Exceptional Experience!

Manu was recommended to us by a friend, and we are so glad to have found her! My daughter needed her wedding dress altered and also needed to purchase her veil, since she was having a difficult time finding one. Manu was meticulous with her dress fittings, spending a lot of time over several appointments making sure the fit was perfect. She also worked with my daughter to create a beautiful cathedral-length veil that was just what she envisioned. Manu is so talented and kind, and my daughter was breathtaking on her wedding day!

Love Manu!

Manu is incredible! She does amazing alterations for a ridiculously affordable price. I wanted to wear flats for my wedding so in order to not lose the hemline, she (magically) brought it up from the middle and you can’t even tell. She is a wonderful human and deserves all the success. I highly recommend stopping by this store for ALL alterations and if you are looking for any kind of formal occasion dress. I love this place! And Manu! 🖤

Great Experience!

I had a wonderful experience with the Bridal Boutique of N.C.! After visiting several other stores and boutiques in the area, I found the low pressure, relaxed atmosphere here refreshing. I found my dream dress, a sample, and had it altered here. Let me say, Manu is a miracle worker! She was able to make the dress fit me perfectly and made it look like it had never been altered. Manu was personable and friendly, she made our experience stress-free! It’s an emotional time planning a wedding and Manu put me at ease with her knowledge and expertise. My dress was so perfect on the wedding day and I received so many compliments. I’m so thankful we found the Bridal Boutique of N.C. to help make our wedding day perfect!!

This store and the staff were wonderful. I used them for my bridal party dresses and for alterations of both of my wedding dresses. When it came to the bridal party dresses the owner was always easy to contact whenever I had questions and she had the best price in the Triangle area. As for my wedding dresses, she also had very reasonable pricing for alterations and completed them within a very timely manner.

Two of my bridesmaids have gotten dresses here for their weddings so I went back when I needed to get my own. There is a calm atmosphere, no pressure to buy, no crowded space. Employees are willing to helping as much or as little as you want. They were respectful of my budget and alert to what I was asking for in a dress. Great service and very personal!

The Bridal Boutique of NC was exactly what I was looking for when choosing my wedding dress. No appointment needed, my mom and I were able to walk right in and pull our own dresses and try on as many as we wanted. They have a beautiful selection! Everyone working there was super friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable about all of the dresses and has a seamstress background and able to give realistic and creative suggestions for alterations, which my mom especially appreciated as a sewer herself. This was important to us and we knew my dress was in good hands!

First, i would say that they have a large selection of discounted designer gowns for the bride as well as the bridesmaids. The store is conveniently located minutes from the Cary Parkway exit off the 440 beltline. In side you will find a spacious, clean,comfortable place where you can take as much time as needed to find your perfect dress. The staff is very helpful but not overly involved. When you need them they are there for you with helpful suggestions. The owner and alterations guru, Manu found a gorgeous top for the strapless designer gown my daughter chose. Manu skillfully attached them and fitted them beautifully. She is an excellent seamstress who patiently worked with us till every detail was exactly how we wanted it. My daughter-in-law recommended her to us and we were not disappointed. So we have two brides in our family who have been well satisfied by The Bridal Boutique of NC.

Like others have said, I'm really not sure about some of the negative reviews. I went to ALL of the big name bridal boutiques in the area and could not find the style of dress I wanted. When I went into Bridal Boutique of North Carolina, I can agree with some of the reviews that the shop is not as swanky as others (they're not throwing champagne at you and giving you the royal treatment you may receive elsewhere), but the variety of dresses they have and the willingness of the staff to work with you to find what you want (as opposed to trying to get you to like what they carry, as I experienced at other boutiques) is unparalleled. The staff ended up helping me choose a dress based on the fabric I liked and then through several rounds of alterations, Manu turned the dress into EXACTLY what I was looking for (i.e., my pinterest dreams come true!). Budget was not a major concern of ours, so I didn't choose Bridal Boutique of NC for their reasonable prices, but I ended up saving so much on my dress, even with the alternations (they have a price for unlimited alterations which is fabulous), that I was able to spend more money elsewhere. I actually ended up getting a 2nd dress to change into, also from Bridal Boutique.

