  AMAZING!! Hire Michelle!

  Michelle was amazing throughout the entire process. I went to her salon, Bourbon and Lace for a wedding hair trial. I showed her a reference photo and she got to work! I had ordered extensions online and Michelle had lots of experience with putting them in and styling them. My hair had never looked better. I didn't need to ask for any changes at all.
  She arrived more than on time on wedding day, prepared and professional. She has a warm and calming demeanor that made me and the rest of my wedding party feel comfortable. Her presence and energy was exactly what I needed on such a big day. I couldn't recommend Michelle enough. Everyone was thrilled with their hair and looked beautiful. Hire Michelle if you want the perfect hair on your special day!

  Completely Obsessed

  I found this vendor through WeddingWire and saw that they were located locally to me, and decided to book their services mostly to support a small local business. But boy, am I SO glad I did! Their work on me, our mothers, and ALL of our wedding party was stunning!! Their social media honestly doesn't do them justice because everyone's hair styles, whether they gave inspo or not, were gorg! I still like to look at the back of my head in my wedding photos because the way my hair turned out was just too good not to ogle! I will talk up this vendor to anyone!!

  Professional, Personable, Talented!

  Michelle was wonderful to work with for my wedding. Not only was she prompt at responding to my questions and requests, she was so helpful during my trial and on my wedding day. All of my bridesmaids hairstyles looked gorgeous and held all night, and mine was beyond my expectations! I got so many compliments all night. Thank you!!

  Absolutely perfect

  Michelle is so kind, easy to work with, and did an amazing job on my and my girls hair for the big day! She also did the hair for my sister's wedding, and for my friend's wedding where I was a bridesmaid, so I've known for years that Bourbon and Lace is a class act. She also was so understanding and flexible after I had to postpone due to COVID! I was so grateful to have her leading up to, and on my wedding day.

  Michelle is so kind, easy to work with, and did an amazing job on my and my girls hair for the big day!   An absolute delight

  Michelle is an absolute sweetheart. She did my hair trial and I worked with her once before to adjust my highlights. She is so easy going and makes you feel very comfortable. Plus, she works by herself so you do not have to worry about being close to other stylists or customers.
  Now, onto the day of the wedding. I cannot tell you ladies how much I loved my hair. During the trial, Michelle took notes and after I made some suggestions, she gave me exactly what I wanted for the big day. Everyone thought my hair looked fabulous. I would highly recommend Bourbon and Lace for all your hair needs!

  Wonderful wedding hair!

  Michelle was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. I was unsure of what hairstyle I wanted for my wedding, she showed me pictures and we set up a trial. At the trial I fell in love with the style. The day of the wedding she was on time, and very efficient. Michelle's passion, creativity, and her attention to detail show in each hairstyle. Having Michelle do the hair for my wedding put my mind at ease, I knew my hair was in good hands. My hair looked amazing and stayed in place all night.

  Michelle was great to work with. I traveled to Saratoga from out of town for my wedding, and had my own stylist travel with me. When I asked Michelle if she was able to work with us to help with some of my bridesmaids hair, she gladly accepted. She showed up with a huge smile on her face, and was extremely pleasant. She offered to stay with us until we were ready to put the flower girls crowns on, just to make sure they were put on properly, and despite her work being done! Before she left she also checked in with each bridesmaid who's hair she did, to make sure they were fully satisfied, and ask if there was anything else she could do for them. My only regret was not having her do my own hair!! I am forever grateful for the positive experience, and would highly recommend!

  Michelle was very easy to work with, on time, and kept to timeline with my large wedding party and I LOVED my updo. Their skills and professionalism assured that the whole morning was relaxed and fun. I loved how my hair turned out even more that day than during the trial, and I know it's because Michelle took close notes and listened to everything I said. It doesn't hurt that she's such a lovely person! It was an absolute pleasure to have her as a part of our wedding day and can't recommend her enough.

  When I first contacted Bourbon & Lace for a quote, Michelle was both timely and detailed in her response, so I booked with her. Throughout the entire planning process she stayed timely and detailed and made me feel as if I was the only client she was working with. I did my trial with her and LOVED my hair. Two weeks later I decided maybe I wanted it another way (thanks pinterest) and brought it up to her when I went for my prewedding highlights. (Side note: I had never had my hair cut or colored by her before I went into for the trial. When I did the trial with her and liked it so much I decided to make a jump to use her for my normal hair dresser as well. People gave me grief about switching my hair dresser right before my wedding, but she colored my hair better than anyone has before). At my appointment for my color we discussed what I wanted to do and she even stayed a couple minutes past the appointment to do a very brief trial.
  
  The day of my wedding she was all set up and ready to go at the perfect time. Michelle had my bridesmaids and my mom done in a very timely fashion. We were ahead of schedule by the time it was my turn (which was perfect for my nerves). I sat down and she started curling. I turned to look at her at one point to say I think we should just stop, I just it how it is now. She one hundred percent agreed (mind you this is now the third different style), and said she thought the same thing. My curls were absolutely perfect, but she even stuck around until after I got dressed in case there were any fixes that needed to happen for myself or my bridesmaids.
  
  I couldn't have been happier with my decision to hire Bourbon and Lace and Michelle's timely, detailed and flexible personality.

The trial run was smooth and she listened to all of the preferences I had for my hair and made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! My bridesmaids & mom were all extremely happy with their hair and were impressed at how efficient Michelle was the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend her enough.   Michelle and Tina did a great job for our winter wedding in Albany. They were on time and professional. They came to our hotel and made my bridesmaids and I beautiful on the day. Our hair held up throughout the day and survived the dance floor.

  I would recommend Michelle and Lindsey to any brides out there looking for hairdressers for their wedding! They were so sweet and did an absolutely amazing job! They were flexible and willing to traveling to our hotel to do our hair. I had my girls bring pictures of what they wanted done and Michelle and Lindsey did EXACTLY what my girls wanted. We all absolutely loved our hair and they looked so beautiful.. not to mention that our hair stayed perfect through the entire day and night! My cousin is getting married in a few months and Michelle is doing her wedding party as well! I cannot say enough great things about these girls they really made my day! They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion! <3

  I would recommend Michelle and Lindsey to any brides out there looking for hairdressers for their wedding! They were so sweet and did an absolutely amazing job! They were flexible and willing to traveling to our hotel to do our hair. I had my girls bring pictures of what they wanted done and Michelle and Lindsey did EXACTLY what my girls wanted. We all absolutely loved our hair and they looked so beautiful.. not to mention that our hair stayed perfect through the entire day and night!   Five Stars doesn't seem like enough for Bourbon & Lace Hair Design. They made sure I looked perfect on my big day and put my nerves at ease. At my hair trial, they listened to what I was interested in, while also providing me with feedback on how my type of hair would look in different styles. They were detail oriented and made sure not a piece of hair was out of place. The morning of my wedding they arrived early and stayed right on schedule. Their positive, upbeat attitudes made the morning relaxing for me and my girls. All of our hair survived a long, busy day, so my pictures have turned out perfect. I can't thank Bourbon & Lace Hair Design enough for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

  Michelle and her team was AMAZING to work with. From the moment I did my bridal trial, I knew she was the one. I am an Indian bride with long hair and having someone who can work with my hair type and texture was important. Michelle was so easy to work with, laid back and her attitude was so calming. She did my mom's, aunts and bridesmaids hair with such detail and care. My curls stayed all night and I'm so happy with the choice I made to choose her. I would recommend her to anyone! Very professional- arrived earlier than expected and listened to all of my needs/desires and did her best to make me happy!   Michelle was beyond amazing! From the moment she did my hair trial, I knew that my hair experience would not just be a breeze, but enjoyable as well. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate the style with ease. She even suggested changing a few things to make them fit my face a little better and to make the style my own. She was spot on with the suggestions and the style looked even better than what I was expecting. I felt so comfortable talking to Michelle about what I wanted and any changes that I wanted her to make along the way. She was just so much fun to get ready with. Her sunny personality will calm your nerves and put your mind at ease on your big day! I got so many compliments on my hair and I love looking back at pictures and seeing it. I can't wait to use Michelle's services again. I can't recommend her more highly - she is phenomenal.

  Michelle provided me with the perfect service for my wedding day. She got my hair to look exactly how I wanted it. She was flexible and traveled to our location. She even brought an assistant who ran out to get the bride red bull. Her positive attitude and love for what she does really comes through on the day as well.
