We recently celebrated a family wedding and reception at Boulder Ridge Country Club, and it was truly unforgettable! From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning -- both inside and out. We held our reception in the Terrace Room, with two bars, easy access to the restroom and access to a beautiful private outdoor terrace. It provided the perfect mix of elegance and charm for our celebration.
The food was incredible (apps and dinner), and the drinks were expertly poured -- guests are still raving about it! Sadly, they ran out of some of the apps almost immediately but for the ones we tried, they were delicious. The live floral arrangement and candle centerpieces created by Bree Burke were breathtaking and added a magical touch to the entire evening.
A very special shout-out to Bree Burke, who was instrumental in helping plan and coordinate everything. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're considering Boulder Ridge, Bree is the person you want by your side! She was on point throughout the wedding and reception ensuring every little detail was completed.
While we absolutely loved our day, we do want to note that the dance floor in the Terrace Room was a bit small, and sadly, the lighting around the sweet table and after-hours snacks and ice cream bar was quite dim -- just something to keep in mind when planning your layout. Some of the the guests missed out because they didn't know these were available.
Overall, Boulder Ridge Country Club is a phenomenal wedding venue. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful setting, outstanding food and service, and a team that truly cares about your special day. -

We recently attended a family wedding at Boulder Ridge. The day was perfect for an outdoor wedding with breathtaking scenery. The ballroom and attached patio were spacious and elegant. A Hidden Gem!
We got married at Boulder Ridge Country Club in July 2023. It was a dream and our day went perfectly according to plan. Gianna and Sara guided us through the whole wedding planning process and were so responsive to our needs! They did an awesome job coordinating with our vendors and rounding up our crazy bridal party. I felt so comfortable the day of our wedding thanks to their help in planning and their keen eye for detail. Not to mention, there were various things that were thrown in at no cost to us that many other venues in my search would nickel and dime us for.
The grounds, food, and service were also great at Boulder Ridge and really contributed to the making of our perfect day! The beautiful ivy and scenic greens in the backdrop made our wedding photos pop with color. The outdoor patio was also a hit and the perfect place for guests to grab some fresh air and relax! I also got ready in the bridal 'ready' room where we were served lunch and mimosas. From start to finish, all of our needs were met and exceeded all our expectations! We highly recommend getting married here if you want a seamless wedding! The only complaint I have is the day went way too fast!Boulder Ridge Country Club's reply:

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Boulder Ridge! From the first day we toured it, we knew we had to have them host our big day. To begin, it is a gorgeous venue! We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so we had our ceremony outside. The cocktail hour and reception were in the ballroom, but there is a great patio/balcony space outside that our guests were able to enjoy as well. It was nice for guests to be able to step out for some fresh air without feeling like they were missing anything. We primarily worked with Gianna for the planning of our big day and she was delightful! She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and really made us feel supported throughout the whole planning process. Since our big day we have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests. The food was delicious, bar lines were fast, and all of the staff working were kind and attentive. BRCC went above and beyond in helping me and my husband create the best day for us. The food was amazing (we are still hearing about it) and it was the perfect mix of intimate and close & full of love and family. Gianna was insanely helpful with our vision and throughout the entire planning process, I was not stressed because BRCC took care of us. Boulder Ridge Country Club is the best!!!!
Boulder Ridge Country Club made all of our wedding dreams come true! Everything from our first walk through all the way to our last dance of our wedding night was wonderful! Gianna was always quick to respond and made sure all of our questions were answered and addressed asap. She always went above and beyond to make all of our requests happen. She is incredible at her job and it's obvious how much she cares about the events she is helping coordinate. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.
I used the bridal suite to get ready before our ceremony and the staff made sure my bridesmaids and I had everything we could need. They were even able to provide items we had forgotten (i.e. extension cords).
We are incredibly happy that we found Boulder Ridge Country Club and would HIGHLY recommend having your event there!! I had never planned an event for 160 people before and Gianna made it so easy. There is not a single complaint to be made about the venue, packages, or planning process at Boulder Ridge.Boulder Ridge Country Club's reply:

Gianna is amazing!
It was a pleasure working with Gianna. Her attention to detail, experience and knowledge in wedding planning were impeccable. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and a dream come true. Gianna was prompt in her responses throughout the months leading up to the wedding and day of she was there taking care of all the details and even got my husband and I water when we were taking pictures during cocktail hour, which I thought was so thoughtful. I greatly appreciated her opinions regarding my multitude of questions. She allowed me to personalize the wedding to make it everything I envisioned. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful. The staff that evening were professional, prompt and considerate. The food was AMAZING! I had only heard praises of the food at Boulder Ridge and it was second to none. We served NY Strip Steak and everyone was raving over it! The bakery they partner with created a beautiful cake too. Thank you, Boulder Ridge for helping make our dreams come true :) -

My now husband and I live in Boulder Ridge Villas and decided that if we ever get married, it would either be on a beach or at Boulder Ridge Country Club. Well, we wanted to invite more than just a few people, so we decided to go to Boulder Ridge and signed up for both our ceremony and reception. This was both our 2nd marriages, and we didn't really come prepared or even wanted to put too much time into it. The staff at the club (Gianna & Sarah - plus many others) were extremely helpful, explained all that they do (which is a lot), had many choices for food & appetizers, gave us many references for all kinds of services that we would want (flowers, hair & makeup, etc.), plus much more. All their references were also fantastic! Our wedding grew from 70 people to over 140! Not only did they accommodate everything that we could possibly need, they made our day effortless, didn't have to worry about anything, and it was all just taken care of so we could truly enjoy our day. It really turned out to be the best day of our lives! EVERY SINGLE GUEST told us that it was the BEST wedding that they have ever been too (no exaggeration), and were even told that it was MAGICAL! We still beam up when we talk about our wedding! Being that it was August, we had the ceremony held outside, and then had the room and patio for the reception. The venue was just BEAUTIFUL! We posted photos on Facebook and had so many comments of how gorgeous the venue was. For the service, venue and quality of food, I would rate this a 10, but only allowed to go up to 5. Boulder Ridge was the first venue I toured and I only saw two other venues before I decided that nothing else compares. We worked mainly with Gianna who was professional, responsive, calm, and I could tell that she genuinely cared. Gianna and her team took care of everything and allowed me to really enjoy the process and keep the stress levels down! Everyone enjoyed our wedding, the food, and the location. I am so thankful we came across BRCC on the knot and decided to check it out. Thank you Gianna!!! -

Boulder Ridge Country Club made my best day ever THE BEST DAY EVER. The food, drinks, staff, and overall venue surpassed out expectations. Sara was very responsive and and incredibly flexible, allowing us to adjust the menu and guest count up until the week of the wedding. I loved that once I booked this venue I also booked a caterer, wedding planner, and baker. All was included which made things so easy. The food was unbelievable, our guests to this day still comment on how the tomato bisque or Boulder Ridge salad were out of this world. The bakery they work with, Sugar Circle, makes unbelievable cakes. One cannot beat their strawberries and cream filling. The surrounding outdoor area made for some pretty amazing photos. I could go on and on about how amazing and special our day was. If you're looking for an elegant yet affordable venue, I'd definitely give Boulder Ridge a visit. -

The Perfect Wedding!
Where to begin! Boulder Ridge Country Club was incredible to work with in planning our August 2021 wedding and were so accommodating when we initially decided to postpone from August 2020 to August 2021. During our planning Boulder Ridge hired a new Private Events Director and Coordinator ... Sara and Gianna did not miss a beat and got right up to speed! I really appreciated the attention to detail and many suggestions Sara provided as we coordinated the logistics of the reception. The food, drink, cake and everything was incredible and we could not have had a more perfect day! Our guests are still raving about the wedding. -

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, thanks to the staff at Boulder Ridge Country Club. Janet was amazing to work with from the first time we viewed the Club until even after the wedding was over. As one of the first weddings since the Covid-19 shut down, I was extremely happy with how clean and safe the staff was. All the staff did an amazing job cleaning/disinfecting without making it a distraction to my guests.
Janet was very helpful with the planning process. She made sure I did not forget any deadlines, and checked in with how things were going throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, she was available for anything that I needed, and got things done quickly.
Ricardo- Banquet Manager, was absolutely amazing. He was always available throughout the night, jumped in where needed and made sure everyone was happy. He was very attentive to my guests with special requests, i.e. Allergies, preferences.
He checked in with us, Bride and Groom, to make sure we were happy. Not sure how, but he always checked in with us at the perfect time. Never interrupting or distracting us from our day.
The food was amazing! my guests kept commenting on how perfectly cooked everything was.
I would Highly, Highly recommend Boulder Ridge Country Club. For those of you that are concerned with what safety precautions will be taken, you will be put at ease working with the staff at Boulder Ridge Country Club.Boulder Ridge Country Club's reply:

After scouting several locations in the NW suburbs, my wife had decided that Boulder Ridge fit her idea of a "Fairy-tale Wedding", and the parents on both sides definitely agreed! With both the indoor and outdoor ceremony options being able to accommodate our full guest list and the elegant ballroom leaving nothing else to be desired, Boulder Ridge was perfect for our one location wedding day. One of my favorite highlights as a groom was the outdoor balcony off the reception ballroom. When I needed a break from busting out some pretty cheesy dance moves, getting some fresh air under the starlit night sky was so perfect, and plenty of our other guests agreed. In addition, the waitstaff was so kind and attentive, my wife and I felt like we never had to ask for anything because they were so on top of everything. The wedding coordinator Janet also helped keep our minds at ease throughout the whole planning process, as well as during the day of. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the area! -

My husband and I got married here last week (July 2019). We had the most wonderful experience, from planning with the friendly and helpful coordinators (Lauren and Heather), attending a wedding faire and trying the foods/meeting vendors, and the actual day of. The coordinators were receptive to any questions and/or ideas we had throughout the whole process. The cocktail hour and reception were flawless. The day of coordinator, Heather, and banquet captain, Tabi, did a great job of handling everything, so that we did not have to stress at all. I am very particular about my decor, and they placed everything exactly as I imagined/wanted. Heather and Tabi also worked very well and professionally with our outside vendors. The food at the reception itself was DELICIOUS! We've had many people tell us how good the food was and how fun the reception was. The views were beautiful, and our guests loved the outdoor furniture and outdoor bar. The DJ, Kevin, from iMobileDJs was incredibly fun and made sure to keep the party going, reading the mood of the guests and playing music that matched their moods. All in all, I would 100% recommend this venue, and hope to be able to attend a wedding there as a guest! -

My husband Jeremy and I got married at Boulder Ridge CC in September, 2018. I just wanted to email you to give you another HUGE thank you!! My husband and I continue to discuss our wedding and how perfect everything was at least weekly. From the food, the amazing staff, the set up and take down, and for all of the organization that you did to make our day just perfect, we thank you SO much!! Not only do our guests still rave about Boulder Ridge, we are so grateful we were able to have our wedding there and are so glad that it was available for us. We just cannot thank you and all of the staff enough for all of your hard work and for making our day more perfect than we could’ve ever imagined! Boulder Ridge Country Club was the absolute perfect dream place to have my winter wedding. Janet Logan, the coordinator was so awesome and part of the reason why we picked there. She has a lot of experience and was able to help give us ideas and a page of suggestions of what to have the week before the wedding which was super helpful as I had no experience in wedding planning before. The staff was so friendly and accomodating to everyone. I loved Boulder Ridge and wish I could relive the day over and over. It was so beautiful with all of the candles and Christmas decor up. The bar is in the same room as the dance floor which was awesome as to keep everyone together and dancing rather than out in the halls (which i have seen at other places and didn't want my dance floor empty just because the bar was somewhere else). They only have one wedding a night which I loved, so they truly catered to us! Boulder Ridge is on a beautiful golf course which makes the perfect backdrop for our pictures! They are so professional there. All of the guests absolutely loved it!! Would definitely pick there again!!! Thank you Janet and Boulder Ridge staff for making my dream wedding come true!!! -

Throughout planning, the club was responsive, clear, and professional. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of or "just another wedding". They were so attentive to us personally, and it showed. Every single part of the night went perfectly, the staff was so accommodating and kind, and we had an amazing time. We were complimented on the food all night (it was seriously amazing) and we were so happy to provide a good meal to our guests. Way above the standard of typical wedding food! Every detail was perfect and the club was an amazing place to host our wedding. The ballroom was beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous, and everyone went out of their way to be so helpful to us! I loved how easy and stress free Janet made planning our wedding- everything was just perfect! -

