We had our wedding here in October- let me start by saying I had concerns about things that were addressed with the wedding coordinator provided by Brandywine, and she assured me these things wouldn’t be an issue (they had a golf outting the same day, golfers were surrounding my ceremony and walked up to watch- my photographer couldn’t even remove all of the golf carts from the background because someone forgot to stop them for the ceremony until right before we walked) my wedding video shows a dozen of strangers joining in on what was suppose to be a private moment. Come my wedding day, almost everything she said wouldn’t happen- did. Things she should’ve been taking care of as a wedding coordinator she passed onto my brother and others, so they missed out on getting ready and playing virtual golf with my husband and their friends. The icing on the cake was when the wedding coordinator walked out in the middle of my reception. The staff came to me wondering where the tip money was, worried the coordinator stole it. So I ran around for 20 minutes of my wedding trying to coordinate with my vendors and let them know that the coordinator was no longer there and they had to come to me with any questions/issues, and come up with new tip money (thankfully they found the original tip envople eventually). This was time I won’t get back- and my whole wedding guest knew I was missing/stressed. I will say the bartenders and servers were wonderful otherwise. Picture locations were also promised and come the day of the wedding we weren’t allowed to use the golf course for pictures due to the golf outing. We were told there was a bench and the court yard for pictures… which was not a good background. They did not offer to refund anything for the wedding coordinator walking out in the middle of my wedding. We considered becoming members of the club, but after our experience and receiving our videos and pictures we won’t return again.

I truly loved working with Brandywine. The food was delicious, and Chelsea really worked with us to make our day special. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Our wedding was even better than I imagined. Wonderful service, great food, along with a great looking venue. I would definitely recommend Brandywine to anyone interested in getting married or throwing a party. Sammi and Rachel made sure everything exceeded our expectations.

Overall my wedding was wonderful and beautiful. A few kinks along the way, but ]Chelsea and the rest of the staff were very responsive and helpful. We got married on the golf course at 5pm, had cocktails and appetizers in the garden at 530pm and then reception at 630pm in the ballroom. Salads were waiting on the table and the buffet line was up and running no later than 7pm. The cocktail hour had a few hiccups with the bar service, but still overall it was a great day. Venue was beautiful. The golfers were very respective of not interrupting us during the ceremony. We had golf carts to take around the course to take pictures. My husband got 12 holes for 12 people as part of the plan, and we got mimosas and snacks in the bridal dress area. The mushroom ravioli is awesome, highly recommend it!! All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Brandywine was nothing short of amazing!!!! The food was great, the staff was wonderful & the location was beautiful!!!! My husband and I had our ceremony in the garden and the reception in the ballroom and it turned out to be everything I dreamed of!!
It's now been 2 weeks since my wedding and my guest are still talking about everything from that day!!!

Future brides- this is definitely a location you want to check out!!!

Brandywine blew us away leading up to and on our wedding day. Sammi, Rachel and staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole planning process. They went above and beyond for our reception and we could not have picked a better venue! Every detail was perfect down to the folded bow napkins! Our cocktail hour in the perfectly manicured gardens was a hit as well as the delicious food! We highly suggest you book Brandywine for your event!

Brandywine Country club came to my rescue. When the Ramada closed 3 months before my wedding I was terrified and scared. The staff reached out to me to offer help and saved my wedding day!!!!! Brandywine has been so accommodating and so easy to work with. They helped with everything from planning to decorating to taking down. They went above and beyond for my, my husband, and our families and guest. They have golf carts all ready to go for us to take pictures on the beautiful golf course, they gave us a "to Go" box with treats and goodies in it for our wedding night. Above and beyond customer service and the staff their is so helpful and nice. Highly, highly recommend Brandywine Country Club for your wedding reception!!!!

Brandywine was the perfect location for a wedding! The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and their prices were reasonable. Amber, the wedding coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. She was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They were very accomodating to our guests and made the day go smoothely. The golf course and garden was a perfect location to take photos. I highly recommend this venue to future brides!

We worked with 2 coordinators over our planning time with Brandywine. The first gave us a great deal, the second sweetened it and carried us through without a hitch. She had everything covered and was very prompt. The venue itself was beautiful and very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to keep events/members separate from our event as well.

Excellent venue! The ladies took care of all the details, even my last minute request. The food is great. Beautiful outdoor ceremony areas. I am very happy with our venue choice.

Overall, the venue was beautiful and provided a great reception location for our wedding! Dawn (the event coordinator) was very helpful and quick to respond to emails and phone calls, especially the days leading up to the wedding. There were a few details that got missed during the planning stages of the reception (i.e. my husband is allergic to dairy and the tasting provided was not dairy free as requested), but everything the day of turned out beautifully. And our pictures outside on the golf course also were beautiful. I would recommend Brandywine to others looking for their reception venue.

Wonderful venue, wonderful folks to work with to set up our reception, delicious food. As for value, when we signed our contract, the now $11 charge/person for the standard bar was included with the meal, which made it a very good value. We had one small glitch and one larger glitch that night that I had to take care of myself. When I spoke with the Event Planner a few days afterwards, she assured me that she would discuss this with the bar manager in question, and I have no doubt she dealt with it promptly. It would have been good if she had been present for the first hour of the reception to make sure things were off to a good start. All in all, it was a wonderful evening at a wonderful venue with good folks.

Beautiful venue, fantastic food, excellent service. Dawn, the coordinator, did a fantastic job of working with my mother and I, who are both from out-of-town. My only complaint is that we repeatedly requested that the bartender not solicit tips, and he did anyway. The mother of the bride had to personally remove the tips from the bar after the bar manager ignored a request from our wedding coordinator. I am sure that this issue will be resolved in the future, and my experience was fantastic otherwise, so I can confidently recommend them.

Our reception was absolutely beautiful! The staff was so nice and professional and anything we needed they were more than willing to help us!

Brandywine Country Club did a nice job working along with my vendors for our wedding. Also, I was very picky about our choice of meat being a beef tenderloin served and cut on the buffet; and they did it perfectly! It was cooked to the temperature our guests loved and not overdone! Everyone was very happy with the meal!

My mom handled a lot of the communication with Brandywine and she got frustrated frequently. She felt that the coordinator was forgetful and she was having to constantly remind her of things she had already promised us. We had our ceremony there, and they made it sound like there were going to be all of these beautiful perennial flowers planted in their gardens, and the part that I walked through looked like it had wild flowers planted that you could find in a field. The food was ok. My husband and I felt that the cost of the venue was slightly high for the quality. However, when cost became an issue closer to the wedding, she was flexible and knocked $1-$1.50 per head off of the cost (but I don't think it really mattered that much because we were still held to the 75 person minimum). The staff was taking our drinks before we were finished with them (which kind of mattered to me because I had my own personal bottle of champagne that was included and they dumped almost an entire glass). The bartenders were hitting on my friends and ended up going out with them after the wedding.

Brandywine was the PERFECT wedding venue. Josh and I got married outside on the patio, with the golf course in the background. We had our reception inside. It was so nice to have the ceremony and reception in the same place. Kristin, the wedding coordinator at Brandywine, was excellent. She was always calm (even when I wasn't!!) and had great ideas to make our day amazing and unforgettable. I am so glad that we went with Brandywine.
