The perfect wedding venue

This venue was perfect for us for several reasons. We were essentially booking our venue, caterer, and day-of coordinator all in one. This made planning and coordination much easier. Deb was great to work with; she went out of her way to ensure that our wedding reception was perfect. We received several compliments on both the gorgeous venue and the delicious food. The hall does overlook the pool, but it honestly was not distracting at all (our reception was held on a Saturday in August, so the pool was open). I think this venue is a great value for the price, and I'm so glad we went with it.

Great experience

Deb was so accommodating and responsive to our needs. The Riding Club was a great place to have our wedding ceremony and reception. The food was delicious. We had the best day ever. We would highly recommend!

Wedding Reception

Deb was the best to work with. She helped us in every way, with our budget and every other detail too. I couldn't recommend her more highly. The food was exceptional. Rave reviews about her bread in particular. But it was all tasty. The staff was courteous and attentive. You will be blessed as we were if you choose to have your event with her and this venue. A+++++

Wonderfully Magical

It was a wonderful experience working with Deb to have my wedding at the Westminster Riding Club. She is amazing. She was helpful, kind, patient, and understsnding. She worked very hard to make sure my wedding was what I wanted. Thank you.

Bricellos Caterers was fantastic!

For being the most important night I've ever had in my life, I would not have wanted it to go any different! Thanks to Bricellos and the riding club my wife and I had a fantastic night that went both smoothly and well organized.

Westminster Riding Club and Bricello's Caterers

If you are searching for a place for a wedding reception, I highly recommend The Westminster Riding Club and Bricello's Caterers. Deb Colbert and her staff are knowledgeable, talented, efficient, and professional, and Deb, especially, took the time to lead us through unfamiliar territory in her suggestions, recommendations, encouragement, and kindness. She was clearly committed to creating the perfect reception for us. Our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked and how smoothly things ran on my daughter's and her new husband's special day. The food was excellent and attractively presented, and Deb made sure there were options for our guests with special dietary needs. In short, everything was lovely, and we are grateful to Deb and her staff for their graciousness, flexibility, and commitment to excellence. We give our experience five stars!

Our experience was wonderful!

We could not have been more pleased with the experience we had at Westminster Riding Club with Bricello’s Catering for our daughter’s October 2018 wedding. Deb Colbert was very responsive to our calls and emails throughout the planning process. Her assistance in making recommendations for decorations and suppliers was valuable. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. We had several guests comment it was the best wedding dinner they had ever eaten. Another guest who usually does not eat chicken said the BBQ chicken was delicious, and the guests who had vegetarian entrees were gushing how flavorful they were. Bricello’s met all our needs during the celebration and we are very happy to recommend them.

Deb and her staff at Bricellos Caterers were wonderful to work with. Deb was so helpful from the very beginning of our planning process to the clean-up after our wedding reception. We loved everything about them! The food was amazing and the people were just as great. We couldn’t have had this night without them and their hard work. We couldn’t appreciate their dedication more! I would 100% recommend them for your next party.

Not even sure I have enough or the right words to express the experience we shared with the Staff at The Westminster Riding Club for our daughters wedding reception. Being our first we were nervous to miss many steps but Deb took great care of us and it went off with out a hitch. The food made, presented and served by Deb and the staff of Bricellos Caterers was simply amazing. The music covered by Chris @ Raptor Productions made the entire event just perfect. Thank you all for the memories we will carry for many years to come. We are still going through moments with friends and family reliving our first amazing milestone event for our children.

Our event was a celebration of life. Deb was most considerate of our wishes. We appreciated getting early access to the venue for the musicians to do a sound check. The food was of excellent quality - especially the cheeses and pastries. The liquor vendor whom she recommended was also very accommodating and reasonable.

