Brian helped make our wedding amazing - you will not be disappointed in choosing him to be your DJ! Brian is very professional and super organized. The online platform he uses for song lists/planning is easy to use, and since he has alot of experience, questions and details were covered on the online portal that I wouldn't have thought about before. There was two planning meetings to make sure our timeline and song requests were discussed. He was very responsive to emails when we had questions. During the reception, Brian kept the party going and people were always out dancing. His setup is sleek and compact. Some Day-of situations arose, but Brain helped to cover and handled everything so smoothly, going beyond expectations. All in all, he is an awesome person, down to earth to talk to, and really good at what he does. We are glad we had him be our DJ! -

Brian did a fantastic job for our wedding! We heard through the grapevine about his talents and we were willing to pay for travel (which was also super reasonable) in order to have him for our night in Kentucky! He allowed us to completely customize our playlists with a more country cocktail hour, oldies dinner hour, and then more modern and dancing songs for the reception, but he was also willing to help us with and offered different general genre option playlists. He allowed us to change our last dance song the day before the wedding as it was released that day and was more than happy to work with us on any last minute changes. He is very detailed oriented when it came to relaying our love story and bridal party intros which shows how much he cares about his couples. He even mixed my daddy daughter dance by scratch and it was such a crowd pleasure! He made sure our outdoor ceremony and cocktail music was going to work and came during our rehearsal the night before to check out the venue. Overall, Brian was absolutely fantastic to work with and it was such a pleasure to have him there to help us celebrate our special day. -

Brian did our wedding in late September and I don't think I can say enough good things about him. When we first started looking for a DJ, his name kept coming up in our searches and we had heard great things about him from the other vendors that we had already booked. We decided to meet with him and immediately knew that he would be our DJ. His services are definitely an investment, but truly worth every penny. You get so much value and experience by booking him. He provides you with online forms which makes selecting/inputting your songs very easy. He is very knowledgeable and is open to any suggestions you have and you can tell he truly wants to create something that you're happy with. He also tells your love story at the reception which is something completely unique that I had never seen before. He did it right before our first dance and it made such a huge difference in creating a really special moment. He kept the crowd engaged through all the speeches and first dances. In addition to everything else, he truly is an amazing DJ! He played songs that kept people on the dance floor and did really good live mixing which created a very fun party atmosphere. He even brought the bridal party drinks to the head table which they all appreciated so much!
All in all, I would recommend him to anyone! He does a great job of keeping your event on schedule, keeps the crowd engaged, and creates a very fun dance floor environment. -

Brian is so much more than a DJ/MC and we couldn’t recommend him more.
When beginning our wedding planning process, we were dreading the thought of hiring a DJ because many of the DJs we’ve had experience with in the past have been what we call “hype men” and it just wasn’t our vibe. When we met Brian, he alleviated all of our fears relating to that and he showed us that he had a lot of experience and so much knowledge and was very passionate about his work. He was very professional while also being personable and easy to communicate with. He was always easy to get ahold of and very prompt in answering any E-mails or messages we sent him. He answered all of our questions and alleviated any of our fears relating to our ceremony and reception. He allowed us to give him lists of all of our must-play songs (which he played all of them) and we trusted him to fill in all of the rest (which he did amazingly and our dance floor had people on it all night)! Brian helped to lay out our entire timeline for our ceremony and reception and was a major help in ensuring the day went smoothly. Our ceremony was outdoors and he placed speakers to where they weren’t even noticeable that allowed our guests to hear our ceremony and vows very clearly. After our ceremony, he immediately had the music going for cocktail hour without missing any time. During our reception, Brian was an amazing MC where he told our guests of the events that would be happening, dismissed them by table for dinner and made sure nobody missed out on any aspects of the night. Before our first dance, he read out a love story that he curated for us and everybody loved hearing how we came to be and funny stories in our relationship. Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without Brian and his help! Both my (now) husband and I haven’t been to a lot of weddings and neither of us had experience with planning such a big event. Brian was an immense help in the months leading up to the wedding, with the planning, the rehearsal and the big day itself. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ/MC for our important day! -

Brian was absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a better DJ. He is very professional and fun to work with. The planning process was easy, smooth, and by far the best planning process we have ever gone through. Brian made the planning fun! We met with him several times and worked out a timeline for the day-of and our songs we wanted played. He was very helpful when it came to questions and picked songs based on our liking. He was the master of the ceremony and the reception. Every one of our guests was able to hear every word that was said during our vows and there were no worries of not hearing anything. Everything was loud and clear! Brian was the cordinator of the night by telling everyone what was going on and how everything would go down. He does a unique bit called the love story. The bride writes her story and the groom writes his love story and Brian reads them out loud at the wedding. It's very fun and outright hilarious at times. Our grand entrence was perfect and Brian introduced everybody in the party with the music of their choice. The music flowed perfectly throughout the night and Brian was the life of the party! We can't thank him enough for being so wonderful and making our night absolutely amazing! -