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was (inside and out), and also say how much they loved the food and service. Janet literally handled every detail, we didn't have to worry about one thing during the planning process, and the day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Janet truly does her job well, and knows how to deliver. She was quick to reply to all of our questions, and never flinched! Her attitude is stellar. Great to work with.
Everything was as perfect and memorable as we hoped it would be!! We would definitely consider booking this venue for another event, like a baby shower, or anniversary party.
If you're considering Boulder Ridge for your wedding, you won't be disappointed. I have read some reviews by other couples about how pricey this venue is, but we saved a lot by having our wedding on a Sunday afternoon!!! If you aren't set on a Saturday evening wedding, go for a Sunday afternoon. Same great venue and staff, for a lot less. It's a venue that will impress your friends and family - but most importantly, you'll feel like a King and Queen on your special day!!
We had such a good time at Boulder Ridge, we didn't want it to end! We kept saying to each other how absolutely beautiful it was. We'd do it again in a heartbeat :)

She was patient and flexible with my questions and indecisiveness! It had rained on our wedding day and we were planning on having our ceremony outside since the rain passed. They were very accommodating in switching the ceremony to inside at the last minute! Everything and everyone was taken care of on the day of the wedding. -

Donna Sent on 06/27/2012Boulder Ridge is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. Janet Logan and her staff are just wonderful, always quick to respond to emails and calls. The location is just so beautiful that you barely need any flowers, we kept it very minimal, and the room is huge. The total price per person might seem like a lot, but she offers almost every little detail possible so you don't have to do all the little things and/or add any food items for cocktail hour or the cake. The cake business they work with, Cakes by Dea, is also amazing. Our photographer even said to us "I have never seen people be so happy with wedding cake before!" And the food, omg the food, everything is just amazing--nothing was dry, nothing was cold, and everybody left with a full belly.
Boulder books very quickly, so if you want to get married during wedding season you better book a year and a half out. We got married June 15, 2012 and we booked in April 2011 (and there were only 2 or 3 days left in June).
We also had our ceremony here because its a gorgeous venue. You can chose from either the terrace above or the patio that faces the golf course. We picked the patio because of the spectacular view. Once again, Janet makes everything easy for you (has the altar, rents chairs, etc). -

Our guests raved about the delicious food and beautiful setting overlooking Boulder Ridge Golf Course. Catering Director Janet Logan and her staff truly are the best in the business. September 2021 Wedding @ Boulder Ridge
After waiting an extra year due to the pandemic, our daughter's wedding went beautifully! Boulder Ridge was bought by another company during that year; but once we connected with the new event coordinators, things ran smoothly. They were very accommodating and honored all of the contracting from the prior year. There were a few minor set-up glitches that occurred (but we would be the only ones who would have known). Sara G. and her assistant, Gianna K., were very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Sara even initiated some new ideas and procedures since our original contracting that worked out better than what was first presented to us. They accommodated our rehearsal at a timeframe we needed, even though they had another event that evening. My husband and I were able to have as much fun as all of our guests that day/evening because we didn’t need to worry about any details. All of our guests indicated how great the food was and what a good time they had.Boulder Ridge Country Club's reply:

There was a change in ownership of the club while we were in the process of planning our wedding and Gianna and Sara handled everything perfectly and definitely made me feel comfortable with the transition between owners.
While the prices looked a little expensive upfront, the package included everything that we needed with no add-ons that seem to get really expensive really fast at a lot of other places we looked at. We brought both parents of groom and parents of bride to the tasting and it was only an extra $100 when we did it.
It was nice to get everyone's opinion on the food and get to see the place again.
The food was good and the drinks were poured strong, just a warning on that!
There were also some beautiful places to take photos with fall colors. -

My husband and I got married at BRCC 8/12/23! It was a beautiful sunny day and everything went smooth (and if things didn’t, this bride wasn’t aware!). We worked closely with Sara & Gianna, as well as our own wedding planner who is a close friend of ours. Sara and Gianna worked with us to stay within budget, and make sure we got everything we needed. Our drinks were never empty, the service team was astounding!!! The food was delicious, I wish I had more of an appetite! My hubby and I both had the gorgonzola chicken with herb linguine and carrots, but we also offered our guests the 12oz pork chop, which was also a hit!! We received so many compliments from guests about the food, as well as the CAKE! Let’s talk about the cake! BRCC works with a local bakery to include the wedding cake in the all-inclusive cost!!! This saved us so much money, and the cake was the best I’ve ever had! So many guests complimented the cake and said they wished they had more! Boulder Ridge is a BEAUTIFUL venue, and they made every effort for us on our big day. Definitely recommend!Boulder Ridge Country Club's reply:
