Seriously, SUCH good service. Jess offered to engrave my rings for free, just because she took more than 24 hours to respond to my email. I totally messed up the sizing on one ring, and they are going to fix it for free-even though it was MY fault. The rings are so nice, heavy, well made. I love them!!

Brent and Jess are amazing to work with. They are super accommodating and helpful and really care about their customers. My fiancé’s ring was resized for free by them even though not getting it in the right size was our mistake. They also fixed the shape of my ring after I received one in the wrong style, and made the ring thinner for me, all at no cost. The quality of their products is incredible and their fingerprint rings are beautiful. They are great to work with and I definitely reccomend them to anyone looking for unique and beautiful wedding bands!!

I am truly over the moon with the custom ring Brent & Jess made for my husband. They were AMAZING working with our tight time line, and the finished product was more than we could ask for. Trust me when I say I am always looking at mens rings and I have yet to find one that comes close to the work of art Brent & Jess made for us. I have and will continue to highly recommend them.

I purchased the concave fingerprint wedding ring. This is a very unusual piece and gets a ton of compliments. Further, the customer service at brent&jess is second to none. I would definitely do business with this team again.

My husband and I were very impressed with the value, customer service and uniqueness of design that Brent&Jess offered in comparison to the big box jewelers in town. We LOVE our wedding bands from Brent & Jess!! My husband and I were looking for something unique and special for our rings. When we found Brent & Jess, with their fingerprint rings with personalized messages, we knew that we had found what we were hoping for. We contacted them just a few months before our wedding day and they were able to have our rings made with time to spare. We were pleased that there were so many different options, and we could customize to find something elegant and affordable. Not only that, but the experience of designing our rings was memorable and special!

The team at Brent & Jess worked with us, through email, to choose the right design and material for our rings. They were helpful and incredibly responsive. After choosing our designs we received the fingerprinting package, which was so neat, it was amazing to imprint the design that would go on our rings! They even worked with us to include surprise messages to each other inside the rings. It was so much fun to read the messages we had written to each other after our ceremony!

Bottom line: Brent & Jess provide unique and beautiful jewelry, with responsive and personal customer service. I highly recommend rings from Brent & Jess for anyone looking for gorgeous, one-of-a-kind wedding bands.

Loved our rings. Highly recommend getting engraved. We did secret engravings (I didn't know what he put, he didn't know what I put), it was an extra fun little surprise when we picked up the rings.

Customer service was on point, very fast with emails and answering questions. We went and picked up our rings, and they gave us a tour of the facility and showed us a ring getting etched.

We absolutely love our wedding rings. The fingerprint imprint on the inside of our bands are like a little secret, and so meaningful to us both. Brent & Jess were so easy to work with and responsive. We both ended up needing to resize our rings, and this wasn't a problem at all.

My husband and I used Brent & Jess for our wedding bands. One of the coolest things I have come across. If you are looking for something sentimental for your rings (instead of the flashy diamonds) this is the best place with the most value. The fingerprinting is so cool and easy to do. It was a fun activity for us to do as a couple together before we got married. We are beyond excited and they are a great value!

I fell in love with Brent&Jess's custom made finger wrap rings that I stumbled upon on Pinterest and could not get them out of my head. I knew that their finger wrap wedding band is what I want to give my husband to be! Once I finally convinced myself I would settle for nothing else, I contacted Brent & Jess and got a response email almost immediately. The customer service was awesome and personalized. They customized every detail and were in contact during every step, right until I finally got the ring (I live in TX and their store is in Maine, wasn't even a problem!). They made buying and customizing a piece of jewelry that you hope will last the rest of your loved one's life a breeze, despite being in a completely different part of the country, and I am so thankful I chose Brent&Jess. Definitely a Pinterest win. :)

We were really happy with the custom wedding rings that Brent & Jess made for us! We each got custom rings with each other's fingerprints on the inside of the bands. At first we weren't sure how it would be to buy rings online, but it turned out to be a very simple process. We chose our styles from the website, exchanged emails with them about the designs, placed the order, received the fingerprint imprinting kit in the mail and sent it back. The whole process was easy and the rings turned out great! We absolutely love the personal touch to these wedding bands.

