  Our wedding planner recommended Brandon Wong Photography to us, & we worked mainly with Tana Gandhi. Brandon, Katrina, & Tana were such a pleasure to work with. Brandon & Katrina always responded promptly whenever we had a question or issue come up. We loved Tana's bright, vivid colors & lively style; it's what drew us to her work. Our engagement photos turned out so beautifully. We were so amazed at how they all turned out. She really surpassed our expectations. Our wedding photos were ALMOST perfect. There was an issue with some photos of the Groom, Groomsmen, & our two pugs not being included in the final album. Brandon & Tana did everything they could to try to find them, but unfortunately they could not. We actually have video footage of the second shooter taking these photos during the Groom's getting ready session, so the only thing we can conclude is that the photos were somehow lost. Overall, our wedding photos were beautiful & it was a pleasure to work with Tana. She was very accommodating, professional, & friendly throughout the whole process, & she was very patient with my family & friends.

  Brandon and Katrina beautifully captured our wedding in April 2014. From the first moment I met them, I was so impressed by their talent and professionalism. As we walked through their process at our first meeting, I was blown away by how they elevated everyday objects into creative shots and reflections. Their enthusiasm is definitely contagious and we saw this first hand at our engagement shoot! What I love most about their images is the emotion they capture in each photo. Looking through our own wedding photos, I can feel the joy and love in every image!! Brandon and Katrina were the first wedding vendors we booked and we wouldn't have had it any other way!! We can't recommend them enough! Here are just a few (of MANY) more reasons we love them...
  
  - Passionate about wedding photography
  - Attention to detail - They make sure the entire photo is beautiful, and its not uncommon for them to move a branch or leaves to make sure the shot is perfect!
  - Responsive - They are prompt to respond to emails/phone calls
  - Creative - They find interesting (and flattering!) angles and aren't afraid to get on the floor or climb a tree for the perfect shot.
  
  We can't wait to work with them again!!
  
  As a side note--We also booked their photobooth company (Photobooth Supply Co.) for our wedding. Everyone loved the backdrop (we used Spangled) and the props (the horse head mask was a popular and hilarious option)! I loved that I could provide my own personalized logo, the prints were top quality and that the photos were available THE NEXT DAY for our guests to download from Facebook!

  I don't know why we wasted so much time speaking to 4 different photographers before meeting Brandon and Katrina. Once we met them, we immediately knew they were going to photograph our wedding. Maybe it just takes a few Wrongs to find a Wong.
  
  So many other photographers we met were talented, but so typical. They basically went on and on about their previous work, showing us technical aspects of their portfolio, and tooting their own horns about why they'd be perfect for our wedding. Brandon and Katrina didn't need to do any of this. My fiance, now wife, and I did our research. We already knew they were capable. We already knew they could put together amazing pictures. That's a baseline expectation for a wedding photographer I would say. What B+K do so well is achieve a level of intimacy with their clients to bring photographs to an new emotional level. When we finally met with them, we literally spent hours just getting to know each other, laughing, learning, and understanding who we were as a couple. They wanted to understand our story and what makes us special. And this was consistent leading up to our big day. It is this level of connection and personalization that shines through in their work.
  
  We were overwhelmed when they finally showed us our wedding photos. All of the emotion, all of the tension, and all of the joy we lived through on our wedding day, we lived through again right there on their couch. I cried, though I tried not to. Brandon and Katrina not only captured every heartfelt moment that we remembered, but also so many that we had missed. In the hustle and bustle of the wedding, the day goes by in a whirlwind of raw emotion. To relive the entirety of our wedding through their lenses and their genuine understanding of who were were, was a gift we had no words for. Only hugs.
  
  If you have not had the opportunity to get to know this amazing couple, do yourselves a favor and give them a call.

  We absolutely love Brandon and Katrina. From the first minute we met them we absolutely hit it off. They're not pushy or salesy and they don't lock you into anything until after you've seen the photos (which you will LOVE). They're incredible people and make it so fun to work with them. I didn't even notice them during the wedding, meaning they're not intrusive. But they somehow managed to capture every single moment. Their style of photography is more editorial, which I love. They use natural light in the most creative ways. Can not say enough about these two. We hope to work with them on family photos as our family expands!

