I absolutely LOVED getting my wedding dress at Bridal Accents Couture!! It was the first wedding dress shop I went to, and we had an amazing experience! My consultant Carole was so lovely and helpful, and made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses. I went to a few other dress shops afterwards, and came back to Bridal Accents Couture to purchase my dress, because I had the best experience there by far! The shop is beautiful and feels really luxurious. My group loved that we had a couch and lots of room to sit, a spacious dressing room, and the whole wall of mirrors with ring lights to see how the dresses looked from every angle. The staff was so knowledgeable and kind, and they gave me champagne when I said yes to the dress! 100/10 recommend, I can not say enough wonderful things about Bridal Accents Couture!

Wonderful!

Michelle was amazing. She helped me try on SO many dresses over several sessions and when I started leaning towards a different style she went and picked out a dress that was so close to what I wanted that we ordered in the "sister dress" to that one which was THE DRESS! She was incredibly patient with me and honest throughout the whole process which I really appreciated. The shop itself is the nicest of the 7 I went to. It's beautiful and classy and they have a really great selection.

Great! Couldn’t have been better!

Bridal Accents Couture was great! We ended the appointment we had somewhere else early and called to see if we could come in early and they let us. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The store is set up really nice. Great selection of dresses.

I’m giving the salon a five star because today I had the best experience you can possible have! I had Mariah as my consultant and she was phenomenal!!! From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and Comfortable. After a brief consultation she knew exactly what I was looking for and brought me the exact dresses I was wanting to try, she did everything she could to get me the dream dress in my budget. If you’re looking for a dress make sure you check them out I would go back to them over and over!!!

I went during their sample sale and had a fantastic experience. The person helping me asked my opinion, walked me through the entire store and let me know the price points of each designer - never urging me to go out of my price point or making me uncomfortable. She helped me change in and out of numerous dresses and didn't mind me trying them on multiple times. Once I chose my dress she brought us mimosas to celebrate and took tons of photos. While I wouldn't have been able to afford my dress without the sale and this store would have been out of my price point, I do really appreciate them not treating me different because of it. Also, my dress was originally $4200 and I got it for less than $500 with their sale - I definitely recommend this boutique.

Michelle was incredible! I was not looking forward to the wedding dress process (if I'm being honest!) but Michelle made things so easy. She did a great job of helping me customize my dress and look so that it is totally unique and my own. She is highly experienced and knows immediately what sort of help/communication the bride prefers (i.e. when to add her opinion, when to be honest with you, etc.). She took her time with me and made the experience memorable, turning it from a dreaded excursion to a truly joyous one.

I may have been a little crazy as I visited 8 salons locally looking for my perfect dress and while all the salons were nice and accommodating Bridal Accents just delivered with their staff, the setting, and most of all the designers. I know everyone loves their dress but I couldn't have asked for a better dress. We made some slight alterations to the original dress and it turned out amazing. My consultant got my vision and relayed it well to my designer. Highly recommend adding this salon to your must visit list.

Bridal Accents was a breath of fresh air while shopping for my gown! The store is beautiful, and we were treated so nicely! These women know really know their gowns and what each designer/style has to offer. After simply describing what it was I wanted and didn't want, I was handed a gown I would have never selected myself. Turns out they knew my style better than I did, and that first gown was the one I chose. The entire experience was very professional and enjoyable! I wish I would have made Bridal Accents my first stop!

The store is so beautiful! Everyone is extremely helpful and honest! You can tell they are truly passionate about helping you find the right dress. When you do, they celebrate with you and you can enjoy a glass of champagne, if you would like! Finding my dress is/was such a happy memory and I owe a lot of that to Bridal Accents Couture.

I came into the shop with an ambiguous desire to have something different - with little to no idea of what that exactly meant I was still able to land a spectacular dress! Michelle is incredibly sweet, helpful and encouraging. I never felt guilty or weird about my short timeline and Michelle helped to make everything happen. My bridesmaids ordered their Jenny Yoo dresses from the shop, too, and everything went without a hitch. I'm very excited to be slipping into my dress in just a week from now!

I have three sisters and we have all gone to bridal accents! We cannot say enough great things about the variety of styles at the store and the prices!! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!! I love my dress and they went out of their way to make sure I got it in such a short time frame!!!

I just purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Accents Couture and I could not have had a better experience. Everyone there was so helpful, patient and kind. They made my dress shopping a relaxed and fun experience, even though it took me less than 1 hour to find a dress. Their selection is great and they offer a wide range of prices. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The carpet is AMAZING, the staff is very friendly, and when you are at your appointment you feel like the place is open just for you.

I wish I could go back to find another wedding dress :)

I purchased my wedding dress, veil, and accessories from Bridal Accents, as well as my mom's MOB dress and our flower girl dresses. We worked with Aubrie throughout the entire process and she was absolutely incredible. Bridal Accents was the first place we stopped when looking for wedding gowns, and I really had no idea what I wanted. Aubrie listened attentively to my wide range of ideas, and ended up finding me the perfect dress that I never would have picked out myself. She also helped my mom find her MOB dress, and could not have been more patient when dealing with her indecisiveness.

The store itself is absolutely beautiful and feels like an incredibly high end bridal boutique, yet they have dresses that fit a wide range of budgets. Everything we purchased from Bridal Accents arrived quickly, and since I lived out of state they were great about holding onto things until I was in town to pick it up. They also stayed open late the night I bought my dress so that my brother could come see it. Everyone we worked with at Bridal Accents was incredibly kind and accommodating, and made my dress buying experience so much fun.

I LOVED Bridal Accents and everything about my experience. The salon is stunning, clean and well lit. They also let you take pictures, which is so helpful when you're trying to make a decision on your dream gown!
I worked with both Carole and Michelle and both were extremely helpful, polite and accommodating to some issues I ended up having with my dress when it came in.
On top of that I had originally gone to a different bridal boutique in Wayzata (much closer to my house) where they don't list pricing on anything and I almost paid 20% more for the exact same Enzonai gown. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I worked with Aubrie here and she was fantastic! She helped me pick the PERFECT dress and accessories. Bridal Accents Couture also gives you perks for ordering multiple things through them. After the wedding was over, I got a $175 check from Bridal Accents Couture after receiving bonuses for ordering my dress, accessories, and the groom/groomsmen suits through them. They also sent me a coupon for getting my dress dry cleaned and preserved! I was even able to order my invitations through Bridal Accents Couture! The invitations were printed and delivered to the store just DAYS after submitting the order!

My coordinator listened to exactly what I was looking for and my budget, and helped me find not only my wedding dress and shoes but the dresses and shoes for the bridesmaids. Usually you think that all they want is money but she actually went out of her way to ensure we all got great deals and the things I wanted were a reality not a distant dream.

You have GOT to try this place out!

Ladies... seriously, they have dresses in most all price ranges! And you must get Kelsy!
I had been looking everywhere and a bridesmaid told me about this place and how fun it would be for all of them to come and help me pick on out. I was worried as they didn't look like they would have much under 2,000. But I went and they have a ton of Justin Alexander gowns that were in my price range. I also wanted to check out their sample sale gowns (they don't advertize these, and they are amazing). I had a dress I liked in mind, but when I tried on a Sample gown that was originally priced at 2,400, for 599... I was sold. It was the perfect dress.

And to top it off, my mom was looking for a dress for her 1st daughter's wedding (that would be me:) and she tried one on that was 350, and she thought it was 250. Once she found out the price she said she couldn't stretch to that, and was thinking 250 was her max. Kelsy said "hold on a moment' and came back with a $200 price that my mom was very comfortable with!!!

They are great, it was fun, YOU should go there :)

I LOVED my dress buying experience here! I cannot say enough good things. The store was so intimate and close - My mom and I were the only ones there on my first appointment which was AWESOME. The staff was very helpful. Justine was AMAZING - we instantly connected. She was not pushy at all which I loved! I ended up coming back to purchase one of the top 3 dresses I found at my first appointment!

I went to 6 other dress stores during my bridal gown search. None of them compared to the selection of dresses and staff that BAC had to offer. The level of service did not stop once I purchased my dress either. It was truly a Cinderella fit! This is a "must go to" for other brides! Highly recommend!

Bridal Accents Couture has it all! I got my dress here, tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, invitations, and I got my flower hair piece here.

Invitations: We did our invitations here and they were very helpful and made sure if was exactly what we wanted. They made many phone calls on the spot to see if we could change the color of the text or ribbon etc. Very helpful and the invites turned out amazing!!

Dress: This was the first place I went looking, I went to 2 other places before running back here again. This was so cozy feeling, no hustle and bustle like other places. Very intimate. The help was amazing! Also bonus with the dress I ordered, a cathedral length vail came with it with matching lace around the edges.

Tuxes: They had everything we needed there lots of options! They helped us order exactly what we wanted. The week before the groomsmen/dads/ushers went in and if they needed a different size they had it ready the next morning. When my husband went into try on the tux there was some wear marks and they didn't hesitate to get a new one sent over right away.

Bridesmaid dresses: We got our bridesmaid dresses here and they were very helpful! I brought a few of the girls to try on the dresses to see which one would look great on them. They brought the sample of the dress I bought in held it next to the bridesmaid dress, same sense of style in both dresses helped me decide.

Hair piece: I ordered a flower hair comb which I may have splurged a little on. It was gorgeous and went perfectly with my dress. I tried it on all together which helped me make my decision.

