Class Act! Matt is versatile and delivered exactly what we wanted!

Finally getting to writing reviews for the best few vendors from my August 2019 wedding!

Selecting all of the different vendors for our wedding was so stressful, especially since we were planning from out of town. The DJ was the one vendor that I thought may be really difficult to decide on since my husband is obsessed with music and used to do a little DJ’ing back in the day. After seeing enough videos of DJs that were annoying, obnoxious, or disheveled, we thankfully came across DJ Matt Swaoger, owner of BPM Deejays. Our introductory phone call with Matt totally put us at ease, and we knew we found the right choice for our DJ. He proved from the start that he was a class act whose primary goal is the satisfaction of the client. He was professional in his work and appearance, and he made sure the bride and groom and festivities were the focus (not the DJ).

Matt DJ’ed the music for our outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour, and indoor reception—all at the same venue. During our in-person meeting three weeks before the wedding, he answered all of our questions and provided invaluable suggestions that improved the flow and feel of our special day. We wanted a distinct vibe for the different parts of our celebration and ended up doing instrumental versions of popular music for the pre-ceremony/ceremony, classic rock for our outdoor cocktail hour, Sinatra-type music during dinner, and a mix of “good dance music” for dancing (of course!), which showed his versatility. And he had no problem buying specific requested tracks he did not currently own. Apparently during cocktail hour one of my uncles said “Dang this place is rockin’….,” definitely NOT a boring, awkward, mingling social hour! My husband was ecstatic about how the music turned out. It melded so perfectly into “feeling and enjoying” each moment. Five stars for Matt at BPM Deejays for delivering exactly what we wanted!!!

Matt was great to work with and offered great suggestions to help with the flow of the night! I appreciate his professional experience. He's been to WAY more weddings than I ever will. He made it so easy for us and was flexible when Jordan wanted to change the song we were walking into at the last minute. He edited down our songs for first dance, father/daughter, and mother/groom which I am eternally grateful for! 2 minutes was enough, I couldn't imagine doing the entire song. The reception FLEW BY it was so much fun and he kept the dance floor packed the whole time! There were some must play songs on our list, and some I couldn't remember if I heard them or not. When I asked Jordan, he said I definitely danced to them. It was all such a whirlwind. Thanks Matt for making our party so much fun!

We hired Steve from BPM Deejays as the DJ for our wedding and he was fabulous! He was a great DJ and a very nice person who went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time. He made the planning process quick and easy for us and made sure to confirm all the details the week before. We got the package that included up-lighting and a monogram and both looked amazing the day of. I love to dance and Steve made sure to not only MC everything fluidly and precisely as we had requested but also kept the dance floor packed all night. He had a great variety of music and transitioned between songs perfectly! We got compliments from everyone there (including our reception venue) on how fun our wedding was due to the DJ. I would highly recommend both Steve and BPM Deejays for any event. You will not be sorry!!

We only had the photo booth portion at our wedding and they did a great job. Were very easy to work with and were quick to respond to emails. They customized our photo strips to match our wedding colors which looked beautiful. The attendant was very professional which was a huge factor for us. Would definitely recommend!

Whenever I first started wedding planning, I knew I really wanted a photobooth, but after doing some research, I thought it wouldn't be a possibility on our tight budget. Hot Flash was recommended to me by a family member who used them at her wedding, and I just have to say how thrilled I am that they were able to provide services for our wedding at such a reasonable price. The owners were so accommodating and even waived a travel fee to help us out! The photo booth was the highlight of our wedding and had a steady stream of guests at every minute of the night! The booth attendant was so kind and professional — which I'm sure isn't easy when you have a bunch of rowdy wedding guests! We had so much fun looking through the pictures the next day, which the attendant glued into a keepsake album where guests were able to write well-wishes or funny notes next to their photos. They also provided online access a few weeks after the event so our guests were able to share them on social media. I would absolutely recommend (and often do) Hot Flash to any bride looking for the full photobooth experience without breaking the budget!

When looking for a Deejay for our July wedding we wanted to find someone who could keep people on the dance floor and keep the party going. My biggest fear was that we would pay all this money for a Deejay and nobody would be on the dance floor. When my husband and I initially met with Matt we explained to him my concern and his response was that he doesn't just play music but that he reads the crowd and knows when people are losing interest and switches things up to bring people back out. And he wasn't kidding! I recall dancing on the dance floor and not many people were dancing at that moment and time. Myself and some guests were in the process of leaving the dance floor to go to the Photobooth and low and behold Matt switched up the song and we turned right back around (as did other guests) and made it back to the dance floor. Matt was a pleasure to work with and certainly didn't disappoint. The photobooth was part of our Deejay package. Good props and quality of the photos were excellent. Only regret my husband and I had was not utilizing the Photobooth more (we were too busy dancing).

