  Amazing service!

  Came here to get my engagement ring resized. Most local vendors were quoting me a 2-3 week turn around (especially since my ring was ordered online), and I wasn't willing to wait that long without my ring the week after my engagement. $80 resizing, and they did it in less than 20 minutes while I waited. Alexandria got my size figured out quickly and told me my options, since I have almost a full size difference between my knuckle and the base of my finger--and Hagop did quick, seamless work. I have some other jewelry repairs that need to be done, and I'll be coming to them to get it done. I found them through a yelp search, and they were very quick and responsive to all of my questions--and they took ApplePay, so 10/10 there.

  Flexible and beautiful work

  Ali and Hagop have done work for several members of my family so of course we came to them. They did an amazing job designing a bridal set to go with a wedding band from 1888, including matching the gold! I would recommend them to anyone.

  love our rings - highly recommend!

  Ali and Hagop were fantastic to work with for my engagement ring and our wedding bands! We worked with Ali to design a custom engagement ring and matching wedding band using the stones from a ring of my grandmother’s, and they walked us through everything when making choices for it. It was great to see the images she sent throughout the process, and the finished product was absolutely perfect! They were also easy to work with and were able to get everything done in time when we moved up our date during the pandemic. Everyone at Bostonian was so friendly and pleasant, and we highly recommend them - we couldn’t be happier with our rings!

  Alexandra and Hagop were such amazing people to work with. My fiancé worked with them to create the ring that I had been talking about for years. It's absolutely perfect and the quality is amazing! Go to them for your engagement ring! You won't be disappointed.

  Alexandria and Hagop run a wonderful family business. We purchased the Ivy wedding band as well as had the groom's antique band re-sized and polished. The prices were reasonable, the service was excellent, and the jewelry is beautiful and unique! They are willing to customize anything to your liking to help match your rings and make them appear to be an original set.

  Alexandra and Hagop are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We went in for wedding rings. We did not get the engagement ring there and it was bit difficult to match. They asked questions about what I was looking for and expertly matched by engagement ring with the perfect wedding band. They were very patient, showing me a variety of bands, to ensure that I was confident in my decision. My (now) husband had a pretty traditional style in mind and they showed him a selection. He picked one out and was all set. He is not much of a jewelry guy. Truth be told, he would have been content and not thought about it again. (Unlike me!) However, Alex then showed him another band and he truly fell in love with it. We both did. I can honestly say that we believe we have the two perfect wedding bands for us. I love looking at both of them. I highly recommend Bostonian Jewelers.

  Definitely go to Bostonian Jewelers!! My husband worked with Hagop to design my engagement ring - he helped him pick the perfect stone and setting! We went back for my resizing and they did it immediately while we were in the store! I didn't even need to leave my ring overnight. We had such a wonderful experience with my engagement ring that we knew we had to go back for our wedding bands. Their selection for men's wedding bands was by far the most extensive we had seen. I told Hagop what I was looking for and he pulled out the exact ring that I wanted - he nailed it! Bostonian Jewelers is incredible value and the best quality around, we highly recommend going here!

They are very talented at what they do and were able to get to know our style and create something perfect. We had visited many other jewelers prior to finding Bostonian Jewels and I am so relieved we found them! You won't be pressured, your rings get sized in-house while you wait, and the quality is unbeatable!

  I worked with Hagop and Ali on two separate occasions prior to my wedding. The first time I worked primarily with Hagop. My engagement ring needed a serious repair due to a horrible experience with another jeweler. The repair was so involved he actually recommended that I have the diamonds reset. Due to a variety of reasons, I opted to have him do a repair of what I had. He did an absolutely amazing job. Given what he was working with, I just crossing my fingers for an acceptable turn out. I was blown away by what he did. My ring came back to me more beautiful than I could have imagined. Because of this work, as well as his extremely prompt, honest, and easy interactions, I opted to have Bostonian create my wedding band. I worked primarily with Ali on this. She too did an amazing job. Having not created the engagement ring, I was unsure of how the two would look together in regards to fit. She measured and created the band perfectly – It was as if they were a pair all along. She too is extremely easy to work with and a very honest jeweler. Hagop and Ali were amazing to work with during this process. They create beautiful jewelry with their immense talent. I am so happy I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a fabulous jeweler!

  At the time of my engagement, my hand was recovering from a recent surgery and therefore my engagement ring was too small to fit comfortably on my ring finger. I initially had my ring re-sized at another jeweler in the Jewelers Building. I also mentioned that my ring kept catching on things, so I asked to have the prongs looked at. After this initial repair, I still found that my prongs were catching on things. I could even see that one of the prongs was lifted from the diamond. So when the swelling in my hand went down and I needed the ring re-sized again, I decided to try another jeweler. This time, I went to to Bostonian Jewelers because of all of their wonderful reviews. I'm so happy I did so. They worked on my ring while I waited. They ensured that the ring was the perfect fit, and they also finally fixed the prongs! They haven't caught on anything since. They also helped my fiance figure out his perfect size and showed him many different rings to help him figure out what he wanted in a wedding band.   My now husband and I had our jewelry made here and we couldn't be happier. I love the engagement ring that was created for me and the matching wedding band that fit into my ring, my hands are small so it was definitely hard work, but Ali was great with keeping us updated and knew what we wanted. Ali and Hagop were so helpful, creative and attentive to what we were looking for that it was such an easy and fun process. They also help you regarding your budget and give you great options and they were never pushy. My husband and I would recommend them hands down.