They did have an incentive program if you went with invites, jewelry, tuxes, etc.
If you just went with Tuxes you get some money back after the wedding. If you went with multiple things it starts to add up.

Bridal Accents Couture is a MUST for any bride-to-be! I was fortunate enough to have Michelle (owner) as my bridal gown attendant. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michelle & my entire experience at BAC. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, our experience was nothing less than professional and amazing. I walked into the store with one dress in mind (I had called ahead to find out if they had it in store & drove three hours to come look at it) and I expected I would walk out with it ordered...turns out I fell in love with a different gown.

Michelle was extremely professional & pointed out great aspects of every dress I tried on. She gave her honest opinion when asked & was not pushy in the least. She truly made me feel like the beautiful blushing bride, and her number one priority. My experience was topped off with Michelle’s professional attitude and excellent customer service while paying for the gown I fell in love with. There were a few other customers in the store at the time and Michelle was professional enough to discreetly tell me what my total was for my purchase, rather than allowing everyone else in the store to hear my business. Champagne and a cute bridal tote then followed my purchase. What better way to end such an exciting moment? ☺

I had a wonderful experience here a few week ago. I saw consultant Justine for my first wedding dress shopping trip! She did a wonderful job. My budget was $1,500 and although there were many more expensive dress there, I had plenty to try. Justine was understanding of my budget and really listened to my opinions. She wasn't pushy at all.

I didn't end up buying my dress there (although Justine did pick out something amazing). But I'm planning to go there for a veil and possibly bridesmaid dresses. It was a great first experience!!! I highly recommend!

Our experience with Michelle was nothing short of perfect. We felt excited, relaxed, no pressure and we were well taken care of, but at the same time, we liked that we were given time to ourselves to talk about the dress choice without being pushed to buy. My friend was very excited to find a dress that she absolutely loved and we were treated to a surprise glass of champagne when she did decide to buy! I would highly recommend this lovely, clean, organized and professional shop to anyone interested in buying a wedding dress. They also have so many, high quality and beautiful accessories it is easy to put your entire wedding look together in one stop. It is easy to see why they are an award winning shop!

I loved shopping for my wedding gown here! They were so friendly and made sure to know what my budget was so they would only pull gowns that were within my price range. They had so many beautiful dresses, I actually found 2 that I would have been more than happy with, great selection and great value! They also had a winter cape that i rented for my December wedding and it was perfect! The store also carries tuxes, bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, shoesw, ect... I would highly recommend visiting them!

This was a fabulous vendor to go for with a dress. Michelle (owner) was very helpful in selecting a perfect dress for my beach wedding and the quality of the dress was impressive. The shop is very clean and comfortable, not dirty like some bridal shops. The staff is not pushy either - and don't make you feel like you HAVE TO purchase the dress the same day you are looking. It's a big decision and they know you may need a day or two to think it over. You many pay a little more than you want (I went over my budget) but the trunk show helped with cost, and I wouldn't change it for anything!

Everything at Bridal Accents was a perfect experience. I purchased my dress during a trunk show and my entire group was treated to mimosas! We had a fun and relaxing experience in a spacious dressing room, unlike some of the other more rushed and cramped salons. I also received a discount on my bridesmaid dresses, accessories, and tuxedos. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful, and everything came in exactly as ordered, even the custom train length on my gown. I would definately recommend this store.

I purchased my dress at the Melissa Sweet trunk show. The staff was very helpful and very nice. My dress was perfect! I also got my alterations done in the same building. Alterations were v. expensive, but the woman did a wonderful job.

I worked mostly with Jill, but had an opportunity to work with quite a few of the woman that work at Bridal Accents Couture. They all were great, very flexible, and made you feel like you were their 1st priority. I was in a little bit of a time crunch to get bridesmaids dresses so they'd arrive on time, and they got it done for me and let me know the status of their arrival. I also bought my jewelry and veil here. It was exciting and fun, the staff is nice, and the gowns are amazing. The store is beautiful, very clean and inviting!! I highly recommend Bridal Accents Couture!!

Expertise, High Quality, Personalized Service

Gorgeous dresses and upscale shopping environment- personalized and helpful service and responsiveness. Highly recommend Michelle, the owner, she is professional, helpful and makes you feel like the only bride she is working with. The dresses I tried on here I never saw anywhere else so it felt like a beautiful and unique experience that I will always treasure and remember. Very grateful for the Michelle's support and she connected me to an incredible couture seamstress as well!

Bridal Accents is a very clean, well organized shop that has a lot of dresses to choose from! The atmosphere of the place is very warm and fun, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

As a Bridesmaid & now as Bride I have loved my experiences at Bridal Accents Couture, from a customer service stand point I have been blown away with how kind the staff here is & how incredibly much they care about getting every attire detail right for your special day. I have never felt rushed at this boutique nor pressured to buy. I am very picky & every staff member has been patient & helpful despite my indecisiveness. My only complaint is that they somewhat overcharge for some items ie trying to sell me bridal shoes for full price that are now on clearance. Great for Bridesmaid Dresses!