I do not even know where to begin to start talking about how great Matt and BPM Deejay's was for our wedding! From our Day 1 meeting before securing the booking, Matt was so incredibly helpful. We only had a few ideas on what we absolutely wanted in terms of songs so his guidance and helpfulness went a long way! He walked us through everything expertly and patiently without ever belittling us or getting impatient though we would not have blamed him! Whether you have a specific vision or need him to take the reigns and help give you direction he is definitely up to the task. He was also very responsive to emails and phone calls and met with us when we requested. To make matters better, BPM Deejay's is so reasonably priced. We used them both for our ceremony music and reception. Our dance floor was never empty thanks to Matt and he read the crowd so incredibly well! He also got every one of our must play songs in and kept every song on our do not play songs out. I can not honestly thank Matt and BPM Deejay's enough for the great work that they've done! You will not be disappointed with the services they provide!

BPM DJs were everything we hoped for and more! From the very beginning the company was easy to work with and helped us through the entire process. Their online planning for made the process organized and simple! Steve was AWESOME the night of the wedding and seriously kept the party going the whole time. I would absolutely pick this company again and recommend them to anyone! (also very reasonably priced!)

DJ Steve did a fabulous job at our wedding! We were referred to him by a couple who hired him for their wedding. Absolutely no regrets. One of the guests at our wedding was in the process of planning her own wedding and hired DJ Steve as well! Word of mouth at its finest! BPM is the way to go!!

BPM DJ's provided us with exceptional service prior to our wedding day. Their website was easy to use and allowed for my husband and I to focus on how the music would set the tone for our day. We were guided through every step along the way and were able to ask questions as they came up. Matt was super friendly and quick to respond to our communications. The day of couldn't have gone any better. Steve did a fantastic job moving our wedding along. He is so easy-going and that allowed for our guests to have fun and get out on the dance floor. We received endless compliments on how beautiful the day was and a large chunk of that is a testament to the wonderful job of BPM.

When it comes to picking a DJ for a wedding, something not often thought about is how important of a role they play. We had Matt and he was by far our #1 choice not only because of what he could offer (lighting, custom monogram, etc.) but because of his professionalism throughout the entire process. He was very helpful with planning everything out and giving suggestions. Plus, the fact that he covers the entire day rather than just a few hours shows just how dedicated he is. Matt played a great selection of music and is definitely the type to liven up any room without "over-doing" it. I would highly recommend Matt & BPM Deejays to make your big day special!

We paired Hot Flash Photo-Booth with BPM Deejays and couldn't have been any happier! Our booth attendant, Miko, was super nice and got people that were waiting excited and trying on props before even getting into the booth. When picking out designs for our photo-strip, we shared with Matt an idea that we had. He listened to what we wanted and was able to create our photo-strip to look like a film negative which made my photographer husband happy. This just goes to show how above and beyond they go! I highly recommend Hot Flash for your photobooth needs on your special day!

Hot Flash Photo booths really added that special touch to our wedding! Everyone has mentioned how much fun they had with it, and the attendant was even kind enough to make sure my now husband and I actually got to make it to the photo booth! I would highly recommend them, as they were by far the most professional and easy to work with photo booth company I was able to find! They were incredibly helpful in fulfilling all of our needs for our wedding, and reasonably priced as well!

Hot Flash was everything we ever dreamed of every step of the way. Their packages were priced best, with everything we wanted. The album and personalization were exactly as we hoped they would be. Also, Matt was excellent when it came to making the contract and tweaking the times to make everything run more conveniently. I couldn't have asked for a better photo booth service.

If you want the best, most entertaining, engaged and organized DJ in Pittsburgh, it’s Matt, the owner of BPM Dee Jays! Our guests are hoping for an Anniversary Party next year because Matt rocked the house from the get go and were very disappointed the night couldn’t go on into the wee hours. He has a very calm demeanor but don’t let that trick you-his display of music and services are nothing but spectacular! While we did have a lively group of guests, they fed off of the music that was being played and none of us could get enough of the excitement and action. You meet with Matt twice before the actual day to fine tune what it is you are looking for and he is very open to incorporating special moments as well as provides feedback what will in the best interest for you and your guests. He was kind to meet with me one other time at the venue site so we could visualize the set-up and discuss details for the ceremony. He’s highly sought out and referred to by other vendors as a great “partner in crime” to work with-our photographers recommended him and we could not have been happier with the results! Please look at all the additional services the business has to offer…it’s truly an affordable one-stop shop! I know my husband and I will be looking to have Matt coordinate future events for us merely because I know he’ll perform and because I know our guests are going to have the time of their life-after all, isn’t that the point?!

The music that Steve played was one of the things that made our wedding so special, and our guests commented on it. We had asked him to play some particular songs, but he also improvised by playing other things in the same style, and the improvisation was very successful. Right as the ceremony was over, he played a Silversun Pickups song we requested, and somehow I felt as if I were in a movie and this was the movie soundtrack, because the song so perfectly fit how I felt!