  We absolutely love Brandon and Katrina. From the first minute we met them we absolutely hit it off. They're not pushy or salesy and they don't lock you into anything until after you've seen the photos (which you will LOVE). They're incredible people and make it so fun to work with them.   My wife and I absolutely love Brandon Wong Photography! For those that don't know, Brandon Wong Photography consists of Brandon + Katrina, 2 of the most genuine, humble, and talented people that we've ever met. We stumbled across their work by searching for local OC wedding photographers here on Yelp, and after viewing their portfolio, we knew we had to meet them. They welcomed us to their Irvine studio and we were completely blown away by their warm hospitality and incredible portfolio presentation. The quality of their work was simply amazing, and to top it off, we knew that they would be very fun and professional to work with. My wife and I had a few other wedding photographers on our list that we wanted to check out, but after 5 minutes of meeting Brandon and Katrina, we were instantly sold, and booked them right on the spot. This turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made, as Brandon and Katrina did an absolutely amazing job shooting our wedding. I will always remember how awesome our wedding day was because of how GREAT Brandon and Katrina were to work with. My wife and I could feel how passionate and dedicated they were to their craft, and that they actually cared about making the day special for us. As a wedding DJ myself, I work with lots of wedding photographers who barely seem to be interested during a wedding, and miss out on a ton of great moments. This was not the case with Brandon and Katrina at all. They're constantly working hard to capture the perfect moments with friends and family, and they do it in such a natural and unobtrusive way.   5 stars are definitely not enough to describe how amazing this couple are... beside the personality that we fell in love with, the very first moment we met them, they are incredibly talented...
  Ill guaranty that they will exceed your expectation but here are a few reasons why we booked them without interviewing anyone else.
  
  - if you are tired of seeing the same exact shots from every wedding and you want yours to be extraordinary beautiful... book them now
  - if you want every moment of your wedding get recorded... hire them... i cant tell you how much energy they have... how much they cared to take a photo of every moment... our videographer bailed on us the last minute... we got our photos couple of nights ago, im not exaggerating they recorded all the moments and honestly filled the gap of what we were missing with the video
  - if you are interested at all in art of photography, they are definitely not just your regular photographer to get the job done... they understand the ART of photography and you can frame absolutely every single shot
  - if you like journalistic photography you should definitely choose them... they did not start out as wedding photographer and thats what we loved about them... they take the wedding photography to the next level

  I can not even begin to put into words how wonderful Brandon Wong Photography is. From day one, they were helpful, listened to everything my husband and I wanted, and were open to our suggestions and ideas.
  
  Brandon and Katrina shot both out engagement pictures and our wedding pictures with exceptional skill. I have always been able to look at a picture and recall a memory, but these pictures make me feel like I am at my wedding again talking with my friends, having my first dance, throwing my bouquet. I can hear the laughter, the music, and feel the love. Our pictures really tell the story of the happiest night of our lives. I never thought I would have such beautiful pictures of my Husband and I and our amazing friends an family and I am truly grateful to Brandon and Katrina for this wonderful gift.
  
  Aside from their great work, they were professional, respectful, and very go with the flow. During the wedding, I got so overwhelmed with all the happiness and excitement that I fainted and missed an hour of my wedding.   Our wedding was in July 2011, and we had Brandon and Katrina shoot both our engagement and wedding photos. From the very beginning, these two were amazing to be around. Their positive energy, genuine passion and personalities were such a blessing to us! They made us feel so at ease when they were taking pictures at our engagement shoot, and the photos turned out beautifully!
  
  On the day of the wedding, they were everywhere....They captured intimate moments of tears, joy and laughter between us and our guests. We are so happy that they were available for our wedding day and now we have gorgeous pictures for the rest of our lives.

  Our experience with Brandon Wong Photography was AMAZING! Brandon and Katrina are professional, warm, genuine, down to earth and they make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They have an eye for creative shots that capture and document the perfect moments you would never want to forget.
  
  I just got married in May of this past year (2011) and I had my engagement shots as well as wedding day photography with them. For my engagement shots, they were willing to hike an hour to a woodsey spot because we really wanted a outdoor shoot. Seriously, not all photographers are willing to do that! The results were phenomenal and they were such good sports even though it ended up raining on us while we hiked back.
  
  Our wedding shots were even more amazing and truly captured the emotions of the day. We'll treasure the memories captured forever!
  
  Brandon and Katrina are the perfect duo and they definitely compliment each other as photographers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any bride who wants gorgeous wedding photos and a peace of mind--someone they can trust and feel 100% comfortable around! I also admire how they constantly strive to improve themselves as photographers. I know Brandon recently came back from a intense photography workshop in India with a famous photographer (sorry I don't know the name!) and Katrina is going abroad soon too I believe.
  