We had an amazing experience with Bridal Boutique of NC located off of Tyron Road. We still remark how blessed we were to walk into this store, just to look around, and actually find the dream dress for my daughter's wedding at a most affordable price. We knew that we would want to have the dress altered as we approached the wedding date for a perfect fit and the alterations were not only done in a timely manner but they were incredibly perfect. The gown was shortened and more fitted and totally unnoticeable. My daughter was completely regal in her wedding gown and even the photographer's husband, at her bridal portrait photo shoot, remarked that it was the prettiest gown he had seen. I don't think it was just flattery-it was truly a remark that he made when she came out for the shoot. The staff was very patient and helped look through gowns, helping us with price and fit and my daughter's preferred style along with the expertise of the alterations made this a very good experience for us all. As a note - my daughter didn't expect to walk in and find a gown...it was her first step into a bridal gown gallery. Her dress was just perfect. I would recommend this boutique.

I had a great experience with this shop. I was one of the brides that recently got cheated out of a dress I paid for and never received by a Raleigh Bridal shop named La Belle Marie. With 6 weeks left before my wedding and no dress to wear on the day of, I called the owner of this Cary shop and explained my situation and desperation to find and acquire a dress before my wedding day. She understood my circumstances and helped me to find a dress I liked, called the designer to make sure they could have it delivered before the deadline and kept checking up on the order to make sure we would have the dress in time. She told me that even if they had to overnight ship it right before the wedding that she would do everything in her power to do the alterations so things would be ok. She made true to her promise and I got my dress a week before the wedding and she immediately did the alterations. Things could have worked out much worse in this situation so I appreciate the owner taking a bad situation and making things better for me! Terry L

I got my beautiful wedding dress from here :) My experience couldn't have been better! I tried looking at David's bridal before coming here, and let me tell you, Bridal Boutique of NC is WAY better! I'm a picky bride and had what I wanted in my mind (lace, sparkle, sequins, fitted). When I went to David's bridal they didn't have anything of what I wanted. They kept pulling dresses I didn't like or want, and they told me they wouldn't be able to find me what I wanted. So then I found the Bridal Boutique and I'm so happy I did! When you walk in you see TONS of dresses everywhere. They have different sections, and it's divided up by what kind of style you're going for. You guys...they had a whole section of dresses that met what I was looking for! I literally had about 50 dresses that were the style to was looking for to choose from! And that's just one portion of the store! They are so nice in there and were so helpful! My wedding is in August, and I just recently picked my dress up for my bridal pictures and it's perfect! They did such a great job altering my dress. I'm a very tiny girl and had to have a lot altered,, but it looks flawless. I loved how they made sure to make the dress perfect at each fitting. If you're looking for a dress, you should definitely check them out!

I purchased my dress at Bridal Boutique after looking at BridalMart first. I think Bridal Boutique has the best options of affordable gowns (under $2000) in the area. I was so impressed with the selection! It is a beautiful shop. The associate, Christina, was so helpful and nice! I found so many gorgeous dresses to try on there and found the one of my dreams! It came in quickly and Manu did my alterations in no time. The dress looks perfect and I can't wait to wear it on my big day! I also got my bridesmaids dresses here. They have a great selection and the dresses came in with plenty of time to spare! I would definitely recommend any bride going to Bridal Boutique! I couldn't have been happier with my experience!

I had a great experience with Manu and Christina at The Bridal Boutique of North Carolina. On my first visit, I was allowed to browse on my own (my preference) and selected 10 gowns to try. Christina helped me with those, and recommended a few others. On my second visit, I again picked a slew of dresses to try, and Christina patiently helped me in and out of them, but also gave me space to do my own thing and linger in the dresses I liked. Then Christina recommended a dress that I had no interest in, but agreed to try, and IT WAS MY DRESS! We all knew from the moment I put it on that it was the right dress for me, and I never would have found it without Christina’s help! I came in one more time before buying – I wanted to think on it, so I took some pictures, and waited a week before I came back to do one final look. The staff were all very accommodating, and I was not pressured to buy or decide before I was ready.

I purchased the alternations package from Manu, and am very glad I did. I bought a discontinued Maggie Sottero at a great price, but the gown needed some minor repairs. I also wanted to tailor the neckline, add straps, and knew that I would likely need to alter the hem. I came in for two fittings and at my final fitting was AMAZED at how perfectly the dress turned out. The straps look like they came with the dress, and the fit is incredible. I also purchased a brooch from Manu that completely sets off the dress.

If you are looking for a wide selection, good prices, and helpful service that is also willing to let you browse and take your time, this is a great shop to visit. Thank you, Manu!