When my wife and I initially reached out we were responded to within minutes. From that point on , Deb made sure that our entire special day went smoothly. Every one our guests expressed how amazing the food was and how exceptional the place looked. Anyone who is looking for an amazing STRESS FREE experience I'd recommend going to see Deb. I used this venue and catering for a 15th Anniversary party for my wife. Deb and her staff were a joy to work with. She was flexible with any requests I had and her staff made for a great evening.

All of my guests commented the food and service were top notch.

The day couldn't have been more perfect. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful. The reception was perfect. The food was amazing. Everything was done with the utmost professionalsm & the entire staff went out of their way to tend to every need & request. I would not hesitate to have future events at this venue. As the mother of the bride, it was reassuring, throughout the day, to know that everything was taken care of. I would not hesitate to use this venue & caterer in the future.

To say that the Riding Club, Bricello's catering, and Deb were perfect would truly be an understatement. From the first moment I met Deb until the day of the wedding she was always professional, responsive, helpful and I could tell that she truly cared about our day and our wedding. The venue: Do NOT judge the book by its cover! From the outside, when you pull into the riding club, it is a cream siding and it does not have a "wow" factor. However, the second you step through that door it is jaw dropping. Dark brown hard wood floors, beautiful and large dance floor, a bar, the table for the food is set up beautifully, there's a part with shelving in an open closet for you to truly add your special touch. I can not tell you how many guests came up to me and told me how beautiful it was on the inside! The food: AMAZING. Everyone I talked to during the wedding said it was amazing and delicious! We chose to do the buffet line and it was wonderfu! Deb: I can't say enough kind and complimentary words about her. She truly is a wonder women! She worked so many countless hours to make sure our day was perfect & it truly was! She would respond to emails at all hours of the day and night, she gave us her number to call at any time, we got to come in and set up beforehand, she took care of everything behind the scenes so when we showed up on our wedding day everything was perfect! There truly are no cons to this venue and catering. You do have to provide your own alcohol which actually turned out to be amazing because we chose our own signature drinks and we could really choose how much of everything we wanted so we didn't go over board! You could choose different menu options, appetizers, main courses, and a cutting board station! You could also choose between buffet or sit down style. We had 150 guests at our wedding and there was plenty of room for seating and dancing! If anyone asks us where to have their reception we will always say Westminster Riding Club! Thank you Deb!!

The owner Deb was excellent to work with!! Everyone was professional and the food was great! She did a great job putting together a menu for our budget and everything went perfectly on our big day! I would definitely recommend their services!

Deb and her staff st Bricellos are top notch. From the initial meeting to our wedding day she was beyond amazing. She takes pride in her service and her product. Her food is delicious and makes you come back for more. She makes you feel like your a priority and always first class! I would not use any other caterer for anything! Definitely the best!

We can't say enough good things about Deb and her staff. From the first time we went to her open house to booking the venue she was with us all the way. She helped us plan a menu to fit our budget put in touch with other amazing vendors and shared her wisdom with us of what works and what doesn't. The are very professional, they keep to their schedule very well, when they say they are going to do something they get it done within 30 seconds after you ask for something to be done. They accommodate as much as they can to what you may want to do. They have a great connection for DJ's, and alcohol which can save you some $ . Place has a great atmosphere, nice people, and at the end of the night you don't feel like there should have been something more.

If you want someone who is going to pay close attention to details and make sure you are happy- this is the place you want to go. Deb was so sweet, responsive- I felt like she really cared about my vow renewal from the first time I met her. I am so glad I went with them, I can't imagine things being any more perfect than they were. Deb is a real gem, and made my day perfect! <3

You should definitely book this caterer! The food was beyond amazing. All ingredients were fresh and you could tell the food was homemade. It's like having your mother/grandmother cater the event for you. I have used many caterers and they far exceed anyone from Westminster to Towson. If you don't choose them, you are making a horrible mistake.