The phtotobooth rental was a HUGE hit - The guests absolutely loved it. The fact that we received a photo album of the guest's photo printouts AND the guests got to take home their own photos for HALF the price of other vendors, is truly amazing. We would highly recommend and use again for another big event.

We could not have asked for a better dj for our special day. Matt not only worked with us to make sure our song selections were just right, but his music choices were AMAZING. Matt showed up and we had nothing to worry about he ran our reception for us. Transitions between songs were flawless. Overall just an amazing experience. I am a total planner, so I contacted BPM about their photobooth about a year in advance. From the very beginning, the owner, Matt, was awesome. He worked with us and gave us exactly what we were looking for, with stellar service along the way. Everything that was provided to us by this company was great – the set up, the scrapbook, the online gallery. Additionally, I cannot speak highly enough about our photobooth attendant. She was awesome – she was professional, personable, and organized. What I also liked about this company was the TYPE of photobooth that they have. You can fit a decent amount of people in the free-standing booth, which makes it a lot of fun. The backdrop looked nice in the pictures, and the quality of the prints were some of the better photobooth pictures I have seen. We enjoyed working with this company and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in the area who is looking – as their price for the quality cannot be beat.

We had heard Matt from BPM at a friend's wedding, and he was great - so when we needed a DJ for our wedding, they were the first call we made. Matt was unavailable for our date, but Steve Spin was...and what do you know, he was great, too!

The process could not have been smoother, and you could tell that BPM has done this enough times to really streamline it for the customer. We went to the office (amazing space, by the way) to meet with Matt and Steve, and they have all of their offerings on display - the photo booth, lighting options, even the popcorn machine. Because of the space for our reception, we went with the traditional DJ service (didn't need the lighting).

Matt, Steve, and the staff were very communicative through the whole process - responding to emails, sending receipts for deposits, etc... We went back one more time to sit with Steve and discuss the types of music we wanted, first dance, venue logistics, and make sure both sides were comfortable with the upcoming day.

Not to be cliche, but the music could not have been more perfect - Steve's selections for cocktail hour were on point, his mic skills were superb, and once the dance floor opened up, it was high energy and fun the rest of the night. At one point, my wife was even wearing his sunglasses! He was definitely a part of the party.

Since then, we've had a number of our guests inquire about the DJ - and we've been happy to tell them. Hopefully I haven't gone overboard with the positivity in this review, but it's very deserved. Two thumbs WAY up for Matt, Steve, and the BPM crew!

i can't say enough about bpm deejays, they were an amazing group to work with all around. The most impressive thing to me, was when they asked what type of music I wanted during my dinner, and I used the piano guys as an example. Wouldn't you know, they played almost all piano guys. I loved it. Everyone still rants and raves about the music and the photobooth. Huge hit.

As the groom I had very decisions to make for the wedding but I insisted on hiring the DJ. The whole time I knew 100% that BPM Deejays was what I wanted. I know Steve Spin personally and knew he would be the perfect DJ for our wedding. Working with Matt the owner in setting everything up was very easy, professional, and explained very clearly. Since the wedding I have been told numerous times it was the best wedding music they've ever heard and have given the BPM Deejay info out numerous times for those friends who have events coming up. My wedding was in Baltimore, MD and although they are a Pittsburgh based company they had no issues in making the trip. I could not give enough stars to this company, and just want to thank them again for all of the hard work they put into making the night so special.

To all my Pennsylvania brides to be... If your looking for a DJ please meet with ours! He is completely professional and talented! We planned all the way across the country and he responded to every phone call and email right away! He played every song I asked for at the perfect time! He played a variety for all ages! He even had a disney instrumental wedding soundtrack to play for when our guests first arrived (our theme was fairytale)! He also did our ceremony music perfect! Everyone was dancing at the reception!!! We used them for up lighting and monograms too! Having a good DJ can determine if ppl sit around bored or get out of their seats and have fun! Matt was my DJ for my wedding at the Grand Concourse on June 27th, 2015. He did an awesome job! The online planning tool was a nice, easy way to communicate a lot of the information we needed to share with him. And he took the time to sit down with us a few days before the wedding so we could talk through some more details. He did a great job making sure all necessary parties were informed during the wedding day, and he kept the schedule in terms of speeches and dinner flowing according to plan. I have been to weddings before where things start to run behind, and I wanted to make sure the flow of our wedding kept moving as much as possible so we could get to the fun part - dancing! He did a great job of tracking me down and keeping me in the loop about what was going on. He was really professional, and provided outstanding service. His music selection was terrific, and we had a blast dancing. He hit the perfect balance of fun, dance music and sweet slow songs. I would highly recommend Matt to others!

I absolutely recommend Matt and BPM Deejays! We used him for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Matt sent me a link to a website that he created that helps you plan the whole day. It offers music samples and things to consider when deciding to do a bouquet toss, first dances, etc. Many questions can be answered with all the detail he put on the website, and he was quick to answer any additional questions we had. At the wedding, he took requests from guests and made sure to play all the songs we'd requested in advance. Matt helped make the event such a fun night!

