  Best Food, Best Price

  2 things you need to know: (1) the most affordable wedding food around, paired with (2) countless comments at our wedding that this was the best wedding food folks have ever had. Brasa's food was phenomenal and they were also a breeze to work with. They packaged up food for the bride and groom to take home with them on the wedding night. They treated us amazingly well. Would recommend 10 / 10 to ANYONE! WE LOVE BRASA!

  Best Wedding Food Ever

  When we started planning our wedding we knew right away we wanted to have Brasa as our caterer! Brasa has a restaurant location close to our house that we really enjoy eating at. Brasa's food is incredible and they have so many good options to choose from. I'm really glad we went with the buffet option because it allowed people to pick and choose what they most wanted. I have a severe nut allergy and Brasa was amazingly patient working through that with me. They assured me there would be no nuts in any of the items and made me feel comfortable on the wedding day. They truly went above and beyond and even worked directly with Linen Effects on our linen rentals. Additionally, we received SO MANY compliments on the food from wedding guests. Some people mentioned it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Highly recommend Brasa to anyone!

  Great food & staff!

  Brasa is always delicious, but they really delivered on our wedding day. Heather was great to work with throughout the whole process & we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our guests are still raving about the food!

  Best food I've ever had at a wedding

  HIGHLY recommend Brasa as your wedding caterer! I've never seen so many clean plates after a reception meal. I cannot tell you how many guests raved about the food, both during the wedding and in the weeks after. Brasa was very easy to work with before the wedding, and were very flexible in providing options for allergies/diet needs despite us choosing a buffet style. The team that worked our event was incredibly kind and attentive. The sweetest part was that they packed my husband and I meals for the next day! How thoughtful?! Couldn't have asked for a better caterer and team!

  Great option for catering!

  I have to say, we had our rehearsal dinner catered by Brasa back in April and our guests still won't stop talking about the food - most of them being from out of town. We had maybe 50 people at our rehearsal dinner at Indeed Brewing and Brasa catered - set up as a buffet style. I would do this again in a heartbeat! They knew just the right amount of food to order so we didn't end up with a ton of leftovers. They were familiar with the space since they're one of Indeed's preferred vendors, and it made set-up and clean-up super easy.

  Amazing food with amazing service

  We were so excited to have Brasa as our caterer because it's one of our favorite neighborhood places to eat. We knew that the food was amazing in store, and were fairly confident it would also work on a larger-sized catering scale (150 guests.)
  
  And it did!! The food was phenomenal and guests are still raving about it. They nailed little details as well, the wedding party missed cocktail hour due to taking photos, and Brasa saved us our own platter of chips, guacamole and salsas. They were on top of dismissing tables, making sure everything flowed smoothly, and that the groom and I had everything that we needed through out the night. And always with a smile! The entire team that night went above and beyond my expectations.
  
  Previous to the big day, we met with Marina a few times to talk linens/dishes, timeline, menu, etc. and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Her experience led her to address questions we hadn't even thought of, which we so appreciated. Marina is bubbly and personable and so much fun to work with.
  
  I would recommend Marina, her team, and Brasa to anyone who wants to have amazing food and top notch service at their reception.

  Kim and the whole Brasa team were beyond amazing to work with. Our questions were always heard and answered, but they were usually so good about knowing what we might ask and what information they would need that we rarely had questions. The day of went flawlessly and the food was amazing. All our guests raved about it. Kim went above and beyond making sure that my husband and I were taken care of the entire night, including getting me a bowl of mac and cheese when my nerves were getting the best of me. I cannot recommend them enough and don't have a single complaint or negative word about working with them.

  From the moment my husband and I got engaged we knew exactly who we wanted to cater our big day, Brasa! We have been in love with the delicious, high quality, comforting dishes that Brasa creates in their restaurants for years, and we wanted to share that love with our family and friends on our big day.
  
  We primarily worked with Megan, the catering manager, to set up the details for our event. Megan was amazing, and she made the process of deciding which catering services best fit the needs of our event incredibly easy. She was prompt to reply to communications via email and phone, and she went above and beyond by providing us with multiple quotes for the variety of catering services that Brasa provides so that we could easily pick the services that fit both the needs of our wedding and our budget.
  
  The day of the wedding the event lead, Molly, and the entire catering crew made both our cocktail hour and dinner service run smoothly with their attention to detail, professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine friendliness in their interactions with my husband and I, and our guests. They again went above and beyond by plating and placing cocktail hour snacks that we brought in ourselves, as well as plating and serving miniature cheesecakes that we brought in ourselves for our dessert. They ensured that the dismissal process for moving through the buffet line went efficiently and smoothly, and also made sure that the chafing dishes were well stocked for each wave of guests. The food was absolutely amazing, and was full of the complex, comforting, bold flavors that my husband and I love about our restaurant experience. Our guests said it was the BEST food they have ever had at a wedding, and were raving about the quality and flavor for weeks after the event. I cannot recommend Brasa’s catering service enough to any couple looking for delicious, locally and organically sourced food for their big day, and a crew that is incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly!

  The catering crew far exceeded what we paid and asked for. Molly the catering manager was always easy to get a hold of communications were always pleasant and prompt. She offered plenty of suggestions and did everything possible to execute our vision. I cannot recommend Brasa enough for value, quality, and service!

  Brasa is a locally owned resturant in the Twin Cities that does catering. It is one of the few places where we can go and know that Nick will not get sick, since he has Celiacs. We knew the first time we ate at the St. Paul location that we wanted them as our caterer. We were adament about needing a caterer that could provide gluten free food that was delicious. They were upfront about which items are better than others for catering and they were able to substitue the gluten filled cornbread for tortillas and chips. The food was great and we got a lot of compliments about it. We were easily able to feed my cousin who is vegan and can't have gluten, vegitarian friends, and a whole bunch of friends and family who do like to eat meat. They also packaged up a special meal for each of us to eat later in the evening and all of the leftovers.
