I went into this bridal store very anxious, very indecisive and overwhelmed of what I had in mind to buy. Let me just say that Ashley B. is AMAZING! she made me feel very very comfortable. I am a very timid person and she literally made me feel like I had known her all my life. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful in every single dress I tried on. She was honest with me from the moment she said "Hi, I'm Ashley". Truly hands down the best service I have received ANYWHERE. And it makes me feel so happy that it was purchasing the most important thing in my life! I love this bridal shop over all, they have many many dresses to choose from and the store is beautiful!!! I highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal! The salon layout is perfect giving you a private space for you and your girls but still allows you to feel the excitement and energy of all the other brides! My bridal consultant, Jackie, was truly amazing and calmed all of my nerves around dress shopping. She listened to my feedback and helped me find the perfect dress! Amazing Experience!
Wonderful experience shopping for wedding dresses this past Saturday. Jackie was amazing and made this the experience every future bride deserves. She helped us find the perfect dress and then the vail, omg the vail is amazing! The only thing that I’m disappointed about is that it’s over. We had planned to go to 4-5 dress shops but found the perfect dress our first day shopping after 2 dress shops. Brickhouse has such an amazing selection of quality designer dresses and they know how to treat their customers. I didn’t plan on spending over $5000 but I have no regrets at all!

Amazing Experience
I was definitely not a bride who had envisioned her dress her entire life so when it came time to find a dress it seemed like a very daunting task. I showed up for my appointment and immediately felt relieved by the kind faces there to help. I wasn't sure where to start so we grabbed some dresses and got to work. I ended up falling in love with parts of 2 different dresses. Next thing I knew I was told that the designer could just combine the 2 styles I wanted and then I would have my dream dress. I was nervous to leave having bought a dress that I hadn't technically seen but felt confident in the Brickhouse team. WOW did they knock it out of the park. My dress came in and was the exact vision I had created that day and it fit PERFECTLY the only altering I needed was a quick hem and to have the bustle added. My husband was annoyed (and out of touch) with what a wedding dress would cost but even he admitted on the day of that it was worth every penny, lol. I cannot say enough good things about Brickhouse!

Truly felt so special!
I cannot say enough good things about Brickhouse bridal! The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and the salon aesthetic was beautiful. The experience was everything I wanted and more! During the whole process they really make you feel so special and beautiful! This was the first bridal shop I went to ever! My stylist really understood what I was looking for and ultimately found me my dream dress! I was hesitant at first because it was the first bridal shop I visited so I went to one other bridal shop across town and was NOT impressed, it was not even close to how Brickhouse made me feel. So the same day I drove back to Brickhouse to retry on the gown I loved and even the stylist who helped me quickly try it back on was so sweet! When I returned to pick up my dress, the staff again was so welcoming and just genuinely happy and excited for me and my big day! I highly recommend going to Brickhouse Bridal, you will truly feel so special!

The staff at brick house bridal really know brides!!! Though I came in with a basic idea of what I wanted, they recommended a style and fit I would have have thought of, and in fact I was reluctant to try on the dress they suggested, which is the one I ultimately chose!!! Loved it and it fit amazing. They were extremely accommodating and I felt like a VIP each time I went in. Dress came earlier than expected and the tailor they recommended was great too! No wonder many Houston brides get their dresses here :)

Great quality dresses and service! I went to over 5 bridal shops including Kleinfeld’s in NYC, and Brickhouse Bridal’s consultants are second to none. I had a specific vision of how I wanted to look and what I wanted to wear for my wedding day. When I walked into Brickhouse Bridal I was hopeful, but it wasn’t until my consultant went to picking dresses that I ended up finding “the one.” My consultant listened to my thoughts and opinions as I tried on dresses throughout my appointment and she did a fantastic job by coming out with the perfect dress for me. While other bridal shops just had me choose my own gowns out to try on or were more interested in a sale, Brickhouse Bridal was truly interested in finding what I wanted in a wedding dress and what would look great on me. We even went back and bought a custom veil for my dress and also found the perfect Mother of the Bride dress. Thank you Brickhouse Bridal!