These folks were wonderful! They even resized my husband's ring for free because his finger was swollen due to the heat and humidity of the new climate, when we moved. We LOVE the work, the service, and the result. Couldn't be happier!!

We love our fingerprint rings!!! We went with pretty simple white gold bands with the fingerprints on the inside. We love the customized aspect of it, and it gave our simple bands that little something special to make them really unique. Amazing work. The one complaint we have is that my husband's ring has already gotten a fair amount of scratches on it. It is the 10K white gold. His is pretty wide, so it's easier to get knocked against things to scratch it, but we thought it might be a little bit more scratch resistant than what it is. Other than that, we love our rings!

This company is AMAZING. Not only do the owners communicate with you directly, but they are incredibly talented and friendly individuals. Our dogs actually ate our first kit that they sent us for our fingerprint rings, so they immediately shipped us another one, gave us free expediting (since I sent them a "dog shaming" photo of our pups with the remaining evidence) and provided us with beautifully unique wedding bands that made everything personal. Brent & Jess is an amazing company to work with and they treat you like family! LOVE them and will definitely be purchasing more jewelry from them in the future!

My husband was actually the one who convinced me to get his wedding band from Brent&Jess. I ended up being so glad that he did! The process was so quick and easy. I was consistently sent updates throughout the process. My husband is in the military, so he was unable to try on his ring when I received it. When he finally did get to try it on and it was too small, there was zero hesitation for the company to fix it. We were so happy with the service and we highly recommend them!

My husband and I wanted to have unique wedding bands, but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. Brent&Jess offered the perfect solution. After visiting many local jewelers who kept trying to talk us into rings we didn't want, it was nice to be able to get exactly what we wanted with Brent&Jess. The turn-around time was quick, and the rings came out great. Many of our friends have already commented about what a cool and unique idea it was.

Brent & Jess made our rings for our March 2013 wedding. Of all the vendors that we worked with as we planned our wedding, Brent & Jess set the bar in every category. Our experience with them was nothing short of excellent. Their communication was always prompt, their service was seamless, and our rings are absolutely beautiful. We loved creating molds of our fingerprints together, and Brent&Jess make that process very easy and fun with their incredibly user-friendly kit. I found Fabuluster on Etsy and was sold right away! I loved, loved, loved the idea of having each others finger prints in our rings. We soon contacted them and got the ball rolling. Once the rings were in our possession (after multiple emails, decisions, impression kits, fabrication time, etc) we still had them 10 months before our wedding! I was just so excited and knew we found exactly the right rings for us that I didn't want to wait. They are beautiful, simple and so sentimental. I couldn't have made a better choice. Last December when I was home for Christmas I brought the rings to show off ahead of time and turned a cousin into a costumer! My cousin and his wife love their rings just as much and also say that it was the perfect choice. I would and do recommend Fabuluster to everyone.

P.S. this is the first piece of jewelry that my husband has ever worn, he had himself sized at a local jewelry store and they were obviously wrong, when our rings came in the mail his literally flew off his hand. Brent and Jess couldn't not have been nicer and more understanding and they took the ring back right away and re-sized it!

Wow! I purchased my husband's band from Brent&Jess and we could not be more pleased with it. I ordered the ring as a surprise for my husband and put my ring finger imprint on the inside. The kit they send out is easy to use. Everyone I worked with was so responsive and ready to help me in anyway possible. Absolutely gorgeous work! We used Fabuluster to purchase two handcrafted wedding bands. We got the ones with our fingerprints inside the band. They are so incredibly perfect! I was absolutely blown away by the level of detail in the fingerprints. I know that these rings will be family heirlooms; I cannot wait to pass them on. :-)

After racking our brains for months trying to figure out WHAT to get inscribed inside our wedding rings, we were delighted to find Fabuluster--we would have each other's fingerprints put inside the bands instead. We ordered palladium fingerprint wedding bands from Fabuluster and had a great experience working with the whole team. They were incredibly helpful in providing prompt and thorough responses to our questions about price quotes on metals, and once we placed our order, they made sure to check with us again to be sure they had our custom listing details correct. They send you a kit so you can make your fingerprint impressions that go inside of your rings--the kit had very clear instructions and they made sure to provide contact information in case we had problems or questions.