Bridal Boutique of NC was wonderful to work with from the very beginning! When I showed up as they were closing knowing they had a specific dress, the owner still let me in to try on the dress...and it was the one! She has been great with the alterations and is even holding the dress for me until my bridal portraits and then again until my wedding so it doesn't get wrinkled! The owner is so nice and helpful and I am so glad I got my dress from them!

I am a bride that lives in Philadelphia with my family in North Carolina. I tried on dresses at several small upscale boutiques in Philadelphia only to feel a lot of pressure with an enormous price tag. When visiting my family, I came to Bridal Boutique of NC and had a wonderful experience from start (August 2013) to finish (September 2014)

I came in wanting to try on several different kinds of dresses because it was my first time trying on dresses with my family. I also had done my research and wanted to try on several Maggie Sottero gowns I knew they had in stock. Once I realized how many dresses I loved off the get-go, I had no worries about paying the $20. I really felt like I was going to find my dress there and even if I hadn't, one thing I learned from trying on wedding dresses was that even if you try on a bunch of dresses that aren't the "one," you narrow down your choices and learn something in the process!!

The whole trying on process was very laid back. The staff was there when I needed it and my family really didn't have anyone breathing down our necks. When I found the one, it was at a great price, and I was in love!

The owner of the store is also the person who handles alterations. She seemed to have A LOT of knowledge when it came to quality of material, the shape of the dress to your body, and how to properly alter your dress. I needed a lot of alterations because I changed the neckline and it needed to be taken in a lot, and hemmed a good amount (I'm very short!). These alterations would have easily cost me $800+ in the Philadelphia area so when the owner told me about their flat rate alterations fee, I was sold!

I traveled from Philadelphia for my dress fittings, and you would not believe how accommodating they were for my schedule. I had a dress fitting on Saturday, she worked on the alterations, and I have another one on Tuesday!!

Overall, I had an awesome experience and my dress was beautiful!!

I was very pleased with the service provided here. I planned a wedding in two months so I did not have a whole lot of time to find a wedding dress. After visiting quite a few bridal shops in the area I was able to find a dress off the rack here at the Bridal Boutique of NC. If I had more time there were lots of other beautiful dresses to choose from. The owner and staff were pleasant to work with as well.

I must say that I'm surprised by some of these reviews for this boutique. When I was on the search for my wedding dress, I first went to David's Bridal at Southpoint and it was the worst experience ever. I was skeptical at first to go to the Bridal Boutique of North Carolina based on reviews online, but it was the best decision I made while dress shopping. YES... they do require that you pay $20 to try on wedding gowns, but that amount is applied to your dress purchase price. This makes it so that they can give the serious bride as much attention and customer service as they need to find the perfect dress for them. Christina and Manu were both so helpful and I found the dress of my dreams because they were able to listen to what I was looking for and showed me 'the one' and explained how a few slight alterations would make it perfect for what I wanted. They know what they are doing and they treat you much better than at other shops like David's Bridal where those consultants just want to make commission. Things are set up differently at Bridal Boutique of NC such that you won't feel pressured to buy until you find the perfect dress. I tried on more dresses in an hour at BB of NC than I did in two hours at David's Bridal. Not to mention, the quality of the dresses at BB of NC is so much higher, you just have to check this place out. I was so happy with the Maggie Sottero gown that I purchased.

The alterations that they did to my dress here turned out better than I could've ever imagined. They also took my dress back in after I got a huge makeup stain on it during my bridal portraits and made it look brand new for my wedding day.

The only reason this review is not a 5.0 is because I had some difficulty reaching this shop by phone. This was probably due to the fact that this store does not have the same amount of people working at it as larger chains like a David's Bridal. When they get busy, they ensure their brides are taken care of in the store.

The bridal boutique was the perfect place to find my dress. They had a huge selection and I found the perfect dress. The sales team was helpful and helped me to complete the entire look for my day. The tailoring provided for the dress was top notch and the schedule was flexible and quick. I was 100% pleased with the end result for my wedding and I recommend this boutique.

I decided I wanted a Maggie Sottero dress for my wedding, and I found this vendor in the area that had a lot of these dresses. When I entered the store, the assistant and owner greeted me and asked me if I needed help. At first I thought about going through the stacks on my own, but then I asked for help finding Maggie dresses. The assistant then walked with me through the aisles and pointed out the dresses, asking me if I liked them, and added the 'yes's' to the pile. Within 20 min, I had 15 dresses in a room! I tried on the dresses then the assistant helped zipped me up and take photos. I highly recommend taking photos!!! This is definitely a more laid back store, which I enjoyed. I went to a bridal chain store before this and felt really pressured to buy a dress, which I hated.

