Great experience

Choosing a wedding dress during a pandemic could have been a challenging experience. Bridal Collections made it easy. My dress was beautiful and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic!

My wedding dress shopping was wonderful! Amanda did a fantastic job helping me pick out dresses that I likes and reign in my entourage when they were picking out dresses for me to try. Amanda choose a beautiful veil and head piece to try on (that I ended up purchasing). Bridal Collections was extremely accommodating when it came to pay for the dress; allowing me to pay in payments.

Amazing selection

Bridal collections staff was very friendly and also very knowledgeable. Customer service was amazing. The gal that helped me was very attentive and she listened to what I was looking for and showed me many options. She also helped me accessorize when I found the perfect dress. All in all this place was very helpful and had numerous dress options to choose from for great prices.

Wonderful experience

I had such a wonderful experience! They were so helpful in narrowing down my search for a dress, and I found the one that was meant for me! It was great to be able to say, "no, no, not that one, YES! That's the one!" and walk away with the gown of my dreams. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

I had the absolute BEST experience!!!! Amanda was so helpful and allowed me to come in and try my dress on at least 6 times before buying it just to match accessories and figure out how I wanted it! Even after I bought it she still allowed me to come in just because I wanted her opinion because I trusted her! I ended up loving my experience so much I invited her to my wedding! When I cried, she cried. She went above and beyond all my expectations and I couldn’t ask for a better dress shop to work with!!! Thank you times a million for making my wedding dreams come true!!!!

Wonderful!

I went to a few different bridal dress stores and was very happy with my experience st bridal collections!! The staff was so friendly and absolutely loved the manager! She was so fun to work with! Amazing alterations just below the store did a fantastic job on my alterations as well!

Best wedding gowns!

I walked into Bridal Collections just to see what there was and to see what style i even wanted. Before I tried on my second dress! I found a low priced dress that I was about to take home. They were very flexible with me on a budget a d I got to make payments and if I had a hard month they worked with me! I will be buying my vow renewal dresses from them!

The experience my group I had at Bridal Collections with Maddie was amazing. Maddie was amazing. She knows her girls, her time is certainly dedicated to you, she is not focused on anything else, she also is professional and very compassionate toward your feelings when looking for a gown that fits right. I'm a plus size women and her kindness was very much appreciated. I will go back there and request her that's for sure. Thank you Maddie for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Gowns!

I looked at so many boutiques for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses before I came to Bridal collections. I was beginning to feel like I was never going to find a dress I loved but the moment I stepped into this shop that changed! My consultant made my experience very fun and was very knowledgeable about all the dresses in the store, as well as knowing what I wanted before I did at times! The store was very flexible and squeezed me in later in the day after my first appointment when I came back to try on my dress and make my decision. They made sure I got the dress of my dreams without being pushy at all. I highly recommend them over other bridal shops in the area, where my experiences were less than special. I was on a budget and my assistant showed me only those dresses which made it easier for me to choose. Also, for example, I wanted pure white and got to try them and was happier with the suggestion of ivory white. Thanks so much!

Bridal Collections was incredible professional and made my wedding dress shopping and buying experience stress free and fun! My attendant was great at pulling dresses based on my description of what I thought I wanted, and she also pulled a few that were out of my comfort zone. However, one of those dresses ended up being the one! She listened to what I was saying and asking, and she helped me find the most wonderful dress to say 'I do' in. I'm so thankful that I visited Bridal Collections, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

I had a wonderful experience with bridal collections for my wedding dress. They helped with my tiara to match my dress, set me up with my alterations which turned out perfect and I got great service each time I went in. Even when I just wanted to visit my dress lol. We had Nicole, who was very helpful and actually chose a dress for me that happened to be my dream dress that I wore for my wedding! She and the rest of the staff were very accommodating when I had to make payments and orders over the phone due to the fact that we actually lived in Seattle area! All the orders came out perfect!

I LOVE the dress I got from Bridal's Collections! The staff who helped me were very friendly and helpful; and the very first dress I tried on was the one I purchased. They were patient with me trying on multiple dresses and then trying the first one on again. It was the perfect wedding dress for me, better than I had imagined. I didn't purchase it the day I tried it on, but they were okay with me coming back to purchase it a week later. All in all I had a very positive experience with this store and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for their wedding dress.

Bought a beautiful lace wedding veil here. I was getting my mom's wedding dress altered in the shop downstairs, and I told them which veils I thought would match. They had the veils ready at the alteration shop (Amazing Alterations) for my next fitting, and I was able to try them on with my mom's dress. The owner and employees were so nice. Highly recommended!!