This vendor was outstanding!! Professional, organized, thorough and very helpful with the whole planning process. All the food was great (especially the brisket). My party went off without a hitch!!! Deb provided a wonderful menu for our wedding! We received so many compliments on how delicious the food was the day of our wedding. Weeks after the event- people are still commenting on the dinner we had! Bricello's was wonderful to work with and flexible with the type of menu we wanted! I am still talking about how good this vendor was even two weeks after my wedding. The decision to pick the WRC with Bricello caterers was a spur of the moment thing but I am so glad we did. The food was AWESOME, the venue was beautiful and decorated perfectly, the staff was so attentive and couldnt be more pleasant! Deb was absolutely great, from day one she had everything together and was such a help to us. She truly took the work and worry out of our day! I can not say enough good about this venue and catering service, If you are looking for a great wedding venue please take them into consideration. Everyone at our wedding had such a good time and all I heard the whole evening was how good the food was and what a nice place, that made me feel good and made me feel like we accomplished what we set out to do which was have a nice wedding that everyone would enjoy!! Of all the things our guests loved about our reception, the catering was what they raved the most about. Deb and her staff were fantastic to work with and the made it their goal to make our day fantastic!!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants top notch service. Oh, and their butternut squash lasagna is delicious!!!

Bricello Caterers at The Riding Club just made me look like a million bucks! We just had our 35th High School Reunion which I was in charge of. The best decision I made was to choose The Westminster Riding Club as our venue and Bricello Caterers to handle the rest. The food was great and there was plenty of it! The hall looked great and the service was fantastic. When planning for an event where there are many variables and unknowns it was wonderful to have Deb Colbert of Bricello Caterers in your corner. Deb was very accommodating an offered many options and great advice on making the event a complete success. Like I said originally they made me look good. I got lots of compliments on the how nice the reunion was and all I really did was hire Bricello Caterers and they did the rest. Thanks so much. We will be back!!

I can't say enoughwonderful thingsabout Deb and the entire crew of Bricello's Caterers. Deb was very accomodating through several changes and was in constant communication. She was availible any time I needed to have things signed or start decorating. Her crew took care of all of the cleanup. They were amazing!

Bricellos was wonderful taking care of us from the start to finish of my daughters baby shower! I have never had so many compliments on the food and the layout of everything! They did everything and then some! Deb is wonderful to work with and I felt as if we had known each other for years when putting the shower together! She was right on track with all I wanted and needed and even went above to make it extra special! Highly highly recommend the deli package! The sandwiches and salads were the best!! I got so many compliments from all our guests and could not have done this without such a compassionate caterer! Bricellos knows your every need and then some!! Bricello's Caterers provided the food at my daughter's wedding at the Westminster Riding Club on 08/20/16. The owner, Deb Colbert, was amazing to work with. Not only was the food delicious, the presentation was just beautiful. The guests were raving about the food and the venue, The Westminster Riding Club. Deb was professional, responsive, and very flexible. The evening went off without a hitch.....Deb took care of it all. It was just perfect, and the guests had a blast....what else can you ask for? Deb and the Bricello's crew were awesome! She worked with us to keep everything on track and make sure everything was taken care of, as well as offering recommendations for other local services that had great reputations and service. On the big day, she was great at making sure to keep us on track and things moving like they needed to. The food was amazing, and the crew was on point with all the set up/tear down and everything in between! They were all a pleasure to work with, and the whole team is amazing!

Deb and the Bricello's staff were nothing short of phenomenal. My husband and I had our reception at the Westminster Riding Club with the Bricello's staff on Saturday, June 18th. It was an absolutely beautiful reception and everyone was raving about the food and the service from the staff. Deb is creative and helped us use our own decorations nicely, and she also added some of her own to add to the look as well. She was flexible and answered questions promptly throughout the planning process, and was exactly where we needed her to be, when we needed her to be there. The staff took care of set up and take down, which was a huge time saver for us. Deb even took the time to personally fix out cake topper to save us a trip there right before the wedding. If I had the choice to do the whole thing over again, I would choose the Riding Club and the Bricello's staff ten times over. Kudos and many thanks to all of them for making our day perfect and stress free!

