Beautiful Venue

I recently hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at The Branches Catering, and to say it was awesome truly doesn’t do this venue justice.
From the very beginning, everything was exquisite until the very end i would DEFINITELY recommend

Baby Shower

Stacie and the entire banquet staff went over and beyond to help make my daughter's baby shower a huge success. Stacie was prompt in replying to all of my calls & emails and made every effort to accommodate all of my requests. We went with the brunch for our event. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. I received so many compliments from my guests. I will definitely have my next event at Branches.

Baby shower buffet brunch

We had my daughters baby shower at the newly opened Branches. Everything was wonderful. The brunch buffet was delicious and had something for everyone. The service was great. The mattre d was very attentive and made sure the food was replenished quickly. He even brought over extra eggs for my 2 year old granddaughter. The room was set up exactly as we wanted it for the shower and looked beautiful. The unlimited mimosas were a hit.

Great Venue would highly recommend

We held our Daughter's Dance at Branches this April and everything was wonderful. We were fortunate to receive a Sunday afternoon with a late request. The staff was great and so accommodating, making everyone feel welcomed and special. The venue was superb extremely clean, nicely decorated, and newly renovated. The food selection was also excellent and the chief offered special selections due to the group we had attending. The room size is perfect and can accommodate a very large or small size group. A definite must see and check for availability, Branches will not disappoint, a highly recommended venue.

Phenomenal Atmosphere

Phenomenal atmosphere/venue and very experienced staff. Such a roomy, newly renovated space with delicious food. A great place for any event. We had a communion here, but it would be prefect for a wedding. BTW check out the Bridal Suite, you won't want to leave it. I can't wait to get back because one side is a Restaurant that makes the best Halibut I ever had in my life.

Branches Catering Service exceeded our expectations

I have been to events catered by Branches but have never experienced such a unique experience with Branches at a very unique venue, Laurita Winery. Upon arrival, the staff accommodated our every needs, even providing us with a wagon to take pictures around the venue, a special thanks to our driver, Walt, who is always a pleasure to work with. Within two hours the staff transformed the venue into an even more magical venue then it already is. Even throughout the evening, they continued to transform the venue. From the cocktail hour to dinner and the dessert table to name a few. I didn’t even notice the staff was there, they took care of EVERYTHING. Mike, the wedding attendant, was there when we needed him and was extremely quick to deliver. The food, the venue and the staff were all very amazing. I hear from others that things aren’t always perfect the day of and try not to get upset. I can state that the entire day and evening was just perfect. I wish I can relive the day OVER and OVER again. Thank you Branches and Laurita for making our special day one that we will always remember.

Perfect location for our smaller wedding

Branches was the perfect spot for our wedding. The waterfall garden was the perfect setting for our ceremony and then right inside for cocktail hour and the reception! Monica was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it for our special day. Things went very smoothly on the day of and we were beyond happy with our decision to have the wedding at Branches. The whole team there was great and our wedding was wonderful. We would highly recommend Branches to anyone looking for a venue in the Jersey shore area.

Amazing venue

We booked branches catering as wedding venue. All guests stated that the venue was amazing and the food they prepared for our wedding was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special on the day of our wedding. Highly recommend this venue to others.

Working with Monica at branches was amazing. She was so patient with us and paid attention to every last detail up ( even allowing for changes 5 min before the ceremony!) the food was excellent. We had a great time!

Wonderful Day!

Branches Catering at Laurita Winery truly did a wonderful job in bringing our wedding to life! It was great to work with everyone throughout the process. Our venue coordinator (BJ) helped us along the way making sure that all details were in order and that the day would run smoothly.

On the actual day, Mike was there to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. He coordinated the rehearsal, took lead on instructing the team on how everything should be set up and made sure that both me and my husband had everything we needed throughout the night. He was constantly on the floor making sure that we were happy and that our guests had everything they needed. We were truly impressed by how wonderful he was without everything throughout the night.

With the help of our vendors, we were able to transform the space into the wedding venue of our dreams! We're so happy with the way everything turned out that day.

Michael and I are elated that we chose Branches as our wedding venue! When you first drive up the venue doesn’t look that big, but once you’re inside the sprawling ranch flow is unique and welcomed! The space is clean, and odor free with different areas for smoking placed strategically around the outside of the building. All my guests RAVED about the food and drinks. Monica set up my different DIY projects so well that people were complimenting the venue on them… thinking it was their props! Everyone had plenty of space to sit and mingle, and they even had some cornstalks and pumpkins to add to my rustic theme. Joe, our Maître D, was AMAZING; he kept the liquor coming and made sure that my husband, our parents, and me never had a want or care the whole night. Overall, we had an interesting journey with Branches, but we wouldn’t change it for the world! We originally booked our wedding venue in 2015 with Holly. Our wedding date was 10/07/2017; clearly, we had some time before we had to plan anything. From when we booked, we worked with Holly, Mayra, and then Monica. Now most brides would consider that problematic, but it wasn’t! Holly set up the groundwork, Mayra met with me in late 2016 to introduce herself, and to fill in the timeline of when they needed the little nuance details. When Mayra went on maternity leave, she left me in Monica’s capable hands. Monica met with us a week before to go over the final preparation of the day, we met Joe, and we were able to drop off a majority of our supplies. She then met with my mom and I the Thursday before to allow us to finish prepping the centerpieces. On my wedding day itself Branches was transformed!! I know it sounds cliché… but I consider the whole group of them extended family. The next day, we were even invited back for a Beer Garden Brunch! Thank you all SO much for assisting in making our dream wedding come true! We promise to come back and visit and will forever highly recommend you!