From the moment I walk into Brickhouse Bridal, it was such a magical experience. All the ladies working were so polite & sweet! My group & I got paired with Casey, who was absolutely AMAZING. This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses & she made it seem so fun & easy & walked me through everything. I came in excited but nervous & a little scared not knowing what to expect. I unfortunately didn’t say yes to the dress at BHB but Casey is terrific and I thank her for making the experience so relaxing & wonderful!

The most IDEAL bridal shop.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bridal shop and the amazing SARAH. It has endless amounts of dresses in various colors from various designers, and it’s everything you would imagine a bridal shop to be. My stylist, Sarah, was incredible. She caught on to my vision almost immediately and began pulling dress ideas after my first two try-on’s. She was knowledgeable without being pushy. She was a calming presence in what can be an overwhelming experience. AND she actually ended up picking out the dress I ultimately chose. I would recommend her to anyone.

Amazing store and experience, found THE DRESS
Amazing store and experience. It was so fun to see other brides trying on dresses and then I had my own private area. Paris was fabulous and knew how to pick dresses once she figured out what I liked. It was so fun to walk around the store and browse, the atmosphere was very happy and welcoming. I never felt pressured to buy or make a decision right away. I found my dress and had the “yes” feeling. I would recommend this store to anyone!!

I was referred to Brickhouse Bridal by my friend and it was by far the best experience I've had at a bridal shop. Casey Hayden was so patient and helpful while looking for my dress. I came to Brickhouse Bridal twice with the second time being sure about the dress I wanted, but I did try on some more just in case. After trying on more dresses, Casey had an idea of the style I was looking for and she remembered a new dress that just came in that day. I tried on this dress and it was everything I've dreamt of! The only store I should have gone to
Wow oh wow! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I got married in January, so I knew I wanted a long sleeve dress. Who knew that was such a hard thing to find? I went to at least 5 other dress stores and could barely find any long sleeve dresses without having to completely customize it. I was getting really discouraged and thought I was going to have to lower my expectations. I walked into Brickhouse and they had SO MANY options to choose from in a variety of different styles! I hadn't tried so many long sleeve dresses in all of the other stores I went to combined! The staff was all so helpful and professional and helped me find my dream dress in no time! It checked off every item I was wanting- from tulle, face, low back, buttons- every detail was perfect (& reasonably priced too)! I'm recommending Brickhouse to every bride I know!

Loved every part of it!
My friend works here on the weekend, so, naturally, I wanted to check them out, but I fell in LOVE.
Paris helped me the day of my appointment and was so instrumental in helping me find my dress! I knew what I wanted going in (yes I still tried on things I didn’t think I wanted just in case) and she helped me sort through my options and realize that there was more than one way to find (or create) a long-sleeved dress. We tried on dresses without sleeves as well and used a separated top with the sleeve coverage I liked to envision my dress! I ended up adding sleeves to a dress that only had straps, and I can’t imagine my dress any other way now.
We also used them for our bridesmaids dresses, and we had no major issues. The dresses came in well before the wedding, giving the girls months to make any alterations needed.

It’s literally like going to NY and shopping for your dress at Kleinfeld. The moment you walk in they make you feel like a star and they help you find styles that best suit you! This was only the second bridal shop I visited. I really had no idea what style dress I wanted. It was nice to walk around and look for things I liked instead of them only pulling things they thought I would like. This was a great help in narrowing down the style of dress I wanted. Additionally, this led me to being torn between two very different dresses. My consultant humored my indecisiveness and put me in both dresses several times until I was ready to commit to one! This was the first AND last place I visited, because after that first visit I knew I had to come back and buy my dress from them. Paris is my favorite human being to walk the Earth because she was SO helpful, SO fun, and so easy to get along with! What an amazing team!
When I got engaged, my girlfriends said I must visit Brickhouse Bridal. From the moment I walked in, I felt like the guest of honor. A'Isha introduced me to the process and I began the gown selection. Once I chose my first 6, Sarah assisted me with the fittings. It was the most wonderful experience and so seamless! I ended up choosing the first gown I tried, but Sarah helped me with several more just in case. She picked the most beautiful veil to complement the dress and let me twirl and sashay all over to make sure it was THE ONE...and it was. Friend's referral was spot on!
A friend told us we needed to check out Brickhouse Bridal before purchasing a dress. Boy was she right! We were able to get a lady minute appointment due to a cancelation. The salon is beautiful and has a whole section of plus size sample dresses, which was really nice so I could try things on and really envision what I would look like on my wedding day. The consultant was very knowledgeable about how long it would take to get the dress in and was able to plan with me for some very unique circumstances.