As anyone who has had a their wedding can attest, the quality of the DJ is crucial to the enjoyment of the night. You can rest assure that Matt from BPM DJ will provide you with all that you want to make your special night a success. From the very first meeting to the very last song, Matt conducts himself with nothing less than the utmost professionalism. Additionally, with all of the complexity that goes into planning a wedding, you need things simplified. Matt does just that. The first introductory meeting is extremely reassuring, productive, and pleasant. He will walk you through the process from beginning to end, and provides clarity to a wedding necessity that could be challenging. He tries very hard to understand your preferences and has no ego. One piece of advice to anyone picking a DJ: pick a good one, tell them what you like, but give them the latitude to read the crowd and make the right calls. It is their profession, not yours, and you are doing yourselves and your guests a dis-service by trying to control everything. Matt incorporated what we liked, but also used his professional judgement and made the night a lot better than it otherwise would have been.

I found BPM Deejay's through an avenue very similar to this - being from Pittsburgh but living in Baltimore, I had not been to any weddings recently in the area that allowed me to use vendors similar to those of my friends/family - so I was left up to my own methods of finding a DJ. I scoured countless DJ postings on theKnot, Wedding Wire, etc. to help in my search. In the process, I spoke to many DJs on the phone - and I'll admit that's probably the worst part of the process - how does one get comfortable with a DJ just by talking to them on the phone!?

Aside from BPM's stellar reviews, in talking with Matt from BPM, he was able to provide me with some sample videos/music clips that helped ease my worries & the price point was also just right! Everything that needed to be handled from the point of signing the contract to the wedding day went very seamless, and was actually one of my least burdensome vendor experiences!

Our wedding reception was AMAZING! From the intros to the last (and then the finale song) - Matt had our guests having a great time! I was VERY impressed by the music selection - both new & old songs, considering we had not given many specifics outside of our entrance & 1st dance songs. It was also very appreciated to see a DJ who actually had some club DJ experience & was able to spin songs in & out (excuse my DJ lack of official DJ lingo!). I received outstanding regards for Matt from our guests, and really believe he MADE our wedding night what it was!

I told Matt that night before leaving how grateful I was - as I truly do believe it helped make it one of the best nights of my life & one I'll truly never forget :)

We had Matt from BPM Deejays as our wedding DJ. He did a great job and helped to make our wedding a success. Matt was prompt and professional throughout the whole process. We had a meeting so he could double-check our plans and discuss the music. On the day of our wedding, he was set up early and played the music during our ceremony. We received multiple compliments on the quality of the ceremony music. Matt was able to edit our 'first' songs in length and did a great job MC'ing everything. During the reception, we again had compliments on the music and had a large group of people dancing the entire time. I can't even begin to explain how great Hot Flash Photo-booths were when we used them for our wedding in March of this year. Matt was so great! Being a bride you have so many things to do and I remember when I called him one night with a question at almost 11:30PM expecting to leave a voicemail for him to get back to me but to my surprise he answered the phone! When I emailed or called he would always get back to me right away! Another thing that was great about them was their inexpensive pricing! I looked at a bunch of places for photo booths that had so many "extra" fees. With Hot Flash it was one cost for everything which made my decision very simple. I am so happy that I chose them for our wedding. They went above and beyond for their professionalism, customer service and great pricing, not to mention how much fun and excitement it brought to all of our guests who absolutely raved about it! My husband and I were so pleased with the job that BPM Deejays did at our wedding. When we initially met with Matt and decided to use him as our DJ, he also informed us of their photo booth. We were able to put together a package with him as the DJ and with a photo booth, all for a very affordable cost! As anyone who has gotten married before, anything related to a wedding is always so expensive and it was refreshing that BPM Deejays did not "overcharge" just because it was for a wedding. The quality of services that we received for the price we paid was exceptional.

Our photo booth was set up in the cocktail area, right outside of the main room. The attendant was very professional and she helped all of the guests throughout the night. Each guest got to keep one copy of the pictures and the other copy was pasted into a photo book for us! Such a great way to remember the day!

Now for a review of our DJ, Matt - who is also the owner of BPM Deejays. Not only did my husband and I have the time of our lives dancing the night away, but our guests did as well! Matt has the ability to play the right music at the right time - which many DJs do not have. He got the party started after dinner and kept it going until the lights turned on! Our favorite part of his DJ-ing is that he blends different songs together which is very unique. No other wedding we have been to had a DJ like that.

We HIGHLY recommend BPM Deejays for any couples that are looking to have an unforgettable time at their wedding! Thank you BPM and Matt for everything!

For all you soon to be husbands and wives.. stop your DJ search. BPM Deejays is the best in town. Experience started off great at their newly renovated location in Southside. Compared to the other DJ locations, this place seemed like a Doctor’s Office. Very clean and modern. We elected not to go with the photobooth due to budget constraints, but tested it out. Their photobooth is top notch! (it’s not someone taking a picture of you behind a curtain like some other services we met with).
Matt was actually already booked for our date, so he set us up with Steve Spin. Couldn’t be more happy with Steve. He called me the one day to discuss songs in which we wanted played/not played. I started to tell him about when the reception location and when it is available, he stopped me and said he had ALREADY contacted them. I couldn’t believe it. He was the first vendor of ours that we didn’t feel like we had to pull around and get up to speed. He took initiative and was already prepared. Many people came up myself and Jackie during/after the wedding and said that was one the best DJ’s ever at wedding. Played a variety of music, dealt with my not-so-sober friends, and made the night even better than we expected. Thanks again Steve. You’re the man.
We also went with the up-lighting which really added to reception. Sound system was loud and clear.

Overall, our experience with BPM DJs was wonderful! My husband and I are pretty easy going and had trouble specifying exactly what kind of music we wanted. Matt was able to take the few suggestions we made and create an awesome night of great music. He had us all on the dance floor, pretty much the entire evening. Everyone had a blast. My wife and I could not have made a better decision on a DJ and Photobooth than BPM Deejays. Matt was hands down the best DJ we could have asked for. He was incredibly professional and informative when we initially met with him. He did not push us into anything, but simply provided us with all of the information to make an informed decision. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, then came the reception. I have never seen a dance floor more packed. He had the perfect playlist and played music that had everyone dancing. The photobooth pictures were amazing and so fun to look at! There were more than enough props to choose from and the black/white or color options was very unique. Matt was fantastic on the mic, as well. He took the time to make sure he had the correct pronunciation of everyone's name. We contracted with BPM DeeJays for our wedding in July 2014. It was the best decision we could have made. Matt was our DJ and was phenomenal. I was concerned about keeping the party going, so it was very important to me to have a quality DJ and I did. You cannot go wrong with BPM DeeJays. Matt assessed the crowd, knew what type of music they preferred and kept the party going. Even my brother who hasn't danced in over twenty years was up on the floor. Some of my guests never left the floor. Matt made the music flow seamlessly from one song to the other. I couldn't be happier with the services. We also had our name monogrammed with lighting. Matt was the announcer for us at The Fez which is very rare because The Fez prides themselves on their staircare presentation but they are familiar with Matt and permitted him to be the MC. He was awesome again. I highly recommend BPM DeeJays. Matt will be able to answer any questions you have, meet with you personally and offer suggestions for your wedding. We used BPM Deejays to book our DJ and our Photobooth. We actually only visited the BPM Deejays office to view a Photo Booth but but after meeting with Matt and having already previously met with 8 other DJs, we decided to meet with one of his DJs as well. We met with Sam, and it really was like love at first sight! He picked up on our vibe really quickly and executed flawlessly the day of our wedding. My dad even asked him during the reception if he could download and play an italian song that is tradition in our family for the father of the bride to sing, and he did it immediately. He also asked me when people requested songs that were on my "Do Not Play List" whether he should play them! We also did a Pitt Basketball themed wedding party entrance, with videos, slides and the whole works, and he was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have imagined our wedding without him!

The Photo Booth was perfect - it was large and it allowed for a lot of people to fit in the booth at one time, which can often be a problem. The props were great, and upon request we were able to order another attendant to program the machine so each person in the Photo Booth could have a copy of the picture and we could have one in our book.

Very professional and highly recommend!

If you are getting married in Pittsburgh, you would be absolutely crazy not to book Matt as your DJ. We were looking for a DJ that could keep the reception flowing well and keep everyone on the dance floor and he did all of that and more. ALL of our guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had dancing and partying. We had the wedding of our dreams and the reception was a night we will never forget. I selected BPMdeejays after finding them online and reading reviews on the knot. I met with Matt and Steve and BPM Deejays in Pittsburgh early on in our engagement. I paid a deposit and followed up with questions as they came up over the months. Matt and Steve were quick to respond and were helpful with anything I needed.

Steve was my DJ and we spoke the week of the wedding the go over details. He provided me with a word document to fill out that was very helpful for organizing the flow of our wedding. Steve was extremely easy to work with and I was confident he would make good music choices while still playing some of the songs my family and friends requested.

The wedding was perfect and Steve was a HUGE part of making that happen. The flow of the night was great because Steve worked seamlessly with my day of coordinator. Everyone was introduced perfectly and the music for cocktail hour and dinner were great. Once dinner was over Steve got everyone on the dance floor with the anniversary dance we had requested, and once it was over the party officially started. No one left the dance floor until the lights turned on at the end of the night and they had to kick us out.

Everyone told me how much they loved that Steve mixed songs into each other. We were never sick of listening to one long song, rather we got to here so many of our favorites all night. When my family continuously requested "The Wobble" Steve played it all the way through and even played it again as the last song of the night, which everyone loved.

I can not say enough good things about our experience with Steve Spins. He was easy going and relaxed- he was well dressed and professional, and he was NOT one of those obnoxious wedding DJ's that try to make themselves the center of attention. There is nothing I hate more than a DJ standing on the dance floor pulling guests out of their tables. If you are a good enough DJ people will be out there- and this is exactly what happened at our wedding.

Our Deejay, Matt, was super great and met with us to go over all of our details and offered suggestions when needed. The evening moved smoothly. All of our guests loved the photo booth as well! Amazing. Hands down, the DJ was my hardest decision because I felt like there is such subjectivity in a good DJ! Plus, the commonly suggested "best" DJs in Pittsburgh book so fast and are usually very pricey. I kept putting this decision off until I found BPM DJs. When I saw that they were often played two of our favorite Southside bars, I knew they were the right choice for us!

Steve was probably my best surprise of the day, as he was a really good value (not cheap but not outrageous) and provided such a high caliber of entertainment. We added to our package to have him provide background music at the cocktail hour which was a nice touch. Then for the reception, I was continually impressed. He wasn't wasn't an annoying emcee, thank goodness, but interjected just enough when he had to in order to provide a great flow for the evening.

And MAN WAS THE DANCE FLOOR PACKED. I would describe his style as definitely in the "club" vein, mixing a variety of songs all night, and my guests loved it (we had people of all ages dancing all night) Every time I looked around, hardly anyone was sitting down. Steve also was accommodating with requests, which my friends appreciated. He had a great mix of classics and top 40 hits and made sure to incorporate our must plays. I can't say enough good things about him, and man am I glad we booked him. Matt, the owner of BPM, was also very prompt and cordial in everything. We didn't meet personally, but he made sure to email me whenever needed and he was also very prompt in replying to any of my questions. Overall, A+++ pick.

The right DJ for our wedding was very important to us on our wedding day. After meeting with Matt from BPM Deejays, we knew we had found the right one! We were living out of state and wouldn’t be able to meet in person many times before the wedding. Matt assured us that this wouldn’t be an issue and it never was, he was great in responding to all of our phone calls and emails. He had great recommendations for songs to play during our walk in, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, etc. We provided a small do not play list (about 6 songs), but other than that his music selections were a total hit and kept our dance floor packed all night long! Our guests loved him and are still talking about how great he was all night! I would recommend Matt to anyone with an upcoming wedding!

Steve spin was our DJ for our wedding, we also worked with Matt while planning the event. Steve was the highlight of our wedding and made the entire night a huge success! These guys were at my sisters wedding in Oct 2011. I hired them for their photo booth service for my wedding on 5-11-13. They were very easy to get a hold of and responded to my emails quickly. Questions answered and contract was sent out ASAP. I was thrilled with the services for my wedding and the booth was a hit! The scrapbook was a nice momento but, the DVD of the photos they sent surpassed my expectations. My grandmother recently passed and I didn't see her photos from the booth in the scrapbook. I could not be more satisfied with BPM Deejays. Working and communicating with them was so easy and completely painless. We hired Steve Spin as our DJ and he was fantastic! Everyone at the reception loved the music and danced the entire night. I received so many compliments about Steve and how nice of a job he did. Our reception flowed smoothly and effortlessly and it's all thanks to him. I'm so glad he was able to be a part of our wedding day and help make it such a wonderful night!! It was perfect!

I hired "Steve Spin" from BPM Deejays for our wedding last month. I can't brag and praise enough about BPM Deejays/ Steve. I know it sounds corny, but it's absolutely, 100% the truth. Steve did SUCH an awesome job- he blew me away. I knew the quality of this company even before I reached out to BPM Deejays. I attended my cousins wedding last summer who used the same company, but different DJ. After saying that, I was still amazed with Steve. His interaction with our guests was impeccable, our reception music was perfect, he didn't play songs that weren't going with the flow of our night, even when asked to play them,and not to mention he actually mixed in the next song. I've been to a lot of weddings where the DJ was basically just hitting play on a playlist. Our guests were on the dance floor all night long. I was being asked what company he works for before the reception was even over. Not only that, my mother in law ran across the parking lot to thank him, for the 3rd time ;), as he was getting ready to leave. If you go with BPM deejays, you won't be disappointed. I will forever recommend BPM Deejays.

The DJ was one of the most important things along with the photo booth for me on our wedding day. BPM knocked both right out of the park. Matt was so easy to work with and helpful with things that I forgot about. He was super professional yet joking and comfortable. He was very flexible and accommodating. The Photo booth was a huge success. You receive so much more than you think and it was an awesome price. The Attendant was professional and yet light hearted when photos were being taken. The Album you receive in the end is priceless in my opinion and we will have memories to last a life time. BPM hit all of my expectations and more BPM was a huge part of a successful night..!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

We had Matt as our DJ at our wedding and he was amazing. We had several "non traditional" requests for Matt including playing a surprise video, one of my maids of honor also had a surprise speech that required music and many Italian song requests -- Matt was able to coordinate all of this flawlessly.