We booked Branches for their venue and catering in West Long Branch. I need to start off my review with saying that Monica and Robbie literally saved our wedding day. We had some hiccups along the way but once I had my new all star team with Monica and Robbie - they really pulled out all the stops to make the day perfect. I'm not sure how he pulled it off but Robbie promised me no rain and was able to pull in a favor with the weather gods to make sure it was a beautiful day. Their team was super attentive to our needs all night long. The food... serious hats off to the chef! I have never been to a wedding where people complimented the food so much. Two weeks later and people are still talking about it. Unintentionally the floorplan had a few high top tables in the bar area and guests complimented how there was so much space for the children at our wedding to run around in that area and play without getting in the way of the other guests (highly recommend this for others with kids at their wedding!) It made me as the bride so happy to know my guests were so happy. I wish I had the chance to work with Monica from the beginning because she has the right amount of sass to keep up with me and has this presence to put all your nervous energy aside and keeping you smiling. Call her and BOOK HER!

Branches catered my wedding at Laurita Winery and it was fantastic! We keep getting so many comments on how the food was amazing. From the moment we booked, BJ was on top of everything. Book Laurita and Branches now!!! Let me start by saying that my husband and I fell in love with Laurita Winery and Branches Catering before our first meeting was over. We knew instantly that this was the place for our wedding. We were planning for only a 6 month engagement AND we live in another state (family is in NJ) Our first meeting with BJ from Branches helped us quell any uncertainties we had. She was the ONLY venue vendor I spoke to that didn't make a remark or discourage planning a same year wedding in 6 months. She was confident and assured me that it was totally doable! Even offering a same year discount! From the moment we booked she was easy to reach via texting or email. I feel like BJ was my unofficial wedding planner! She just helped me so much to be organized, and make sure I had things done on time to have a perfect day. No question was silly and she had so many suggestions from decor to set up. She understood our wedding vision and was able to create beautiful spreads for cocktail hour and dessert display utilizing wooden charges, burlap, and other decor she had for an amazing rustic look. She even lit fire pits for the reception for guests that wanted to enjoy the outdoors.
The food was delicious, and everything we asked for was presented to a T.
The day of, Mike, the maitre d was out of this world! Truly!! Even my "type A" mother raved about him, that says something! He was so efficient in making sure our wedding ran smoothly. He ensured that our ceremony started on time to prevent losing too much light, and organized everyone efficiently. During the reception he made sure my husband and I had food and drinks at all times.
It is hard to even find the words for how amazing BJ, Mike, and the team of Branches catering is. Our day was AMAZING!! literally nothing went wrong and everything was picture perfect. My husband and I are so happy!

I am thrilled that we chose Branches Catering for our wedding. Holly was so helpful, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and truly cared about our special day from planning to execution. She took the time to go over every detail with us to ensure it was everything we wanted. We got married over Labor Day weekend and due to the threat of the hurricane we resigned to having the wedding inside. However, as we were getting ready we realized the weather was holding up nicely. Just 2 hours before the ceremony, Holly insisted that they go through the trouble to change the set-up to outside because she knew that was what I truly wanted. I was so appreciative of how the staff was so flexible and accommodating. The waterfall garden is a beautiful place to get married and to take gorgeous pictures! Throughout the night the staff was so attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests, both big and small. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our night because they had everything under control. The food at Branches is DELICIOUS! My guests were raving about both their entree and the food at the cocktail hour. The interior was beautiful as well. They were able to coordinate our colors into uplighting and several personal touches. Lastly, Branches was more affordable than comparable venues. We would wholeheartedly recommend Branches to anyone! I can't thank them enough for making our day so special!

My husband and I are so happy to have used Branches Catering at Laurita Winery for our wedding. Billie Jo was so helpful to us all year while planning. She called vendors, responded to me very quickly, and always had the answers to all of my questions. She was a pleasure to work with and really cared about our day being perfect. The maître d' Mike was also incredible. My husband and I ate, drank, and danced the night away because both Mike and Billie Jo made sure we had everything we needed. Our families have been raving about how delicious the food was. No one was ever waiting for a drink at the bar or for food to show up. The entire staff was so thoughtful and has the experience to run a seamless and memorable event. I would definitely recommend Branches Catering for your wedding, especially the Laurita Winery staff.

My son and daughter-in-law got married at Laurita Winery this past weekend and we used Branches as the caterer. I can't say enough about BJ and her entire staff. BJ was so easy to work with all year. She is a very calm person and doesn't get rattled. She puts you at ease and makes the entire process easier. Everyone at Branches was more than willing to change food options, add new things and make suggestions. When it came down to it the food was unbelievable and plentiful. My guests are still talking about it. I have never had such good food at a wedding before. The entire staff made the night one we will not soon forget. They were all extremely attentive and worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect and it was. Then there is Mike, the Maitre D. I don't even know where to begin. He went above and beyond what I ever would have thought. He not only made sure that the bride and groom were happy and drinking all night but he also made sure that all the parents were happy all night as well. He kept checking in all night to make sure everything was going well. Basically he was on top of everything. They have a real find in him. Branches exceeded what I expected and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. You won't be sorry. Between the quality and taste of the food and the staff you can't go wrong. We didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you to BJ, Mike and her entire staff for making a very special night that much more special.

