  Amazing evening!

  Holy. Smokes. What an amazing, incredible, unforgettable evening we had! Lindsay, Lucas and Savannah were awesome! Our family was celebrating a milestone birthday at an Air BnB on the Russian River and were so excited to book Elyse for the big birthday dinner. We had twelve people, eight adults and four kids, and the entire experience was perfection from start to finish. Elyse’s menu is extensive and everything sounded so amazing, it was hard to choose! We finally landed on our final selections and everything was absolutely mouthwatering and to die for. Lindsay, Lucas and Savannah were super professional, kind and personable; it really added to the entire evening having them as part of our family. Highly HIGHLY recommend Elyse and her team for any and all events. You won’t be disappointed!

  Delicious, Creative and Unique Food

  When looking for a caterer for our wedding, my husband and I did not want to do the standard wedding fare of chicken or vegetarian. Elyse was able to deliver an amazing spread of food that combined my husband's Hindu heritage with my family's Italian background - including many restrictions like no beef, pork and no egg in the vegetarian dishes. The menu was so creative and delicious - we wish we could have naan pizzas everyday! Elyse is a kind, creative soul and we can't wait to have her food again.

  Amazing food and great service

  Brass Spatula was a great team to work with - We wanted to create a menu that felt personalized and “us” for our wedding. We had asian fusion for our horderves. The aesthetics of the food was also very beautifully presented, perfect for the photos! Elyse was amazing to work with to stay within our budget but also have a menu that is more personalized. Our friends/family all loved the food and service was great!

  We were referred to Brass Spatula by our wedding planner and we couldn't be happier with their service. We were looking for bbq food of sorts served family style to go with our ranch themed wedding. Elyse prepared a menu based on our wants and a tasting was coordinated in the Santa Rosa area where we were able to try several appetizer, side, and main options. All options were amazing. As we narrowed down our selections Elyse worked with us to ensure we stayed within budget. On the day of the wedding, Elyse and her team were prompt and professional. The food was just as good if not better than the tasting which I believe is incredibly difficult to accomplish when feeding over 150 guests. The staff also provided bartending services. At the end of the evening they left the venue spotless. Our guests are still talking about the quality of food. We would strongly recommend Brass Spatula to all couples.

  Elyse and her team at Brass Spatula are simply the best! The food was amazing and from the day we did our tasting it was never a question in our minds who would be catering our wedding! We could not wait for our wedding day knowing how outstanding the food was. There were so many choices from her menu and all of them were delicious. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was. Elyse was very accommodating to working in my parents kitchen(at home wedding) and her catering team was always very wonderfully sweet and friendly with our guests. I would definitely use Brass Spatula again for any event!

  Brass Spatula came recommended to us by our officiant. What a great recommendation. From the time I contacted Elyse to the service she provided AND the FOOD served I was absolutely thrilled.
  
  My than finance and I are living in Miami but planned our romantic elopement near Santa Rosa/CA. Doing all the planning remotely without having ever seen the location made us a bit weary about how everything will turn out. But Elyse made sure to not worry about our elopement dinner. She replied promptly by email and we had several phone conversation to discuss details.
  
  For our elopement location we had rented a small remote cottage. No problem for Elyse. She arrived on time with all she needed and it didn't take her more than 10min to feel familiar in the kitchen. She even brought extra and nicer plates than those the cottage provided, glasses, silverware and tablecloth to make our romantic dinner truly special.
  
  Jenny, our server that Elyse organized, did a great job serving us yummy appetizers, a heavenly delicious 3 - course dinner and desert nicely arranged on the white plates. Our glasses were always filled and everything was exactly as we had dreamed it for our elopement dinner.
  
  Elyse and Jenny, Thank you soooo much for making our wedding day very special for us.