The presentation of the buffet was beautiful and the food was excellent. The guests raved about the roasted vegetables and the beef brisket. This was the second time we used their services and the quality was the same as the first time. I would recommend them.

Deb Colbert worked with us for nearly every aspect of our reception, but she truly excelled with the food. Her prices were reasonable and the quality of the food far exceeded our hopes or expectations. One of the comments that I have heard most frequently from our guests was how much they enjoyed the food. We had hors' Douvres, two carving stations, stuffed chicken, cheese tortellini, salad, mashed potatoes and crab dip, among others. The entire catering staff was courteous and helpful, making sure that my groom and I got to eat (extremely important), as well as that all of our guests were satisfied. I'm very grateful to Deb and team for making sure that our reception was delicious!

From appetizers to main dishes to service and bar, everything was flawless! Wedding guests repeatedly said it was the best wedding food they ever had. My husband is a minister and for the last forty years I have seen many wedding venues and more caterers than I can count throughout Frederick and Carroll Counties. Bricellos Caters were excellent! Very professional, and attentive to the smallest detail. The Westminster Riding Club is an old facility but the inside is tastefully and elegantly decorated! Last but not least the food was exceptionally well done, in appearance and taste! I will definitely recommend both the caterer and the venue.

Bricello's Caterers was an amazing company with which to work. The staff was kind, friendly and helped make our special day as stress free as possible. We planned our wedding during the winter, and despite the weather Deb worked with me to find time to address all my questions (even if we both had to leave a voice mail or two). We could not have asked for more really. The 3 months leading up to the wedding were super easy to deal with because Bricellos Caterers were there every step of the way. They were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. The food was out of this world, in fact people are still talking about it and it was even called "phenomenal". But it comes down to this, we were able to enjoy our wedding without worrying and it is thanks in large part to the helpful, honest, dedicated, talented, warm and welcoming staff of Bricello's Caterers. It clear they love what they do; I cannot stress how kind and considerate Deb and her staff are. Would definitely recommend to a friend or stranger!

Deb and her staff from Bricello's catering made my wedding an unforgettable evening. All the way from the beginning, 9 months prior to my wedding, Deb Colbert was attentive and eager to learn what my fiancé and I wanted for our big day.
After our first meeting with Deb, we were able to see the beautiful Westminster Riding Club where the food from Bricello's Catering would be served. After choosing the riding club, which we began referring to as a "hidden gem," we set up another meeting for a food tasting. Prior to the tasting we reviewed each menu and selected three appetizers and three entrées to taste.During the tasting Deb reviewed prices for the catering packages and explained how each package could be customized to our liking. We tasted the food, all of which was incredible.
The wedding finally came and I thought the food served was even better than the tasting. Our wedding was almost a month ago and our guests are still raving about how good the food was! My uncle follows a very strict vegan diet, and Deb was able to accommodate his dietary needs by learning his food requests prior to the wedding and being sure he was taken care of during the reception.
Bricello's catering not only has phenomenal food, but also outstanding service. Each of the staff members helping with the wedding was courteous and friendly towards all of the guests. I can honestly say I have zero complaints about Bricello's Catering and the Westminster Riding Club. I would highly recommend the catering service and the reception hall for any event, especially a wedding. I loved hearing the positive feedback from my guests the entire night and weeks following the wedding. Bricellos Caterers at the Westminster Riding Club provided the best wedding experience possible for me and my new husband! The food was amazing, and Deb (the caterer) was so flexible and accommodating for anything we needed or wanted to do! She sold the Riding Club for us as a venue. She even had her staff care for our dog so he did not bark during the ceremony. You will not find a better group of people to work with for your wedding. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bricello's were easy to work with and very professional. This was my first experience working with them and I would recommend them to others. Bricello's work with me on selecting a menu that allowed us to offer guests dinners for special diets. My husband and I got married April 4, 2015 at the Westminster Riding Club and Bricello's catered the event. Deb and her staff were fantastic! The ceremony was supposed to be held outside at a different location but due to weather we decided to move the wedding inside at the WRC. Deb was great when it came to changing everything around. The place was beautiful, food was great and staff was fantastic! My fairytale wedding came to life and it all started by choosing the Westminster Riding Club and Bricello's Caterers! I would highly recommend them and would plan another event with them in the future.