We used Branches for our wedding at Laurita Winery. Working with BJ was extremely easy. She responded to emails even on her days off and was super helpful in liasing between the winery and the bride and groom. We brought in a lot of personal touch items and BJ made sure everything was perfect and setup correctly. The food was outstanding. We had a wide variety of items and Branches was open to adding items that weren't on the original menu. On the actual day, make sure you have Mike as your point person. He was incredibly attentive, insured everything got done as expected, and always had the bride and groom's enjoyment as his top priority. We had an amazing wedding experience and it wouldn't have been possible without Branches. We would highly recommend them

BJ and Branches catering were phenomenal. First and foremost the food was phenomenal which was wonderful. It was important to us to have good food but most people don't remember the food at weddings. All of our guests will remember ours. They were incredibly responsive to our recipe notes and suggestions after our tasting and our Chef, Cliff, was excellent at listening to our comments and applying them. They also did a great job setting up and decorating the facility, which was not an easy job for them to do since they were limited on time and we gave them A LOT of decorations to set up. They were amazing. By far, however, the most amazing part of the day was how intent the staff was on making sure that we had a wonderful day. 10 minutes before the ceremony we got a large lipstick stain on the BRIDES DRESS!!! Devin, one of the Branches employees was able to remove the stain which none of us knew how to do and she was able to completely avoid what could have been a very upsetting occurrence. Finally Mike, our Maitre D, went above and beyond to insure that we had a memorable day. He shuttled us all around the winery for photos before the ceremony, organized our bridal party at every turn, made sure that we ate, made sure that we ALWAYS had drinks in our hand if we wanted them, and checked in on us throughout the night. The entire staff and everything about Branches catering exceeded our wildest expectations and if you decide to book them you WILL NOT regret it.

Let me say that as I was touring Branches, before the tour was even over, I knew I had to have my wedding at this venue. John the owner actually gave us the tour because our amazing coordinator Holly was unable at the time, and if that doesn't say something right there, I don't know what does. Let me just add that we had a bit of a mishap in that we were missing a boutenniere, and John (owner) fashioned one up just in time. Wow is all I can say. I was so thankful. They didn't let me stress about ANYTHING. Holly was amazing; she had advice for all aspects of wedding, and she was so professional and kind that she felt like a friend. They were so flexible, and made everything I wanted to happen, happen. They really went above and beyond to literally make everything perfect. And the waterfall garden alone-- beautiful!!!! I could go on and on...and on about the food, but suffice it to say that it is impeccable. EVERYONE loved the food, and we had vegetarians, gluten free, vegan, meat lovers, every kind of dietary restraint you can imagine, and everyone had something and loved it. I know brides don't normally eat at their wedding, but after the tasting and knowing how good the food is, you better believe I had some of EVERY course at my own wedding. Joe the Maitre d' was awesome as well- made sure we had everything we wanted all night! Best part about it was that all the Branches staff seemed to be having fun- servers were talking with me and making me feel special. Start to finish, impeccable service. If you're looking to have a wedding at a winery with the most scenic vineyard in NJ, look no further than Laurita Winery & Branches Catering. BJ and the rest of the Branches staff did a phenomenal job with our wedding at Laurita this past August!! Branches Catering's food was amazing!!! All our guests raved about the food and the venue! I already knew the venue was perfect (Laurita Winery) but the Branches Catering staff made my dream wedding come true as they paid close attention to detail in what my vision was - with the set up, decor, candy bar, coordinating with all the vendors, etc. BJ, our wedding coordinator, even made sure my husband and I ate during the few minutes we caught of cocktail hour by practically feeding us! hehe The maitre'd, Mike, was amazing. He was so organized, professional, personable, and made sure the wedding ran smoothly from start to finish and paid attention to all the logistics (which is helpful because you'll be so overwhelmed the day of the wedding). My husband and I celebrated our vow renewal and wedding anniversary at Branches, and we could not be happier. The event was held in their outdoor space, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Holly (Sales Manager) was beyond helpful and a pleasure to work with. She helped us really organize and create an event that looked and felt like "us." Her attention to detail is amazing, and she really did make the whole thing a breeze. The food at Branches is delicious, and the service was phenomenal. I was very anti-wedding and I especially disliked looking at venues that all seemed exactly the same. When I saw Laurita Winery and met BJ from Branches Catering, everything changed. The space is amazing, Branches Catering makes delicious food, and BJ is who you want to work with for planning a big, important event!
The winery- the winery is an unbelievable space. Guest were free to roam around and were not all packed into a room for the whole night- we had tables and food stations in the dining room and the cocktail hour/bar then dance floor/bar in the tasting room and fire pits and s’mores (a fun suggestion from BJ) on the terrace. The space is so great that it does not need a ton of decorations, but you can bring as much as you want to personalize it. Our wedding pictures with the vineyard in the background are absolutely beautiful.
The food- Generally, I don’t have high expectations for wedding food, but I was very pleasantly surprised when we went for the tasting at branches. We were able to bring 4 others to the tasting without an additional charge, which was helpful. The hors d’oeuvres were just awesome and the presentation of each different choice was cute and creative. We went the food stations options and everyone seemed to really enjoy all of the choices and the station chefs.
The staff- BJ and the entire staff from Branches were incredible. There was no detail that was to big or to small, and they just had this we will make it happen attitude about everything. BJ works all of the winery events and she knows the space so well and has great suggestions and really knows what will work and won’t. We were able to drop stuff off to them the day before which made the day of less stressful, and they just took care of everything and made the space look even more beautiful. Everything went so smoothly the night of. I can’t thank them enough.