This was the first salon I had ever tried on dresses at and the professionalism of the staff and their knowledge of the dresses/designers made me feel much less overwhelmed. The salon was very elegantly designed, well laid out, and had the perfect lighting and plenty of mirrors for trying on dresses. I had an appointment for a Friday morning and they were able to accommodate for my entourage of 7 with no trouble. I fell in love with the 3rd dress I tried on, however we had planned a whole day of dress shopping and I had an appointment at another salon after lunch, so I was not quite ready to commit to a dress. My consultant at Brickhouse did not make me feel pressured at all and even said they would honor the 10% off discount they offer if we decided to come back that day to buy the dress. I'm still glad I went ahead and tried on dresses at the second salon because it only solidified my choice of dress at Brickhouse. My consultant at Brickhouse was not surprised when we were back later that afternoon to purchase the 3rd dress I had tried on. I would highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal to any bride searching for their perfect dress!!! You will not be disappointed in the salon, staff, or dresses!

Dream Experience!
Brickhouse was my first and only stop in my Wedding Dress shopping experience. I did my research and was a little nervous that I wouldn't find something for my body type or in my price range, but Jessica stopped me in my tracks, found a few things off of my pinterest and then after 3 dresses decided to do her own thing, and boy am I glad she did! She suggested a two-piece dress by Martina Liana and it was STUNNING! I immediately knew it was my dress! I received 1000 compliments, and I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day! Even better, it was the most comfortable thing I have ever worn! At my dress pickup appt. Aisha helped me pick a veil and headpiece that set my dress off beautifully and again, they made the process so easy! Thank you ladies!!

Saying "Yes To The Dress" was so simple!
I said "yes to the dress" today at Brickhouse Bridal! I couldn't wait to write a review about our amazing experience today. We walked in and the girls at the front desk were very professional and friendly. Then we met with my consultant, Aisha. She let me and my entourage walk around and pick what we liked while she pulled a few dresses. While we were trying dresses on, I felt like I was playing dress up with friends. Aisha was so personable, she was honest with me and not pushy at all. She was a dream to work with. I believe I tried on about 12 dresses and I fell in love with the third one I tried on and knew it was the one. I knew if we bought it that day we received 10% off but I wanted to think about it and Aisha completely understood.
We went to grab lunch and at the end, I was like let's go buy my dress. We walked in and even though Aisha was in the middle of an appointment she came up and gave me a big hug. The checkout process was quick and painless, prices were very reasonable and they gave me a complimentary pair of pearl earrings. Overall I had such a great experience. I would recommend this beautiful store to any bride. They have an amazing selection but not too much to where you feel overwhelmed. Thank you Brickhouse Bridal team!

The staff at Brickhouse bridal is amazing. They helped not only my sister find her dress, but also mine. Both were different, beautiful and unique. They were so helpful, I bought two of my gowns from there. They range around $1500 and up but mostly in the $2000-$3000 range. There was a problem with my dress and they sent it back and got it back to me in 2 weeks. Customer service was great.

I went here after visiting one other salon. I went by , video chatting with my family. My consultant held the phone so I could talk to my mom and show her everything. She let me try the same two dresses on 6 times with no problems and encouraged me to choose what I wanted, even though what my mom wanted me to get was more expensive.