I went into Bridal Collections today not really knowing what I was looking for, but with Sara's help I was able to find my dream dress <3 she put me in multiple different styles & colors until I found the 1. The dress i picked happened to be the 2nd dress i tried on, but she kept putting me in more styles (you never know); she was very honest and made me & my family very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better day :)

Nichole did a fantastic job of listening to my desires and needs for my wedding dress. She was extremely patient and didn't try to drive a sale. I brought my mom back to get her dress there and my husband rented his suit as well. Overall, I had a great experience with Nichole and there was a great selection of dresses for any price range! She even made sure to get me set up with alterations and held my dress until it needed to be at the tailor. I would recommend Bridal Collections to any bride :)

I really appreciated how flexible and happy the service was, the woman who was helping made sure i had exact;y what i was looking for and went above and beyond to find it for me. i also appreciated that i was allowed to take photos of the dress before i decided which one i wanted to buy.

Amazing selection and wonderful help. Not only did I go back about 6 times to try on dresses, but the staff that helped me did an amazing job in helping me find all the perfect items. Would recommend them over any other shop in town.

Sara was amazing. She was so creative with the thoughts I gave her on what I wanted. I needed this since I'm not very fashion/clothes oriented. Sara was also so excited for me and very very knowledgeable on colors/fabrics/etc. I wasn't planning on buying a dress, but what do you know? I bought the second one I tried on. Amazing. I have used bridal collections twice for bridesmaids dresses and then more recently for my own wedding dress and my own bridesmaids' dresses, and every time I've dealt with them they have been so friendly and helpful! The dresses are all designer so they aren't the cheapest but they're still a good value! And the women there recognize you when you come in, ask lots of questions about your wedding, and really make an effort to make your experience with them a great one. I secretly (or not so secretly) want to work there... Or live there. Either way.

The service was by far the best part of our experience here. We got my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, and the tuxes here. The selection is huge, and the employees really have a fine tuned skill for finding things that will suit your tastes. Delivery was fast, and the prices are reasonable.

My dress was one of a kind! They didn't have the one I wanted on the show room floor so they had it sent 2 day shipping from the designer for me to try on before I made my purchase! It was perfect!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal Collections. I worked with Cynthia and I went there a total of two times, picking my dress on the second visit. I went into the first visit not knowing what style I wanted so she brought several different options for me to try on. It was very fun! I had a top 2 or 3 from that visit. When I went back about 8 months later for my second visit, she remembered me and my mom and had my top dresses ready from the previous visit. She then helped me find the perfect dress. She listened so well and made me feel at ease through the whole appointment. The other associates at Bridal Collections are very nice and professional as well. On my wedding day I was so excited to put my dress on and absolutely loved wearing it!! I recommend Bridal Collections to any bride.

Cynthia was amazing! I was tired of shopping for wedding dresses before I'd even set foot in Bridal Collections. Cynthia was so friendly and made the selection process super fun and stress free. The gowns were all really reasonably priced and I never felt pressured to try on anything above my price range. Cynthia was super professional and I have been recommending her to all my engaged friends. We actually canceled another appointment after visiting Bridal Collections because we knew we'd found the perfect dress. Bridal collections went above and beyond my expectations while looking for my wedding dress and tuxes for our wedding. The girls there were very professional and made me feel so welcome and special about getting everything that I needed. I got married in Spokane and live in Lewiston and with their help I was able to leave items there waiting for me until closer to my wedding. The made sure everything was stress free for me, and being a bride to be that was the biggest thing I could have ever asked for. The girls were all so helpful and sweet the second I walked through the door. There was no stress finding my dress or ordering bridesmaids dresses and they all knew what I was looking for. I really appreciated that despite the fact that I had only been in the store the one time, they all remembered me by name! And my name is a bit bizarre...haha! Bridal Collections was the perfect place to go for my wedding dress. I stopped at 4 other stores before bridal collections and did not get nowhere near the service I did with Mandy. My (now) husband and I had to change the date of our wedding because he is in the Marines, and things like that happen; and the wedding dress I had ordered from a different lady (not Bridal Collections) and made my dress in a completely different size than what I ordered. I went to BC and was helped and found an amazing royal satin ball gown that I loved even more. They were so helpful with everything, and getting all details down and seeing my vision for what I wanted in a dress and head pieces. I would recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

LOVED LOVED LOVED my dress!!! Bridal Collections has a great selection of sale/clearance dresses. I didn't have room in my apartment for my dress, so they held it for me for a YEAR!! They even did a spot cleaning treatment for me in between :) Loved it all! They didn't pressure me to try on dresses I didn't like. They were amazing.