Our experience with Brian was nothing short of exceptional. He was extremely professional, personable, and fun to work with. He is extremely organized and detail oriented. He communicated professionally and timely throughout the entire process. It was great to meet one-on-one with him a couple times before our wedding to go over the order of events and important details. Leading up to our wedding we had no doubts that he would do an amazing job. His communication skills are on point and he followed up with us days before when we realized we forgot to submit last minute details. He made everything come together. He has a genuine interest to make sure that things run smoothly. Not only did he play exactly what we asked him to play and followed a strict do not play list, he was an incredible Master of Ceremonies. My best friend who gave a speech coordinated with him just a few hours before about syncing about 7 songs into her speech with cues, and he killed it. I had no prior knowledge of this, and it speaks to how accomodating he is and how he can make anything happen! To be clear, Brian Harris went above and beyond in all aspects. We wish him all the best and hope you make the right decision when picking a DJ, because is Brian is the best! Don't waste your time with anyone else. -

When we were looking for DJs I made a post on Facebook for recommendations. A friend had suggested Brian. I got on his website to check him out and I knew right away he was going to be our DJ. I knew without meeting him he was professional and organized. After our first meeting with Brian, me and my husband said it was a no brainer. He was so helpful during the wedding planning and helped put everything together. He has an amazingly organized website for you to keep everything together. He was always checking up on us and helping anyway he could. Our favorite part and one of the main reasons we chose Brian was because of the love story he puts together. We loved the fact that we had never seen it done at any other wedding and it made our wedding feel so much more personal and intimate. We can not say enough good things about Brian and would choose him again and again, no question. I honestly have no idea what we would have done without him! -

Brian Harris is truly the best DJ/MC in Dayton Ohio. Brian is truly special as takes on the responsibility for your big evening so you don't have to worry! He gets all the information he needs from you prior to the big day and it all unfolds in such a beautiful way at the reception from the music to his love story. Brian's love story is an awesome, unique, and beautiful addition to the reception. You have to hire him to find out more ;). His grand entrance is great as he introduces all the members of the wedding party with a little biography to the music of your choice. He isn't a simple DJ that makes a few announcements and pushes play at your reception. He's an expert at what he does and he'll make your evening extra special. You will laugh, cry, and feel the love when you put your trust into his hands! -

Lindsay Sent on 12/29/2017If you are looking for a professional DJ that will be raved about years after your wedding, Brian is hands down your guy. We used him for our wedding back in November 2014. To this day, we still have guests tell us what a great job he did. (Usually they are texting us from other weddings where the DJ is subpar.) My husband and I find ourselves comparing every other wedding DJ to Brian. SPOILER ALERT: None of them come close.
One of the main things that sets Brian apart from others is the extras he offers. For example, if you don't want to kiss an excessive amount of times throughout the night when glasses clink, he has great solutions. Or if you want to roast your bridal party in a fun way during the grand entrance, he's got you! We "conveniently" neglected to tell our bridal party about that part so it was a fun surprise for them.
Have you ever been to a wedding where there long lulls and it seems to be dragging on? This won't happen with Brian as your DJ. Prior to your big day he will work with you to create a timeline. In the event that photos take too long, he is quick to adapt and adjust as needed.
Perhaps the best part about having Brian for your DJ will be that he is genuine. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure your wedding day is not only the best it can be, but customized to your personality.

And we were not disappointed in the least bit. He was amazing! I've heard from every guest about how they were so blown away by how great Brian was the whole night. Everyone was dancing the night away and it was none stop excitement. Everyone should choose Brian Harris Entertainment for any DJing needs they may have. -

Wedding and reception
Brian did an amazing job for my daughters wedding. His attention to detail is just wonderful. He even was there to help during the rehearsal. The Wedding Story is by far the best part, in my opinion. It's so unique. He kept the party going and we didn't leave the dance floor. Thank you so much Brian, this wedding was the talk of the town. -

September 2019 Wedding
We hired Brian for our daughter’s wedding last month, and he was amazing! From the beginning of the evening to the very end, he was a true Master of Ceremony. His wedding party introduction, bride and groom’s story, happy hour music - everything was perfect! We have been to three wedding in the past month. After seeing the other DJ’s, I am so glad we chose Brian to be part of our celebration. He is a true professional and takes great pride in his work and it shows. I would hire him again! -