We had our daughter's wedding at the Westminster Riding Club and Bricello's catered the event. Deb and her staff were wonderful! Working with Deb, the owner of Bricello's, was one of the best experiences I have had. She was easy to talk with, always made us feel like she would love to just sit and have a cup of coffee with us and chat. She never rushed us and was willing to work within our time frame when it came to walk through the venue. The food was phenomenal and we heard nothing but high praise from all of our guests. We even had some guests who had been to receptions in high profile DC hotels, tell us that the food served was some of the best they had ever had. Deb's expectations of her staff is very high and met her expectations in every way. They were pleasant and attentive, willing to help out in whatever way was needed for each guest. During the reception, I had a friend ask me about the caterer and what they needed to do to talk with her and rent the venue for their daughters potential wedding reception. Bricello's was a wonderful caterer to work with for my wedding! They had just become the sole caterer for the Westminster Riding Club and Deb was very willing to work with us on any idea we had for our event. Deb and her staff are so personable. Love them all. I admit I was surprised by the young wait staff, but I could not have asked for a better group of people. These young guys were so organized from set up to clean up. The food was amazing, just like at the tasting. The wedding cake was exactly like the picture we provided, and was the best tasting ever. After viewing several catering sites, we decided to contact Deb first based on pictures of her food displays. After meeting her at the tasting, we knew she was the one and only. She had excellent ideas and arranged for the chair, linen, and tent rentals. Deb feels like family!

Dear Deb and Bricello's Staff,

We would like to thank each of you for the effort and hard work you put into making our daughter's wedding reception a day to remember. We have heard nothing but good things from our guests about the delicious food and what a fun time they had! To this day, people are still talking about those green beans--how delicious they were.

We could definitely see we had pushed the venue to its limits in guest seating but if there were any complaints none have been voiced to us. I believe that speaks to the efficiency of your staff, even down to small details like our bartender not opening cases until needed. Deb, you even worked behind the scenes to insure that the torrential rain the day before the event didn't damage any boxes so they could be returned. Thank you!

Thank you for catching Laura and Coert's vision. We could tell by her smile that it was spot on. The presentation of the food tables was lovely and reflected our personality and how we would serve our guests in our home. Everyone said the reception was "so Laura and Coert".

Bricello's catered my wedding in May. The food was exquisite and the staff was a ball! Everyone was so helpful and catered to the groom and I all night. I am so thankful to have had them at my wedding!

Deb was very friendly and always there to answer my questions. She had wonderful ideas for decorating the Westminster Riding Club. The food was GREAT!! My guests are still raving about how much they loved the food.

Deb and the staff of Bricello's were amazing. My daughter's wedding was as wonderful and worry free as I had hoped it would be. Everyone who attended has had nothing but positive feedback about the food, service, cake etc. They were awesome!!!