The staff at Branches (especially Billie Jo, John, Lori, and Mike) deserve all the recognition in the world. They truly have made our wedding day special and memorable at Laurita Winery. From the first bite in the cocktail tasting, we knew that we had to book Branches and Laurita Winery. The wedding planning process with BJ was amazing - she helped us plan the day perfectly and even took time from setting up for another wedding to walk me through the winery when I came by to visit. The food was AMAZING and I really hope I can attend another wedding Branches is catering just so I can enjoy the food again. Thanks again for everything!

I am 100% serious when I say that Branches was the BEST decision of our ENTIRE wedding. John met with us right away, went over menus and set-ups in detail, and accommodated any personal touches that my husband and I wanted to add to make our wedding extra special! (ie. We replaced our cake with an ice cream sundae bar, and instead of having a dessert table, we had chocolate chip cookies with shooters of milk.) No idea that we suggested was EVER a problem for Branches—whether it was changing the arrangement of tables, incorporating long wooden farm tables into our set-up, or modifying the menu being served!

Just to attest to their incredible professionalism: our original event coordinator (Stasia) left Branches a month and a half before our wedding, and the transition to our new event coordinator (BJ) was smoother than ever. BJ was absolutely fabulous and executed every detail of my wedding night perfectly (and trust me when I say there was a lot of them.) Not only that, BJ has helped coordinate every event at Laurita, so it's safe to say she knows what works and what doesn't. I’m actually convinced that she’s superwoman dressed in regular clothing.

Branches gave a complementary tasting to my ENTIRE family (we’re talking 6 people) prior to our wedding with food that was absolutely to die for. And believe it or not, the food served at our wedding was EVEN BETTER. Don’t ask me how Branches did it, but literally every dish was cooked perfectly and served to each guest not only hot, but beautifully.

Guests kept coming up to my husband and I during our reception and telling us it wasn’t just the best WEDDING food they’ve ever eaten, it was the best FOOD they’ve ever eaten…period.

Do yourself a favor: if you want incredible food for your wedding and want to work with the most professional and courteous vendor ever, go with Branches. They’ll knock your socks off. (And so will their Beef Chateaubriand.) Guaranteed.

I could not have been happier with my experiences at Branches. I was an inexperienced bride who had never even been to a wedding, let alone planned one and they made the whole experience seamless for me. On top of that they actually worked with me regardless of the fact that I had a small budget and guest list, after I had been turned down at multiple other places. I still get rave reviews about the food, service and venue. They really made the day special down to the very last second. I would definitely recommend their service!

Hands down - Branches made our wedding day absolutely perfect in so many ways!! From th first time we met with them, we knew that they were the right venue for us. We had our ceremony in the outdoor waterfall garden which was beautiful!! They were so nice, accommodating and helpful, and also very reasonably priced for being close to the beach compared to other venues. We worked with Stasia and Holly and both were absolutely amazing. They listened to us and gave us everything that we had dreamt of for our special day. John, the manager there, was also great to work with. The entire staff goes above and beyond for you and they certainly made us and our guests feel very welcomed. The food is delicious and there's plenty of it!! All of our guests raved about the food. We chose to have a buffet which worked out great and allowed us to dance the night away rather than sit in our seats the majority of the night. We are so thankful for everything that Branches did for us to make our special day, a day that we will never forget. We highly recommend Branches to everyone!!! 5 stars!!! Thank you!

Branches has the best food and best service around. My wedding day was perfect and that had mainly to do with the staff at Branches going above and beyond to give me everything I wanted and more. Branches are simply THE BEST! We loved working with Stasia and John. Both were so accommodating to our wishes and made every one of our requests feel like it was no big deal. Stasia is very quick to respond to emails and very knowledgeable - a true professional. Because our wedding was at an off-premise venue, on the day of both John and Stasia were there to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had spent months working with Stasia on the details of my wedding so I was very comfortable when I found out she would be at my venue on the day of. Stasia and the Branches staff made sure we and all our guests were well taken care of - she personally brought us hor d'oeuvres to eat while we took pictures during our cocktail hour. I was completely blown away by the level of service! We LOVED the food from Branches during the tasting and were confident they would deliver the same level of taste and quality on the day of. And they did! Our friends and family all raved about how delicious the food was - nothing like the typical wedding food! I would absolutely recommend Branches to every and anyone I know! P.S. I secretly hope someone I know decides to do an event through Branches - just so I can see the staff again and eat more of their delicious food :-)

First walking in and being greeted we just knew this was "the place" for us to get married. From then on it was just one pleasant experience after another, the staff was so helpful and always there for any question you may have. The food is incredible, I mean not just good beyond good!! And I have to give a shout out to Chris who made sure EVEYTHING was perfect the day of our wedding. I would recommend Branches to anyone, doesn't have to be a wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Branches and Stasia, our advisor. We are still getting compliments on the wedding. Stasia was a complete joy to work with from her smile to her friendly attitude. She did not make you feel like just a client and really listened to your concept. If there were any mistakes, she corrected them quickly. Her support during the event itself was most welcome to keep order in the chaos that is the time leading up to the wedding.

The prevailing attitude of Branches comes down from the managing partners. Our first contact was with John whose calm demeanour shows he is just right for running things. Nothing seems to phase him and he was still working on improvements to other parts of the venue after our wedding was over at 11 pm.

You will enjoy the time you spend with them and wish you could keep squeezing in just one more tasting as the food is fantastic.

When my husband and I first started looking for reception halls, I was in love with the idea of a beach wedding. I researched places down the shore only. No matter which website I looked out or wedding magazine, I kept coming back to Branches. We walked in and fell in love with their Waterfall Garden and their ballroom. After talking to the staff, looking at our options, we tentatively held a date. After getting home, we talked some more and realized that despite the price per person, what came with it was well worth it.
Let me tell you, it was money well spent. Through the whole process, I spoke with Stasia Tsolakis, who was beyond helpful and sweet. Any little question or concern I had, she took care of in a timely manner. The owner John was extremely helpful and allowed us to have a nontraditional payment plan.
The day of the wedding, it rained in the morning and I was devastated when Branches called to see if I wanted to move my outdoor wedding inside or to hold. I asked to hold and they reassured me that they would keep in touch. Luckily the weather did clear and I was able to have a wonderful ceremony.
I keep hearing raves about the fabulous cocktail hour and the quality of food. We had a variety of choices to choose from for both the cocktail hour and dinner selection. We found it very difficult because our tasting was so good, we wanted everything! The reception staff was friendly, unobtrusive, and perfect. Chris, our mai·tre d', kept everything flowing nicely, made sure that we had time to eat, that we always had a drink, and that we were having fun!
Overall, I would highly recommend Branches Catering as a ceremony and reception site. We had a fabulous day and an enjoyable experience. The food is exceptional and the service is beyond anything I could have hoped for. Well worth the price!

This was fantastic. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Stasia was perfect! She answered every question I had as soon as she was able and made everything work like magic. I'm glad I let go a little bit and trusted some of her suggestions because it made it that much better. The weather wasn't as perfect as we were hoping but we were still able to have an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour which was beautiful. The garden really does make a perfect background for pictures. My guests raved about the food and drinks and how wonderful everything was. It could not have worked out more perfectly! I would do it over and over again.

We could not have had our wedding at a better venue than Branches. First off; The Staff was exceptional and took care of EVERYTHING for us that day. I have to give a special acknowledgement to our wedding coordinator, Stasia and the Banquet Manager, Chris. These two individuals were such an integral part of why our day was so incredible. From Day 1 of planning, they made you feel like you were THE one & only bride they were working with. I have been in many weddings through the years & I have never come across a staff at a Venue who truly cared about the people they were servicing. Even our personal maître for the night was super nice & was waiting with fresh drinks for us at every turn. Truly not one thing was forgotten.We even had a minor issue where I had wanted 12" table stands for my Table Numbers & they used 5" stands. I mentioned it to Chris & they were instantly swapped out for the taller ones before we even turned around. I am still super impressed with reaction they had towards my request.Next best thing was The Food. I have never had such incredible food at any other wedding as we had at Branches. From the salad to the desert, the meal was outstanding. We are still receiving compliments from our guests about both the quantity & quality of the food that night. Most people were so blown away & could not believe how incredibly delicious everything was.For anyone considering having a Jersey shore wedding, Branches can & absolutely does deliver! They even arranged our Beachside Ceremony in Long Branch for us, which turned out to be extraordinary!Don't be fooled by the "By the Beach" Venues, who barely have the space, let alone the quality for what they charge.I cannot more highly recommend Branches to anyone who wants their day to be the most incredible event ever, like the one you have dreamed of your whole life.I can honestly guarantee that people will be talking about your wedding long after it is all said & done...

Branches provided us with an amazing wedding day! We had a beautiful ceremony in their waterfall garden, followed by an extensive cocktail hour both outside, and in their two cocktail rooms. Servers greeted each guest with a warm, friendly smile and our signature drink, as well as the most amazing stations and hor deurs imaginable. From the event coordinator to the servers, everyone was professional, happy and truly cared about us on our special day. The maitre 'd Chris was truly exceptional. His care and continued communication with us prior to and during our wedding made our wedding day go on without a hitch. I can honestly say everything was perfect for my day. What I loved the most is I asked and they got. For example, a few of my bridesmaids asked if we can have fried food to pick on before the wedding and they gave it to us right away. Everything was amazing!

Branches is everything you are looking for in a wedding/celebration venue. From the initial "search" call right through to the delvery of each and every detail...Branches got it right! Our event planner, Stasia Tsolakis, was the consumate professional with a personal touch. Her attention to detail, incredible follow-up and diligence in delivering on every promise was incredible. We just had our wedding at Branches on June 7, 2013...during Tropical storm Andrea. We were supposed to be married outside on the beach! Well needless to say that did not happen. Branches, more specifically Chris and Stasia were absolutly wonderful in accomodating our needs! Stasia was by my side step by step and anything I asked it was always followed with "no problem". Since we werent able to have the beautiful day on the beach that we were expecting they had to set the ceremony up inside. Well, Chris brought the sand to us! It was the sweetest thing that has ever happened to me. They put a runner out in the middle of the aisle and sprinkled sand and seashells down so me and my husband could get married in the sand. It could not have been more perfect then if we were actually on the beach...it was so amazing!! We were so touched that they cared so much and it created an even better memory! The food was outstanding, my guests were all very impressed! We had requested a Gyro station and Branches was more than accomodating! And it was a big hit with all the guests!
Chris was great throughout the entire night, he was getting us drinks, food, making sure we were comfortable! It was great! I felt like a queen! =) I highly reccomend Branches for any event! It was a perfect fit for us, they were casual yet professional and extremly friendly....oh and I mention super accomodating! =)
I have nothing bad to say about this place they made out day incredible! We didnt have to worry about a thing the whole day!