Bridal Accents was great to work with. I got my dress (Nicole Miller) nearly 2 years before my wedding. They never forgot about me. They were able to find me the pefect dress and accessories in no time. I had such a great experience, I went back and got my invites from them as well. They are a great shop with great people and a ton of experience.

The staff was really great while I was there picking out my dress. The only thing I didn't like was that I called back a few months after I purchased the dress to ask a question about the bustle, & I felt the girl was rude to me on the phone. But overall, I am really glad I got the dress I did, & would highly recommend them.

The ladies at Bridal Accents were wonderful to work with. This was my first dress shopping experience and turns out it was my only one! I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on. They offer numerous sample/trunk events throughout the year that offer extremely great deals for beautiful dresses.

I drove past Bridal Accents Couture every day growing up and it was the first and only store I went to to find my wedding gown. I thought it would take me forever, but I tried on three dresses and I was done. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with!

The only reason I did not give it a perfect was because the experience was not as wonderful when I went to get my bridesmaid dresses. I had made an appointment well in advance to work with Michelle again, but so many walk ins were taken that day that it took close to an hour to receive attention and when someone did help us, we were informed the dress we originally picked out was discontinued. Although the quick pick turned out beautiful, I wish my appointment was honored and I was informed earlier of the dress being discontinued.

I absolutely loved my wedding dress. The sales people were not pushy or intrusive; very polite and friendly. I shopped for several months for my wedding dress and went to every bridal salon in the state. I was very happy with my dress and am glad I bought it here.

I had a great experience looking for a wedding dress at Bridal Accent Couture, although the woman who helped me was not the most "helpful". She barely helped me into my gowns, seemed disinterested in the process, but luckily I found my perfect dress and the price was right so I am still recommending brides go there for a great deal on a gorgeous dress!

They were wonderful and friendly people to work with. They were extremely professional and had high quality dresses. The only negative was the high price of the dresses. I went there 3 times to try on the dress that I ultimately chose and had a great experience every time, helping me get in and out of the dress. They had mimosas for the whole party of us the last time, and fit us in at the last second.

I went to this store without making an apointment because I just wanted to look around. I was met at the door by an uptight older woman who seemed really irritated that I was there. She kept stammering that I needed an apointment to be in the store. I explained that I just wanted to look around but she insisted that I fill out some form so she could send me junk mail. There was another woman there who seemed very nice and helpful, but my first impression was enough for me to not come back for an "apointment"

I bought my very nice and expensive dream dress here after several dress shopping trips over 9+ months. My dress was supposed to be made to length and it arrived way too long. I don't know if it was the dressmaker or if the consultant measured wrong. They offered to take care of hem alterations but I didn't get enough apology for the whole situation. I had two weeks until my wedding and I had to find a seamstress within their budget and had to have my beautiful dress worked on (all the detail of the dress was in the hem and lace on the skirt so that all had to be removed and put back on). Stressful needless to say. I recommend them for their selection of higher end gorgeous wedding gowns but do demand service if something goes awry.

Let me start with the positives. The salon is beautiful and the consultants are friendly on the phone. I had wanted to go to BAC to try on a few dresses by a specific designer and they took the time on the phone to check and make sure they had the specific ones in. When we arrived we were warmly welcomes and shown to my dressing room with a few dresses already pulled. This is where it ended. The dresses were beautiful but they only cater to one kind of bride- THIN. Normal women's size 6 and below. I understand that bridal shops can't carry every dress in every size, but they only have two sizes there bridal size 10 and a few 12s. And we all know bridal sizes run small and some designers even smaller, so this means they probably only carry sizes 4-8 in women's. I am not asking for much, I am a women's size 10/12 so I know my hips may not fit in every fitted dress but when I asked if they had a size 14 in a fit and flare or mermaid style they replied, "Um no, we don't carry that size". I felt very dismissed and it is embarrassing when you can't get a dress to fit over your hips yet the consultant still expects you to make up your mind and order the dress. Unfortunately I am not the only person who has had this experience there. I have a friend who went through the same if not worse. If I can make one request it would be to expand your sizes! Believe it or not brides size 8 and above can also want couture dresses. No one wants to by a dress they can't even try. I am not saying you need to have plus sizes, but more of a range. If the shop does not want to expand sizes that it needs to be noted on their website that they only cater to smaller sizes. Beyond this the bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses were WAY over priced. I have seen the same designers and dresses in other shops for $100+ dollars less. The shop is beautiful and in a nice location, I just hope the rest can change.
