  Belinda was simply amazing at getting our wedding together and running the show. I definitely appreciate all that she did during the wedding, from organizing the vendors, to keeping us on schedule, to dealing with my gigantic family. She did a phenomenal job and I would recommend her any time.

  Belinda Lui of Bookt Events was an outstanding wedding coordinator. Her skills were superior in coordination, analysis, organization, and time management. She made constructive, insightful, helpful, and efficient recommendations. She supervised her team with kindness. Her interpersonal, listening, decision-making, and communication skills are awesome. She is kind, sensitive, attentive, and responsive. Most importantly, she is affordable and provides an invaluable service - a perfect and seamless wedding!

  Belinda and her team are fabulous! Bookt Events is very professional and did an amazing job coordinating my wedding. My venue was at Greystone Estate, which is a large park and since there was so much space, it was great having them there to direct guests and answer questions. My guests have commented to me what a great job Bookt Events have done!

  We engaged Bookt Events to throw our baby shower for our first born son. Bookt Events performed an exceptional job of my wife's vision and exceeded our expectations. The decor was so elegant yet playful and just the perfect mix for our soon to be son's first event. We highly recommend Bookt Events for any event because Bookt Events throws a first class event while also staying within budget. Kudos!

  Bookt Events created the most beautiful and unique co-ed baby shower party for me. As an event planner, Belinda coordinated the entire event from start to finish and was able to coordinate other high quality vendors within a reasonable budget, including catering, photography, event design and floral decor! We had a ton of neighbors stop by the event because it was such a showstopper and I still have guests commenting on what a gorgeous shower it was a month later! I'd highly recommend Bookt Events for any event that you are planning.

  I highly recommend Belinda for your event. She planned our wedding and helped make it the happiest day of my life. The whole time we worked with her she was on top of EVERY detail and was extremely accessible and responsive via e-mail and/or phone. If we had a question or needed to discuss something, or something came up, she was very quick to respond.
  
  The day of the wedding, Belinda and her crew were so super organized, prepared, and helpful that we literally didn't have to worry about a single detail the entire day and we could just enjoy the day. It was really cool that they showed up with headset radios so they could communicate with one another, which is great because on a wedding day there are different things going on in different areas of a venue.
  
  She is outstanding at what she does, but what separates her is even more is her genuine passion for event planning and for making her customers happy and making their vision for an event a reality.

  I highly recommend Belinda for your event. She planned our wedding and helped make it the happiest day of my life.   Belinda from Bookt Events was not only highly professional but very thorough - every detail was attended to with care. If you're looking for an event planner that will pay close attention to detail, decor, design and tone, look no further. She really takes the time to seek out what the client likes and tries to portray their likeness in the event.

  Belinda was amazing and I would highly recommend her!!! Worth every penny. If you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner, you will not be disappointed with this one. :)

  Belinda is amazing. My wife and I said several times that our wedding would not have happened without her. Her attention to detail and organization were incredible. She really helped us have a beautiful wedding even though our florist quit one week before our event. Belinda found a florist that was 10 times better than the one who quit on us. I am not sure how she did it. I believe she is a superhero. Do not even hesitate to use this company for you next event. You will not be disappointed.

Belinda was so outstanding to work with! From the moment we met to the follow up after the wedding she was so attentive to the bride's needs while also respecting the work relations of the venue.   I just cannot fault Belinda and her team. If I had questions, needed something, another request, questioned timings etc...she was there and put me at ease and I knew everything was in good hands.

Her ability to put every detail together, her vision and ability to carry out the vision of the bride, was unparalleled. She made it easy for me and my husband to be guests in our own home.

  Belinda coordinated my wedding day and made the event beautiful and seamless for everyone in attendance. She managed the flow from a long, formal catholic church ceremony to beachside cocktails and a gorgeous tented dinner. I honestly enjoyed every minute of the planning process with her, and she made great suggestions in every vendor meeting that ultimately made for a ceremony and party that met and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were able to enjoy every minute of our day without worries because we knew Belinda and her Bookt team had everything under control. And at the end of it all, we consider her a wonderful friend who we'd want to keep in touch with because her positive attitude is infectious!