I bought a Maggie dress here. The owner was really realistic about sizes and delivery times, which I really appreciated because I was a little late in shopping for my dress. Then comes the tailoring...I am not sure what is should cost. I do feel like I paid a lot, but she did an amazing job with the tailoring and I required a really fast turnaround (24 hrs between each fitting).

If you want a vendor that will be helpful when you need them, but otherwise a laid back vendor with an amazing dress selection and great pricing!

The first time I went to The Bridal Boutique of NC I had to pay $20 dollars to try on dresses. Wasn't super thrilled with that but I was super thrilled with the dress I found! Their dresses are gorgeous, high quality and affordable. I purchased the package that included alterations. I was extremely pleased with the alterations and they made sure that the veil and dress were exactly what I wanted. Their store hours aren't super flexible, also my dress took 7 ish months to come in so make sure you order in plenty of time. I also got my bridesmaids dresses from this store and they were beautiful.

I loved this place. They didn’t try to pressure me into a dress I didn’t like. I told them what I was looking for and they pointed a couple of dresses out but let me go pick what I liked. If I needed them, they were just around the corner waiting for me. I brought my whole bridal party (5 girls and my mother). They had a huge private room where we could all come in while I was trying on my dress. I felt like I had my own little suite. I was nervous when I came in because they had so many dresses but they made feel so comfortable. I came back three times before I finally decided on my dresses and they were as great as the first time.

This store has so many dresses! My friend and I went in just to browse and they had so many dresses, I don't know how you wouldn't find one. There is a large selection of samples along with new dresses that can be ordered from the designer. The sales ladies were helpful, but also let my friend and I browse and try on MANY dresses without being pushy. I ended up finding a unique dress that was reasonably priced. Just be aware that they do charge you $20 up front to try on all the samples, which will then be applied to your dress if you purchase. I think this is to detract from people coming in just for fun to try on wedding dresses and I can understand why they do this given the large selection they have.

I read some mixed reviews and just wanted to put my two cents in.

I had a horrible experience before coming here and was not looking forward to dress shopping, this place turned that around. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the service was spectacular. It was so personalized and so welcoming. They listened to every word I said and they were so professional and mindful of the changing rooms and helped me in and out of every dress and let me try on as many as I wanted. Get over the $20, if you're really looking then you won't mind.

They have a GREAT selection of dresses, I was shocked. All in all, I ended up walking away with my dress ordered to the T that I wanted it. Can't wait for the alterations to begin!!!

I purchased my dress a year out from my wedding from Bridal Boutique of NC in Cary. I then deployed for six months and came home having lost 20 lbs. The owner and seamstress was very flexible about working with my short timeline to complete all alterations between the time I came home and my wedding day. She made a point to schedule me when no one else would be there to provide me undivided attention, which was comforting. She even came in on a snow day to finish and meet with me to pick it up two days before my wedding. The only issue I'd had was that she couldn't make the dress as tight as I wanted. It was a fitted A-line and I wanted to show off my new skinny waste line, but she said she couldn't take it in anymore. I'm not an expert seamstress and I understand that the structure can only be altered so much, but it was a little disappointing. Everyone said the dress was beautiful, but I could feel the extra space all day. If I'd known it would be so difficult to cut down and fit after weight loss, I would have probably purchased a different dress.

So grateful for all the hard work done on my dress!

Manu was amazing. She was patient with all the alterations I wanted and she did a great job of assuring me that it would turn out wonderful (even when I was stressed that it wouldn't) - and it WAS perfect in the end! She transformed the dress I bought into something that fit my desired neckline and design. I was worried about sitting/dancing in a dress that had a slightly-restrictive lining, so she altered that just enough so that I could sit and dance with ease. I am so appreciative of the time and energy she put into my alterations and I felt so beautiful and confident in the end result! Thank you!