I was absolutely blown away by the level of service given by Brickhouse Bridal. After going to three other bridal shops I now question why I even wasted my time. At least I saved the best for last! They have a massive selection with gowns to fit all different budgets. The only drawback is that we shopped before they opened their social suite! I hope I get to shop for a dress there soon too!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish at Brickhouse Bridal. I brought my mom and aunt with me to my appointment and we were so welcomed by the staff. They let us browse and clip our favorites first and then we met with my consultant. My consultant was Jessica. She completely listened to what I wanted and was super helpful throughout the appointment. She helped me find my perfect dress, veil, and belt. I ordered my wedding dress that day and they sized me perfectly. My dress just came in yesterday (2 weeks early) and it fit perfectly. The staff was always so helpful and nice!! They made this experience so easy and enjoyable for me.

My experience with Brickhouse Bridal was wonderful. My dress came in earlier than it was scheduled to and it fit perfectly. My seven bridesmaids' dresses came in early also and they only had to have them hemmed. My consultant was very patient with me when I had narrowed it down to two dresses. I had the best experience at Brickhouse! It was my first time trying on dresses, and I thought I new what I wanted, but once I tried a few on, I realized I wasn't sure. My consultant pulled styles for me that were outside of my comfort zone and I ended up really loving them! She was then able to reign it in and find me the perfect dress that was in the style that looked best on me, but had the same flavor that I was looking for. Not only that, she new I had a lower budget, so she kept showing me sample dresses, that were a little out of my price range, but that she could mark down so that it fit my budget. I couldn't be happier - I walked out the door that day with a more expensive dress that she discounted to fit in my budget!

Go to Brickhouse once you gone to a couple of stores and find out what you like. Brickhouse is a specialty store so you will definitely find some unique dresses, but have some "wedding dress hunting" experience before you go. It will help! Also, Brickhouse has a lot of dresses that you've probably tried on already at another salon, but they're a lot cheaper!!

I tried over 200 dresses on at 8 stores between San Antonio and Houston. This was the last shop I went to and I wish it had been the first! The woman helping me asked what I liked, what I didn't like, let me choose some, then asked me if I wouldn't mind if she chose a few for me to see what I thought. She picked my dress. I thought I liked a certain style (whimsical, care free Hailey Paige type), but those types didn't accentuate my body. She picked out an Eddy K dress for me that was elegant, form fitting, and, well, perfect! Whatever your style is, they have a massive selection and a good price range of dresses. Would recommend them to anyone within driving distance. Well worth the 3 hour drive!

Brickhouse was about the 3rd or 4th shop i visited, but I wish it was the first. I walked in and the staff was so polite and helpful. I thought I wanted a certain style, but by chance, with the help of my stylist, I tried on a completely different style and fell in love.
Not only did I order my gown and veil from brickhouse, but they made it very easy to order my 6 bridesmaid dresses from all over the country. I just had my girls pick out their dress and send me their measurements and Brickhouse took care of the rest.

Brickhouse Bridal was the best place to find my wedding dress; with many different dresses and designers provided in their store! I went to a few other bridal boutiques around Houston, but couldn’t find anything I liked. Then I walked into Brickhouse Bridal and found the perfect one! The consultant was spot on regarding the measurements for my wedding dress – the only thing I needed to get altered was the bustle. She caught onto my sense of style very quickly and actually ended up picking a few dresses for me to try (one of which was THE dress). Overall, my whole experience there was great. No complaints! I would recommend looking at other bridal shops before making an appointment so that you can get an idea of what you do and don't like. Plus! you get a 10% discount if you make a purchase at your first appointment.
They have an awesome selection of dresses and designers. Try to make it around the entire room before you place all of your clips on the dresses you want to try on. My consultant Sarah ended up picking my dress. I was pretty ambivalent about what I wanted, so she pulled some dresses based off of my reactions and comments about the dresses I had picked and tried on.
My only regret is that I bought a larger size based on my hip measurements. Since my dress is tulle and more flowy on the bottom, I think I could've afforded to buy the size that fit my bust measurement. Now I have to spend $$$ for alterations. No one's fault.