Not only did my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams here, but so many guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been too. Any phone call or email was answered quickly. All my requests were fufilled and I had many many things that needed to be customized. They even allowed us to bring to-go dishes for the dessert table!!! We had our ceremony outside, which is gorgeous in October (and many other months). I could go on forever but they are just the best of the best!!!

We had our wedding at Branches and everything about the evening was spectacular! Stasia was professional and courteous. She helped plan the entire evening and took care of every detail. She returned emails and phone calls quickly and made me feel completely comfortable with the entire process. Chris was also amazing from the food tasting to the day off. The staff at Branches are amazing! They were very helpful through the whole process and made it so easy! Stasia was our wedding coordinator the minute I sent her an email on her day off & she responded! She was always helpful & responded as soon as she got an email, making us feel like she was working one-on-one at all times. We loved the variety of settings Branches offers such as their gorgeous garden area with nice landscaping & beautiful cream colored inside with a fireplace in case it gets too cold & beach setup only 5 minutes down the road. We were able to get married on the beach, have cocktail hour with our guests in the garden area, and the reception inside! We will definitely recommend them to anyone & everyone! The Branches gave me the most amazing wedding I could ever ask for. Stacia was amazing! She handled every situation I threw at her with professionalism and grace. Everyone was so kind to us. I loved the one on one service at my wedding. The host made sure we ate. I loved the take home food. The guests raved about how great the food was. I loved that every time I called someone was there to answer my question even if Stacia wasn't. The value was fantastic, I cannot believe the food and the decor that we received for how much we payed. There is no place out there that could give what you guys did for the amount of money we payed. You made my day amazing. I wish I could do it all over again. Branches went above and beyond anything I expected! Stasia was always so responsive and answered all of my million of questions - nothing was too much & no idea was too crazy or different! Everything went great! Even when rain ruined our beach wedding they transformed the ballroom to be our new beautiful ceremony location and it was perfect!!! The food was amazing! I had a beautiful wedding reception at Branches!! Stasia was our sales coordinator and she was an absolute doll!! I probably drove her crazy in the months prior to the wedding with all my emails and questions. She was always so helpful and sweet. We had a beach ceremony and they did all the work in preparing that which was a lifesaver. The venue itself has had some recent upgrades including the foyer which now has a gorgeous hardwood floor. I had no idea they were ripping out the carpet and was pleasantly suprised on my wedding day when I saw it! The food was great and my guests raved about it. I only wish I had eaten more being that I was so busy having a great time!! Also, the owner John is super nice too. He extended my wedding when we had a shuttle mess up which caused my ceremony to start over 30 mins late. He made sure I was not worried about losing time or having to rush through anything that night. They also let us come at 3pm to take all our pre-wedding and family pictures and gave us use of the bridal suite. Not many places would accomodate that. My only disappointment was that a few days before my wedding we had a bad thunder storm and the "Branches" tree was destroyed :( I was so looking forward to taking a picture by it when it was all lit up but the rest of the night made up for it!!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Branches was amazing, we worked with Stasia and it was a plasure from day 1 all the way up to the wedding day. Our wedding was a bit tricky being they were catering half the food and the indian food coming from another vendor but everything went without a flaw. 250 people isnt easy to organize especially for a outdoor beach ceremony but Branches and Stasia did everything they good and i was shocked when we were on time for the whole day. They are amazing.

Branches, particularly Stasia, were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with over the past year. They were able to help me even though I was planning the wedding from out of state, and every single vendor they recommended from the band to the florist was fantastic! All day at my wedding people were asking how I had found such an amazing venue. As a side note, their kosher catering exceeded all my expectations.

Stasia, Chris and the Branches team are AMAZING! Everything (and I mean everything) was PERFECT. The service from our first tour of the facility to the day of the reception was stellar. Stasia answered every question we had, was very professional and still made us feel like we were special. Chris catered to our every need the day of and was a pleasure to be around. Despite that crazy wind storm that happened, the branches team was still out on the beach setting up our ceremony and everything turned out beautiful. And the food - I can't even begin to count how many people raved about the food. My husband and I are so happy that we chose branches for our wedding celebration. Perfect, Perfect, Perfect.

Branches provided my husband and I with the most amazing wedding experience. I live out of state, and I sent my now husband on the adventure of going to visit places in New Jersey to have our wedding. We were looking for an all-inclusive venue where we would have a beautiful setting for the ceremony and a gorgeous venue for the reception. I sent him to five places; however, he found out about Branches on his own. He narrowed the choices down to two (one of them being Branches). Upon arriving to Branches for an appetizer tasting and a tour, we were immediately greeted by the wonderful staff. We had a private room to taste the delicious appetizers, talk about the venue with its numerous possibilities, and make the decision between the two venues. The decision was an easy one to make. Branches was where we would hold our wedding. From that moment on, Branches treated us as if we were the only Bride and Groom in the world. The staff is unbelievable and the food, well, there are no words to describe the immaculate feast that our guests partook in the night of our wedding. The waterfall garden was amazing with the serene sound of water flowing during the ceremony to a backdrop of gorgeous plants and flowers. As if the setting were not perfect enough, our guests entered a room full of appetizers galore for cocktail hour. The staff was courteous, efficient, and kind. From cocktail hour, our guests entered the beautiful Magnolia Ballroom for the reception. The setup of Branches provided for movement from one side of the room to another. Branches has wonderful areas including the black gates, the Bridal Suite, and the fireplace to take one of a kind pictures that assist in telling the story of your wedding day. Branches has a world of possibilities to ensure a beautiful wedding day. I couldn't have asked for a better venue, day, or group of people to share in making our wedding day special.