From the first dance to the last dance of the evening the dance floor was packed with all age groups who danced to everything from Grillz to the Tarentella. We gave him a list of songs and he was able to play everything at just the right times and even added in his own. Our last song of the night is still stuck with us, we play it all the time! Highly recommended. Thanks Matt!

DeeJays can make or break a reception and Steve definitely made ours memorable. He provided ceremony music, reception music, photo booth, and up lighting. Matt made the initial arrangements but Steve was spot on during the day. We gave him free reign on what to play during the ceremony and reception and his instincts were good. He kept the dance floor occupied the entire night. The music was diverse and he interacted easily with the crowd.

Matt is the BEST! Matt provided music for my ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. So, essentially he had 3 different set-ups. Even my wedding coordinator was impressed with how seamless the transition was from one location to the next. I have a couple friends that are engaged and are planning their big day and each and every one of them asked me for Matt's information.

We also had the photo booth which was a huge hit! Everyone loved it and we had fun looking and laughing at all the pictures with our guests the next morning over breakfast.

We hired BPM Deejays for DJ service (Matt) and for uplighting. I cannot say enough great things on each of these services. My husband's family is Arabic and Matt was able to mix Arabic music in with the rest of the music the whole night to keep everyone happy and dancing. We had faith that he would do a good job, but we were just blown away at how awesome the music was! People were on the dance floor all night long. I would recommend Matt to any event!!

And the uplighting made the room gorgeous. The color we had was exactly what we wanted and made the room glow. Even our photographers commented on how great the lighting looked - they said we would love it even more after we saw our pictures that night. They said it makes all the difference. Very happy with all of the services and would recommend BPM Deejays to anyone!

Most people will say that a DJ can make or break your reception. BPM Deejays MADE my reception amazing! The music was perfect and kept my guests on the dance floor. Also, the up lighting provided a great atmosphere and looks wonderful in my pictures! Lastly, the photo booth was a big hit and my guests loved taking a piece of the wedding home with them. The photo album is a keepsake that I wil cherish forever!

Matt was perfect! He was so professional from the first conversation we had with him all the way down to the end of our wedding night. He did everything we asked him to do and did an even better job than we hoped he would. The dance floor was packed from the start of the night all the way till the last song and all of our friends and family said that it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to, which was mostly because of how much fun they had on the dance floor. I would recommend Matt to anyone and everyone!

Matt was the DJ for our wedding reception at the LeMont and he did a wonderful job. We are into music, and we were really worried about ending up with an old school DJ that played a whole bunch of cheesy stuff, so we spent a lot of time talking to DJs to make sure we found someone who was a true DJ and not just playing song after song. Not only was Matt a great DJ, he did a great job doing introductions and keeping our event moving smoothly. He would even check in with us to make sure things were going the way we wanted. We also used BPM for our photobooth and it was a huge hit. The woman who manned the booth was great - every picture in our album was straight as can be, and she was super nice to all our guests. All in all working with BPM was a great experience.

They were fantastic, friendly, personal yet STILL very professional. They responded to each musical request and understood when I wanted fun but didn't want to have to worry about DJ playing only what he/she wanted, drinking, not responding to requests, not reading the crowd etc. And I also thought they were very reasonably priced considering the amount of product and quality they delivered.

Matt was the Dj for our wedding and the night was incredible! We were able to work with him up to the day of the wedding with our music choices and the direction we wanted the night to go.

The music was awesome! Matt catered to all of our guests from the start, and kept our special parts of the reception flowing and on time. The rest of the night was filled with great music to dance to!

We also had the photo booth. I did not know how it was going to be, but it was do fun! Our guests are still talking about it a year later. The photo album we received was hilarious and is filled with good and funny memories we will have forever! Our booth attendant was Nneka and she was a blast!

We couldn't be more happy with our event.

BPM Deejays did the photo booth for our wedding. We had two attendants there for the whole time the booth was open. People were in and out of the booth quickly and everything ran smoothly. Everyone told us that they enjoyed the photo booth a lot and had fun taking silly pictures. The prop selection was awesome and our guest book we got at the end was great! Matt kept in touch with us prior to our event, and even was able to get us custom colors on our photo template that the pictures were on. It gave it a great look. The photo quality of the pictures was also very clear.

We purchased the Photo Booth package offered by BPM Deejays as a wedding gift for my niece and her new husband. The photo booth was a big hit at the reception and enjoyed by guests of all ages. The very best part was the completed photo album presented to the bride and groom at the end of the reception. The album contained a copy of every photo taken that evening along with written comments by each guest. A fantastic keepsake for the bride and groom! Highly recomment BPM Deejays!

We hired BPM Deejays for our wedding reception. We received an excellent deal on our DJ and photo booth.

DJ Steve Spin did a great job keeping the dance floor packed all night. He didn't play entire songs and just mixed them into each other which I wasn't too sure about at first but then I really liked it because we never got sick of a song. I gave him a list of songs I'd like played and certain artists I didn't want played and he stuck to them.