They sent us emails keeping us updated about receipt of the imprint kit as well as progress reports on when we could expect to receive our rings. They arrived beautifully boxed. It is amazing to wear a ring that has your spouse's fingerprint on the inside!

We did spend more on rings that we had anticipated, but we were glad to pay the price for three reasons: 1. We selected palladium, which is a more durable metal than gold (but less expensive than platinum) and which is not as commonly offered by other vendors; 2. This is an incredibly unique piece of jewelry and we were willing to pay for that customization; and 3. We felt good supporting an independent artisan business rather than giving our money to a chain jeweler.

If you want a truly unique and beautiful piece of jewelry, as well as a top-notch customer service experience, Fabuluster is your vendor! One word of advice: it does take them a while to make the rings--we received ours about 2 months after we returned our fingerprint kit--so if you want to order rings from them, be sure to order far in advance.

My wedding rings are so unique, my now husband and I love them. About 36 hours after getting married my husband lost his while we were kayaking. He had never worn a ring and insisted that he didn't want it too tight. I messaged Fabuluster and they still had our molds. They had a new ring (1.5 sizes smaller) to us in about a month. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to turn around a new ring to replace his lost one. They have amazing customer service! Thank you fabuluster. So Fabuluster has created not one, not two, but three sets of fingerprint wedding bands for my husband and myself. I cried the first time I found the Brent and Jess website - I knew this is what I wanted for my ring. Then, after several months of dithering about sizes, shapes and colors, I finally put in an order and waited breathlessly. B&J were responsive the whole time to my questions, my what-ifs, and my procrastination. Family and friends love my ring, and I do too - having my husband's fingerprint with me all the time is incredibly special.

We ordered my fiancé’s wedding band from Brent and Jess. The quality and truly unique design of the ring is even more beautiful than we could have hoped for. We received friendly and prompt customer service through the whole process, including getting the ring re-sized. As we live outside of the US we made sure to order the ring well in advance. This was a good idea as the initial ring size we ordered turned out to be too large. However, I received wonderful care and attention to get the ring re-sized (total turnaround time was about 3weeks). It is now a perfect fit and couldn’t look better!
I would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone looking for a truly one of a kind piece.

Brent and Jess (and team) were Awesome! They provide a very unique product at a good value. They were super responsive and turned my wedding ring around very quickly. I love my ring and show it off all the time. People always geek out when I tell them that it's my wife's fingerprint on the inside. I've been wearing it for a month and I still appreciate it every day. The only reason I dinged them on flexibility was because we didn't end up getting a matching ring for my wife, because her ring changed width (Wider by the setting) and they were unable to accommodate her with a ring that would fit flush. That said, they were an outstanding vendor and I would recommend them to friends/family.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the wedding bands we ordered from Brent & Jess. The service was prompt and very friendly, and the rings turned out beautifully. My husband and I love that we were able to personalize our bands with each other's fingerprints, and we chose Brent & Jess for their commitment to using recycled materials.

Our only complaint is that we understood from a phone conversation that our fingerprints would be placed on the inside of the band, yet when the rings arrived, the prints were on the outside. This was a blessing in disguise since we actually really enjoy seeing the prints when we otherwise wouldn't have been able to.