My experience at Brickhouse Bridal was phenomenal. It was my first salon to try on bridal and I was overwhelmed with how welcoming they were and how well I was treated throughout my entire appointment. Their selection is HUGE and I fell in love with the 3rd or 4th gown I tried on. I did have a second appointment with a nearby salon later that day that I decided to go to, but did not receive the same respect and welcoming attitude that I got at BHB. They didn't have the same dress that I loved, but said they could order it and give it to me cheaper than BHB. Since the other salon did not make me feel comfortable (and frankly they were just rude) I decided that it was worth a little bit more to go back to Brickhouse and do business with the people who gave me the best bridal experience. I would highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal to everyone! They also have a great selection of gowns in all price ranges!

I brought my mom, mother in law and maid of honor and all of the girls made us feel welcome and provided great advice on picking a gown that worked for me! I ended up picking the 2nd dress I tried on, but my consultant was very supportive in my desire to try more on just to make sure that was the right one. The best thing she told me was to pick a dress I loved that day - not "if I lose 5lbs I'll love it" or "if I make such and such changes, I'll love it". I picked a dress that I loved that day and more importantly on my wedding day! The prices there were right in my budget, but the dress made me feel like a million bucks! I have recommended Brickhouse to a couple of friends since then and one of them bought her dream dress as well.

I had a fantastic experience. I like that they let you go around and pick which dresses you want to try on and you can see the prices. Casey was so helpful and even pulled a few after seeing what was flattering for me. I went in thinking I was just looking and would most likely not find the dress. All their dresses are gorgeous. From start to finish the experience at Brickhouse Bridal exceeded my expectations. After having looked thru hundreds of dresses online, I had narrowed the search to a few designers that had styles I like as well as one specific dress that I loved online and couldn't get out of my head. Brickhouse Bridal carried a great selection of designers so I called to book an appointment. The young lady who answered the phone was so courteous and polite, she really set the tone for the experience ahead. She took her time and answered all my questions over the phone. I got the first appointment for the very next day! Jessica was my consultant and she was wonderful. I highly recommend asking for her. I got to try on my dream dress and after trying on about 7 others I had that special crying moment with my mom in front of the mirror where I knew I had found my dress. The salon was beautiful and I got that one on one attention and service that I had wanted. Great Bridal experience from start to finish!

I came to Brickhouse in search of a wedding dress the week after getting engaged. I had several other bridal appointments to attend, one of which ended up carrying the dress I selected. But I had fallen SO in love with A'isha that I made sure to order all of my bridesmaids dresses from her, and let me tell you: I thought she was amazing before! This girl has wowed me over and over again! We were able to communicate through e-mail in order to get all of our ducks in a row, and she was so prompt in responding, so flexible with my half baked ideas, and the sweetest thing throughout the whole ordeal. I strongly recommend going here, regardless of how far you live.
In shopping for wedding dresses, she does not rush in the slightest. We tried on probably about 10-12 dresses. She made mental notes on the ones that I liked trying on and brought out the most beautiful things that really suited my taste, and did not bat an eye when we had to go back and alternate between trying the same two on repeatedly.

My dress was gorgeous. It was extremely unique and I received so many compliments. I shopped at about 5 other stores looking for a dress with sleeves, lace, and sparkle and I found it here. When I asked about changes I wanted to make to the dress they knew exactly what could be done and the price. My dress also came in wrong from the designer and they immediately took care of it and I got my dress back in a very timely manner. Great store and I would definitely recommend this store.

Brickhouse Bridal made finding my dress an incredible experience. I honestly was not very excited to start looking for a dress due to the overwhelming number of designers and styles out there. I didn't know what type of dress would look the best on me. The consultants at Brickhouse Bridal, though, were very accommodating and helped me find my dream dress, a belt, and a veil within the first 2 hours of my search! I am very eager to see my dress again and I can't thank Brickhouse Bridal enough for making this experience a very positive one!