  My engagement ring has a unique shape, so finding a wedding band to match was a challenge. Enter Alexandria and Hagop - who previously helped our good friends design a beautiful engagement ring. They worked closely with me and my now-husband to make sure the band was perfect. In retrospect: I wore the wedding dress once, but I will wear the ring for the rest of my life, so I am so glad Bostonian Jewelers created a unique, one-of-a-kind ring that I love wearing every day.   Hagop and Alex do beautiful work. They are both a pleasure to work with and are extremely patient. My husband brought a heirloom diamond in and walked out with a BEAUTIFUL engagement ring. When it was time to get our bands we knew we were returning. We don't wear a lot of jewelry and we had a hard time deciding what we wanted. I was unsure whether a custom piece would be possible with my budget but Alexandria worked with me to find a solution that was affordable and absolutely gorgeous! I went back to them to have my engagement ring attached to the wedding band and they again did a wonderful job! I will definitely be going back to them for all future jewelry and will recommend them to friends!

  Bostonian Jewelers were amazing to work with. I had met with them completely timid and nervous after having my engagement ring damaged by another jeweler and having a custom ring created that I disliked. After my first meeting with them I felt a sense of trust. They took their time talking with my fiance and I about my rings. They got to understand what I was looking for and were able to put us at ease about fixing my engagement ring. After 2 meetings we placed our repair order and the order for my new wedding band. They also assisted my fiance in finding a vendor that could help him with his ring as most of their work is custom and he wanted a pre-manufactured ring. They went out of their way to tell us the vendor that we could contact for the best price.
  
  When I got my rings I was blown away. My engagement ring was better than when I first received it. Bostonians made several repairs and also added custom etchings. It is completely one of a kind now. They also created an amazing custom wedding band that looks like the exact match to my engagement ring. I could not be happier with the set. I still cannot stop looking at them. Bostonian Jewelers turned a stressful part of my wedding into an extreme positive. They returned the integrity back to my engagement ring and took away all my stress and bad feelings. I hope to work with Bostonians again and would recommend them to anyone.

  We first went to Hadoop for a simple resizing and cleaning of an heirloom engagement ring. He did an amazing job with this, completing it while we waited to make sure it fit perfectly, and also took the time to explain a bit more about jewelry making for us when we expressed an interest. When we began talking about possible ideas for our wedding bands, not only was his experience and knowledge clear, he was very personable and open with us about his strengths. My fiance' was considering a unique band and Hadoop suggested that while he could create the band for us, it may be less expensive to go to a jeweler who specializes in that area. Ultimately, we were so happy with Hadoop that we're sticking with him for our wedding bands, too!

  We first went to Hadoop for a simple resizing and cleaning of an heirloom engagement ring. He did an amazing job with this, completing it while we waited to make sure it fit perfectly, and also took the time to explain a bit more about jewelry making for us when we expressed an interest. When we began talking about possible ideas for our wedding bands, not only was his experience and knowledge clear, he was very personable and open with us about his strengths.   I worked with Alexandria to design and fabricate an engagement ring for my then-fiance. Alexandria did an absolutely amazing job turning my ideas into reality, making a wonderful
  piece of jewelry that I'm sure will become a family heirloom. The design incorporated elements from the folk-art traditions from our families, and Alexandria found ways to make it both
  elegant, beautiful, and practical.
  
  We then went back and worked with Hagoop and Alexandria on our wedding rings where they did a great job designing and making pieces that were exactly what we were looking for and even what we didn't know we were looking for until they suggested it). Since then we've had them make some smaller items as well.
  
  They're highly knowledgeable about the technology, materials, and tools needed to make timeless-looking pieces using state-of-the-art techniques, and they good practical advice on
  how to make good cost/appearance/quality trade-offs. But beyond all of this, Alexandria and Hagoop are a joy to work with, and we've always had fun going into their shop and chatting with them when looking at prototypes, picking up the final product, or having jewelry resized.

  My husband and I really must be computer geeks... we got my engagement ring and wedding band online from Bostonian Jewelers! We live in California, so yes, my jewelery has travelled more in the last year than I have... I love antique jewelery, and while searching online for a style engagement ring I would like, we came across Bostonian's website and found the "Mirabel". It was the ring of my dreams. So we e-mailed back and forth with Alexandria at Bostonian, until we could come to a conclusion about what we wanted to do. So the final plan was to buy our diamond here in California and ship it (yikes!) to Boston to be set in our ring. Long story short, the ring and diamond returned in beautiful condition, and we couldn't have been happier. So much so that when it was time to get my wedding band, we ordered it from Alex, too. They were so friendly and easy to work with, both by e-mail and on the phone. Everything was delivered just as promised. We felt like we were dealing with the jeweler down the street, not one accross the country. All in all, we have absolutely no complaints and are (still) thoroughly taken by my ring.

  We bought my wedding band here. The price was just slightly more than local chain stores, and the quality is much higher. We have had a little trouble with them resizing the ring. Service before the purchase was much better. The ring is really nice, though.