  Anyway, seriously, I cannot recommend these two to you enough! Just meet up with them and you'll see what I mean :)

Your imagination and use of light is truly impressive. you two have a chemistry that makes the whole thing very easy going and comfortable.   Brandon was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning, my conversations with him were so easy - he was so flexible and open to what we were asking for! His professionalism throughout the event was great, and he was incredibly fun to work with. As for his photography, we can't begin to express how thrilled we were by the images Brandon took. His creativity was amazing, and we can't wait to work with him for the next occasion! :)

  Brandon Wong is wonderful, amazing, extraordinary, and splendiferous! We are SOOOOOOOO happy that we hired Brandon as our wedding photographer. From the first time we met with Brandon at Corner Bakery, both Jon and I felt completely at ease and we knew that we would enjoy working with Brandon. He is very passionate about capturing all the emotions at weddings and has the best personality. Brandon took our engagement photos back in October and we were shocked at how well he brought out our romantic sides and helped us get some gorgeous, artistic photos that showed our love for each other through beautiful images.
  
  We asked a lot of questions leading up to the wedding, and Brandon responded right away every time we sent him an email. He was great about keeping in touch with us. And we even became Facebook friends! Brandon is getting booked for weddings all around the world, and it has been fun to see which country he's heading to next.
  
  On the day of the wedding, Brandon was so creative in the ways he used every possible angle, mirror, and object around to get really artistic pictures. He also, of course, caught all of our "must-have" photos even though he couldn't guarantee them ahead of time. During the wedding, he moved all around the church and got tons of close-ups, but we didn't even notice! Brandon knows how to get all the best shots while being completely unobtrusive and not being distracting at all. We are also ecstatic about all the candids that he took and the joy, laughter, tears, and love that are seen in many of the pictures.
  
  Amazingly, Brandon sent us a link to our slideshow in just 9 days, and a link to all of our images in less than 2 weeks! That is a huge plus for a bride and groom who are anxious to see how their pictures turned out. And rather than having to sift through thousands of shots, both good and bad, Brandon gave us all of the best shots (over 700 of them!!). The hardest part is going to be deciding which images to include in our wedding album so that it doesn't end up being 500 pages long!
  
  We highly highly recommend Brandon Wong to you - you'll enjoy every aspect of working with him and you won't have any regrets!

  Simply put, Brandon Wong is amazing! He was recommended to us from one of my cousins and he completely lived up to (if not exceeded) our expectations. Brandon did all this and more. He has such a gift, an eye for capturing the moment, and the charisma to make it all happen without you even knowing. We could not have been happier with the results.

  Brandon did a fantastic job covering our rehearsal dinner and wedding. He has a great eye for details and knows how to capture the moment. I highly recommend using him for whatever event you need photographed. Simply put, Brandon rocks!

  Brandon and Katrina are both unbelievably talented. I think all the other posts already covered how awesome they are (and they are WITHOUT a single doubt) so I think I'll talk about just how great they are as individuals. Seriously, being around them, my (now) husband and I felt like we were around friends we've known a long time. They are warm, friendly, full of energy, and have that youthfulness that's just addictive and contagious.. (they are also so darn adorable together!.) We are so glad that we chose them for our photog. And Brandon knows just how far I went to track somebody like him down! Soooooo glad we did all that detective work. They are SO worth it. :)

  I cannot say enough about Brandon. He is probably one of the best wedding photographers we meet with. His work is unique as well as beautiful. He captures moments better than any other photographer we have seen. Not only is he a great photographer, he is just an awesome person. I would recommend him to anyonre.

To all the bride and groom out there, you will not be disappointed with Brandon's creativity and professionalism. At first, like every bride and groom, we were very skeptical at every vendor we choose, but we just had to hope and pray that everything goes well. After meeting a hand full of photographers, we had no doubt in our mind that Brandon Wong Photography was the one we were going to choose.
  
  At the day of our wedding, Brandon's professionalism was over the top. One thing we really didn't want was to have a photographer constantly at our face and interrupting the wedding. We rarely saw him around and it was GREAT. We were able to enjoy our wedding. There was a time period where him and his assistance would take my husband and I away from the party to take our own private photos which was great because we were able to have some time to ourselves to just take a breather and be together mentally and physically.
  
  Brandon had captured our wedding just the way we wanted. He had captured moments from so many different perspectives and importantly, the moments we have missed from hosting the guest. Brandon had done a wonderful and superb job. Also, we received our digital wedding photos in just about a week! My husband and I are married for about 3-1/2 months now and we would still go through the photos every few weeks to bring back the amazing fun and happy memories of the day. We would definitely hire him again when we start our family.