This bridal salon is amazing. This was the second place we went to when going to try on wedding dresses and I had a bad experience at the previous one. They completely turned it around for us. Really welcoming and made me feel special. I found my dress here and it was absolutely beautiful. Great quality and it came in actually earlier than expected. I also got my bridesmaid dresses here which were absolutely beautiful and made my bridesmaids look stunning. I even recommended one of my close friends go here and she found her dress as well. Definitely try them out!

The first time I walked into Brickhouse was for my sister's wedding when I was in high school 10 years ago. Since then my sister-in-law also purchased her dress there. I found my dress there just this year and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! The bridal consultant did a great job helping us with the style, color and accessories to put with it. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from them and they went over and beyond on taking care of us. All the dresses came in earlier than expected which was very helpful for my bridal portraits and alterations.

Couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Brickhouse! From the moment we walked in to the boutique we were impressed with the quality and professionalism of the staff and the entire business from the dresses to the cleanliness of the facility! It was by far the best place we'd walked into all day! My consultant was precious, but to the point and she helped me narrow down my choices... she even PICKED out my dress! I was skeptical of the style and color until I had it on and then boom! If you want your say yes to the dress experience in Texas but with a reasonably priced dress with amazing quality this is YOUR first and last stop! Don't waste your time anywhere else! I couldn't say anything bad about this place even if I tried! LOVE MY DRESS!

After trying on several dresses at other bridal stores I finally said "yes to the dress" at Brickhouse Bridal. My consultant was so nice, patients, and wonderful. The shop is beautiful and I liked that they had several dresses in different styles and sizes. Thoughout my wedding I received several compliments on how beautiful my dress was. Best of all was when those double doors opened and I began to walk down the aisle my husband could not keep his eyes off me. He loved the dress. I loved the dress. I was so happy. I found my dress on my first trip to this store, which was a relief after looking high and low at other places. You get one-on-one attention during your appointment and they give you time to think it through. I was thoroughly in love with my dress!!

Sarah was absolutely great in helping me find my dress. She did an amazing job of making me feel beautiful while not pressuring me to purchase something. I ended up purchasing my wedding gown and veil that day and I could not be happier! I would highly recommend Sarah and the rest of the staff at Brickhouse!

Best place to shop for the big day! They have a great selection of wedding gowns without being too overwhelming, the staff is wonderful, and we even got our bridesmaids and flower girl dress there at a 10% discount!

Brickhouse Bridal helped make choosing a wedding dress easy and fun! we had a wonderful fitter and she found the styles I liked very quickly, even when I wasn't so sure what I wanted! They also gave us a bottle of champagne when we picked out the dress! Great place with a ton of options for wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses.

I had a very great experience here! Not only was I NOT stressed (I was dreading this quite honestly), but I had a blast! My consultant was so knowledgeable! Rather than telling me how wonderful I looked and trying to sell me on a dress, she made sure to assess my likes and dislikes on each gown and she knew exactly what my preferences were after the first couple of gowns I tried. She was spot on AND very cautious to stay within my budget! She knew her inventory well and I would recommend this establishment again! Very professional staff and a very beautiful store. Check here first and don't overthink it, ladies. They are wonderful!

This is the only place I tried on dresses. The girls that work there are so knowledgeable and great at finding what will look flattering on your body type. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience with them! I had so many compliments on my dress and I loved everything about it! I would highly recommend shopping here!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Brickhouse. My consultant was SO awesome and found the perfect Watters gown for me based on my selections. She gave great feedback and answered any question you had. I got an email 4 days later with the approximate arrival date and I went ahead and scheduled my fittings with Kristin Johnston in Katy since she books up quickly and bridals with Christine Meeker. The only downside was being a Saturday and their busiest day, it was a little tricky going around all the brides and groups to ensure you looked at all the dresses. But, even with that, it was still a great experience. I definitely recommend any future bride to check them out. I went to a few places before Brickhouse knowing I would find my dress there and I did!