Branches did an amazing job with everything. Our wedding was exactly how i pictured and more! Stasia was great and answered any and every question I had. During the reception my mother in laws dress ripped and not one but three waitresses rushed to her with sewing kits and safety pins. I had my ceremony and reception at Branches and they did an incredible job. The staff was very accommodating to anything I asked about. Our wedding coordinator, Stasia, was very helpful in the planning process and would always respond right away. They take care of many of the details you may not think about. The food was amazing as all my guests reported and really got a lot for what you pay for. There was also plenty of room in the ballroom for almost 300 guests. Great venue to have your own wedding!

Where do I start? If we could give branches more than 5 stars, we would do it in a heartbeat. Our wedding at branches was absolutely phenomenal. The GM John Lombardo is a comsummate professional and a perfectionist, who along with our wedding coordinator Stasia, bent over backwards to make our wedding dreams come true. Our guests are still raving about how wonderful it was almost a month later, and I'm positive they will still be raving about it years from now. Our guests were blown away by the gorgeous venue, the beautiful outdoor cocktail hour in the waterfall garden, and the outrageous food. The unanimous verdict was that this was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. My husband and I were thrilled with Branches from the very beginning and they did not let us down. Our wedding day was the most amazing day of our lives thanks to John Lombardo, Stasia, and everyone at Branches. Beyond the terrific day we had and the unparalleled service, Branches also offers so much more for the money compared to every other venue in the area. I want my friends to get married at Branches so I can go back!

What can I say......my family and I are absolutely amazed at the job Branches did for our wedding. We were exceptionally pleased from the very first time we met with Branches as a potential reception venue. My husband and I probably visited a dozen venues in our area and NO ONE compared to Branches. From the very beginning they asked us our interests to ensure our day was personalized to our personalities. They even made a very special hors'deurve just for us. The cocktail hour was the biggest we have ever seen and the raves from our guests are non stop. The food was outstanding and there was an endless supply of it. The mashed potato bar was a HUGE hit. When we met our maitre dei I quote him in saying "I treat every wedding as if it were my daughters" and that is JUST what he did. He stood by us the entire night, made sure we had a fresh drink, everything was going the way we wanted it and that we were enjoying ourselves. The best was when my husband and I finally sat down to eat dinner, the general manager and maitre dei literally ran to us to make sure our food was hot and just what we wanted. We didn't eat much due to excitement so they made our entire family plates to take home so we could enjoy the meal. Stasia was our wedding planner and what a wonderful time we had planning everything with her. She was extremely sweet, professional and prompt with replying to emails with questions we may have had. There was not one bump in the road while planning our wedding with Branches. I recommend Branches to everyone getting married. Not to mention the pictures taken in their garden are breathtaking!!!!

We worked with Alissa at Branches who made sure every single detail was in order. We did not have to worry about a single thing the whole night. Our personal waitress made sure we were taken care of from the second we arrived. The food was EXCELLENT. Our guests have been taking about the food since the wedding. The Branches’s special attention to detail and thorough professionalism contributed to what we like to call our dream come true wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything revealed. Special thank you to Stasia, one of our wedding coordinators, for listening and understanding how important it was to us to have the ceremony outdoor and making it happen despite not a very cooperative weather right before the wedding ceremony. Everyone loved the arrangements, the warmth of the fireplace right next to the dance floor, to die for food and friendliness and courteousness of the staff.

Throughout the whole process we felt complete trust in Branches’ ability to create an unforgettable and inspirational event, which will forever stay in our hearts. Branches Catering truly makes the bride and groom feel at ease throughout the entire planning process; the staff all have a welcoming and warm attitude. The day of the wedding could not have been any more perfect. I always heard of stories of things going wrong on one's wedding day but I can honestly say, there was not a single thing that went wrong. Everyone from the owner John to each server was right on top of every detail of the day. I had so many people at my wedding rave about how they had not been to a better wedding than mine. Branches did a wonderful job on my wedding!! Alysa was always there to help and answer any question my wife and I had. The food was fantastic, everything from the hor dervs to the main course was perfect. Weeks after my wedding my guest still tell me that was the best wedding they every attended and that they are still full from all the delicious food!!

My Husband I were just beginning our search for a Wedding Venue... we happened to visit Branches during the tail end of a Wedding show... the facility was filled with vendors from all over the area... it was PACKED! We walked through... feeling a bit overwhelmed... taking notes & we were finally ready to leave & begin again another day. We stopped to grab a brochure from the representatives of Branches & began talking with Melanie. Things had started wrapping up... the food was put away... the chefs, I could only imagine, were packing up to go home for the night... Before we knew it... we were showered an entire tray of freshly prepared samples from filet mignon... shrimp cocktail shooters.... ratatouille... pesto penne... seafood tempura... countless options I am finding it difficult to remember them all... Melanie sat with us for what seemed like hours discussing the facility & what was offered... different price points... food options.... ceremony & reception details... By the end of the night, we fell in love with Branches & Melanie! We began planning what was to become our DREAM WEDDING!

The Waterfall Garden was just the perfect setting for our ceremony... the cocktail hour followed & was nearby... but did not in any way take away from the beauty & tranquility of the ceremony... our reception was held in doors & was simply breath taking! The entire day was so perfectly orchestrated... Every detail planned by my husband & I was taken care of by Melanie & the staff @ Branches! It was incredibly worry-free... :)

We, like many brides & grooms missed out on eating the delicious array of Hors d'oeuvres during our cocktail hour. Between our photo session with our photographer & visiting with our guests.... we did not eat a thing.... Melanie had arranged the kitchen to prepare our favorite dishes of the hour & gave us time in our private Bridal Suite to relax & enjoy!