I was able to go in and be helped immediately, the gave lots of suggestions and I was able to find my dress after trying on 4. I bought it off the rack and they were able to lower the price. A great experience over all

I first ended up at this Boutique because it was close to my house and I didn't have to have an appointment. I read the reviews and some people complained that the staff was too stand-offish. I would disagree as I really like the fact that they left me alone and let me look around. The owner was always there to help me try on dresses when I needed her, but she did not insist on coming into the dressing room and putting me into the dress when I didn't need her help. I was thankful for this because wedding dress undergarments are not that flattering and I didn't want my husband to see me in them, much less the owner of the bridal shop! She suggested innovative (and inexpensive) ways to alter my dress to hide any "problem" areas I was worried about. They offer a flat-rate alteration package for $400.... I didn't need many alterations but when I priced them out separately, it was about $400 anyway so I went with the unlimited alterations package. I felt completely beautiful on my wedding day and I owe a large part of that to the owner at Bridal Boutique of NC.

We went into Bridal Boutique of North Carolina on a Saturday morning, needless to say there were several other brides there! We were greeted at the door and had a dressing room within five minutes. You do have to pay a $20 fee to try on dresses but, this only eliminates those "pretend" brides from coming in and tying up dressing rooms. If you purchase a dress the fee is taken off the price of the dress.

We were allowed to browse their selection and pick our own dresses for me to try own. This is much better than having a sales person breathing down your back making unwanted suggestions. I quickly had a dressing room full of beautiful gowns and the associate came over as soon as I was ready to start trying them on. She was extremely polite and helpful.

The dress I ended up choosing was a brand new floor sample and, if ordered, would not be in until one month before my wedding. The sweet ladies ultimately agreed to let me buy their new floor sample!

There are mixed reviews out there about this boutique but, I only have nice things to say. It was a wonderful dress shopping, and buying, experience!

Went into this shop with an open mind. Shop was smaller than expected and I was able to look through the dresses myself which I wasnt expecting. Ended up finding a dress I loved, put it on and couldn't take it off for 30min because I was so in love. I ended up saying yes to the dress. Staff was very patient with me and willing to help me complete a look before I walked out. They answered every question I had with no hesitation. My dress was ordered the same day for a great price!

I bought my dress, Tracey by Maggie & Sottero, at Bridal Boutique of NC and also had all of my alterations done there. Manu did a fabulous job with my alterations. My dress originally had a corset, but I wanted buttons, so she removed the corset and replaced it with a zipper and buttons and it turned out amazing! Her alterations charge was very reasonable, given all I needed done to my dress. Bridal Boutique has an excellent selection of dresses, though you do have to pay an initial $20 to try them on (the $20 is applied to any dress you buy). It also gets pretty busy, so have an open mind and patience if you want one on one time!

I went to Bridal Boutique of NC both to try wedding gowns and to look for bridesmaid dresses. They do have a great selection of reasonably priced gowns, and the full bust hangers make it a lot easier to see what everything actually looks like. That being said, it’s sort of a weird experience being in there. They charge you $20 to try gowns, won’t let you take pictures (which I understand, but plenty of places do allow it), and won’t tell you the designer of a gown unless you buy it. The owner is a little pushy and can make you feel uncomfortable. I ended up buying my bridesmaid dresses there. They came in on time and the price was right. I would go there again for bridesmaid dresses.

This is not the place to go if you want the one on one bridal gown shopping experience. It is, however, the place to go if you want to try on several gowns. The selection is huge! The staff are there if you need them, but they were pretty hands off for me. The owner's attitude was fine for me, but I can see how some people might be put off as she's not warm and fuzzy, rather she's more business minded. I think the dresses may be a bit overpriced, but again, there are so many dresses to choose from that I'm sure you can find something in the budget you are looking for.

I have mixed feelings about Bridal Boutique of NC. My bridesmaids and I went to one of their fashion shows and ended up trying on dresses. I am a plus sized girl (size 16 which is about a 22 in bridal world) so there were not many dresses in store for me to try on which was frustrating. Manu did reassure me she could order dresses in my size but I was leery since I could not try many of them on and get a feel of how they would look on me. Just as I was ready to give up she was showing me an Allure dress that she ordered for another plus size bride which I ended up trying on and ended up being the one. The problems came in when we didn't feel like we got the attention we needed when we were trying on dresses. The staff didn't really ask if we needed help and we constantly had to hunt someone down for help. This was with our initial visit and seemed to be worse when we went to pick up our dresses. Another thing that really bothered us, and I don't know if this applies to other boutiques, but we were charged for every little thing. Manu initially charged us $30 for extra length for girls who were over 5'7 and $40 extra for sizes over 14 but refunded us for the extra length because she said Mori Lee dresses are generally longer in length. She also wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money for a little swatch of the bridesmaid dress which we needed to match with flowers and other aspects of the wedding but she did end up giving us a strap to one of the sample dresses in the store. I also feel that the alterations price was a bit much, especially since I had intricate bead work but I ended up finding a tailor to do my alterations for half of what they were charging. I absolutely love my dress but I feel like I went through a lot of unnecessary headache with Bridal Boutique and did not get the wedding dress experience and service that I feel that I should have gotten and my mom was not pleased at all with the service that we received.