Here's where the confusion arose: although I remember stating on the phone our preference that the prints be on the inside, I approved an email that placed them on the inside because I misunderstood the service person's language. I understood the words "Print: Outer Tip," to mean that the outer tip of the finger would be used as the print (as opposed to using the print from the full length of the finger, which is another option Brent & Jess provides). But what it apparently meant was that that the print would be placed on the outside of the ring using the print from the tip of the finger. I think the process could be improved to separate the source of the print (tip or full length) from the location of the print on the ring (inside or outside the band) to avoid this confusion. Again, we actually ended up being really glad that it happened, but someone else might not feel that way.

We kept getting compliments on our rings, and for good reason. They are completely beautiful and unique; all thanks to Brent & Jess. The prices were reasonable, the communication was pretty good, and the final product was stunning.

They even kept my finger prints on file, I know because I accidentally lost my ring on our honeymoon, and they were more than happy to make another at a slightly reduced price, without needing to go through the full process again.

Awesome experience. Every little change we wanted was greeted with patience and respect as we refined our order. We were updated along the way and the rings are well worth the wait! I'm only disappointed we had to wait 2 weeks until our wedding to wear them (ok, we secretly wore them a lot). YAY!

I wanted a personalized ring for my husband, something fun and cool and Fabuluster's rings are just that. They send me a kit that was pretty easy to get my imprints on, and several weeks later I received the finished product which was great! Extremely unique!

Our experience ordering our wedding bands from Jess & Brent was wonderful. It was so much fun to receive the fingerprint kit and pick out all of the details. It is a little nerve-wrecking to order wedding bands online as you never know how they might turn out but we are very happy with our rings and we can't wait to wear them!

I would highly recommend Brent & Jess. We wanted something different and when I found the fingerprint rings I knew we had to have them. We went with the wrap on the outside for both of ours. It was fun doing the impression of our fingers together and when we got the final product I could not be happier.
They answer questions and we even had to send the fiancé's ring back to be resized, they got it on Monday and shipped it out on Friday.

I stumbled across Brent&Jess through offbeatbride.com. We had been looking for wedding bands for a few months, but hadn't really found anything we were excited about.

When we found the fingerprint rings, we knew immediately that they were what we wanted. I had contact with the shop exclusively through their Etsy shop, and they were super fast to respond. I think we were given a total of 4 separate quotes based on metal, ring size, thickness and plating. We waited to the last minute to order, but the shop had tons of patience with our decision making process.

While their rings come at a bit of a premium to the local jewellers, they are a unique product that we know nobody else has. The rings are absolutely gorgeous, and I'd order them again in a heartbeat.

Fabuluster provided the ring for my recent wedding. I went with one of their plain on the outside, fingerprint on the inside rings, and I love it! It's comfortable (rounded edges, so no uncomfortable rubbing), beautiful, and unique. I love the idea of having my husband's fingerprint on my hand all the time!

I loved our fingerprint wedding bands!! they were worth the wait, but that was the only thing I didn't like. We ordered our rings and had our kits sent back to them at the end of March and did not recieve them until the middle of July. I had to call several times toward the end just to make sure they were shipping soon bc it had been so long. The customer service is amazing though and I will buy from them again for a gift for my mom for mother's day. grade A

I would first like to say they did correct all of their mistakes. It started while ordering. I had to check my customized order form very carefully. I caught a mistake (on their part) three times before finalizing my request. Once the jewelry came, I thought my fiance's didn't look right but wasn't sure. We also questioned the way it fit. I told him to wear it while I was out of town for one day. When I returned his finger was blue so I wore mine overnight. The next day getting out of the shower, blue ink was all over my finger. I had to send them back quickly (at my expense) to have them remove the darkening solution so I had them size his ring. I questioned the finish on his ring because it didn't look brushed to me. It wasn't! They made another mistake, glad I caught it again. When we got the rings finally right, he wore his one day and it scratched bad, very easily. He only wore it to work(at a hotel) and it scratched bad. Needless to say I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted good money that could've been spent on nicer rings. They would not have our fingerprints, but at least it wouldn't be so disappointing.
