Amazing and unforgettable

Courtney was absolutely AMAZING. I highly recommend her for all things bridal! She was so knowledgeable, picked dresses that I would have never picked for myself and she was so encouraging through the appointment. Very nice, took her time through the appointment to make sure I was soaking in the details of every dress. Loved, loved, loved having her to guide me throughout this appointment.

Worth Every Moment

Originally I felt super pressured to buy my dress… it’s just the nature of the business. But I ate my words because the ladies know their dresses. Once I had it altered (which was incredible and so well done), I knew they were right the whole time and I was wrong. The seamstress was incredible, her assistant was lovely, and my original sales gal was wonderful. I will be back. I’m not sure for what event but I will be back!

Well Amber was incredible and patient with me as I picked out a dress. Alterations were a bit harder than picking the dress but they got it right and I am so excited to wear it! Thanks everyone for taking care of me and making this the least stressful part of planning. You all are amazing!

this shop had so many wonderful dresses it was so hard to decide. let alone great staff. this was such a fun experience and i will be coming back for a 3rd time!

Easy and Laid Back

My husband and I stopped in just to look at mother of the bride dresses. We ending up finding what we were looking for and scheduled alterations too. Very simple, great selection and friendly and knowledgeable staff. No sales pressure and I found a dress on the clearance rack too.

I don't live very close to here, so they made it easy. All I had to do was give Them my measurements. And they did the rest for me. Paying was easy with their special link which helps when you have a busy work schedule.

They helped me find my dream dress, and it was perfect for my wedding! They didn't necessarily take budget into consideration when pulling dresses, but they let me take my time deciding and I never felt rushed. Everyone there was extremely helpful and very kind.

Yesterday on March 12th my sister in law and all of us girls came in to find dresses and her wedding dress! It was a great experience! Courtney helped us and she was awesome! From the moment we entered into the business, we were greeted with a friendly smile! We were escorted to the dressing area where we felt invited and welcomed. I left in near tears. All joyful, though. I can’t believe I got to say “yes to the dress” ever in my life.

I was extremely happy how the workers treated my family and I. I was very satisfied with the dress I ended up going home with. I was terrified that I was not going to find a dress to fit me or flatter me, but I found both.

Very friendly staff, great dress selection

It was such a wonderful experience coming to your store! My stylist made it feel so special and was super nice and helpful and made me feel comfortable. The dress selection was unbelievable! There was so many dresses to choose from. By far my best experience I have had at a Bridal shop! I would definitely recommend to people I know! I don’t remember my stylist name my papers I got says sales associate Starla so maybe that’s her name but she was wonderful!!!

Best Customer Service Ever!

Today my daughter and I went out looking for a prom dress. One of her friends recommended we come to Bridal by Viper, and when we did, I was pleasantly surprised. All of the employees were so friendly and gave off a warm and welcoming vibe. Dalia specifically was absolutely exceptional. A great place to shop for prom dresses! :)

Absolutely amazing!

They worked us in on a busy day and there was no wait for an attendant. Morgan was wonderful! Very helpful in helping my daughter find different styles and making it an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back to see Morgan for all of our dress needs.

This was the 3rd and final appointment of the day, I had tried on sooo many dresses. I was determined that I had to think overnight before deciding. Coming here changed that for me, I walked out with not only my dream dress, my veil, and also a gorgeous belt. Bridal by Viper had by far the most wide selection to choose from as well as the most beautiful. The staff was the absolute best experience I had of the day as well. We had the opportunity to work with Mackenzie Harris, who was absolutely amazing! I absolutely adored working with Mackenzie. She is knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. The shop is gorgeous as well with many unique photo opportunities throughout. I loved signing the dress after saying yes as well, such a cool touch. Overall can’t recommend checking it out enough!

Amazing Experience!

I had such an amazing experience wedding dress shopping for my first time. I had a picture of one of their old dresses that I really loved, but Regan managed to find me something even better! Regan found the perfect dress for me that not only left me in tears because I was so speechless, but a dress that made me feel like a princess. Helped find the perfect dress and felt like a princess through the whole process~

It's been difficult to plan anything with covid. Initially my partner and I were looking to do a zoom style wedding online from our apartment, so we could at least have the paperwork filed. But after getting this dress we changed those plans. This dress is honestly what propelled our wedding to bloom into the beautiful day it ended up being! So thank you Bridal by Viper!!

Mum and I drove over to Bridal by Viper, thinking we'd just browse around to at least have an idea of styles and options. My goodness, the staff were BEYOND HELPFUL! They let us look around first and then helped narrow down some options to try on. Every dress they pulled was beautiful. The staff had a great eye for styles that complemented my figure, dresses I would have never known. Overall the experience I had at Bridal by Viper really made the engagement feel that much more real. When I put on the perfect dress and looked in the mirror, ohhh such a magical moment! That's when everything changed. I didn't want to have an online wedding, this dress is not for staying in the apartment! The staff truly made me feel like a princess. Got the dress, shoes, veil, and even a tiara, cause why not!!

Additionally BIG thank you to the seamstress who helped work within our tight timeline. She went above and beyond helping us get the dress on time. Thankfully we just needed a hem in the front, but still, it was a lot of tedious fabric and layers.

THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!! Within 2 months we managed to get things together, and our wedding day was truly beautiful. And it wouldn't have happened if not for the perfect dress~

Found the Dress of My Dreams

Working with Bridal by Viper was super easy and enjoyable. I found everything I needed there including my bridesmaid dresses. I had 4 different appointments throughout the planning process (2 for wedding dress, 1 for veil and accessories, and 1 for bridesmaid dresses), and each one was enjoyable and the consultants were super professional.

Dorina was my consultant for both of my wedding dress appointments, and she was great to work with. The dress I bought was actually my very first dress I tried on, and Dorina even said she thought that was my dress, but she never pressured me to make a decision. I actually went on for about 4-5 months of trying on more dresses at different stores, but couldn't get that dress out of my head. Everything paled in comparison. When I booked my 2nd appointment, Dorina still gave me the full experience again even though we both knew which dress I would be leaving with.

I got a very similar experience getting my veil and picking out the bridesmaid dresses. The veil was absolutely perfect. The consultant listened to me an what I wanted. We tried on a few different options, and then she thought of a veil they had in the back that she thought would be perfect. When she brought it, she said that she would be surprised if this wasn't my veil. And lo and behold, it was perfect. The whole staff was super friendly and made sure I was getting what I wanted and making sure the entire experience was fun for not only me but my entourage as well.

Courtney was amazing! She listened to my thoughts and ideas, had great ideas of her own, makes you feel amazing in any dress you put on. Amazing staff and so supportive

I took my twins to Viper today for one of them to have alterations done. One of them got a dress last year and prom was canceled. This year, their school said prom was on, then it was off, then back on. So, my daughter that did not have a dress really wanted to go. The ladies at Viper were amazing and helped her find a dress, and squeezed her in for the alteration. Emma in alterations was amazing, kind, and made our experience great! I am so impressed at how kind and supportive the staff were there. I was almost in tears with how amazing Emma was to me and my daughters! Thank you so much for your kindness Viper staff!

Went Just to look but then I bought the perfect dress

We went shopping at birch run and saw the bridal store, I was with my fiance the time. I just wanted to drop in and take a peak at some dresses to get an idea, but then I found the perfect one! I said yes to the dress. Thanks to the help of Stephanie who was super fun and easy to work with. She even pulled some dresses I loved and didn't see on the floor that were in the running. I LOVE my dress