When I went to try on dresses the staff were friendly but not personable. It wasn't as fun as another place I had been. I also had to pay $20 to try dresses on which was a bummer because I didn't have to do that anywhere else. The owner was flexible in that I had some last minute change on mind on some details and she accommodated me. However, The day I cam to pick my dress up after she had it for two weeks to do that last alterations she had not completed them and asked to come back in an hour and I had to wait while she rushed to stitch the belt on. which you could tell was rushed to complete and only tacked in place. They do have a HUGE selection with new inventory always coming in. So if you are in the area it is a good place to see a large variety of different dresses.

This is not at all the store to go to if you're looking for a fun experience trying dresses on. I ended up going here because I already knew the dress I wanted (having tried it on at another lovely boutique in another state), and I wanted to get it somewhere near where I live. When I went in, I decided to try on a few dresses just to be absolutely sure and because, well, why not. The owner was the only one working there at the time and there was another bride that came in at the same time. She put us in rooms right next to each other so she'd be able to assist both of us. So basically I got into the dress myself in the room and then had to walk out for her to tie or clip the dress as needed. While I was changing, I overheard the owner and the other bride and her friend making fun of women that have to be clipped into dresses because in the owner's words "they don't look as nice in the dresses if they can't fill them out." Meanwhile she's clipping me into every dress. I was really embarrassed and uncomfortable after that.

I still bought the dress there because they were the only store within 75 miles of me that sold it. Every time I went in, I was uncomfortable due to the cold atmosphere that the owner provides. Honestly, don't waste your time. Go somewhere where the people are friendly.

When I picked out my beautiful wedding dress in this boutique, I was in need of adding sleeves to my dress. The owner told me she could do that with no issue. She said that day there would be a one hundred and fifty dollar alteration charge, which we paid then. I came back to try on the dress with what was supposed to have been full lace sleeves. Instead there was only lace on the front of the sleeve and the whole back of my arm was just see thru mesh. It looked horrible. She continued to tell me she did it a "couture" way and it looked great. It was not what we asked for or what she had agreed to do. She began making me feel bad that she had already ruined two of her lace jackets that were for sale making my sleeves and she would "see" what she could do. Although we had fully previously agreed that the sleeves would be lace all the way around and all the way to my wrist when we paid for the alterations, she told me that putting lace on the back of my arm would be an additional $50.00. With three days until my wedding I had no choice but to pay her. When I returned the next day both of the sleeves were fully made of lace, but there were gaps in between where it was supposed to all come together. With my wedding being the next day, I had no choice and took the dress and left. Shortly after our ceremony I began to notice that the lace she had just sewed on the day before was in fact coming off of the sleeves. In three different spots I had lace just hanging. It was a disaster. I feel I was taken advantage of and over charged for a alteration I had previously paid her for but she did not complete. I would not recommend this bridal dress shop to anyone, I promise you that you will end up disappointed, feeling used and will leave with a headache.

Let me first start off by saying the staff is absolutely amazing. My low review scores are based on the owners!

I went to the store in February of 2016 to buy my wedding dress. The staff is mostly high school girls who are so sweet and helpful. I fell in love with a gown but they did not have the dress in white, the sample was an oatmeal color. I expressed to the girls how I wanted the dress but I would want to try it on in white first before making my final decision, so I asked who the designer was? The girls weren't sure and went to go ask the owner. The owner cam by and said "it was against there policy to tell me who designed the dress". I explained to her that I just wanted to know so I could try it on in white but she would not budge. I went back to the fitting room is tears when one of the staff members walked in and said don't tell her I told you but it's a Watters dress.

Like I said in the beginning, the staff is AMAZING!!! The owner did not make finding my dress an enjoyable experience.