The photo booth was the perfect favor for our guests! I'm also a wedding photographer and so I thought the photo booth fit perfectly. Our guests really enjoyed the photo booth and all the props. We were given an album after with everyone's photo strips and I love looking through it.

I had BMPDeejays for my photobooth. It was a gret hit at my wedding. Everyone loved it and had a blast,our photographer caught alot of great pictures with everyone using the props. I look at the pictures in the book almost everyday and laugh!

Bpm Deejays provide a photobooth for my wedding. Let me start by telling you that a ordered over 15 different samples from various photobooth companies and the quality of pictures from BPM was the best. The price was great also, The owner Matt also emailed several different samples of the font until I found the one I loved.The attendant that worked the photobooth was very friendly and helpful to my guests as well. I could not have asked for a better vendor!!! Matt was our DJ and he kept the dance floor going all night!! He played all the songs I requested and did a fabulous job. We also had a photo booth which was a BIG hit! There were two photo booth attendants that helped our guest through the booth and they were extremely nice and professional. Matt also did uplighting throughout the room and it made the room look amazing. I had so many nice compliments about the music, photo booth and lighting. We used bpmdeejays for the photobooth! I can't tell you what a huge hit it was at our wedding! Our RV we rented actually broke down on the the way to the reception so it was nice that our guests had something to do while they waited on us and while the bridal party were taking pictures! They brought props and did well with getting everyone in and out! They were extremely profresional and friendly! We loved the scrapbook idea with everyones comments and advice and extremely creative pictures! We also liked that our guests could take a copy with them and we got to keep one as well! My husband and I were married in October 2011 and were completely satisfied with the services provided by BPM Deejays! Matt was our DJ and did a great job! The setup was perfect with just enough lighting. Matt had all of the songs we requested and met us when we arrived at the reception hall to confirm everything one more time before the party started. He did a great job announcing the bridal party and kept our guests entertained the entire evening! Our dance floor was packed until 11:00pm when the hall closed. We also had a photo booth in our package which was a great investment! I think some of my favorite photographs came from the photo booth! The guests loved all the props, taking pictures, and leaving us notes next to their pictures in our complimentary photo album (The guests got to keep a print of the picture too)! I had researched and spoken to a lot of companies about the photobooth services that they offered and BPM Deejays was the most reasonably priced and they give you so much. They offered an entire table of props for our guests to use, a photo/scrap book for us to keep as a memento with all of the guests pictures and signatures as well as top quality photos! The professionalism thatI received from Matt, who coordinated everything and Nicole, our personal attendant for the night was beyond amazing. Matt always responded within 24 hours (usually within just few) to any question that I could come up with. Nicole was ontime had everything set up very quickly. She was so organized with keeping the line moving, putting the book together, making sure we got a copy of each picture as did the guest, she helped with the props, really everything. She really was amazing! I can't stress my satisfaction with this company enough! I would highly reccomend them to anyone even thinking about this company!

Matt and the BPM crew provided us with our photobooth for our wedding. I cannot speak more highly of them - the professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, quality of the photos, their flexibility in giving us what were asking for were amazing.

Matt whipped up a gorgeous custom layout (he gave me a few to choose from too!) that incorporated our colors and theme, and provided us with hilarious props that our guests went all out with. We wanted customized guestbooks that we were willing to provide (black pages and silver sharpies), and the young lady staffing the booth, without needing any instruction (I was too busy!) caught on and made everything more perfect than I had even envisioned. Everything went smoothly, and I received a DVD in the mail with the photos (full size) and of all the strips within the week after our wedding! I can't recommend these guys highly enough as a photobooth vendor - AND they were the most reasonably priced of all the companies I could find! Don't hesitate with this company - they're pros!

Our wedding was on 9/10/11 and BPM's service was simply perfect. We worked with Matt leading up to the wedding and he organized everything for us. Our DJ was Dennis, who actually took time out of his weekend prior to the wedding to meet us in perfect and go over song choices and expectations. The receptiojn went flawless and Dennis kept people on the dance floor all night. He played all the songs we asked and kept the mood alive. We also got the package that included the photo booth. The guests loved this and BPM provided props for the pictures and a photo booth attendant. Another thing we loved was that all the pictures taken in the booth were then printed and put into a photo book that guests could sign and we were given the book after the reception which was a great gift. All together we would recommend BPM to anyone. They really were excellent and we couldnt have asked for more.

BPM Deejays provided a photo booth for our wedding. The service was wonderful and our guests had a blast! It's definitely worth the money & BPM Deejays had an excellent price compared to a couple of other photo booth vendors. The photo book that you received at the end of the night with photos and notes from your guests are just wonderful (and hilarious, depending on what your guests decided to do in the photos!). If you select BPM Deejays as your vendor for a photo booth, you won't be dissapointed!