From start to finish.... we do not have a single complaint about the service & care taken to help plan our Wedding day! Thank you!

Branches exceeded all expectations we had. I was finding it difficult to find a place that was flexible enough to let me have the wedding with the food options I prefer. Not some pre-packaged service. Their sales staff were polite and accomodating.

Their wait staff was professional and courteous. The food is amazing in not only taste, but also in presentation.

I would reccomend this place without a second thought and would definitely have an event there again.

The site is beautiful and everyone that works there is very helpful and attentive. It has been 4 months and people are still telling us how great the food was at our wedding. We went with the cocktail reception which was about 6 different stations including a mashed potato bar, wok station and pasta station just to name a few. This option allowed our guest to get as much or as little food as they wanted and made for great mingling. No one had to wait for food to be served or on line like with a buffet. Also the rooms are beautiful and neutral so what colors you are using will look great. The staff was awesome too!

John and Kate were so easy to work with. Honestly... I planned a wedding from another side of the country! So stress-free. They were flexible, always accomodating to my schedule (as well as to other vendors that I was working with that needed to see the space prior to the wedding) and the entire staff worked tirelessly to ensure that the day was seamless. Branches only has one wedding at a time so we had cocktails by a fireplace, dancing in the ballroom and the waterfall outside for pictures--all to ourselves! It was so magical!

Overall experience at Branches was FANTASTIC. Our families and friends talked about our wedding for months. Everyone raved about how great the food was - and I come from a big Italian family so a review like that can be hard to come by! They also did our beach ceremony for us and it was PERFECT. The whole day was magical and beautiful and exactly what my husband and I envisioned. The whole staff at Branches was professional and helpful. They accomodated our wishes and helped us to make it a warm and intimate day for us. We especially loved working with Melanie who took care of all our needs and was a personable person to have helping you put together one of the most memorable and important days of your life. Branches was very open to all of my needs. Kate was fantastic, very nice to work with. We were married very close to the time for holiday decorations, yet they did not work with my theme. So, Branches staff was wonderful and removed any decorations no matter the size for our event. The food was out of this world, from the cocktail hour to the four course meal. We continually get complements. Facilities were very clean, bridal suite was great.

It took my husband and I alot of searching before we found Branches. We knew we were going to take our pictures at Monmouth University so we had to find somewhere in that area. The minute we walked into Branches I knew it was the place where we were going to have our reception. Kate Stevens is wonderful. When we booked Branches the garden was only a drawing on paper. She sat us down and showed us the plans and I was sold. (Too bad we got married on the hottest day in August and couldn't have our cocktail hour outside, but it's ok). The reception was beautiful. It was more than I could of asked for. Kate took all my visions and made them a reality. I can't say enough good things about John Lombardo (who was overseeing or cooking, no sure, in the kitchen the night of my wedding and Kate. The staff was wonderful. The food was great. I would recommend Branches to whoever is looking to have a party there. Maybe I will have my Baby Shower there when the times comes. I want to have another party there so bad. LOL

It is hard to believe that our wedding day was already one year ago this week...the time flies by! Thinking back on that day, I could not imagine it being more perfect!
My husband and I fell in love with Branches after looking at numerous venues throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties. We loved the Branches' facility and food and had a great experience at one of their Bridal Showcases that we decided to meet with the staff to book our 2007 wedding (we booked two years prior to our date).
The physical building and food was important to us, but so was the service we expected to receive. I personally work in the event industry and have high customer service expectations...my expectations were not only met, but the Branches' staff (especially our banquet manager Kate Stevens) went out of their way to make this day incredible! I was impressed with Kate's organization and attention to every little detail! She eased many of my pre-wedding apprehensions...working with a Branches' banquet manager means that you should have no reason to turn into a "Bridezilla" when it comes to the catering/reception part of your day!
From the moment we arrived on the Branches property that day we were treated like a queen and king...everything that we had discussed had been executed perfectly! The food was delicious and the event was exquisite. It was wonderful to also see one of the partners (Jon Lombardo) on site that day, he too is phenomenal to work with.
If you are a bride and groom to be thinking about Branches for your wedding day...do not think any longer, book this venue, it is AMAZING! Branches gave my husband and I the perfect day. I don't use the word perfect often but perfect it was. I would relive the day everyday as long as Branches was providing all that they had.

My wife and I loved having our reception at Branches. I have been in the DJ entertainment industry for 10 years and have been at just about every catering hall in the tri-state area and we chose to have our reception at Branches. Melanie could not have been any easier to work with. She helped make our wedding the most incredible day ever. She worked with us on everything. We had phenominal food, great service and the place looked great. We loved Melanie and Branches so much that they catered my wife's off premise medical school graduation party as well. I would recommend this venue to any bride looking to have a stress-free wedding in Monmouth County NJ.....After searching high and low for the "perfect" place to have our wedding, I finally found Branches in West Long Branch, NJ. I could not have been more please with EVERYTHING Branches had to offer. Alissa was AMAZING and was by my side to keep me comfortable and relaxed two weeks prior to my wedding-I cannot thank her enough. I am so pleased with Branches. I am getting so many compliments about Alissa, along with the food and atmosphere that each guest encountered-I could not be happier!