From the very beginning Deb @ Bricello’s catering was the only one willing to work with our tight budget. She never tried to upsell us or make us feel like our budget was impossible (as other caterers we talked to did). We checked out at least 10 others and their prices were insane. Deb was so reasonable and accommodating to our needs and wants for our vegetarian menu. She offered great ideas for the menu and when we meet her the 1st time to do our tasting, all of the food we tried was excellent!! We wanted to do fall themed comfort foods & everything she created was spot on.
Choosing Deb as our caterer was the best decision we made for our wedding. She really took care of us the entire time. She was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, willing to answer any questions and giving great advice/suggestions to fit our theme perfectly. She even brought her own decorations for our buffet tables that went great with our décor.
At our final walk thru her calming presence put me at ease, during such a stressful time leading up to the wedding. Most importantly the menu she created for us was delicious & phenomenal, with a great variety of choices. Our guests absolutely loved all of the food and we did too! We are still craving her sweet potato, butternut squash lasagna and eggplant parm… Soooo yummy!
I would highly recommend Deb & all the staff @ Bricello’s catering to anyone. Deb was an absolute pleasure to work with and appreciate everything she did to make our wedding so fantastic!! She is a wonderful & beautiful person inside & out. Thank you Deb & all of the Bricello’s staff!!

This is the second year we used Bricello's to cater our company party. Deb and her crew made the evening a magical and memorable event. Everyone raved about the quality and variety of food, along with the artistic way it was presented. We are already planning next year's event and Bricello's will be in the center of it!

Bricello's did a great job catering at my wedding. They are so flexible and are willing to work with you to meet your needs. We had originally booked Bricello's to go along with our venue but when things changed and we had to cancel the venue, Bricello's was still able to work with us. We ended having our wedding in our back yard and they were there every step of the way, always working with us around all of our changes. Deb was the point of contact with them and she is amazing. She was extremely helpful, always responded to my emails very quickly and I'm so thankful to have worked with her. Their food was really good, our favorite were the mash potatoes and the beef from their carving station. They have a lot of options to choose from which is great. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Our wedding turning out so much better than I ever imagined and I would recommend Bricello's to my friends and family.

Deb took my vision and budget and turned it into a spectacular corporate Holiday Party! She asked pertinent questions that showed she knew exactly what to do to achieve a successful event. I was confident that all aspects of the food and decor would be handled...and, I was not disappointed.

The food was amazing, the set up was beautiful, the servers were floating around the event - always attentive, but never intrusive.

I could not have asked for better service! I will definitely use Bricello's Catering for future events.

We were so happy that we chose Bricello's Caterers. Deb the owner/chef helped us with organizing every detail of the wedding. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. All the guests raved about the food and service. Deb and her team at Bricello's not only catered our wedding, but also helped set up the reception. Deb was always responsive to my questions and requests, and I could reach her by email or phone. Deb was willing to do whatever needed to be done to make our wedding day very special. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Deb and her catering staff. They were amazing, I did nothing but have a fabulous time during our wedding. The food was amazing and everyone complimented us on it. And when we ask her to do breakfast instead of steak and crab cake she didn't skip a beat!!

Food was excellent. Staff was very courteous and professional.

Deb was a huge help from start to finish. She was flexible on her taste-testing schedule. She got us set up with a cake vendor and table/chair rentals too. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She provided a nice, down-to-earth compliment to our, somewhat eccentric, wedding coordinator.

On the day of the wedding, guests could not stop raving about the food, from horderves to the dinner, with especially high remarks on the roast beef.

I would definitely use Bricello's again.

What more reassuring words could a bride hear from a caterer than these: "This is your special day. We will create a plan together and then you can leave the rest up to me."
Deb delivered everything we discussed and so much more. She gave me peace of mind and made my reception an event that I could enjoy. The food was delicious. The staff were warm and friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Different phases of the reception from the bar and appetizers, through the buffet dinner service and the cake cutting progressed seamlessly. We could not have been more pleased. In today's economically stressful times, any budget conscious bride would be pleased by the reasonable rates that Bricello 's catering offers and realizing that she doesn't have to compromise quality to stay on budget.

Deb and her team at Bricello's catering are simply AWEsome! The food was out of this world, her ideas and suggestions were obviously well thought out and supremely executed. She helped me through every step from making sure I had the right tables, to coordinating little extra's, and providing my reception with amazing food and more than amazing staff.