Warning, you have to pay $20.00 to try on a dress at this boutique! That is ridiculous!!! Brides, I would not recommend going here if you are expecting professional service and are seeking professional advice. There are no professional bridal consultants who work there. The "consultants" are college students who, yes, are helpful; but do not have any professional training. No one helped me while I was there. Instead, my mother and I wandered around the store picking out dresses that we thought looked nice on the hanger. However, I was hoping that someone who worked there would help me by making suggestions as to which kind of dress I should try on. I did not feel welcomed at all. When I told them my wedding date (which was 6 months away), they were extremely discouraging and told me that they recommend 6-9 months for a dress to be ordered. No one tried to help me find a dress that I could order from the designer in time for my dress. Instead, they told me that my only option was to buy a dress off of the rack. Girls, this is not true! I found my dream dress at another boutique and they were able to order it for me in 2.5 months. It can be done! The problem was that they did not feel the need to go the extra mile in order to help me. Anyways, it was a waste of gas money. Even if I had found the perfect dress, I would not have wanted to give them my money because the service was awful.

I had the absolute worst experience with this place. DO NOT EVEN GO!! The owner of the shop was terrible, rude and made my wedding experience not what one should even be. I am not needy nor a " bridezilla" I'm very easy going and she had me at my wits ends trying to get what I needed from her. She made every excuse in the book when I challenged her to make her alterations better. She did a terrible job and tried to tell me I asked for it that way. Then after all of that said I gained weight And that my body was disproportionate. ( I checked I did not gain weight nor has my doctor ever told me that my bone structure was u ever - yes that was her excuse-) I spent over $3,500 in that store and had my braidesmaids get there dresses there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR EMOTIONS. This was the only time I cried during my amazing wedding experiences. If I could do it all again I would have listened to all the bad reviews that she already had before I even gave her the chance. PLEASE don't go!!!

This shop had some very beautiful gowns at very nice prices...however the woman how worked there had no interest in helping us. I walked in with a group of 6, me and the bridesmaids. I was so embarrassed at her lack of professionalism. she just waved us in the direction of a pile of dresses and said " you have to look through them" .I final said... 'No, I need your help!' I had to force her to look in her system to tell me if the even carry what I was looking for. She then proceeded to tell us she was closing...after she told me on the phone, the time they close was much later. my bridesmaid went back inside to get her name, at which she still showed no interest in providing the service she was there to do.

The owner is rude and unprofessional. She demands payment for alterations upfront and then does not care about the quality. She refuses to provide names of designer until you pay her. I'm surprised based on all the reviews that she remains in business.

The owner is rude, unprofessional and doesn't care the least bit about customer service. She herself measured one of our bridesmaids for the dress and when it came in and the size wasn't right, she stated that she didn't have time to alter the dress for us, she also wouldn't pay for another tailor, or even try to get another size from the vendor. I bought the wedding dress there too, spent upwards of two thousand dollars and she wouldn't even steam it for free. She was all about getting our money, and promised the world, but didn't deliver at all. My daughter is stressed, I am stressed and the experience was a total turn off- DONT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, IT IS THE WORST!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They get you in the door because of various styles they have and low pricing. The positive feedback ends there. I fell in love with my wedding dress but the dress was technically "out of our price range", but they didn't care, they still put it in the dressing room. Fine, I got over that, I fell in love with the dress. I ordered it. First things first, they kept arguing about what size should be ordered, almost 4 sizes TOO big, I refused and told them what size to order that I felt comfortable with. Then we paid for alterations up front and discussed everything that we would want done, including getting my train shortened.
After four months my dress was finally in. I ordered it way ahead of time, so I didn't need to get my alterations done right away. When I scheduled them I went for my first fitting and she YELLED at me for not having the right bra or shoes, she never mentioned ONE thing about me bringing that stuff. RUDE.
I went back for the second fitting with all of the under garments. She literally, and I repeat literally called me FAT. She said we just tried this on a week ago and it doesn't fit right anymore, what happened? WHAT THE HECK. How in the world is that okay?! Buying your wedding dress should be a great experience and they should be going above and beyond making you feel amazing in the dress.
Then we started talking about the alterations that needed to be made and she kept saying we need to take it out, but it actually needed to be taken in because it was too big around my hips. She didn't agree and we had to have an argument about it. To top it all off she told me it would be an additional $200 to get the train shortened when we ALREADY discussed that in the beginning, so I ended up keeping the train :( It was so long!
