, & only needed a minor adjustment in the hip area. David's on-site tailoring with complimentary pressing took care of that for me & made a perfect fit of a gorgeous wedding dress on my special day.

HORRIBLE experience

HORRIBLE experience. Someone showed up right when my appointment started and the owner was the only person in the store. She completely ignored me my entire appointment in favor of the bride who just showed up but was spending more on her dress... She offered to give me a discount but left such a bad taste I couldn’t buy a dress from her. Found my perfect dress at my next appointment and never looked back!

The initial consultation was a dream; however, it all went down from there. I purchased my dress and veil in February, told the owner that I needed to give her another number after the fact as I was leaving the country, never received a phone call or any kind of notification about my dress until I reached out in August. When I returned home in September, my veil was not there and was told that it would be there in a couple weeks. After a couple weeks, I heard nothing. After my dress was altered just one month before our December wedding, I called again to ask about my veil and was told it wasn't there. After a few minutes, they called back to let me know the veil WAS there and to come by. When I got there, it was the wrong veil - not by my fault. The owner rudely insisted it was the correct veil, and thankfully, I had a picture to prove it wasn't my veil. I was given another veil, which I assume was a sample, to "make good." This was one of the biggest headaches of our planning, as I was constantly worried that something else would go wrong.