If you don't hire Deb and her team, you're CRAZY. Plain. and.Simple.

BRAVO! I would reccomend Bricello's to anyone looking for quality, value, and above all AWESOME food! I used Bricello's for a company dinner/meeting for 100 people. Deb and her team were fabulous! I dealt directly with Deb, the owner. She was fexible, accomodating, and she knows her stuff! The food was displayed in such a beautiful way that you almost felt bad eating it....but TRUST ME eating it was AWESOME. Exeptional value, no hidden costs, upfront, friendly....and delicious. You will not go wrong using Bricello's.

Bricello's is without a doubt the BEST catering service I have ever dealt with or known of. Being a newly engaged couple who has never planned a wedding or done this sort of thing, my husband and I were nervous when we started reviewing catering vendors. Deb (the owner) went above and beyond not only making us feel comfortable with everything, but was honest the entire way through the process, was a pleasure to work with as a person and not to mention the food was amazing! Deb not only owns and runs the businesss but is the chef as well! So when you work one on one with a person who bleeds for their business to be successfull you see the passion that is there- and Deb is without a doubt passionate about what she does, down-to- earth, very reasonable and very accomodating. In the end we have formed what we like to believe is a friendship and we wouldnt have it any other way! Bricellos not only has amazing food, wonderful servers but hands-down the BEST chef and owner a business could ask for!

Bricello's did an amazing job at my wedding and I would and have, recommended them to many friends.

With Bricello's, you will get the following:

1) Great service: Deb and her team at Bricello's not only catered our wedding, but also helped set up our ceremony, which was in the same location. Deb coordinated rentals and offered a number options so I could choose.

2) Great value: With a variety of menus and options, I was able to serve the 160 people at my wedding without busting my budget. We selected the wedding reception package, which included salad, appetizers, dinner, and even the wedding cake, which is from Sugarbaker's in Catonsville.

3) Flexibility and reliability: Deb was always responsive and respective to my questions and requests, and i could reach her by email or phone. Bricello's is great in that they are willing to let you make substitutions and even bring in your own food items if the venue allows it and you so desire. I was able to bring in gluten and dairy free items for guests with health needs and Berger cookies for a Maryland touch.

4) Honesty: A fear I had going in, generally, with hiring any vendor, had to do with hidden costs. With Bricello's they are upfront with everything. Prices are often listed on sample menus and Deb will work with you to break down the cost and show you everything before you sign. Even gratuity is listed upfront on the contract. I was always aware of what was going on, which really helped reduce wedding planning stress.

5) Fantastic food: Most wedding food I gauge by (a) edible and (b) bad. Bricello's was (c), delicious. The meat was tender, the vegetables seasonal and crisp. My mom, who is a professional cook, was impressed! Deb even worked with my to provide a vegetarian pasta option that wasn't listed in her menus.

Overall, just a great experience, and I even feel that out of an already good experience, I also made a new friend. Cannot recommend more highly!

Deb was a huge help with finding a venue for our rehersal dinner. We were trying to put this together long distance and she was helpful, kind and full of ideas! She handled this slightly disorganized mother of the groom spectacularly well. The food was terrific and everyone had a terrific time. She is awesome, very professional and I would definitely recommend the St. Thomas venue if there will be any children attending. Thanks Deb - you are the best!

Deb & the rest of the staff that came with her to my reception were on point & very personable! Deb was very helpful in providing advice & ideas to make my reception as perfect as it could be! She also has a calming tone about her that makes you feel very comfortable to be around her & to express any thoughts on her ideas! Oh & the food was out of this world! After our tasting session, all I craved was the chicken marsala & the delicious greenbeans! All of the food was perfectly tasty! I would definetly reccomend bricello's caterers for any event! Infact, I will definetly be reccommending their services to anyone who needs those services! And if we have another special event in the future, of course I will be calling Bricello's & requesting Deb!
