  BE was awesome! I came in knowing what I wanted, and they gave me just that. Being a plus size girl, I was nervous about trying on, but they had a huge selection for me and never made me feel uncomfortable. I will be shopping there for any special occasion dress in the future!

  They were so in tune to my personality and what I might like as I was trying to pick out my dress for my big day!! They hit the nail on the head as I found the PERFECT dress and it fit me JUST right!!

  Great! Very attentive to all my needs. They found to perfect dress for me. I had so many compliments on it. They did a great job fitting me also, the only alterations I needed was the bustle added.

  I had tried on 25 dresses at my first experience with dress shopping at a local shop. On a whim, I decided to make the 1 hour trip to Bridal Elegance in a blizzard to try on dresses. My first impression walking in the door was wow, this place is like a sea of wedding gowns. I was a bit overwhelmed. I was assigned a consultant and a fitting room, then my two friends and I browsed and pulled while the consultant pulled a few. I tried on about 7 dresses before the consultant asked me some crucial questions and began to look. She pulled two dresses and I found one more. Her last pick was exactly what I was looking for and I purchased it on the spot. I was thrilled and I was very happy with my experience.

  got my dress from here and i couldnt be more pleased.. they were super friendly all 5 times i went in there and tried my dress. little pricey but def found the one!!

  I found a beautiful dress right off the rack. It was wonderful to not have wait on my dress getting here.

  I shopped at the Bloomington, IL store and enjoyed the overall experience. I love my dress and the girls who helped me were lots of fun and very kind. Some of the other girls I saw but did not work with could use some help looking and acting professional, so I was fortunate to work with the girls who took things a little more seriously.

  Great for larger parties because there is a lot of seating (I brought my 4 bridesmaids so that they could pick out dresses as well, and my mother and future mother in law). They were kind but I could tell they were annoyed that I had brought 6 people with me. I ended up taking my dress and veil with me that day. So happy with them.

  Very immature staff. Young girls should be working the prom/pagent side and mature professionals the bridal. They original girl who was assisting us measured me incorrectly and luckily a senior staff member came to check the measurements. Had to call to see if my dress was in and they had to look.. it was, and no one had called me.
  I LOVED my dress but the customer service was poor.
  I would recommend for the choices in dresses, much better than other local chain places but would tell people to be ready to assist yourself, wait to be helped, and recheck who measures you!

  I did like there product we have placed our order for our bridesmaids dresses there. But the sales rep was not helpful I would ask her questions during our first visit and she would answer one way and by the end of the visit all her answers had changed. You are not allowed to take pictures of the dress which is fine. She said that all the dresses were on the website if I needed pictures of them. I asked her is there was a number or a way I could search the specific dresses to find them online she said she would provide me with the numbers and if I was unable to find one to email her and she would get me the picture. When I asked again at the end of the visit she told me the numbers wouldn't make sense online and that she would just email me all the pictures of the dresses. A week after my original appointment still no email. I found all but one of the dresses online and then emailed her to see if she could get me the picture of the one dress. She never replied. When we went in again for measurements and fitting she was the same way would give me one answer and then a different answer later. We placed our order over a week ago and she said she would contact me once the order was placed with the vendor she said a specific date. It is now past that date. I have tried calling the store and no answer when ever I call. I am very frustrated I feel she was telling me whatever I wanted to here in the visit but was not accurate information. I wish I would have found another supplier of the dresses I got because I am very unhappy with there service
